The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had a pet and the staff was so kind. I’d recommend any day of the week

Great little spot in a convenient area of South Tampa. Breakfasts had a good variety and pool was a quiet place to cool off each day.

Decent hotel and helpful staff

The hotel itself is not particularly appealing and feels more like a place to stay for a quick overnight rather than a comfortable or enjoyable stay. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent.

Good place, clean rooms a little high price, but it was spring break time.

Awesome property

I was disappointed that we got a double queen room and not a king room. I had booked a king but none were available. It was the first time we had this experience. Other than that it was fine.

Good place to stay, Marcus at the front desk was very helpful, no safe in the room which might matter to some travelers
- 2.5/5
The location was fine and convenient. For the most part the room was nice and clean but the sheets were dirty and when I asked the guy at the front desk for new sheets it seemed as if he was aggravated and that I was being dramatic about them being dirty. My boyfriend had to strip the bed and put the new ones on; very inconvenient!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Staff was friendly. Had a great experience for my one night stay.

The room is nice and spacious, the bed is big and comfortable, good breakfast for a 3 star hotel There was a cockroach running around in the coffee machine, there is trash and dust under the sofa bed

Very good
- 3.5/5
The location was pretty good - close to where we needed to be with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The room was fine - nothing special. My husband liked the kitchen, but I thought some of the dishes were questionably clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone was very nice. The whole set up of the hotel is just a little weird. The front desk and lobby are on the 2nd floor and the hotel is wedged between a storage place and some condos. We ended up in a wheelchair accessible room because the regular 2 queen rooms on Booking.com said in the description that they only had 1 bed and we definitely needed 2, so I booked that room just to be on the safe side. So it was honestly just a little weird - not anyone's fault. The shower went all over the place and we were constantly soaking that up with towels. The breakfast was just OK. Enough food and not super crowded most of the days we were there, but there wasn't much variety and not a ton of healthy options. However, the gal that was working the breakfast couldn't have been lovelier or more accommodating. And the pool was serviceable at best.

They keep two nights of double payment June 13, and June 14, the general manager just told me flat out that he was not going to refund me not even one of the two nights. Our employee was there since June 06, not even for our long reservation. Furthermore, he told me that my complain did not matter since my business with them made no different from a financial perspective. They are going to keep on making money....We are a construction company working on several projects in the area and I will make sure I don't have any more our employees staying at that hotel.
- 5/5
I love the modern elevation and thank you for creating a safe space for animals, and other people to take shelter in during a storm. People might complain about this building but it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s definitely needed in this area. Like a modern slice of architecture next to Buffalo Wild Wings.
- 5/5
Staff was so welcoming and polite. All parts of our room was very clean. Air conditioning worked wonderfully, which is very important to me.
- 5/5
Staff is exceptional
- 4/5
I do not like the parking garage, and layout of the hotel. Having to go in the garage and up to lobby to check in, then back down to the car to unload then back up the elevator. Makes for a lot of traffic and unloading chaos. The hotel and room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable bed, which I look for since I have a bad back! Would stay here again!

