Clean and quiet

The hall carpet was torn and terribly stained. The room flooring was stained as well. We couldn't get past the stains to say whether or not the room was clean. Breakfast was minimal.

The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy and the staff nice. My drawback was having to pay $100 deposit that I have not gotten back. It has been 48 hours, which is generally the length of time it takes for the refund. Will give it another day and see.

It’s a worn down hotel but room was clean as were the sheets. Checked in late and left early- didn’t need much. Appreciated location and price. But not ideal. Get what you paid for.

Dogs are only 20 dollars extra which is cheap for most motels. Stay at hotel 3 years ago but definitely more run down than then. Probably would look elsewhere.

Felt like the area was sketchy- 1130pm people hanging outside the rooms outdoors and walking around. Were placed by the stairs and was loud all nightlong. Room was fine for a quick night.

Seemed new or newly refurbished. Clean to the point of the cleaning residue making the floor sticky. The bed was comfortable, and that's really what we look for, isn't it: a comfortable bed to sleep well in. Not all TV channels had audio and front desk couldn't help fix it; no TV guide to quickly find a channel or show.

Hotel staff didn't seem to know how to operate registration process, long wait time. Lobby under repair and unsafe for visitors, no attempt to provide safe access through to lobby, mirror around hot tub and hot tub were unclean and not appealing to use at all. Spent a lot of money for this amenity which we did not feel we could use.

After I paid for the room. The Hotel attendent told me that I needed 100 deposit. I didnt have the money. I wasnt able to stay. I still haven't gotten my money back that I paid.

Hot water went out and the staff didn't notify the guest nor we're they trying to get it fixed after finding out early in the day

Between the 2 days we stayed, 3 separate times there was no hot water for showers. We were told it was because they were doing laundry. I couldn't even take a showwer! The second morning the milk was spoiled and there were no serving tongs for the bread items. On the first morning I asked for napkins. They brought a tissue box. A Doller General was right across the street but the 2nd morning, we.were.still using the tissues.

customer service was extremely slow and unresponsive. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and professionalism. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

So other than it having a slow drain in the shower (feet standing in water taking a shower), the bathroom counter a little loose from the wall, 2 wash cloths dirty, & the window curtains being dirty it was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly & I let them know about the slow drain. We let before the time for breakfast started. The towels were soft, the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was not as clean as I had hoped. It was very loud outside at night by the hotel with the cars racing up and down the streets very hard to sleep.

The room was dirty and uncared for. Massive spider in the shower. Dead spider on the floor. The tissue dispenser was falling off the wall. The bathroom was hung low so that you had to crouch. The door was hard to shut.

I had a room reservation and they couldn't find it, then they gave me a room on the ground floor and it smelled like cigarettes and mold. The bed had hair on the sheets and what looked like old dried blood on the bedspread. I had a non refundable room. I threw the room key down and left. So nasty. I wish I could give it a negative rating. There were used needles in parking I seen when I was leaving. Do not stay here

Very friendly staff, but felt unsafe. Phone was just off the wall and not able to be plugged in. There were 2 dead cockroaches outside the door as well. Pictures are very deceiving and seem AI generated, take a look at the guest photos before you book. Wasn’t the worst for a few hour stay and again the staff were very helpful and kind.

The staff wasn't overly friendly, but helped when I told them about the food in the fridge. I would not stay there again, but I did appreciate having a low price.

Fist the front desk was empty I had to wait 30 minutes just for him to have an attitude about me calling the office from the lobby to get help at the desk, I get my room after making an $100 deposit that was not mentioned when I booked the room, I was told I get that back in a few days, I checked out 4 hours earlier because of the smell, just to get home and fine that they changed me for my deposit, claimed he had pictures I was smoking in the room, which I wasn’t but they had to say something to keep my deposit, how do you have pictures of me smoking in the room? That creepy statement made me report it to my bank, I would not recommend anyone stay here

The outside property was fine. The carpet inside of the motel needs to be cleaned it was dirty. Staff needs to be more friendly. Our room was clean.

