The location was perfect for us, Close to shops restaurants, and very safe place but the only problem was the towels—they were very worn out—and the bedspreads weren't white either. I called the front desk to ask for white towels, and they did bring some, but they were in the same condition. It was already too late to switch hotels, and besides, I would have lost the money I had already paid

Everything was close by and clean The property itself self was good. The cleaning staff on the other hand I don’t know if it was a mistake but they took my partners personal card and they didn’t give it back until we went to look for it.

Temperature of room was too high to be comfortable I took to long to cold down.

The walls were a little thin, we've stayed in this hotel plenty of times, but this was the first time staying in the back side, and the walls were thin, we could hear the neighbors cough.

Well, when I check in, I requested to be placed on the 6 Floor. I like 6 floor because it has a private space where I can work and manage my business. The female who checked me, she lied there was no room available in 6 floor.

I accompanied my father for a surgery, and we stayed at the Real Inn. The surgery facility paid for one night but we stayed for a week because i messed up the flights lol. The staff was superrrr sweet and because his surgery they were very accommodating with his food preferences (he was on a clear liquid diet) so they had broth and sugar free jello and some popsicles. It was close to the grocery store and a mall and the casino as well. Everything was clean and amazing. And they have 24hr room service. The water didnt get hot like how other hotels are but that’s literally the onlyyyy thing i didnt like about the hotel, which says a lot.

Only one observation the guy at the entrance by the stairs, walking around the lobby staring at people in an aggressive way every time they go in and out is really unnecessary. You already have cameras and know they are staying at the hotel what’s the point of this? If you want a security guard put one at every entry point and stop making your guests feel uncomfortable. Going back to the Lucerna next time.

Poor services overall!!!

One standout drink was the Margarita, which was perfectly balanced and refreshing. If you enjoy cocktails, you’ll love the variety and quality here. That said, there were a couple of downsides: the shower floor in the bathroom looked brown and dirty, which was disappointing, and even though I requested two extra pillows, they never arrived. Overall, the bar and drink experience really stood out and made my stay enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great spot to unwind with amazing cocktails, this is the place!

Oscar a the bar had great costumer skills . So did a gentleman at the front desk when i checked out I wish i could remember his name. The room had a good view but one thing that i noticed is that i couldn't get the AC to go lower. Over all i was confortable and the location is perfect.

I took my 8yr old for breakfast I ask for the menu I wanted to order just cereal they took for ever to come I got up and told the host I am just gonna grab cereal and he charge me for the buffet bc I grab it from the buffet area 😡 I told him I being waiting for a server and nobody came so I got up and grab it he didn’t say a thing he just told me how much it was then I told him did you put my 20% off and he said oh I didn’t know I thought it shows when u pay but I don’t know he went to ask and came back for a cereal and bacon I payed $239 communication was bad service bad nobody nice everyone with attitude at the bar same thing we order drinks we love to talk the guy so serious with a face

The pillows were terrible and they refused to replace them or give us any others. They also didn't bring towels; there was only one towel for two people. Very disappointing.

Staff was rude and non accommodating, we requested a handicap room and was not given one. We requested both rooms close to each other and were placed at opposite ends of the floor. We called ahead of time and requested an early check in for at least one room and we arrived we were rudely told check in was at 3pm. This was after being told they would do everything possible to help us.

Stayed at Real Inn Tijuana and honestly, everything was spot on. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Parking was easy and the location made it a great base for getting around the city. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free stay in Tijuana.

The staff was very polite, especially Erwin who helped my husband grab all our things from the car and bring them up to the room. He answered all our questions and even suggested what to eat at the restaurant while we stayed there.

Real Inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was beautiful and modern. The location is in Zona Rio and it’s super close to downtown. The reception staff could improve their costumer service skills and be more attentive with the guests. But, overall I would definitely return.

Made me wait an hour after check in time to get my room also no mention of upgrade or any vip status benefits.

The hotel is to expensive for bad customer service and the mattress super hard and uncomfortable and the pillows horrible quality.

The Sheetrock on the ceiling of our bathroom came down therefore we were switched to another room, which was OK, but our initial room had a one king bed. The one that was assigned to us was a two full-size bed.

We had a great stay! The only small issue was that the shower took forever to get warm and there was not much water pressure but otherwise it was great for our needs!

Our check in, stay, service, and cleanliness was great. Check out wasn't to bad. The only issue was that it's says check out is 12pm. And at 11:15 the day of check out. There was a guest trying to get into the room that was still occupied by us.

This property is bare bones. We got a room with two double beds for 2 people and 1 toothbrush in the bathroom… odd. No slippers or robe. Towels were fine. Large room with little furniture, lots of odd empty space that should have a chair or small sofa. Just bare floor and wall. We were on the 6th floor and could hear the street noise. We were near the elevator and could hear people coming and going all night. We had stayed at the Hyatt the night before and decided to try a different hotel after we unexpectedly had to stay another night, and really regret not sticking with the Hyatt.

I liked everything but speed bumps leading to the security booth of the parking lot. The speed bumps were way too big, they’re too aggressive for my suspension.

Great stay! Walked from the border. Only drawback is they didn’t want to honor the 20% discounts on food being a VIP with Expedia. After a half hour of haggling and threatening to send back the order they finally honored the agreement. Aside from that a great stay. Daniel at check in was ever so helpful. Thanks Real inn.

The location and parking make this our preferred place to stay in Tijuana. It is walking distance to the shopping center and banks. There is a Starbucks associated with the property. Great location.

Two out of four Elevators didn't work, making it sluggish for all guests to go to their rooms. The front desk did show the 20% discount on the restaurant's food. Politely, front desk representatives don't mind you waiting for at least 30 minutes to check in or ask for information. The electrical shutdown caused discomfort to guests. The buffet was not as good as it had been hoped to be months ago. Food like menudo was overcooked, and the or ange juice was mixed with old juice.

I like the looby and the restaurant but the bed sheets were very old and did not smell clean.The sink faucet was loose and rusted.

I paid for a master suite, which I got when I checked in, just for the first night. The second day of our stay, the only elevator that went up to our floor stopped working, the hotel staff didn't have a remediation for this, and being a weekend, the repairs could have taken days; The hotel manager recommended that I change rooms for a junior suite ($100 cheaper rate), but indicated that he could not do a refund becuse I had paid Expedia and not the hotel directly. When I asked how he could make up for the rate difference, he offered to comp the breakfast buffet. which was still not enough, but I reluctantly accepted. The next day, my wife and I took the buffet at 10 am and signed the check to our room; when we checked out later that day, they didn't comp the buffet, and the manager simply indicated that I had taken the "brunch" buffet, instead of the "breakfast" buffet, as an excuse. Long story short, we did not get what we paid for and I feel cheated, by getting an inferior room to what we contracted.

Property and our room had some issues with A/C, water filtration and sewage smell.

Property is no more a top tier option. Some of the elevators malfunctioned. Our room’s A/C was malfunctioning, management denied room exchange, instead tech guy appeared quite late, he did fix the issue. Floor laminate had some sort of water filtration. Rooms aisle smelled like sewage.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always been happy with everything. This time the room felt not a nice for an executive room and service was just plain.

We are recurring guests and we love staying. This time around I was very disappointed that a mini fridge was not found in my room. When asked about it, I was told they would try to find one for me and were unlucky. Really hope they implement mini fridge to all rooms.
