Great stay at Hilton Garden, excellent location and price!

Very clean, friendly staff and easy parking

The property was clean especially the lobby and outside area. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Loved having the full size pillows! Our refrigerator didnt work so we had to throw out our orange juice. The amenities were useful but we had two shampoo bottles and no conditioner, it was doable. A little disappointed in the 12.95 breakfast. Not any more than other motels free breakfast , actually not as many items as a typical free breakfast. Best part of our stay was the location. Close to shopping, coffee shops and food.

Staff let me check in early after a long drive in for a very busy concert. Property is beautiful. I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff was very polite and helpful with all requests. The rooms were clean, the food was decent. My first room had a broken door and lamp, and I had to request another room. However the staff took care of me very well. The breakfast during my last stay seemed better over holiday, the price did not change however breakfast this time around seemed mediocre.

It was a very nice hotel. I like the hot tub and the pool area was excellent easy access to on and off of the highway and it was also close to the Colorado national Speedway, which I would love to go see again and would have to probably stay at your guises hotel also and it was very very fun and I enjoyed the room. The suite was beautiful and nice and I was happy.

Breakfast is not included and no water station for our water bottles. Yes, we all trying to be green living. Two nights at $505.08. I will not be staying at your place or be going through booking. Com again. Enough of the gouging greed.

Great property, didn't know anything about a $50 per room deposit. The most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only other problem was the Smart TV keep losing connection. Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Pool and fitness center were clean as well

Room was ok. Some stains on the pillow sheets and towels. Staff was ok. Not as friendly as the new place im staying.

The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service!

Always love this place! The staff, location and having the Italian Steakhouse connected to the property all wonderful!!! Unfortunately when booked, we were not told the pool and hot tub would be down for 3 months for refurbishment. That was a bummer.

Hot tub and pool closed for remodel during our visit.

The amenities were closed as far as the pool area. Our room 433 was leaking water from the bathroom above us to our shower. When the guest would shower from the room above us their water would leak through the light of our shower . The ceiling had some water bubbles in our bathroom. Everything else was good we just couldn’t use our shower. So at checkout I had to let them know about the issue of our bathroom. Apparently they didn’t know that was going on but it looks like it had been happening for a few days possibly weeks.

Everything in the room was very clean. The staff went the extra to help you with things. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend staying

The front desk lady was very very sweet. I did filter my search for a pool and hottub but was disappointed. My husband always wants to enjoy that when we stay somewhere. No where on hotels.com did it tell me it was closed. The front desk lady said they were renovating the area. When we came through the lobby to leave she said she had found some rec centers, which was very kind as most staff would shug and not give a flying f. The hotel smelled wonderful, clean and love their pillows. I went to look for them online, $109.00. And I should learn to call and ask if places pools are open ar the specific the property because this is the second time its happened. Starting to think mcdonalds ice cream distributor owns hotel properties.

Nice room, very clean, dog friendly and very centrally located for where we needed to be each day of our trip. Dog poop bags need to be stocked at the dispensers. The temperature control in the room needs improved, it was nearly 70 outside when we arrived and the room was 73+ and never could get the room cool enough.

My stay was as expected, have stayed there before and have been satisfied.

Shops and restaurants nearby. It' just a great area. Outlet malls and Topgolf are really close. But it's quiet too. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The pool area is a hot mess. The stairs to the hot tub had literal mud hanging down from the side.

The room was VERY DARK at night. I like to sleep with it nice and dark but the room’s lights were minimal and that made it hard to function berfore sleeping. The shower head/faucet was very high which made the water less warm bu time it got to my head. Wish b’fast had been included. Jacuzzi jets did not work.

The staff made check-in so easy and fast. It's a really nice property. So cloae to shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a perfect week here. My room was clean, bright, soothing and quiet. I enjoyed soaking in the spa pool. Staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing in any way. The bed was very comfortable with the best pillows I've ever used.

Everything was extra...breakfast, water, everything. Was irritating see these things everywhere. Im surprised you werent charged per flush. Room was decent. Staff were there, but disnt go out of their way. So service was good, not exceptional.

Stay here many times and always happy! Staff very nice and nice rooms and the location is convenient. Plus Italian Steakhouse that is attached to hotel is a definite perk!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly however we arrived shortly after 4pm and our rooms were not ready. We waited in the hotel bar until 5 but they were still not ready. We were changed to a different type of room so that we could get changed after a long day of travel. It was disappointing that we could not get our reserved rooms that late in the day when check in is supposed to be available at 3pm.

The room and lobby were clean so that is a positive. But the rest of the hotel (pool area, outdoor area/fire pit was disgusting

When I booked the stay it said online breakfast was included. When I checked in, the front desk breakfast is not available. Otherwise the hotel was just ok. Nothing fancy but certainly not remotely the best. This is your standard 2-3 star stay.

The property was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful on several occasions. We didn't eat breakfast in the morning, but our dinner in the steakhouse was fantastic. All four of us loved our meals and the bar/serve staff was terrific. The outlet mall and other shopping/dining options are very near by. Pool is smaller but pool and spa were up and running. We will definitely start here again if in the area!

