Hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was spacious, kitchen in the room was fully stocked. Check in staff and staff over all were superb, they were positive, informative and very helpful. Amenities overall were available. Breakfast was decent. I would stay here again.

Location is close to the where it was needed to be. Plenty of parking and well lite at night. Staff lied to my wife and attempted to extract higher fees, stating she came late. Then blamed on system error, but this did not excuse their rude and abusive behavor nor their lies. Once the Payable amount was agreed and was paid in full they processed a further payment while she was on the way to the airport after checkout. When they say a light clean of the room what they mean is that they may never actually come to your room at all. The shower was continually leaking water so clearly maintenance of faciltities is not important and wasting water is acceptable. This hotel is NOT cheap but the service is so poor that I will not waste money here. This Hotel is on par with 3rd world 1star hotels but prices are not. Avoid this hotel unless you like to have poor service and waste your money

Cleanliness convenience we only stayed for one night The front desk lady was not helpful at all. Checked us in, asked if we traveled a lot(first indication she should have been more thorough in the first place as I said we didn’t) did not ask about pets or anything even though the reservations stated we traveled with our dog, walk back in yells at us through the lobby to come back because we have to check the dog in, I have never had to ‘check in’ my dog if I booked the reservation stating we are traveling with him. She stated ‘it was so housekeeping knew there was a dog’, again booked it saying dog traveling with and never had this issue before. I was charged immediately the pet fee, the paperwork states $75+ for short stays, I was charged $130 extra! With no explanation or quote other than what the paper told me. She also did not tell us anything about the room like how the fridge was turned off(glad we didn’t bring food up or it would have spoiled) the air/heat had to be turned on upon arriving in our room, she gave me the wrong time for breakfast so we ended up getting there as they were cleaning up. When checking out, I asked for a copy of the pet form, same lady who checked me in was checking me out too, she huffed rolled her eyes and slammed my cards down upon my request.

My room door was literally unlocked and open when I came to it.. I searched the room before I let my guard down. The room is solely for sleep purposes only. I would not book this room for more than one night. It is outdated and has a distinct smell to it. Something you smell at a thrift store of some sorts. Regular size fridge with freezer. Microwave and sink. Dishes included, however I used none of these amenities. Furniture and fixtures stained. The price you’re paying is for the location. 5-10 minutes from Hard Rock. Other than that, the room isn’t worth half of the price it is advertised. The blackout curtains were a very nice touch. Overall, only worth booking if you have somewhere to be close by. You’ll be safe and not have to deal with bugs :)

Ashley at the front desk made us feel like we were right at home. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that we had any information that we needed. She was efficient yet warm. If my business was in Tampa, I would try to steal her as an employee, they’re hard to come by. I’ve only found one that I can depend on.

First, there was a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the property, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Secondly, while the hotel name does not indicate it is an extended-stay property, it felt very much like one. Many guests appeared to be long-term residents and treated the hotel as such, which negatively impacted the overall atmosphere and experience. For an expensive hotel room, I expected a cleaner, more comfortable, and higher-quality environment. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was very disappointed with the stay. Given these issues, I feel a refund or partial reimbursement would be appropriate.

When we got to our floor the smell was less than ideal but I was tired. Then when entering our room the a/c was very loud which made sleeping difficult due to the unit turning on and off so many times. There was a towel in the bathroom with hair on it when we went to get a towel. The shower dripped water constantly and wouldn’t stop i had to put a towel in the bottom of the shower to sleep so i didn’t hear it dripping onto the shower pan. The couch looked very stained. I feel like i was at a low end motel instead of what was pictured online.

Should have had more than one wash cloth for five people. Had a 2 bedroom suite with only one cloth in each bathroom. Other than that we were satisfied with the room .

Wow sadly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. So gross, down to the plumbing system, rooms were hot, no A/C, they ran out of towels, no one came to our room once over 5 days, the pool they just dump bleach into my daughters hot pink swimsuit turned white. But overall the cleanliness was just so bad.