Very clean and well laid out room. Very nice check in and out experience. The mattress was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep!
- 4/5
Hotel was clean, staff friendly.
- 3/5
A lot of regular tv stations did not come on. The breakfast was not the best. But the young man at the front desk was excellent and deserves a raise.
- 3/5
Efficient
- 5/5
It was very convenient to everything I needed. The staff was excellent. My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone. I will be staying here again.
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
The staff are friendly and environment is clean but the kitchen was missing just about everything needed in a kitchen with the microwave and garbage disposal non functional. They got them working with requests.
- 5/5
Front desk man was great - super pleasant and informative. Hotel room was perfect size, had all the amenities needed, and was clean. Very nice and quiet hotel. Breakfast was the usual simple spread, eggs waffles, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, and great coffee. It is near a bunch of shopping plaza's and gas stations so you can find something you may need or have forgotten easily. The Uber to Amalie Arena was super quick as well.
- 5/5
Very easy property to get in and out of and nice place to stay.
- 5/5
I was a little concerned at first, but MW escorted me to my room and helped me with my luggage. I went out to an event and on my return, MW greeted me with a smile, knew my name, and said he had good news which was we were able to receive our room keys. Throughout my stay, all staff members were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Excellent service by staff
- 5/5
This was probably the best hotel we have stayed in. It was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, helpful, patient with questions, and the breakfast was great. It is also decently close to the cruise port.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice. Really clean and very convenient to the convention center.
- 5/5
Bery neat and clean but a bit out of the way for doing things in Tampa
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay. The service was top tier and the amenities were fantastic. They had a variety of hot and cold options for breakfast and all of them were good. The highlight of our stay was Marcus at the front desk. He was kind, courteous, and efficient. He personally delivered items we needed and changed the batteries in our thermostat. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and cant wait to come back next time we find ourselves in Tampa.
- 5/5
Excellent property I will come back
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. It can be tricky parking in the lot due to the support pillars, however doable. The hotel was conveniently located to any direction of travel, Tampa, beaches, and both directions along the coast. The area was nice, and seemed very safe. Definitely will stay again if I am in Tampa again.
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay either short term (overnight) or a week long stay.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
The guy at the front desk on the night of 03/09 was very, very nice. We had to leave our previous hotel due to roaches and we joked about it. The room and hotel in general was clean, the breakfast was good, and the area was really nice. Definitely going to be back
- 1/5
The room was very dirty and there was a sewer smell coming from the shower drain
- 5/5
Easy check in and very nice staff will definitely be booking a stay again
- 5/5
Property was very secure. Rooms spacious with a kitchen
- 3/5
Would have felt safer with more cameras in the parking lot given it's right behind a trailer park.
- 5/5
Safe location and clean space. Staff were super nice and attentive. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great location. Very clean. Great service. Breakfast was much better than normal.

Very nice
- 5/5
Rooms were very cozy and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having a full refrigerator and dishwasher in the room. Everything was 15 minutes away and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Very small rooms, hot breakfast was not hot. Ugly view from room
- 5/5
Small, quaint. Full kitchen. Price was amazing. Needs a new deadbolt on door but no concerns otherwise. Did not eat breakfast but was included in cost of the room

Enjoyable one night stay. Parking is available but tight if you have the larger vehicle. Parking with trailer is non existant.
- 5/5
Marcus at the front desk was awesome! Very friendly, efficient and professional. He is an asset!
- 5/5
The free breakfast was an added convenience. Room was adequate and comfortable.
- 3/5
We stay here when we travel to Tampa. Evidently the hotel does not clean rooms every day. There was no notice of this in the room. (I don't remember this being the case the last time we stayed.) I had to ask for a hair dryer. We'll look for another place to stay next time.
- 4/5
It is nice and clean. You feel safe when you drive up to check in.
- 4/5
Easy in and out of the lot, good breakfast, nice people
- 5/5
I will come back soon
- 5/5
Great welcome upon arrival. Room is clean and quiet. Great amenities like refrigerator and sink. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Stayed the night before a cruise and will definitely stay here again when cruising next time
- 4/5
Not a bad spot. Decent location
- 5/5
The young man that checked us in when we finally arrived, was so helpful and kind. We enjoyed talking with him.
- 4/5
Service was very good. Breakfast was not great
- 5/5
The rooms are clean, the best so comfortable I didn't want to go.
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful in locating a good place for us to have dinner close by. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
I thought the price was very fair considering how nice the room was. Good lighting and a beautiful shower in the bathroom. The room was tranquil and dark at night for good sleep and powerful air conditioning. I only stayed for one night but enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
Very good 😊
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean rooms, excellent conditions.

