It is good.

Good rooms and service, but we had terrible sleep. That was probably just because the pillows and mattress were firm.

The room was clean. The transaction was very quick and the parking was right outside our room.

Cheap place but bare bones

Not upto the expected level.

Only thing was bed was huge and very less space in room.

The room smells so much. Its absolute dirty. All hair strands in washroom. Old bedsheet

I found the AC unit tricky to operate. However, plenty of hot water, clean comfortable beds. Breakfast not included, which was not a problem for me.

They have to clean the area around the property, especially the back

The room is cheap but maybe i expected a little better for $89/night? We've had to have them reset breakers now twice, the tub drain doesn't hold water, the shower doesn't run water fully, the bed side wall does NOT work, at all. Their was cracker crumbs already on the bed When we arrived. Its 80 still outside...the AC BARLEY WORKS EITHER. The one window doesn't lock and wasn't on track right. Like I said its "cheap" but definitely a stop and go. 2 adults, 1 kiddo

Rooms were clean, staff was nice, everything worked well and the beds were comfortable

It was good for the price.

The hotel room was large and bathroom very small. One small window in back, smered with bird poop and overlooking an equipment junk yard with overgrown grass. There was a dunpster outside our door. No ice bucket or ice available. Still, the front parking was spacious and steps had been taken to make front shrubs look nice. I felt safe and although it was on a big road, it was Quiet. The hotel manager was nice.

It was quite cheap but the beds was hard as a rock wake up back hurting my couch dont make my back hurt as bad as their bed did....please upgrade ur beds..

Very clean and comfortable room.

Beds wasn’t clean there was hair on the pillows and the bedsheets have steins on them, the blankets have holes in them. I intended to book the two nights I was there, but I left and booked somewhere else that was worth the money.

On of the dirtiest place ever, they don't even changed the sheets , whole place smell like dust , run away even you have to pay little more there are so many better options out there.

The carpet ooked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Amazing staff! Honearly they were so nice! But its not wort over $60!!!

WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM WE EXPECT EVERYTHING. WE SEEN THE BATHROOM DOORKNOB WAS BROKE. WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THE WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE AND NO ONE EVER CAME. THE BED SHEETS HAD STAINS.. THEY LIED ABOUT THE WIFI.. WE DIDNT HAVE THE ACCESS AS PROMISED.

The staff was nice and polite and the room was comfortable except for the water backing up in the tub, which I believe had a lot to do with all the rain that night but over all my say was great definitely would stay there again.

Room is very small but mainted very clean and pleasing..

Bathroom door was not closing at all forget about locking

Worst was a concrete block for a bed and bricks for pillows! I've never experienced such a hard and uncomfortable bed before. Our sleep number bed at home, even on the "100" setting was not as hard.

The room set up was excellent, room was very updated & it even had $1 vending machine right outside my door so it saved me a trip to the nearest store.

I have terrible experience living in this hotel. we have booked two rooms and one of those rooms is full of smoke when i go to the owner and requested for better cleaning, he refused it. He mentioned i have booked room to allow smoking, yes but i have never requested for a room with smoke already in there. Zero cleanness and zero response from the owner. the phone dont work and AC don't work. we went to the reception for a change of ac filters at least but then there is no receptionist after 11pm which is another terrible thing. I would give less than zero to this hotel.

It was okay, the beds were too high, bathroom was too small and windows had cracked glass. No coffee machine was in the room. But the place was clean and okay. But for the price it should have been better.

I paid for 2 nights, but moved on to a different hotel. Old with no coffee maker and no ice machine or vending machines.

The room smelled horrible, the TV sucked couldn't change the channels, it looked like the bates motel, the bathroom sink was the nicest thing about the motel. No mini toothpaste no complimentary tooth brush was instructed to just leave key in room to check out...everything about the motel was antiquated. The only thing for delivery was pizza no restaurants close by.the motel office was dirty run down and smelled like curry. OMG just horrible a waste of $77.00 could have slept in my car and been happier!

