Había cucarachas en la habitación, la mitad de la cama tenía un declive enorme, al momento de acostarte quedabas en posición de "U" como si estuvieras durmiendo en hamaca, esto debido a que la estructura de la cama ya no servía. No probé la comida, el ver cucarachas en la habitación me desanimó de probar los alimentos, mi lógica fue: “Si hay cucarachas en las habitaciones, donde no hay comida. ¿Qué puedo esperar de dónde si hay alimentos?”. La ubicación es perfecta y la atención fue muy buena.

Not enough towels, asked for more and was given attitude. TV didn’t turn on, called the front and they said they would come help and never did. Not worth my money

The insulation was terrible, and the loud music kept me from sleeping. The engine room was very loud inside the room. The window faced the hallway and not the open air. The hallways were all wet and slippery due to the rain. Breakfast was only 1 food, and you didn't have any other choice; it wasn't a buffet

Sunio hotel was very nice. The continental breakfast that was included with the stay at the hotel was good. The breakfast included eggs with sausage, fried beans, chilaquiles and coffee. I would stay at Sunio Hotel agan in the future. Thank you.

Habitación limpia, bastante amplia, contaba con mini esplit y buena cancelacion de ruido a pesar de estar cerca de centros de diversión y tiendas departamentales. La cama súper comoda. Fuis con mi familia y la pasmos muy bien.

Honestly, I was very concern because it was dirty and ac was broken , we have to go to the front desk to change rooms, so we got another room and ac broke too anyway, noisy as hell early in the morning, there is a church next door and they play music so early, like at 6:45 am till 9:00am no, no, no

Habitacion siempre limpia, buena ubicacion, recibimiento rapido, desyuno basico. Alberca no la utilizamos estaba el clima fresco, pero se ve muy limpia

The room only had 2 thin towels for 2 people which wasn't enough. There were cockroachs roaming the halls in front of my room door. No iron, fridge, working microwave in premiere room for a 3 star hotel? Shower head spray pattern was all over the place and it looked crusty. AC and TV worked fine. Pool was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. I wouldn't revisit honestly.

The hotel items that are provided as part of the service are very worn down, the towels had holes in them and looked very old. The bedding along with towels that were given to us had stains on them, and the bathrooms were filthy. There was hair in the drain in the shower and it was just overall filthy. We had Clorox wipes and we literally wiped down our entire room because it was so disgusting. We went to a local Walmart and had to buy bleach just to feel comfortable that we had disinfected that whole hotel room ourselves. I absolutely do not recommend this place especially if you have children.

The stay was ok for the prize except there was no tv service all night we stayed in I asked the front desk and did not resolve the issue she said there was no one to fix it also the shower was clogged up and it was nasty I had to wash my feet in the sink

Check in la personal amable pero sin toallas en la cama y odor de humid feo en la cama. Aire viejo y ruidoso, no voy a regresar.

La propiedad estaba muy sucia , aparte otros huéspedes se veían como maliantes , tenemos niños y el hotel se veía muy inseguro y sospechoso , la habitación estaba sucia y con un olor a sucio toallas mojadas por los pasillos y el piso manchado de mugre, salimos corriendo del lugar , nos sentimos temerosos por nuestra familia .

Good location. However the room did not have enough towels, toiletries, tv not work or remote. Ripped towels additionally breakfast was the exact same thing each day. It was okay but not great. My child did not have a meals because they only include adults.

The room smelled so much like bleach, and there was either bed bugs or something else- woke up with bites all over. The AC also leaks water everywhere! Definitely will not be coming back .

Estaba muy descuidado

Felt insafe from the moment i asked for my room key. Staff was not helpful at all got a room way in the back, that had no phone in the room all 3 windows had no screen to thwm and door was so insecure, felt scary to even stay inside & sleep. Booked at a different hotel and requeated a redund was told by a young lady upfront that i had to requeat through expedia simce that is where i purchased the stay. Made a complaint to management and aslo to my expedia and CC and its still jas not been resolved. Over all bad experience..

The room smelled like stinky feet. Also there was a big cockroach that was squashed and left behind to greet us.