This was the third stay at This Town Place Suites. All were a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

TownePlace Suites is a great hotel... a short drive to Raymond James stadium. Beds are comfortable, and room is adequate in space.
- 5/5
Nice and awesome service
- 4/5
Safe place. Easy to get everywhere from the hotel. Had to ask for towels the 2nd day. Dishes were not washed. Bed was made up, though.
- 4/5
Plants in the Lobby would be nice
- 5/5
It was a good place to stay
- 5/5
Great service, hotel super nice and area very safe.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was very cramped. We used the pull out sofa and it reached all the way to the end of the king bed when pulled out.
- 5/5
Super clean, friendly and safe
- 5/5
Super nice. Love having a real kitchen. The room is very modern with lots of great amenities. We will defintely stay in your establishment again.
- 5/5
It was a little confusing, at first, that the hotel lobby was on the second floor, but once I got the hang of it - no problem!
- 5/5
Convenient location and accommodating rooms. Everything you need was offered.
- 4/5
Very simple easy checkin and parking and the hotel room and corridor is pretty clean! Has a fridge, stove top, dishwasher, microwave. Nice samsung tv. Wifi. For the price pretty good deal. One night stay.
- 5/5
The design, the cleanliness and convenient location was great. The front desk personnelle was very kind and very informative
- 4/5
Nice place and good customer service
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Marcus helped extend our stay by a day on short notice! Very accommodating. Stayed here several times and always enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Very efficient room layout.
- 5/5
The room was excellent. The supplies were short. We had one spoon. I’m sorry, but the toilets are way too low for seniors. The breakfast was adequate. I’m a hot tea drinker. There was not a tea bag in the hotel. Just a few rants! I would stay there again. I can adapt.
- 5/5
Always so friendly here
- 5/5
The room was FABULOUS! The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! Room was very clean and smelled so fresh! It was nice having all the comforts of home away from home. My ONLY complaint is their breakfast. It could be soo much better! The muffins were like rocks and there’s not any hot breakfast. You would think as nice of a hotel it is they could do better, but I guess they figure you could just cook it yourself. And the pool towels need to be at least beach towel size or minimum room size. But I highly recommend staying here. Soo convenient to everything. Very quiet! Parking is to be desired but considering the location, I guess it’s nice having as much as they do. They even have electric charging for you that drive electric.
- 4/5
Very clean room and worked well for one night stay.
- 5/5
Very clean . Housekeeping every day was excellent.
- 3/5
Air conditioner noisy; guests in next room noisy; bathroom floor uneven and slippery when wet.
- 1/5
We scheduled a wake up call for 5:00am but because of a power surge a few days before we didn’t get our wake up call until 6:00am which made us late leaving the hotel and getting to the airport late. The managers response was Well you could have used the alarm clock. I’m sorry but maybe you should have checked the phone system and wake up call system after the power surge so things were back to normal. Don’t plan on ever using this hotel again because of how the manager is treating me during this situation. There isn’t even another person to call or phone number to call to make a complaint bc it’s a franchise and there’s no one else to talk to. The hotel won’t work with me because I booked through Expedia and Expedia doesn’t want to work with me because of hotel policies. So giving a bad review because I can’t get any help to resolve my problem
- 5/5
It’s easy to make reservations, staff are polite and good locations
- 3/5
Key didn’t work in elevator and stairs were locked from outside so has to take elevator to the lobby on second floor and get key replaced complete pain.
- 5/5
ougrt, muffins, oatmmiffins, nvenient for humans, but not so much if you need to take your dog for a walk. It is sitting right on a very busy road. The windows are well insulated so you don't hear road noise, at least. The unit was was extremely clean and had a small full kitchen. Even had a dishwasher, although it would have been nice to have a sponge and dish soap. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Egg sandwiches, waffle maker, muffins, oatmeal , cereal, bagels/bread, yogurt
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff and customer service were great. Will definitely book again when in the Tampa area
- 5/5
Completely satisfied with my stay.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean, neat. Beds and pillows were comfy. The blow dryer was amazing. Having the kitchen in the room was nice - everything you need - silverware, paper towels, pots and pans, etc.
- 5/5
The staff was super professional and super courteous. With the exception of two small issues everything else was excellent.
- 5/5
The area around the property was a little concerning but the hotel, Staff and room were exactly what we needed. Would stay there again!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Safe. In a great area near TJ and Whole Foods.
- 4/5
This hotel is very nice and convenient for us when visiting family in South Tampa. My only complaint is that the website promises a hot breakfast and we were only offered a sack with a granola bar and danish in it. Other than the breakfast, this is one of my favorite places to stay. We especially enjoyed hanging by the pool and using the gas grill and fire pit.
- 1/5
AC stopped working in my room. Had to be moved in the middle of the night
