I am a frequent Mexico traveler. Staying at Marriott hotels is a preference due to great restful experiences. However, this current stay is just not up to par. The shower tile is crusty and soiled. The room curtains are very soiled. The bed sheets are quite old and dirty. I dare to think that the linen has not been changed after multiple guests. I will not be returning to thia particular location.

Its very dirty, when whe walked in the room, it smelled like armpits, everything looked dirty, the towels were gray, the carpet was sticky, i wouldnt stay there again its just dirty

Great breakfast, convenient location- right across from macroplaza to which it’s connected by a footbridge only a block away! Nice staff and very clean room.

Good Breakfast, AC not working in our room. We were happily accommodated to another room where it was freezing cold perfect for hot weather outside.

This time I found three cockroaches in the bathroom and I'm sure there was more during the night, the staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is getting old and there's no renovation in their flaws.

Room is clean the only down fall is that the AC wasn't cooling the room they had a fan in there so not sure if they knew or not but besides that is a nice place for one noght stay

Room was clean but one of the bedsheets was stained. On the info the hotel offers transportation but when I called I was told it wasn’t available to check later and then I called again a few days before my reservation and was told the van broke down again. Phone in the room wouldn’t connect to the front desk and tv wouldn’t connect to streaming apps I had to call through my phone to be able to get ahold of someone in the front desk for them to tell me the tv is not compatible with streaming apps even though the tv remote had easy access buttons to those apps. Ac in the room the lid that covered the temperature lights was broken so I had a bright green light shinning all day and night.

It was near shopping centers and restaurants. Things I didn’t like was that the a/c did not work in our room and front desk workers were not very welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was nice and clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Great location, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was fine, i see locals rate it as excellent, nice to be able to grab a coffee in the evening. There is a Mall across from the hotel a lot of restaurants withing walking distance (not all in the mall). It is not in the center of Tijuana but that is a short taxi ride or drive, There is a park also within walking distance. No Pool but there is a small gym. The WIFI got a bit slow occasionally in the evening

Was okay. They don’t vacuum the room or mop the washrooms unless you ask after checking in and seeing the room is dirty. Even after asking for them to vacuum the room, I still found long female hair on the floor and I am a man with very short hair. I stayed by myself for three nights.

It is near a shopping center and security is on top of everything . Brought memories when my wife was with us back in 2021 she passed away back in 2023 but my boys and I love the accommodations and we will keep coming back.

Hotel did not have water, no air conditioning and it was very hot. Zero customer service skills for the stuff there. Us, customers reported issues and they refuse to refund the money for us to get another place to stay

Check in was great, was able to allow my grandmother rest before her medical appointments. Requested extra pillows and towels as there’s 4 of us in total and the 2 towels are not enough. Returned from our appointments to no water in the building. The air conditioner did not cool the room at all it was humid and hot. I had to go downstairs for assistance as the room phone was not working either. I understood the other guests were complaining about not having water so I was patient. Once again I asked for the extra pillows and towels and help with the air conditioner. Receptionist said ok we’ll bring it upstairs to your room. I waited an hour for the water to turn on and still waited for the towels and pillows. Went back downstairs and again I was told they’d bring them to us. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable my grandmother was exhausted so she said to just let her sleep and we’d leave earlier than planned. Very disappointed in the staffs false promises. As we were leaving our room housekeeping lady was very rude and said to us that if we’re checking out to leave the door open for her to clean. I said ok: I’ll open the door again for you and she said in a very rude tone, “I’ll open it myself”. We were so upset and offended by the staff we definitely will never stay here again. We normally stay at the Marriott chains; will definitely drive more than this convienent location.

We love it, the only problem was the location. It’s very complicated just to get there. There’s no easy access to the parking lot entrance. There’s only one way to get there and one has to drive around if coming from the opposite side of the street.

Closest hotel to my family which was 5 miles further south in Tijuana. This is the last decent hotel when driving south on Casa Blanca. I was surprised at how nice the mall across the street was. Breakfast buffet could have been better. For about $100 is was worth it.

Very dirty, the room had a very bad smell, there was no room phone, the towels were very old, the bathroom had a bad smell, the room was very bad, I don't recommend it.

The check in process was very poor. Had to wait 2 hours to get our room (check in was at 3pm and we got our room at 5:40pm) and minimal communication from the staff. I was very disappointed with my experience.

I did not like the after hours notice in front of the property it should be regulated

We booked this place because we called 3 times prior to our reservation to make sure they had a baby crib and they told us that they would. We arrived and mentioned that we didn’t have it in the room but we were going out for a bit, they promised they would have the problem solved in a few hours after we came back. We arrived about 4 hours later and we still didn’t have the baby crib, they said that they couldn’t get one. That was the main reason why we got this hotel in the first place, on top of that we came to the room and had no electricity, they fixed the power issue but then we did not have hot water, it was extremely loud, there was a party or something and we couldn’t sleep AT ALL, the place was dirty, they didn’t bother to dust, the walls were nasty and the door frames rusted, the towels stained and yellow. We asked to cancel the reservation and get a refund and they asked us to deal with Expedia or hotels.com directly. They couldn’t offer a shower cap either. Terrible service and very dirty.