The disrespect and the threats that I received from Deidre Trotman, shacara, and Delisha were unbelievable.I will not allow my employees to be treated in such an ill manner. This visit was a test and they failed. Lastly, they not only bullied myself but they bullied Candace. I pray ownership takes wind of this situation and remedies it. It wasnt just me that has been treated in such an ill manner. I will be reaching out to corporate.

We went to the pool. water was freezing that there was a few bugs floating in the water. basic breakfast is served at the hotel. The kitchen is small. I was as tall as the fridge. real simple

Overall the stay was ok. I was disappointed that my shower didn’t work and was not fixed after I repotted it. I ultimately had to change rooms. The second room had a more comfortable bed. The first room the bed had a big dip on the one side Breakfast was eh. Both times I was there the half and half was gone and never refilled. The Coffee was lukewarm. So it was just OK

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom shower curtain was dirty and there was some minor structural damage that could use attention. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

It was great as usual. About 4 years ago we met an employee of yours Itsel Beckford while we were staying there. She’s very courteous and helpful. I use to live in Tampa all my all life. Now I live in N.C. But I try to go to Fla. a couple times a year. And I always stay there now. That lady is all over that hotel. She checked us in one day. The next day she was cooking at the happy hour. All of the staff has been great. Thank you.

I would have given five stars, however the a/c in our first 2BR suite was broken. Therefore, we had to move rooms into downgraded accomodations.

The bathtub had mold all over, 3 live bugs found, rusted fixtures, tub not clean (couldn’t bathe my daughter in). Price of night was increased by $40 at last minute and hotel said they were permitted to do this.

Unfortunately, upon arriving the person who checked us in was more than wonderful as we were excited to be there we went outside to the pool, which was not heated. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub which was broken and while attending breakfast, I had an attendant actually tell me haven’t I had enough food as I was packing food to bring upstairs to my teenager because she was sleeping I’ve never in my life heard anybody be so rude and disrespectful. The property was a little rundown. The lobby area was the nicest part of it. They also had workers working in the building whocame in to eat breakfast and were hanging around outside on the patio. It seems Came in to eat breakfast and we’re hanging around outside on the patio. It seems to me there’s a little bit of lack of professionalism at this hotel, I will not go back

I paid $513 for a two night stay at a property with a filthy pool and jaccuzi. The breakfast was literally luke warm and inedible. The tv remote in my room wasnt working. Took it downstairs and was told by a man he would bring new one up in a few mins. 2 hrs later had to.call downstairs to get it. There were cigarette stains on the already dated furniture of my " suite" and literal plaster coming out of certain parts of the wall in bathroom and peeling off ceiling in bedroom. This was by far THE most ragedy place Ive ever paid over $200/night for! NEVER again!

The only downside was the shower, the finishing touches appeared incomplete. The water pressure was less than impressive, no matter how far you turn the handle the flow is weak.

The front desk gals were so great!!! I wish I would have gotten BOTH their names. The young lady working the kitchen in the mornings and dinners was so much fun to talk to and recommended a great place for me to get my nails done. The front desk gal with the black glasses was outstanding and so friendly! I believe A RAISE should be in store for BOTH OF THEM!!!! I felt very comfortable and at home in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again and PLAN on it. Especially if those two are working! Also, to the gentleman putting plaster on the ceiling as you walk in , “you are doing a great job!” Throw a raise at that handsome face as well!

This property could easily be 5 stars if it had better management and staff that took pride in maintaining and cleaning the property. The room itself had a great concept and layout but the furniture and appliances desperately need upgrading. The room also could use a deep cleaning and carpets should be removed/replaced. If the hotel could do these fixes I would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff could also be friendlier and go above and beyond instead of just giving the bare minimum. The area was quiet and safe though felt kinda weird in the middle of a lot of factories.

Clean overall but the sofa bed is not a double more like a twin.. does not fit more than one person.. the room should be listed for 3 ppl not 4. The breakfast was great and had a variety for everyone even my picky 11 year old.

The place had dust all over the textured walls and ceiling. When asking the front desk for towels they told me to find housekeeping on my floor. I told them they didn’t have any and just looked at me. I will not be considering Staybridge Suites on my next trip.

