Older hotel, price was okay, TV didn't work till staff came to fix, phone didn't work to call front desk, one of the door wouldn't work with room keep, hotel like a maze.

Hotel was close to the outlets Took 15 minutes for someone to tend to me waiting at the foyer to check in. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and we only got a one bedroom suite and didn’t get any money reimbursed. No breakfast. Cooking items were terrible.

NO FOOD unless you figure an apple and a cup coffee was food. NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER. FELT LIKE THE KING BED HAD QUEEN SHEETS. IN OTHER WORDS…we will NOT be back.

It was quiet even though it was by the freeway. The fact that the whole hotel was smoke free. The smell of mildew in the kitchen sink when you poured water down the drain.

The room was dirty, the bed was comfortable.

The one staff member we encountered at check-in was lovely. However, she was the only person on site with full capacity and there were maintenance issues that she was trying to work through such as broken ice machine. When we got back late in the evening, a guest was there to check in and the guest was locked out and hotel staff was nowhere to be found. In the morning we realized there was no smoke alarm in our room. Maintenance and amount of staff are a problem.

Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :(

Stayed three months and not once did I have I single complaint. The hotel is clean, comfortable and run welll. I suggest this hotel for anyone you wants a quiet and cozy place to stay.

Excellent staff, very clean and quiet. No vagrants hanging around with well lit and safe parking. It’s worth the extra bucks for such a nice place. WiFi could be a little better but it’s stulll doable.

they have recliners which due to fibromyalgia I have to sleep in a recliner. The room was great except the recliner was not. The back of the recliner has been broken and leans back before without putting foot rest up. When you recline it won’t stay down and will bring you back up. Staff was great. Chair needs replaced. Apolstry is in bad shape. I still highly recommend Candalwood suites.

I was told they needed my credit card for any other charges for the room, then 100 dollars was charged for amenities , and they had no pool, no breakfast, nothing but a sitting area and snack machines. Poor excuse of a hotel. No one was there to check us out either, so i couldn't raise the issues.

King Suites were very nice and provided all amenities. Location was good with easy access to freeways and shopping. It would be nice to have an included continental breakfast.

Recliner is a bit shabby, no soap dishes in the shower.

Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. But the curtains did nothing to block out the light and the room, especially the bathroom needed maintenence.

Good location. Toilet refilled every few minutes. No breakfast. This is really a long stay hotel with kitchens. We didn't realize that.

Air conditioner did not work. It was over 100 degrees outside and the AC obviously needed attention.

What was unique was how their TV/cable system didn't work in 2025. Two separate rooms and both TVs were stuck on one channel.

The tv didn’t work, and there was no soap in the shower….otherwise clean and cozy for my quick stay.

This room included a refrigerator which emitted a very hearty hum. Turning it off was an easy fix. The location is also a little complicated to get to; you turn as if you are going into the Amazon warehouse but turn left along the frontage road and go under the road through a short tunnel.

We had our dog with us and the property around the hotel to take her out is very well lit and clean. We have atayed here before several times and will stay again in the future.

The first room that they put me in they gave me the wrong key. Your maintenance man came to let me in and he told me that they typed in the wrong room number, but the handle of the front door was broken so move me a new new room that the TVs did not work And there is no hot water in the shower. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I always stay there when I’m in Denver. I love it.

It is conveniently located to the vein and heart facility that I was having an operation at. There are tons of restaurants and even a Starbucks all within the area. The room is absolutely gorgeous and the fully furnished kitchenette provides everything you need to accommodate any food you might have or any food you want to make. Keep up the great work!!!

I was then given room 303 where the flapper valve in the toilet audibly leaked constantly and the refrigerator was very noisy and ran all night long. I finally got up at 5:00 AM and left.

Very positive experience. Lengthy stay here and only positive things to report. Clean and well kept.

The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free washer and dryers was very nice too. I had to ask after day 3 for fresh towels. Not sure how many days go by before room service comes in.

Didnt know there was a $50 extra charge(retainer fee)for possible damages but otherwise it was a nice place

They could provide more dining wares, only provided 2 sets of everything which is only sufficient for one meal, we had to run the dishwasher after every meal, since they also did not provide dish sponge. The outlet mall is just next to the hotel although we did not visit, it’s very close to everything, plenty of fast food options, and a gas station right next to it. Will definitely choose to stay at Candlewood Suites again.

No frills. But large room with 2 queens, strip complete kitchen. Great staff. Dining shopping next door. One block from hiway. Our second stay! Better selection of snacks in ‘store’. But not an issue as large convenience store is next door ( and of course 1/2 the price)

No compensation offered, no real resolution except I could sit with them and call the bank to try to resolve. I’ve checked out and still have not received anything but a half hearted ‘apology’ and still don’t have the money back. Hundreds of extra dollars paid ‘just because’—- No accountability, no real explanation, no compensation… not even the money back yet. Hotels.com blames the hotel, hotel blames Hotels.com. Typical. Considering litigation due to the issues this caused for my trip and account and extra expenses incurred due to this ‘mistake’

Big spacious room and bathroom. Got a great upgrade and they are really good with pets. Location great too. No breakfast.

So many stores near walking distance, you can also walk to the outlets. No breakfast, no pool.

Not-so-good. Fixtures were broken, worn, or simply tired. Refrigerator was old and loud. The room thermostat was not working so the AC was manually operated ... either on or off. The shower insert was coming away from the wall. Etc, etc, etc. Candlewood is falling well short of its competitors in this hotel sector. Its not awful but choose somewhere else, if you can.

They really need breakfast and smart tv’s for the price of the rooms. Overly expensive for barely any amenities. I only stayed because it was close to my destination and not a motel.

I took my new bride here on our first night before we went to the airport for our honeymoon. Boy was that embarrassing. We decided to take a shower, and the curtain doesn't even reach the floor, so the entire bathroom floor was flooded. And then the refrigerator was making a sound comparible to a jet engine taking off, making falling asleep very difficult.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped in a convenient location. No bar/restaurant within the hotel, but lots nearby. Basic accommodation. Room makeup needs to be requested for multiple night stays.

House keeping does not come in every day, we had to request it. Once we requested it, it was still not done. The water spilled a lot out of the shower. There was cockroches too, very large ones. I informed the staff, and still nothing was resolved. We were in town on an emergency trip, and the nearby hotels were all booked.

It was nice, clean, quiet and convenient. Jayce at tje front desk was super helpful and very friendly. The only down side was that the tv did not work. It made for an early night but, disappointing. We turned in early hoping to just watch a move and relax but, we’re not able to.

The third floor did not seem to get hot water for showers. The property for the most was clean, but back by Ziggy's coffee in the landscaping, there were water bottles with yellow liquid and other trash.

1st off didn't get room i booked this hotel is full of oil field workers smells like workers ask for late check out Thursday night when we arrived for sunday evening as we are here for swim meet charged us $25 to stay til 3

Disappointed...our sink and shower did not drain properly. We alerted the front desk the morning we were going to be out all day, but the issue was not resolved. They apparently poured something down the drains, but it did not work. They should have stayed to be sure it was fixed.

Shower water wouldn’t get hot, seemed like the handle was put on backwards. Pet stains on floors and couches, bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose and moved everytime it was even barely touched. Not a bad overall stay, just some annoying inconveniences.

Everything about this property is outstanding! I expected it to be run down & a mess because of the price - but when we checked in & saw our room - I was pleasantly surprised!! Definitely Recommend!!

Did not get serviced on monday even though i requested at the disk before we left for the day and I asked for the drain in the shower to be fixed because it filled up with water during a shower and it did not get fixed. Overall below average hotel. Great location though.

go down to report that the tv and phone were'nt working. Staff send maintance to check tv got it working enough to watch a few programs. Then there was the noise from upper room constant but the phone was not working so we had an unpleasant night sleep and our stay was horrible.

The shower only room had a curved curtain rod with a curtain that allowed water to drip onto the floor. Impossible to tuck the shower curtain in. Unsafe wet floor. I also asked for extra towels which they did not have and was told they would bring them to the room which they did not. The toaster did not pop up on its own resulting in burnt toast.

Location was great and convenient to tue freeway. The floor was super creaky. The refrigerator made an obnoxious rattling sound all night. There was hair on the floor. Parking was ample and felt safe.

The hotel is very convenient for long stays, since it has a full kitchen equiped with everything you need. But it looks a little old, the armchair in my room was torn and the carpet seemed old... But the room was quiet and comfortable. One thing I did not like was the size of the window. It was small making the room not letting in much light. Room service is provided weekly.

The online description for Hotels.com says breakfast included. I try to stay at only hotels with breakfast. When I asked about the breakfast in the morning they said the only thing they offer is fruit, which was apples and oranges. That is not breakfast! See attached photo

I did not like the crowdedness feeling outside the hotel. My window faced the gas station and it was noisy and you could hear cars all hours of the night.

When we were checking in of the rooms had been vacated by people with dogs and apparently still smelled of dogs so the check in staff gave us alternative accommodation. They were very helpful and this hotel is a very convenient place to stay which is excellent value and easy to get to and park and plenty of dining options around. It is clean. We were surprised to find the toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser) provided in the bathrooms were Dove which we were very happy with, including a difficult teen daughter! It is a basic three star but for a night in our way to the mountains it is a perfect stop and amazing value on a city where all other options were ridiculous value for what you get and other options had expensive parking options further into Denver.

Made a reservation for 2 nights and arrived late in the evening for check in. Clerk told me our room was gave to someone else and they were out of rooms. Not very helpful and kept blaming the earlier shift. After a few minutes we were told there was a room but it may not be clean and “good luck with that”. Got lucky and it was somewhat clean. If it wasn’t 11:30 p.m we would have tried another hotel and we had prepaid online. Manager contacted us and was apologetic and said we would be given points but that never happened. A box of snacks were left at our door which half of them had expired! No joke! Bed was comfortable and that is really the only positive thing I can say!

I think it was previously a smoking room. I could smell it.

At first glance we loved everything about this property. After further glance, we opened up the fold out couch and found a crack pipe and noticed that the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic garbage bag. My friend noticed what seemed to be a transaction of some kind going on in the hall.

While the hotel was nice and the room was spacious they managed to lock my credit card and have a fraud warning put on it. They changed for the whole stay up front and charged each day individually and while all were just pending by the 3rd night my credit card company hauled the transactions and had me call in to straighten everything out. After check out the hotel called and said they were having trouble charging my card. I told them they caused the issue and would have to wait for all their pending charges fall off (which did after a few days). Overall it was a nice place to stay but watch out if they try this with your credit card.