The hotel could definitely be cleaner. Some of the towels were dingy and had stains. Another issue for two days we had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. The gentleman at the from desk let us know because they were doing laundry for the hotel there was no hot water and we needed to let it run 10 minutes. We did that and still no hot water and we were not compensated!!

It was as always, quiet and comfortable, never have any real issues ever!!

Over the last few years i have really seen the hotel decline. I stay here every 2 weeks so ive noticed consistent issues. The stairwells have hiles that have been patched and not repainted (over 1 year old) the carpets are nasty. Ive noticed on the outsode, the window screens are literally shredded. On the inside the bath towels and wash cloths are ALWAYS stained and dingy. Its kinda gross. I have stayed in several rooms and the showers always have terrible pressure and in most cases more water comes out the spout than the shower head. They need new diverters. On my last trip last night, i noticed their sanitation score has also dropped to an 85%. Tthe hotel is in apparent financial decline or the ownership is just pocketing all the proceeds. When im there the parking lot is always full so i know they are making money.

It was a decent room for the price. The jetted tub was much enjoyed. Convenient as well.

I did stay with a dog as they are pet friendly place, and it was quiet. Location is good for the events within the city. Had I not been exhausted, and already inconvenienced I would not have stayed there.

Awful customer service accused me of stealing after I spent almost 200 for one night I'll never stay at a microtel ever again

Room was filthy, dog paw prints and pee spots on floor. Would not let my kids walk barefoot in room. Broken fixtures in bathroom. Roaches in bathroom. Tub could not drain faster than shower filled it up. Other people's hair wrapped in bath towels (ALL OF THEM). Chipped and damage electrical outlets.

Its a quiet area and has 2 convience stores and a dollar general just across from the motel.. staff is great and prompt and never had any real concerns or issues any time ive stayed there (ive stayed there alot) its my "repeat stay to getaway" for myself and my significant other when we need time away..

Its laid back and theres 2 convience stores as well as a dollar general all 3 adjacent to the property but not crowded in the area. Prompt service and pleasant atmosphere everytime ive stayed there..

The hotel is also very close to the highway on ramp for anyone that would bother. It is also a very loud place. You can hear everything the other patrons are saying!

I asked for a full housekeeping service as a stay over they didn’t comply. They also didn’t have any breakfast just muffins and cereal and the juice was nasty. I also found hair on my towels. They was never at the front desk until the morning time you had to call numbers just to find them… IT just was not the experience I was hoping for.

This hotel is disgusting. When we first arrived, went up to the front desk. They haven’t vacuumed then we get our room as we’re walking. They haven’t vacuumed the stairways or the hallways and the carpets are dirty and stained. They’ve never been cleaned in a long time and then we go into our room and the sheets are so dirty and they haven’t looked like they’ve been changed, Then we go into our second room they gave us and it was even worse with hair and stains. The sheets were nasty and then we go into our third room and that room was a little bit better but not much the pillow stunk I would not stay here and the guy at the Front desk smell like BO bad you can smell it when you walk in !!!

They are clearly trying to run this place on a shoestring budget. I waited at the front desk one evening for 15 mins without any staff member present. I finally gave up and came back later. I think the strategy with breakfast is to put such a minimal amount of terrible food out that they can claim a “free breakfast” but without anyone actually taking anything. Then they just replay the same thing with the same food the next morning. I sat there talking one morning for 45 mins and saw nobody bother to take any food other than get some coffee. I would not wish it on my worst enemies to stay there.

Customer service was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for desk help to replace towels in our room that were already stained and ugly when we got there. No help arrived so i went to laundry area and got clean towels myself. Breakfast was another problem. A pancake machine but no batter. Bagels but no cream cheese or jelly. Only 1 creamer for the coffee. 1 banana. The bed and room were clean and smelled clean. The shower only worked half way. Half of water went out faucet when shower was on. We did have hot water though.

