It's noisy because you can hear other people from other rooms. The AC is also loud.

At least if the bedding is comfortable. I think the toilet when i arrived and after the cleaning had hair in the bowl.The room is damp and smelly. The breakfast was awful.

We were in town fir our grandson’s graduation and chose this hotel due to its proximity to the venue…the hotel was clean, check in process quick and easy, staff friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable…the only issue we had was there was consistent noise through the night from the room above us and next door…made for a terrible nights sleep but that was not the fault of the hotel….I mentioned at check out and was told I should have reported it and they were apologetic about the matter. All in all our stay was good !!

Fast forward to my room, it looked clean. I chk'd the bed and no bedbug, the air was on 64 when I entered and it was freezing, but that did not cover the horrific smell and the 3 nights I was there I was unable to sleep. I told the lady about the smell and she responded "maybe turn the fan on. Nope, i endured it because of the "no refund clause." But please understand me when I tell you that room made me sick. It looks clean, but smells of old mode and mildew. They back clean daily, but the smell still there. By the way, the window did not open in there which made it worst. I layer down with my nose covered for as long as I could but please be aware. I made a mistake going here for the cheaper price. The breakfast was ok looking, but I never ate it. The eggs were circled pancake-looking and only sausage. You make your own waffles. I mean, the entry area smelled great and that where you rat breakfast, but because the rm smelled so bad I couldn't eat there. If the update carpets, get rid of smell and make contractor corrections, it could be better plc

Based on the pictures, the outside looked more updated than it was. The inside was definitely an older hotel and the wear and tear was visible. It also smelled of an older place in need of renovations. But you get what you pay for!

Something in the first room I was given was infested with termites. I immediately went back downstairs to the desk to show the receptionist the picture I'd taken and without asking any more questions she put me into another room. I really appreciated that. The breakfast was great! Loved the fact it is from 6am to 9am, a later time than most other chain hotels.

The location The smell of the elevator was horrible. Musky with a strong smell of weed. There was a couple arguing right in front of my door until almost 2 o clock in the morning. I wasn’t able to get a good sleep.

I booked this hotel because most of the one near Raymond James stadium were full and the one left were super expensive… about 30-40 minutes drive to the stadium and airport… there are nothing much around the hotel ..a few restaurants.. The hotel itself is old. My door was not even close completely it has a little gap at the bottom of the door.. Starbucks is 2 minutes drive from the hotel and to get to more commercial strips is like 15 minutes drive… it was nice and quiet for sure…

Bed was very comfortable and staff were excellent. Furniture is in need of repair and/or replacement. Breakfast is basic but decent. Price is excellent.

Should be called sleepless instead of sleep inn. Walls paper thin got woken up every morning because you can hear people talking or there Tv or alarm. Breakfast was good but kids from apartment building come in there and take a lot of the food. Our stay was just ok. The bath toiletries were not good. Shampol didn't suds up good. The most disappointing was the breakfast. Waffles was the only good food. The egg patty, sausage, biscuits and gravy was cold. The coffee was like dish water . The eggs were like ice in the middle. Do they take temperatures ? Room was clean and bedding was soft.

Not happy that I paid $200 for a room with blood stain and chap stick cherry stain on comforter. Showered head on both room I went two were brown and had mold. Toilet wabbled every time I sat on it to use restroom. Just really pissed about stain comforter and not able to take a good shower. That GM is terrible and can’t believe he doesn’t tell hoss house keepers to clean high touch pint areas. They charge all this money but have rooms like crap. Not to mention the walls are thin so you hear you neighbors foot step above you. Run hotel by far the worst Sleep inn I stayed in. Breakfast was trash too. No toaster no bagel.

The hotel is conveniently located to Busch Gardens and priced better than others. The hotel was clean, quiet and safe - the most important elements for me. The paint could use touching up and it was not the fanciest hotel but I didn't spend much time at all in the room. It was too cold to swim so I can't say much about the pool. The breakfast was okay, not great but enough options.

The best part of the room was that there was no carpet. However, the shower door wouldn't close properly, and the individuals who were staying in the room next to us continuously slammed the door. They also had a child whose cries and loud talking disturbed us during the early morning hours. Unfortunately, the walls are thin, so I believe this also played a significant factor in the level of noise.

In general the environment is good for the price. You can hear the neighbor’s TV or talking but not too bad. But last time I was so disappointed. There were wavily hair on the towel and hair crumbs on the countertop behind of the faucet . Seems like someone shaved near to the mirror. I told the front desk and they sent the room service when I was out. When I came back in the evening. It was exactly the same hairs on both places. And the trash bin was emptied but was put in the middle of the pass way right after you open the door. I was told the manager will contact me but yet I heard nothing from anyone.