Pool & Spa needs TLC/renovated not very clean nobody vacuum it out so we didn't use it. It was pretty dirty on the bottom including the spa. WE PAID TO MUCH MONEY FOR THE ROOM NOT ABLE TO USE THE POOL/SPA. Breakfast was ok, no bananas or muffins out

Check-in was easy but when it came to taking a shower the next morning the knob didn't work properly. Both my mother and I both tried at different times since we both wanted to shower in the morning. Breakfast was good.

Been at this hotel 3 times in last 9 months for soccer tournament. Hot tub and jets has not worked any of those times. Huge ants all over the pool area still there and pool cloudy each time very dirty. Pet friendly hotel but dogs barking in rooms all the time.

Room didn’t have a phone to call the front desk when we found out the hide-a-bed bedding was missing, and the hide-a-bed itself was quite uncomfortable.

Couple things that could have been better. No icemaker in the room, tub in the room water did not shut off completely and they had trouble with hot water heater all week. On our last day we got a notice that water would be shut off by noon, which we had by then already checked out. But the staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast pretty good. It is clean.

It is an average hotel that needs to be updated. Until they do, they need to refresh and touch-up areas in the rooms (i.e. the bathroom). The front desk staff was wonderful.

The entire hotel is very clean, you can hear no noise at all, so it is a good place to relax.

First room had leftover food in refrigerator and smelled musty. They moved us up to the third floor which was much better and cleaner. Staff was all very friendly.

Terrible. Room was a disaster, bith showers were disgusting there was mold all around and out of the bathroom as well as chalking all in the shower as if they were trying to hold up the wall. Just disgusting the carpet left out feet black when we walked on it. We checked out a hour later it was so bad. The lamps did not work and the pool was disgusting. Nothing as advertised. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place. They offered no refund or a room change. Just terrible

The staff were super nice. Our room needed so many updates. Kitchen wasn't stocked with all necessities. It was hard to get towels. Pool was closed about half of our stay. The area is not great and there wasn't anything super close to it. It was tucked away in a shared parking lot. It definitely was not worth the price we paid

arrived very early 830am husband was not feeling well, they checked us right in. Having a spacious suite was great 2 rooms kitchen I was able to hang while he was in bedroom. Very clean, professional staff and awesome breakfast bar

Second stay at this location. Has gone down hill! Lamps somehow rusty, popcorn ceilings black by air vents (they even scraped one), showers have horrible pressure, some light switches don’t work, and some channels don’t work. They are now trying to charge for parking when they aren’t near anything except a huge parking lot. Breakfast meats either massively overcooked or reheated from the day before. Really disappointing.

Front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were super friendly and caring. If my lamp didnt have rust, tiles missing from bathroom, drawer handles missing, rugs needed steam cleaning, tv's kept saying no signal & werent smart tv's.

When we checked in room was not locked. After leaving for a short time our key cards would not work and we had to go back to desk to fix. When one of took a shower( tub area and sides were dirty and moldy) we discovered we only had 2 hand towels in entire room Another trip to desk to get corrected. The air handler was poorly located in front of bed and sounded like a rain storm all night long.. After that poor night of sleep I wasn't feeling very well and we checked out a day early.

Having the availability to have to bedrooms in one room is very nice when traveling with family. The room sizes are great!

The staff here are excellent! They were all friendly and super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms great. Breakfast really good. And very convenient location for our lacrosse tournament at the Sportsplex at Tampa. Everything we did was within a ten minute drive!

Pool dirty and hot tub not working.

Main reason we choose this hotel was for the kitchen and hot tub. Told staff every day that it was not working. Never addressed and I was never told a reason. I would have stayed else where if I knew in advance. Room was very small and rug had a tear in it. Bathtub looked like it was repainted but it had spots were the original color had come thru.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room smelled musky and felt dirty. The AC return vent in the bedroom 207 had what looked like black mold and there was light black on the ceiling where the air returned. None of the USB ports to charge phones worked. Food options were many, but hot food not good. It’s what I’d expect for under $100 a night…not $150.
