This hotel is perfect for what it exactly isn’t where it is at. Great price nice rooms comfy bed. Waters gets hot. Nice pressure couldn’t ask for any more safe reliable parking. Felt the comfort and felt secure in the hotel. Definitely will be back. It’s a great price for a quick overnight stay

Love the hotel, the staff was great, will stay there again.

Spotless room but wished they had king size beds and triple paned the window next to the auto shop. They blasted their music late Friday to early Saturday.

There were 2 roaches in the dresser/desk area. We left and turned in keys, front desk didn’t even twitch when I made the comment. Other problems exist at hotel, but figure that roaches enough to say Never Againz

All was great but the air conditioning was very bad didn’t cool of and the bathroom was hot is hell

Room was spacious and clean. Parking felt safe and secure. 1pm check out was convenient. Next to walmart and a swapmeet for shipping and eating. Location was great. Comp breakfast was also convenient. Would def stay again

Modern hotel about 30 minutes from airport. No hot water at night in shower. WiFi is slow. Little restaurant on premises with decent food.

Have stayed at hotel multiple times. Approx 20 min from downtown area. I like it for the price, ease of parking and general area. No issues with this stay.

All the staff was very professional and nice …. Felt very comfortable … definitely would go back for the price … the restaurant food needs some improvement.. but overall I like the vibe from the staff…

The rating for this hotel was high, and that's why I chose it, but it didn't meet the high rating in my opinion. Nevertheless the hotel met my needs.

Nice spacious rooms, but no amenities, like: coffe fridge, microwave. But plenty of shops around. Good parking but entrance height is 7ft. Note: TV shows some pornographic channels.

Overall the stay went very well up until it was time to checkout, the staff seemed very unprofessional and they had a group of friends hanging out talking. I’ve stayed here before and normally I’m only asked for a 100 peso deposit but this time they asked me for 300 pesos cash but told me it would be refundable. When I checked out they would not give me the deposit back and did not give me a reason why. Staff was very unprofessional and seems like I got scammed but felt unsafe arguing for the deposit because of the staffs friends hanging out.

We have stayed on this property several times, and most of them we have had noisy neighbors playing loud music at 1-2 am as well as the mechanic shop next door, they have dogs that bark all night. Also, the hotel was designed terrible, there is no place to put your clothes in the bathroom not even a toilet paper holder. I like the hotel, but not the few things I mentioned before.

People were very friendly, amenable, kind, and helpful with my terrible Spanish. They were patient and helped me understand things and worked with Google translator to answer questions and practice Spanish. They also did a great job keeping the room clean, safe, and secure. Thank you!

Pictures are way more updated than actual hotel room. Room was clean but very out dated. Very noisy area to be in however friendly staff.

Take your own towels and toilet paper. Towels are old and they gave us 1 roll. When we asked for more it took them 45 minutes. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. It needs a paint touch up and new linens.

We love staying here since it is located right on Agua Calientes and is budget oriced compared to hotels cliser to centro. The rooms are a good size, beds sre comfortable and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff is very rude. They have zero customer service. Both day and night shift. They don’t greed you, don’t offer any assistance what so ever. The hotel is very clean. They don’t warranty your booking. Will not return. Will not recommend.

Close to shopping, the hotel beds had sheets no blanket. The air conditioner would not adjust and stayed putting out cold , up and down all night turning on and off the air conditioner. The lady that was outside telling you where to park was rude and vary ordering telling you your car is not straight pull-up more she was vary stressful. Great price for a new hotel but lacks alot of small things. Will I stay here again? Yes! Price and location for me worked out well would I recommend the hotel? No!

The hotel was nice, but they didn't the honor the reservation that i made through expedia. When I went to check in they said that they didn't have anymore rooms like the one that i made a reservation for, and they charged me more for a different room. To me that's what i would consider doing bad business!!!

Vary clean and staff was wonderful

I got there at almost 5 pm and my room wasn’t ready. Normally check in time is at 1 pm the girl at the front desk gave us an attitude. She was just not happy.

Everything Excellent

The hotel was very nice and clean! It is close to shopping, a food court, Wal-Mart, and pharmacy. It can be noisy, but that’s normal for Tijuana.

It was great staying this hotel, but it was noisy from motor running all night and dogs burking constantly. Every review about this hotel was true.

The receptionists are not cordial, very short and hard to communicate with. This hotel is fairly new, I had stayed at this place before and I got a room that was nice and clean. This time around was completely the opposite, bathroom was dirty, shower was dusty and the water spotted. There were what appear to be a water leak that affected the bathroom and room ceiling. Sadly, that they are not maintaining this property and that it is declining so fast!

Very clean hotel and very very nice compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Tijuana. They also cleaned the bathroom and bed everyday of my stay which I appreciated. And very close to stores like Walmart and fast food like pizza. Also they had an elevator which was making compared to other places which don’t.

First time staying here the room was amazing. Clean and neat. Loved the shower and the big screen Tv. Will be staying there agains soon.

Nice hotel just didn’t care for the area

Love the price ,size of rooms and the building is new however the ckeaning staff go WAY OVERBOARD on the use of fragrant room cleaner. It is impossible to air the room out.

I liked that the room was clean. They had Free Netflix so that was pretty awesome too. The only thnig was that they cancelled our reservation at 6 pm. We got there like at midnight because we had set backs so they charged us a little more. But other than that the stay and location of it was pretty convinient too.

It's not in a tourist area but plenty of transportation to get anywhere.

They have a nice showers without doors,when you take a shower Sparklin everywhere. I really recommend to the managers to install glass doors

I was trying to check-in hotel last Sunday I supposed to pay total $53 for 2 nights was online Deal I’m reserved my room in advance I’m trying stay different hotels every single time when I go in TJ with my girl friend cause it was reasonable price I don’t really change my preference either one person or two people it’s turn out hotel property trying charged me $121 for 2 nights for additional person ! No body speaks English at all after the unpleasant argument I preferred not stay I left the hotel even I booked two queen size bed option they were trying convinced me Pay more than 2 times no thanks !

I need better cleaning. Bathroom floors and the beds. I had stained bed sheets.

Stayed here plenty of times in the past but it seems as if the quality of the stay now is less. Room didnt feel clean. Appeared like blanket on bed was not changed.

New, clean and great price. We were attending the American Bio Dental Clinic located in the Grand Hotel ($120 usd per night). To save money we choose to stay at You Koso for $25 usd per night. It is located 15 minutes by public transport south. Fresh fruit stand across the street and an amazing taco stand 2 blocks north.

The location looks sketchy at first but everyone I've run into have been friendly and I feel perfectly safe. I'd stay here again.

Everything was very well I believe I stayed in room 209 but the room’s Door kept on getting stocked had to push or pull hard to open it, other than that it was Great 👍 luxury type Rooms👍

Great location, Walmart very close by, bank across the street, the hotel in general was very nice, people were nice, the lady at the counter spoke English so that was nice. The only issue I had was there was no mention about not having a refrigerator in the room, I had to buy ice and use the bathroom sink to keep my drinks and milk for my coffee cold. Also no coffee maker and you have to ask for towels. Other then those few things our stay was great :-)