The front desk wasnt there when I went to check in after they called me and stated to be there by 3. I had to wait and go back at a later time to check in. The pictures are better than the actual Inn. The room was booked for non-smoking but it was obvious someone smoked in it before. The whole room smelled a bit.

I always stay here when visiting Buffalo. Sheridan Ave. has some of the best local eats like Louie's hot dogs and Mighty Taco. The motel is economical and basic but the service and care from the staff is excellent.

I felt like it's the kinda of hotel you would cheat on your spouse. should be rented by the hour not the night. door didn't lock, the heat didn't work, hot water didn't work. customer service wasn't there, neighbors smoking weed, kids drunk on the streets I felt dirty when I left. I didn't have high expectations, knowing what I paid. but I would pay more to feel safe and clean.

The room smelled horrible, the beds felt like they haven't been upgraded since the 1990s, and it was hard to tell if the curtains in the bathroom were slathered with white paint, or were used in a obscene way. There were no towels. The people in the parking lot were load with their music, management did nothing to stop this even after 30 minutes. I will never go again. If this is the type of hotels that hotels.com is affiliated with, I may not use them again either. Still not sure.

p.s. I didn't really speak to the owners other than to check in so I can't really comment on them.

There was no drain stop for the tub, and when we asked for one at the desk they didn't have one let alone know the difference between a shower curtain and a drain stop. Other than that everything was good.

The room,property and area were terrible Room smelled,Burn holes all over the floor and Burn marks all over the bathroom sink In a non smoking room. For the Price I guess it's what's to be expected. That's about the only thing that was good about it And even that was a little high in my opinion for the condition of the place.Thirty dollar room at best!

The desk Clark was nice to us. But the room was was not what I expected. It's very old an bathroom was stink. The bath towel is 3 small towel like hand towel.

The room was dirty, hair on pillow cases, in the shower, on the radiator. Bad odor coming out of air conditioner, and the cleaning person didn't even make the bed just threw the covers up a little bit! And turned the air off so the room was hot when I returned that evening. Will not ever stay there again.

Quick overnight stay for a business meeting. Owner stayed late for a late check in. Very appreciated.Interior is very modern and recently remodeled.

A good place to stay if you have plans to not be there only to sleep. It offers nothing in exras at all. Price is a little to high for what there is .

bed was awful

Not a good experience. Room was too small, not enough room to walk between bed and TV stand. Bothroom was clean but too small. Window AC was not enough for the room. No facility for morning tea/coffee. No free breakfast either.

It doesnt look like much on the outside but on the inside they have updated and the mattress was excellent. The only problem is the furniture is to much for the room and moving about is challeneging. But I will say it was clean and the host was extremely nice and friendly. The air conditioner worked really well.For the price over a holiday weekend it was great.

Rooms have no road / parking lot facing windows. Security may be a concern as all rooms are outside accessed and have no deadbolts - only a knob lock and chain. Damage to the door frame and chain mount seem to indicate that there may be some issue before. Doors also do not have peepholes, making it difficult to be aware of things happening outside. Amenities are extremely extremely basic - fitting the hotel's Budget name. For our stay, only towels, disposable plastic cups, toilet paper, and a couple small bars of soap were available (one was opened/used and not removed by cleaning staff), along with basic appliances (fridge/microwave/tv) were available. Amenities normally seen at hotels - hangers, tissues, irons, alarm clocks, free-standing lamps - were not present. Bathroom fan was non-functional. AC is present, no heating controls available in the room. Bedding wasn't great, some spotting present and cigarette burns. Noise carries through walls a bit and there is some road noise from being just off street, but it's not too bad. Overall IF you plan to be in and out quickly or you're a traveller that needs a place to just sleep and shower for the night, it will do. Otherwise, I would spend a little but more money and stay somewhere else.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A very affordable and comfortable stay.

As name indicates, it's budget hotel so can't expect luxury accommodation. My main purpose was night stay only. I booked this hotel just for price benefit.
