Por el costo esta bien, el cuarto esta agradable, la t.v algo antigua, el baño en la zona de regadera le falta mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado muy bien, por el motivo de mi viaje la ubicacion esta adecuada, ya que al centro esta retirado, también para el aeropuerto muy rapido el trayecto, en la noche algo ruidosa por el transito vehicular de la avenida, pero si lo volveria a usar, gracias

Front desk was super rude, not to mention the bathroom and the bed sheets were dirty the tv remote didn’t work. Save your money and stay somewhere else we also had no water in the sink in the bathroom. Not to mention no fridge which i need to have my medicine in there at all times and it went bad due to not being able to put it in a fridge.

The staff dont know which rooms are eeady to rent, there was no hat water to shower and the person said i just going to see and report tomoroow, but not goong to do anything. that pleare is dirty in general, l saw hairs all over tje shaver, the lining l had to ask to be change, towells with brown spots, i considered hotel Cucapah as a motel, they offer 4hrs rooms services

The hotel did not have my reservation. The room assigned was not clean. When I got into the room, I reviewed the sheets of both beds. They were disgustingly dirty with grease stains and other different stains, as well as shoe steps, and hair strands. There was also hair in the pillow cases. Later, I noticed that the shower’s walls and bathroom’s ceiling were moldy. We felt uncomfortable.

It is in a dark area of town not very good lighting, faucet handle fell off on shower and towels were old and dull.. carpet was dirty and sticky,. They didn’t help me get a taxi but it was a lot farther from the airport than it says online. It took 25 min to get to the airport at 6:30am

Very bad smell coming from the bathroom Carpet was filthy Air conditioning didn’t work properly. The receptionist almost charged me a different price for the same room but changed after I told her I had already deserved it. Pictures don’t do justice 😒

The place had an excellent view. Soraya at check in was not very friendly she had a horrible attitude. I was double charged by them. I had a very hard time resolving this issue with them. The room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. I called down stairs to change rooms she took my call and said she would get back to me snd never did. The 0lace was pretty empty so there was no reason not to change my room. I do have to mention i spoke to the owner/ mgr jose luis about my refund. He was nice but issue still went unresolved as far as my refund.

Absolute scam, buyer beware. The front desk staff kept trying to charge 2-3x what the agreed upon Expedia price was. This is a very sleazy motel and has by the hour rooms. Unless you’re here for hooking up I wouldn’t go there. The WiFi is very slow too. My room wasn’t cleaned during the day either, but they came in to turn off the A/C.