Paid for mountainview room and got a room side freeway view with a hospital across the street. Two different coffeemakers were broken, hotel was out of coffee pods til the following week and no one in housekeeping spoke English. Hotel refused to provide any credit for the poor service and noisy poor view room and staff was poorly trained. They told me mgr would provide credit following week and he was rude and blamed the problems on Expedia . I'll never stay there again.

We stayed one night here as part of a longer trip. I slept well. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, but I thought the bed was a bit on the soft side. The breakfast was ok. Check in and out was easy.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom so there was no place to put our towels after use which was especially difficult because of the every other day cleaning of the room. The restaurant was good and accommodated my family of 7 easily with a separate dining area. The hostess and the waitress were friendly and made sure that we were all happy with the experience. It was a disappointment that the breakfast was not included so we went elsewhere to eat.

After we went to bed people were given the key to our room and entered two nights in a row. They didn’t clean the room, empty the trash, or replace the towels during our stay.

The hotel is modern and nice. We could not get our shade to go up, but other than this fact, the hotel was nice. The steak restaurant adjoining was fantastic!

The location, we’re surrounded by everything & an easy drive to all the destinations we planned on visiting while in CO. Our room was dirty in many ways, there was hairs, crumbs, dirty surfaces. I thankfully had wipes and was able to wipe stuff down. My toddler wanted to spend time in the indoor pool area, there were bugs everywhere. The pool/jacuzzi is in need of some TLC.

Very early for work the next morning. It was supposed to be convenient. It was until we got back at 1 to a very disruptive and very rude neighbor. Around 2 we started to call the front desk and never got an answer. Around 2:30 we went down stairs to the front desk to notify them of the extremely loud noises coming from next door and finally around 3 it quieted down. Just in time for my 5 am alarm. I understand it wasn’t the fault of the the property but the convenience factor of the whole stay was blow away with the smallest inconvenience of rude and loud neighbors that don’t respect the hotel etiquette.

There are numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby, many of which are within walking distance, including a Freddy's right next door. The hotel also features a steakhouse, where guests receive a 10% discount upon presenting their room key. We did not dine there. A continental breakfast is available at the hotel for a fee of $12.95 per adult and $5.95 per child. We found the price to be a bit high for a continental breakfast, so we opted to eat elsewhere.

It was a nice regular hotel room. It was all fine.

The employee who checked us in was not very friendly and he didn’t bother to inform us that the hot tub was closed. We were on the 2nd floor and the room above us was extremely loud all night and it kept us awake. The electronic shades didn’t work in our room so we couldn’t let any sunlight in. But it was clean and very nice other than these few issues.

My husband and I visit Colorado twice a year and this is where we always stay. Hotel is convenient for us. Everything is close by and right off of I 25. It's clean and staff is friendly.

Booked late night and was given a room that smelled like chlorine. My wife took a shower and there was no shampoo or conditioner. Then when I tried to use the phone to call for replacements the phone didnt work. Unexpectedly long shower at 130am. And also when i asked to waive the ridiculously expensive $75 pet fee the lady laughed. Ya dont stay here...

Definitely some room for improvement. Comfortable beds, bathroom door is odd, no fan on the bathroom. It was ok for the price. Breakfast was over priced

Shower water did not get warm enough.

Great location for exploring the greater Denver area and mountains. Lots of dining or shopping around. Hot tub was hot and the pool was not too cold! (That's a positive!) Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Not good stuff: Our room had a very noisy air handling unit, a broken phone (easier to call the desk than cell phone that way) and a broken cabinet door. Walls seemed a little thin (lots of neighbor sounds). Breakfast was expensive and generic, but decent quality.

I love that property was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the barnyard door for the bathroom it didn’t lock. It was a nice door but if your sharing a room with your friends there really is no privacy but other than that it’s a very nice place to stay.

Pretty much as you would expect from Hilton. Clean, polite staff, and expensive fringes. No complaints.

The hotel is beautiful. Check in a breeze with 2 friendly receptonists who welcomed me as a Hilton Honors Member. The hotel was listed as Pet Friendly. It was a late reservation so paid in full with non refundable payment. Then I was told the dog fee was $75. The room rate was $121. $75 dollars is outrageous and I'll stay away from Hilton pet friendly Hotels from now on.

We had just left the Drury. For the same price we got free dinner. 6 free adult drinks. Free breakfast. None of this is offered here in face even breakfast isn't free here and it is the same price. Might as well go to 104th and get free dinner and breakfast and awesome customer service. No perks at all.

it's easy to get to and there is food and shopping within walking distance. I've stayed here twice, I haven't been impressed either time. Most of the TV channels don't come in, the hot water was Luke warm at best, I had to fix the "running" toilet...the float was sticking... we put drinks in the fridge and they came out hot the next morning, the door didn't close due to the cabinet around it and the heat from it made everything hot.

This place is a DUMP. Front desk staff is rude (in 3 days I met 4 “family members” who ALL acted like they were doing us a favor. The place is FILTHY, WiFi doesn’t work, pool/hot tub is broken, parking is “per space”(except we called ahead advising we were pulling a trailer). The entire experience was a disaster. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER
