Housekeeping needs to make sure they mop the floors of the world. Good. I wasn’t white socks on my socks came out black.

Excellent experience. The room was clean, the service was great, and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended. The main downside was the restaurant. The food options were limited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there were very few choices available. There was also no juice offered, which made the dining experience a bit disappointing.

The staff was great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and, fairly, well maintained with a newer smart TV. The biggest downfall was the restaurant. The quality of the food and drinks didn't match the price. The food was average to below average with an above average to high cost. The safe in the room didn't work. The shower door didn't shut properly and the only way to turn the shower on was to stand directly under the shower head. You got hit with cold water with no real way to avoid it. The shower/toilet area was very cramped.

This time during our recent visit experience a water leaking in the bathroom. Water was coming from the shower floor into the bathroom floor thru the bottom side of glass wall. I guess the seal between the bottom part of glass wall and the floor was damaged and lots of water will leak to the bathroom floor. I brought it to their attention at the reception desk. Other than that, property meet my expectations.

Location was close to many shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.

Pleasant hotel. My only complaint was that the sheets seemed a bit worn. The room was decent for a quick overnight stay. Plenty of secure parking and close to the Caliente stadium/casino.

I've stayed at this location multiple times ,keep coming back its a nice hotel but the Staff is rude . Its alway a bad experience talking to th e receptionist seems his always in a bad mood or he takes his role as a receptionist as he was the owner him self . This would be the last time staying at this hotel .

Very clean and nicely updated. The check in process is in the 80s. I don’t see the point to ask you to fill a long form if all the info is on the online booking and also on the ID they take a copy of.

Everything was great from the time I check in till we check out , the only issue we have there was the internet-WiFi was too slow for the most part at night and sometimes during the day other than that excellent.

very dirty bedding and blankets. Looks like it hasnt been washed in weeks. Outside of that, the room was what I expect from a cheaper hotel in tijuana but at least other hotels in this price range will have clean sheets/bedding. Will not return

They have renovate few rooms but the one that I got this time need it to fix the bathroom door, it was to noise every time we open or close the door sounded like broken glass and I told the manager about it and he said that the maintaince person was not available on the weekend.also the walls are not sound proof you can heard all the noise from the next room.

They had workers outside our window laughing & talking since 7-8 am then at 8 they started doing work in the room upstairs from us. We had gotten there at 1 am so we barely had any sleep. Room is very clean & renovated. Staff is super friendly, we’ve stayed here multiple times & this is the first time we had a bad experience here.

It was a good stay. I do think it was overpriced based on the conditions of the room. I’ve paid less when staying in Las Vegas and the rooms are in good conditions. But I will say the bed was comfortable, WiFi was reliable and the hotel restaurant was convenient.

Great place to stay! Room was recently remodeled. Only thing I didn't like was the pillows were so flat and only 2 on the bed. The other thing was the shower did not shut all the way, which we reported to the office. Other than tha its a great place to stay!

They gave me a dirty room. The sheets with hair of all colors. I asked them to move me to another room. They moved me to another room with the same problem and the toilet bowl full of urine. I told them to the reception and not even an apology. I don't recommend this place.

This is probably one of the best hotels to stay in TIjuana ( cacho) and close to Caliente stadium. Safe and close to many shops! Super clean great staff! I left my suitcase outside and the staff made sure to locate me and get it back to me. Very responsible staff! Thanks you !!! ;)

My biggest concern was a clean room and a safe place for my vehicle.

Thank you staff great people. The food from the restaurant not tu fancy but delicious feels like home.
