It was a comfortable stay. The pool was not working. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was perfect. A lot of choices. Very close to the Highway 85, so very very convenient. Stayed here for the second time. Staff is very courteous. Will definitely recommend. Price is reasonable for that area. The sink is outside the bathroom. Otherwise there were no other issues.

Hotel was decent. Had bad experience when I phoned before arriving hoping to see if could get checked in a bit early. Spent long frustrating time on the phone with a so called person that was obviously A.I. My suggestions: 1. When you use A.I. don't try to fool the customer as we can almost always tell it is A.I. 2. A.I. is not ready for prime time. I and others I talk to are having same experience. A.I. can rarely answer all of our questions. It did not offer to turn me over to a person, even after I requested to talk to a person. Finally I answered the questions with something that was not true just to get to the next step. Eventually the A.I. hung up on me. I was never rude or loud. A.I. is coming but stop using it before it is ready and always allow customer to get a live person when requested.

The cleanliness. The affordability the staff was excellent.

Seemed like a good place to stop. We made a reservation at 8pm the night before our stay, asked the dog fee,and that we had a black lab,70#. At 7:30am, the day of our stay, got an email back of the price for a pet and that they did not take big dogs. That disqualified us and asked to cancel reservation. Later that afternoon, we checked email and about 1pm hotel had sent email that we could stay. Called to say we made other plans since thy didn’t take big dogs. They WOULD NOT CANCEL reservation since our initial reservation was made within 24 hrs. The whole thing was poorly handled. Even calling, we could not reach manager. Was told to email her. Booking.com was no help. The hotel pointed fingers at Booking and vice versa. We ended up being charged to a room we never used. This hotel management was very poor.

Location was great. It was comfortable for a brief stay. The bathrooms seemed a little dirty. The curtains had small tears in them. And at some point during the night I smelled Marajuana

This hotel is right off of interstate 85. Very nice. Rooms seem newly remodeled. Highly recommend!

Hotel appears to have been recently renovated. Had a small issue with the lights in our room. They moved us to another room but had the same issue. The lights are in the headboard and when you move they flicker and turn off. We just didn’t use them. It didn’t affect our stay and the room was good for the price. Only a mile from Thomasville.

the room was clean and well kept, comfy bed and super good sheets! when we stayed it was basically empty so it was super quiet! the staff was super kind and i was always seeing people wiping down surfaces or cleaning something! it was spotless. also the breakfast had a wide variety! reasonable prices, definitely recommend for a stay :)

Room very clean, staff very courteous especially checking out .Quiet location and ample parking .Very spacious room .The only thing like was that the sink was outside of the bathroom .

Breakfast was awful, but the place itself was fairly nice. At least the room was clean and such. I opted for the Waffle house after trying their breakfast for 1 day. Someone else might like it, but I'll take a pass.

Parking was free and easy, as well as the staff very friendly and helpful. No carpet in the room, and sink area separate from toilet & tub, but clean and comfortable.

I found the room to be very clean and well-maintained. The decor was sparse, very utilitarian. I appreciated that the floor in the bedroom was not carpeted. Floors that are carpeted are much more likely to be dirty, and these floors are much easier to clean and maintain.

Room was clean, guests were quiet and was overall a great trip.

The Comfort Inn, Thomasville is our “go to” hotel whenever we’re in the Triad area. It’s a great value for the money; the rooms are clean and spacious; breakfast is always prepared and presented with care and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. You’ll enjoy staying there.

The hotel was nice staff friendly but the area a little shady .

Its alright. Don't expect a 5 star property with great views, but it is decently comfortable for what it is. And I’ve seen worse Continental Breakfasts.

It served its purpose. The area seemed unsafe. Poor lighting in the parking lot. That should just fill in the pool. Inside was nice Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.

The hotel is remote. We needed a stop late at night on our way home. The hostess/check-in woman was friendly, but negatively advised us of all of the homeless in the area. There are signs everywhere you look in the hotel telling you what not to do. My favorite was the sign on the ice machine telling you not to fill your cooler with ice.

Staff was friendly and hotel maintained. The curtains don’t close completely and a third of the windows were only covered by sheer panels. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows.

The hotel was in good condition (though only 1 elevator was working). The room was spacious enough. And appeared to be clean. The light switches for the bathroom were outside of the bathroom, a bit odd, bit they worked. The shower had no water pressure because it wouldn't completely turn on. Youre right off the highway though, so it IS a convenient place to stop for a night or two. But dont expect to be impressed by the hotel. Its a perfectly adequate motor lodge.

Didn't realize it was certain rooms that allowed pers. Definitely should have been made aware.

Hotel was nice. No major complaints. Clean rooms. Didn’t like the curtains not designed to fully close so the room was a bit bright.