Service was good and cleanliness. But the breakfast was awful. Biscuits and gravy was offered and the food was still at refrigerator temperature. Fruit Loop cereal was advertised on the dispenser and it was knock off brand and stale. Milk was room temperature making it taste awful. Breakfast definitely needs to be stepped up big time. On our last night as we headed to the lobby there was a couple in which the girl was on drugs and was overdosing or just having a bad reaction in the lobby by elevator doors.

Giving 3 stars bc breakfast was good and most of the staff I encountered were very very nice. However, checking in was horrible and my room wasn’t the cleanest. During check in the system was messing up and the charge to my card didn’t go through on their end but clearly did mine. The older gentleman checking me in didn’t seem to care until I showed him the charge on my app had gone through and the full amount for the room had left my account. All of a sudden he saw that it had gone through but for a lower amount and proceeded to charge me separately for the difference. At this point just wanted to get into my room with my two kids as it was 10:30 pm and we had been trying to figure this out for nearly an hour. Later learned this was the tax, but the charge to my original card was never adjusted to reflect the lower amount he claimed they had from my card. I had Spoken with a young lady who was able to return the additional charge to my card but upon checkout was told to charge it back by her management. Now for the room itself, there was a stale smell that seemed to be coming from the air unit and hair stuck to the wall. I had Reserved a room for my mother as well and she had a huge hole in some of her bedding. The walls are also incredibly thin, luckily my moaning neighbors were only checked in for one night. Will probably not stay here again.

The outside seemed alright, maybe a little more lighting and signs for the turn onto the road itself for the hotel. The building inside smelt a lot like mildew and old. The room you could tell it was repainted and renovated recently but the room smelt very moldy and even flared up my allergies. The walls and lamps were very dirty though like they hadn’t been wiped down or dusted in awhile. The walls had like food and a lot of dirt on them from passed guests as well. The table top and desk were very dirty too. The shower was very nice though.

⚠️ NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY ⚠️ Here’s what you can expect: When I arrived, two men were standing right outside the entrance smoking marijuana. Didn’t bother me — I came in with low expectations. The lobby was clean, and the people at check-in were friendly. Got off the elevator on the second floor and the entire hallway smelled like marijuana — maybe even a bit smoky. Again, didn’t bother me, low expectations. The room was small, stuffy, and reasonably clean — pretty much what you’d expect. Not awful, not nice, just… okay. Headed out to my car and saw a small group hanging out in the parking lot. Can you guess what they were doing? Yep — smoking marijuana. Again, didn’t care — low expectations! Checked out the pool — it was decent and clean. And right next to it? A couple of guys smoking marijuana. $55 a night — low expectations! Fun fact: the no smoking signs even include a marijuana leaf. 😂 You cant make this stuff up! The walls are paper thin — I could hear full conversations from the next room. Annoying, but again… $55. You get what you pay for. The good: the place was clean, and I didn’t see any bugs. I also didn’t get the sense there was any hard drug use — just a lot of weed. Now, here’s where things went downhill. My toddler had a full-blown meltdown around 8 p.m. (parents, you know the kind). I was trying to

Once in, we notice the AC at 64 and it wasn’t even cold. We had killed two spiders and the shower head overfilled into the floor. The room smelled like old mold. That is just midnight. We finally try to get some sleep on these small full size beds. Next morning I speak with Faith and show her the photos of how dirty the room was, the 4th spider we now had to kill and the AC was not working properly, also the eye lashes we found on the bed that wasn’t our. She offered to switch rooms but I told her we were in our way out already and only here for Busch gardens to take our kids. That we don’t have the time to switch right now. She said they would be sold out so I would have to do it now otherwise I wouldn’t have room to change it. I said I’m sorry but I can’t, I rather just be compensated with a discount. She said she will speak to her manager and get back to me. 3 hours later, she calls me back with only offering me 10%, which is $10. For all that we endure, the manager only wanted to offer $10 off. Then I check out this morning and have to kill a roach. That is not proper management. Best believe I will call the manager to tomorrow and discuss the is further.

This place is DISGUSTING! Dont waste your money. Bugs, Dirty, the roof was leaking, nasty smell! Just Terrible!!!!! if i can give 0 stars i would!

We had a family vacation planned for the theme parks so decided to find a cheaper hotel since we would be gone most of the time. This was a mistake. Upon arrival, we noticed the shower floor was dirty, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and there were various substances splattered on the walls around the room. There was a huge hole in the comforter on one of the beds and the walls were SO thin - we could hear entire conversations downstairs. On top of this all, the free breakfast benefit is basically useless. It is so small and so crowded we skipped it both days because the wait was not worth it. Major renovations are needed. Location to the parks is the only benefit!

I didn’t like how small the breakfast area is, the choices were limited (please consider adding bread for toast and cereal!!), there was no “store” to purchase snacks, drinks, or other items like many other hotels.. and it was noisy.. you could hear anything outside of your room or walking through the hallway you could hear what’s going on in someone else’s room.