Overall the hotel was perfect for the price. We weren’t looking to spend a lot because we were only there to sleep- we were out of hotel early in morning and returned after 10 pm all three nights. Bathroom was a little dirty upon our arrival- we contacted the front desk and they had it cleaned the next day. Bed was comfy. A.C. worked well and was quiet. Kind of rural area.

Ive stayed there many times and never had an issue but this time i had a non working toilet, a dead roach, no bath towels and a hand towel that wasn't folded (looked used) and trash in the parking lot.

The room was ok but the shower looked like it was repaired and they put a piece of fiber glass to repair but the caulk was coming off. The breakfast was pitiful. The pancake machine did not work properly and the toaster was too slow (how much does a good toaster cost?). There were no napkins, they set out a box of kleenex. In the common bathroom, there were no paper towels, they put a roll of toilet paper on top of the paper towel dispenser. There was a homeless person in the parking lot and I told the clerk and he scruged it off.

It was close to family member and a good location. Room was very clean, but the carpet in the hallway has a lot of stains on it and needs to be replace.

The sheets on the bed were stained(dirty), I got in so late as I only stopped due to bad weather so I didn’t notify staff of sheet concern. I laid down a towel on the blanket and went to bed.

The front desk person is very nice and friendly. The hotel is okay for a one night stay but my stay was longer which became uncomfortable. The hotel does not clean your room until the 3rd day which meant a pile up of trash and towels that were not white anymore. I had gnats in my room due to the trash and I saw a dying roach in the hall way. The hotel had noisy guests so i did not get much sleep as people were coming in loud at 2 in the morning and coming in and out there rooms at 6:30am to get the continental breakfast. The floor in the room seemed to be always wet and it was dirty as the dirt was prevalent on my children’s socks. When i first arrived there was hair on the toilet seat and random long black strands of hair throughout the room. They do allow dogs which is great but it’s $25 a night where other hotels charge a flat rate of $25 per stay so the per night rate added more money to trip although i was given a 5 dollar discount because i stayed a little longer due to a sporting event. The only places around the hotel include a dollar general across the street and an Exxon gas station so you definitely need gps to find where to go for food and activities. 2.5 miles away we were able to find a Walmart fast food shop’s and a dollar tree. Overall good for a one night stay only.

This Microtel was very clean and cimfortable. The staff was very nice and checked us in right away. The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast options. Maybe some different kinds of muffins or pastries and a fruit other than bananas. Overall it was a nice stay.

It was ok, they put me in a handicap room which I didn't need and the door was hard to open and close. The shower curtain was moldy. And the toilet shifted when I got on it. Almost fell off

Mike at the front desk was the friendliest person I saw during my trip. He went out of his way to help or chat whenever we saw him. He deserves a raise for his work ethic and kindness.

Request a king bed non smoking. Upon arrival was given a handicap room but the door key card reader would not work (checked by hotel staff). Was told there were no other kings available. Staff tried to put me in a 2 queen room and charge $9 a night more. I objected and was given a single queen for the price of a king. At this point I was not in a position to turn the room down because I had a very tight schedule for a family event. Not particularly pleased that I didn’t get what I paid for.

The breakfast was okay. It could have been better. The hotel need a Waffle maker. The pancakes maker was not working correctly. The pancakes came out burnt. The last day of stay, there was no more coffee. Please add more breakfast items like croissants.

The ¿No Smoking¿ room smelt horrible like an ashtray.

Sheets were not clean and there was a palmetto bug big enough to put a saddle on. Also a few small unfinished holes in walls where wires were coming thru.

Alot of people drinking in the parking lot two separate groups with a lot of trash in lot as well Towel left on shower curtain was dirty had hair on it and very unpleasant to see when taking shower in the morning

Hotel was dirty, staff admitted to me that rooms including mine had not been clean yet, found blood splatter on beds, and found bed bugs in the furniture which I then reported to staff with pictures. Staff was understanding hotel overall was disgusting

We had to pay $20 per dog even though they were emotional support dogs.
