Problems with the shower head, the remote wasn't controlling the tv, the safe didn't work, and it had a smell of a cheap mop formula

There was a ton of construction going on definitely should be discounting the rooms with so much going on

Not much really I put my preference is that I'm traveling with my dogs. This place said they do. This was our third time with our dogs coming here. But this time at check out they said rudely that we didn't pay for our dogs and need to pay now. She wouldn't even look at my history of bookings to show what we've paid. Already its a difficult place to pull into, the cars parked there had alarms going off all night. The pillows are uncomfortable and the blanket isn't good either. This was the second time i had to ask someone to come in and fix the TVs. But since it was accepting dogs I dealt with it. It looks like I'll find another place now.

Decent place with good staff. The cleaning wasn't great, namely floors that were poorly cleaned by mopping and not sweeping. Our shower also had an issue leaking through the tile into the toilet area, so first night had soaked socks wandering into the bathroom. After that, we kept a towel to soak up water. Breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable. This is a get what you pay for place, and overall, it was fine minus the notes above.

The rear side of my hotel room was next to a highway. Constant vehicles, passing by creating a lot of noise from the traffic.

The busy street behind the wall.I did ask for a query room specifically.