No microwaves in room or lobby. Constant wet floors from air conditioning units without caution signs; I witnessed multiple people including children slip and fall from the constant puddles of water. Noisy and very loud echo outside of rooms in main building; very little privacy or silence. Complimentary breakfast is the same thing everyday and not very

Adicional en la madrugada demasiado ruido,. y aunque seguridad fue varias ocaciones a pedir guardar silencio, no lo sacaron a la persona conflictiva hasta el día siguiente, ya cuando toda la gente de al menos todo el tercer piso no pudieron dormir, disturbios comenzaron a las 2 am y no lo sacaron hasta las 9 am.

When I arrived, noticed expedia hotel name was only at entrance but inside hotel signage was “Fiesta Tijuana” which I did not paid for. I did reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids and they told me breakfast was only for adults because it was the price they gave me, even though my reservation was for 4 people total. When I went to room, a bigg cockroach was there. They gave another room and no AC and a floor fan was there. I was with a 2 years old…. No safe at all. I am requesting full refund from Expedia and still waiting.

There were roaches in the room. This morning my daughter woke up to a roach on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating. Pool wasn't available for us, all chairs around the pool area.

Muy sin chiste viejo y descuidado lo elegimos para llevar a los niños a la alberca y porque nos gusta jugar billar y ninguna de las dos actividades estaban disponibles ... La sala de juegos inexistente.. y la alberca sin agua... La televisión no funcionaba y nunca fueron a cambiarme el control.. prefirieron darme llaves de otra habitación para que misma fuera buscar otro a ver si funcionaba.. el desayuno fue lo más rescatable pero fue solo a dos personas aunque la reservación fue para 4... Una total desepcion.... Aaa a y el levador parece que se va a caer da miedo.. preferimos usar las escaleras

You can tell the building has seen better days, but it is clean. Although there was a language barrier (nothing a smart phone couldn't solve), the staff tried to go out of their way to fulfill our needs. I loved the open-air area around the pool and how it bled into the undercover area of the building. The outside was inside, so to speak. The shower in the bathroom didn't have a curtain, but the bathroom was designed for that: two drains. I wasn't used to the entire bathroom floor being wet, but it worked. I enjoyed the restaurant in the mornings, it was a good way to start the day. It was located several floors up with an overlook of the city... very cool. The breakfast is served to you, no buffet, also the meal is the same every day, no variation. We took advantage of it for a few days during our week stay, but we ended up going out somewhere else for the rest of the time. It was a good experience overall, and the price was very reasonable. It seemed to be a popular place, with lots of people around. The underground parking was tight, but there were plenty of parking spots between the three levels. You just have to be careful navigating the supports holding up the floors above.

List of things I didn't like are 1. TV remote didn't have batteries. It was late check in so not a lot of staffs around to get it sorted. 2. Power outlets near beds have bad connection. 3. Aircon had no remote. 4. No room slippers. It did not feel comfortable to walk on slippery tiles floor with bare feet. 5. No place to hang your coats. 6. Wifi connectivity wasn't great either.

The location is great because it near all the plastic surgeon hospitals and clinics . The venue is really nice and some staff are friendly. 1. No breakfast included unless u pay extra 2. No iron, no phone, no bathroom rug for getting out of the shower which scared me with my kids incase they slipped or fell. 3. They Never have pool open ( last 3 visits) 4. No smoking allowed in the patio , our bedroom beds had hella dust and garbage underneath like they don’t sweep under them. Honestly the hotel is being ran by new management and I cannot compare my previous visits seems like they took out many amenities which is I unfortunately because I would have like to share the images but I erased all my photos but if i had to grade this hotel in a scale from 1-10 id give it a 7 for rooms comfortably and location and rate them a 4 in amenities.

Lots of male people where in the hotel during our stay as well as armed people just fishy being Tijuana was not very nice the people where armed but not wearing any decals or uniforms of law enforcement ! In resume our stay was not like on previous trips so sad !

Parking ramp is really tight for SUVs. The elevator was very tiny and only 1 elevator was working. The front desk told me that breakfast was included, but the restaurant staff told me my room was not. Pretty embarrassing.

AC unit was not working. As soon as you walked in it felt like a sauna! Went to front desk they sent maintenance but still blowing hot air. Checked out within 30 mins of checking in!! There’s no way we would of survived the night! Never again!

This property sucks! Dirty, dusty and all the floors are wet! elevator is out of order and the other one looks scary. I fell Off the stairs and had to go to the ER back home

We wanted to alert the hotel we were arriving late and we kept calling and no one would answer the phone! The room didn’t have a working ac,(and it was a warm day) and only had a plug in fan! The room was okay, but outdated. I don’t recommend staying here.