The staff and the facility are both quite nice. Our room was clean; the bed most comfortable and housekeeping was very prompt and thorough. The breakfast Is quite good and varied each morning. The Comfort Inn, Thomasville is a wonderful place to stay for the money. You’ll be pleased.

The lady at the front desk gave us a report about leaving our service dog alone for an hour while we went to eat. No food at the exit of the hotel and had to go a couple miles away to get food to go. Our dog doesnt bark or cause any any trouble ever. A little off putting. Otherwise a good stay

was a nice place but when i checked out the amount they at the front desk said was charged to my credit card was different than what hotels . com charged me. I went back in and questioned the lady at the front desk and she stated that they went by what hotels .com come sent them. i did not have any charges to my room for anything so i am very confused could someone from hotels.com call or email me? 1-919-698-6741

Great stay except curtains wouldn’t close all the way and there was a very bright spotlight outside. Looks like bright daylight at 2am. Very hard to sleep.

Overall, everything was on par with my expectations in relation to the price paid. My biggest (only) complaint was that at least 3 of the rooms had tubs that either would not drain at all or took over half an hour to do so. I know this because my initial room had this problem, the room I was moved to had this problem and I learned from another guest that their room had the same problem. If it helps: rms 201, 207 and 107

Closer to major highways and breakfast is included. There are dining options just one exit away, less than a 5 minute drive.

Not too far from Greensboro and very peaceful and quiet away from the city! People are nice and helpful! Will definitely be back!

This was overall a good stay. The only negative was the air/heating unit. It was very noisy, and it did not turn on and off automatically with the thermostat. Most importantly, the room was clean. I appreciate the vinyl floors instead of carpet, it just feels so much cleaner.

When we are in the Piedmont, we usually stay at this property. It is right off of I-85 and we have relatives in both Thomasville and Lexington. This makes this hotel very convenient to both

Good personal

The owners and most staff went above and beyond for us. Stayed for several weeks while new house was being renovated. Shout out to Stacey and Lori at front desk for always taking great care of us. Breakfast to me wasn’t anything special and same things. Not a fan of breakfast times either, think they need to offer until 10 at least on weekends. Overall was very comfortable there!

Everything was good except that we were not able to get the door open to our room due to the lock and the actual door handle being messed up. We thought the inside safety latch was what was keeping it from opening and that the room may be occupied so we went back down stairs and the front desk attendant told us that some of the doors stick and you have to push really hard to open. She then goes back up stairs with us. She shoves on the door and gets it open. So now we are in. I thought I was going to have to call her the next morning to come let us out. I’m not joking when I say it took both hands and pulling the door with all I had to get it open. Please replace door handles.

Very clean and safe

Staff was wonderful and very pleasant. Two we dealt with were very friendly and explained things well. We did not sleep well at all during our stay. The bed was extremely hard making it difficult to sleep. We had to come home to our own beds to get some actual sleep.

Hotel was clean, as was pool area. Did not like that the back door did not close and that when using the pool in the front of the building had to walk around the building to come inside.

The walls when we turned on the lights all you seen was dust hair and cob webs all on the wall behind the bed. Other than that, it wasn’t a bad stay! Nice breakfast and employees.

We’ve stayed at this particular Comfort Inn in the past. We booked there again on a subsequent visit because, for the money, this Comfort inn in Thomasville is a wonderful value!!! Clean facility, friendly personnel, very good breakfast. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay!!!

Waffles were a terrific offering for breakfast! It was convenient to have two gas stations and a Dollar General in the immediate vicinity. Close to the highway to get going on your way.

There was fresh paint and some things looked fairly new but it was still an old hotel and the hotel and rooms smelled pretty bad. The staff was nice.

Very, very uncomfortable bed. Old, soggy and lumpy. Paper thin walls.

Shower was hot, breakfast had hot items and coffee and water station was available 24 hours. The onsite laundry facility was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again when in the area visiting.

I liked the staff. I didn’t like that the keys didn’t work after one use and the water pressure in the bathtub. But it was a nice place to stay.

It was our first time staying in Thomasville for a wedding in the city. It was nearby the venue and one of the best hotels in the city compared to some of the others I saw. Very quiet and clean. Our room was updated with hardwood floors and new furniture. The staff up front was always friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The sheets were not clean and we found bugs in our bed. We were given clean sheets to change them out ourselves. Staff was very nice.

Great brealfast

We appreciate the fact that our room didn’t have carpet, but, holy moley the floors needed a good wash! They were FILTHY!! We also liked that we could open the window for fresh air. Not having any butter or margerine (all run out) for breakfast was irritating. Come on Comfort Inn! You van do much better!!