The room were clean, the walls could use a bit of love found a lot of buggers on the walls in the bathroom, and stain on the wall behind the door of the entrance to the room. Beside that, bed were extremely comfortable the pillows were excellent.! The A/c was 10/10 it was actually COLD it felt so good slept amazing! I would love to come back to the hotel

Check in was easy. $100 deposit but if you give cash you get back cash at check out. The elevator and hallway smelled of marijuana but not my room so it didn’t really bother me. Very comfortable and clean. Despite being next to the playground of a daycare, the air conditioner drowns out that noise. I got the best sleep of my life! Will definitely stay there again!

Place is really nice and quiet beds were comfy

The next evening, I could not stay awake however to enjoy my neice's film premier. Other than moving our room, the hotel did not make any offer for our sleepness nite.

Everything was good . How ever there was a bug outside our door first going into our room . Then next morning getting up there was 2 bug in tub . Didn't like leaving a deposit of a 100 dollars. Other hotel just did a dollar on card . Need to come up with something better . Other then that Everything was good with property

Our stay here was amazing after getting another hotel and not being happy we went to the sleep inn and it was a whole different experience. Breakfast is pretty good here too eggs,sausage,waffles and biscuits and gravy. The staff here was very accommodating and clean. I was told before I came to bring 100 for deposit and got it back just like I was told at the end of my stay. Loved this place and they offer a smoke spot in parking lot for the smokers as well

The A/C was not working, not cooling at all was changed twice for the same reason. Was offered a third room which was worst than the first one. Decided to go back to the first room since it felt a bit cooler (72) not my ideal temperature at all. Breakfast was cold, biscuits where frozen solid, overalls I give a 0 for the breakfast. The only thing I can say it was nice was the employees. My first and last time I will ever book a stay at this hotel. Sadly paid too much for what I received!

When we arrived to room was about 90 degrees in there so I turned on the unit and went about my day, couple hours later it cooled down some but not comfortable, so we were told to wait again to see if the room would cool down, we arrived back at the hotel and the room was still hot, my husband went downstairs to see if could switch to another king size room but they wouldn't do it so they put us in a room with two beds in it when we paid for the king size room.

Close to USF and lots of dining places close by.

The staff here are great and funny. Everyone was so nice. We stayed for a couple of nights to visit family and picked here because of the price point. The room was spotless, but very small for a family of four. I'm sure we could have moved rooms, but the office person said it was an upgrade. The AC is weak, so we had to leave it at 63 to cool down. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled of smoke. The area is good for being close to the interstate and places to eat. We didn't have time to check out the pool or the breakfast. Plenty of well-lit parking. The room is only good for two people and not any more. We will pay a little more to stay somewhere more comfortable, but the staff is the best thing here.

Good hotel

The room smelled, and had damp feeling even though I ran the A/C all night. The carpet was stained in multiple places and had not even been vacuumed prior to my arrival. There was mildew on the shower handle/control, and the water was sputtering out of the showerhead - not a steady flow. The toilet was not properly sealed to the floor, so much so that when I sat down to use it, it moved. I took photos if you need the proof. Ironically there were signs around the property saying they were doing renovations...was this room not renovated yet? I can't say for sure but it should not have been rented out in that condition. This hotel room was AWFUL. After I showered, I alerted the front desk about the condition of the room but she said she had 1 room remaining that she would switch me to, but I declined because I was exhausted from moving my son out of his dorm at USF. I feel like I travel frequently enough to know what acceptable standards are and this property fell short. When I checked out I was planning on leaving without saying anything but I stopped and spoke to the AM front desk clerk and asked her to pass the information on to her manager. To be fair, both the PM & AM front desk clerks were very nice. I typically choose Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, etc. when I travel, but I was traveling alone and needed a room for a single night. I have never patronized Choice Hotels before and expect that I will not make that mistake again. Just terrible.

Super clean, quiet, and modern. Bhavin the hotel manager was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was a nice feature.

Great value hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just wished the internet on my TV worked so I could watch Netflix or YouTube TV.

Called the property to book an early stay the receptionist was very professional. When I got to the property she welcomed me to the property and made sure my stay was exceptional. Will book this property again.

Was close to Busch Gardens and Lowery Zoo. A Bob Evans was steps away. I would not recommend this for a small family with children. The pool was not swimmable. If you have a full itinerary and are only sleeping there it was fine. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel to chill at this is not the one.

Stayed on 4th floor which used to be smoking rooms, and has a strong odor in rooms. Did not clean up smoking section outside, and often trash left outside. Hotel was average.

Hotel was prettt nice overall. Could use some updates. Our room smelled very damp and moldy and the tv wasn’t connect to the internet so we couldn’t use it. Pool area definitely needs some TLC. But overall it’s a decent hotel. Very close to Busch Gardens
