We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.

Clean and convenient! We would stay here again!

The hotel is amazing , its clean ,smells fabulous and the food was great.

We have been going here for more than 7 years to visit our daughter & family. Unfortunately there was an incident Sunday with at least 30 kids I would say 15 - 23 years of age that was a very uncomfortable situation, not sure we will be back.

Everything, rooms, breakfast, front desk, the housekeepers were awesome, very very clean all around very good place to stay.. There was nothing I could find bad about this hotel..

Disliked: Mattress was too firm and the bed frame squeaked loudly every time you moved. The shower’s water pressure could have been better. We were not able to rate breakfast - it opens at 6:30am and we had to leave at 6:30am, so was only able to quickly grab a couple apples and granola bars on the way out the door. However, it looked like the staff had everything set up nicely. Overall, would probably stay at this hotel again.

I did not like how remote the property was to any restaurants or fast food areas. Staff was not real helpful on sharing where food options were located after an evening checkin.

A great place to stay when visiting Baltimore. It was very clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It took about 15 minutes to drive into downtown Baltimore.

I was really impressed with the overall hotel. Spacious room had everything we needed, safe, fridge, iron board, blow dryer and lots of outlets. Breakfast was great but need to get there before nine, seems they don’t replenish after that. My only disappointment was checkin, after driving 10 hours we actually arrived early, asked if our room was ready they stated our room type was not which was a king but a double queen of equal value was available. I stated no problem but was going to be 50.00 charge for 1 1/2 before checkin time. I felt if they had an available room which was prepaid already that out of good customer service we should’ve been able to take that room without an extra charge. Just my opinion.

Great front desk and cleaning staff! Well maintained first floor and breakfast had plenty of options. The King room was not well maintained however. The toilet seat wasn’t screwed on properly, the water pressure in the shower was poor. It would constantly changed from cold to scalding hot. TV was outdated. The picture showed a newer, and nicer TV. Ended up having yo HDMI to watch anything. But overall good stay.

Stayed 1 night. Was in town visiting a university. Everything was excellent.

First, the staff was very helpful. I had multiple issues with my TV and they came quickly to help fix it and I was able to check in a little bit early as well which was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was questionable.

This is a great hotel and I really appreciate the bountiful breakfast and the cleanliness and the kindness of the front desk. I really like my room as well, I booked the king suite and having the extra sitting room was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling with my parents. I would caution anyone expecting to use the pullout sofa as a bed that you’ll do better sleeping one person on the couch rather than 2 people in the pullout - that pullout is a back breaker!!! I can’t imagine how anyone would choose to sleep on it. But for one person sleeping on the folded up couch, it was fine for a weekend.

The breakfast was delicious and was a wide variety to choose from. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was quiet and the only issue was the bathroom was dirty when I got there. It was a good place to spend the weekend.

I had a great 5 day stay. The staff were very welcoming and the place was clean. Also, at night it was quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast and the gym. I’m planning to come back to Towson in 6 weeks and I’ll stay here.

The rooms were clean and large. Couldn’t use the pool because it was outdooors. Their tvs were too old to connect to Netflix or anything of that sort. Television had regular channels like it was connected to an antenna. This hotel was nice but lacking in amenities. Breakfast was great, nice spread of different foods. I wouldn’t stay again though. Oh yeah hotel was small with 2 slow moving elevators.

Upon arriving at the hotel lounge to check in I waited about 8 mins for the receptionist to finish a phone call. Then after a beautiful dinner at a restaurant in Towson I come back to kids running around the the floor I was on around 10PM. Those same kids played ding dong ditch I’m assuming on doors of a group of family and friends they were apart of. They did that up until 2 in the morning even though there is a sign saying quiet time after 10PM. The next morning those same group of kids were at it again running around and what makes it worst is one of their rooms was right next door to mine. So I put up with that all night as well as the loud music. This was the night of Valentine’s Day so if you’re looking for a romantic night at a hotel this is not it. Then to top it off house keeping bangs on the door at 9:45AM I open the door not even a sorry. Will never book again and do not suggest. I’ve also made a complaint with the receptionist upon checking out because no manager was available how ironic.

Room and amenities are always top notch, clean and neat. I usually get double queen beds, which are always good. This time we book one king bed. The bed was too soft, sinking in the middle. We were in town for one night only so not a major issue but deserves to be mentioned.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant! The room was clean and well maintained. All guests were quiet and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast and 24 hour coffee were great as well. We will definitely be back!

My only complaint is that the bathroom sink was not cleaned thoroughly. The crevices around the perimeter of the sink were brown and needed to be scoured.

We were not informed of a booked event that was happening and had to deal with the loud music interfering with the ability to hear tv or radio and bass vibrating the floor. I eventually had to go down to my car to stream on my tablet. My son in next room was trying to sleep to prevent sudden onset stress migraine from getting any worse so we would be able to drive home the next morning. Overall, it was ok. Staff have always been nice and helpful. Food for breakfast is full of options And the location is easy to get to. For the age of the hotel rooms were ok but still in need of some repairs

A continental breakfast was included, but I do think the hot portion could've been better. It wasn't bad because I made sure to have breakfast every day during my stay. Cierra, desk clerk, rude, unkind and disrespectful to seniors, not customer friendly, threatened me when I complained about children running through hallways screaming and hollering at 1:30 am on 11/25/22. Leon, Sat day Manager, Leon, helpful and empathetic. Said he would give me extra points for the inconvenience. Cierra shouted at me and said I complained too much after she gave me last room on 2nd floor (room 200) with 1/4 mile walk with tv broken first time. Asked for lady Manager who gave me another room near elevator on 4th floor. Hotel clean, last room good, but first one, end of building facing pipes on roof. Breakfast good, parking good, but getting tables cleaned off at breafast= spotty. I would say stay wasn't relaxful or pleasant because of treatment by Cierra. If she is not around, stay would have been nicer!

I was very upset that the washer and dryer were not working in this hotel. I specifically booked it because of this service. I was very disappointed in my stay.

Parking availability was great easy access in front of the hotel room was ok towels were some old with holes .They said no smoking on the premises but around 12pm people were smoking n making noise even thou staff was nice to let them know but to no avail so the girl in the front desk was kind to change my room staff took care off it..just a bit upset about it cause my son n I couldn't sleep n changing rooms at midnight was uncomfortable

Great stay for the rate that included breakfast. For some reason they showed me double booked-Pricline and Expedia whuch was odd because I only use Expedia. Room was super clean and it was quiet. Couldn't have asked for more for a one night stay.

I booked my room 2 months early. I booked a 2 bed room. Only to find out once i arrived that my room was given away and i didn't book a 2 bed room when i did. It wasnt until i showed my re so myself and 2 other ppl had to sleep in the same room. I was given a double bed room the next day. Again i was told that i should have been given my new room when i checked in. Staff was nice and friendly. The bathroom wasn't 100% clean. There was hair in the shower and on the floor. The floor needed to be mop. There was hair in the bed.

The fridge was not peoperly cleaned out. There were food remains left from the previous guest.

This was the worst Holiday Inn room I have ever stayed in to date. The shower was terrible and had no bar of soap. The decor and feel was depressing. I was charged way too much for a low class and low grade room.

The property is in need of a refresh. It’s fine for a one-night pit stop, but no longer. Beds aren’t very comfortable and the bathroom odd: no exhaust fan and the toilet seemed sized for a child. Plus the TV was grainy, like before HD and an over the air antenna. We didn’t say anything because we were at the property fewer than 12 hours.

The set up to get the the luxury rooms was unique.

The hotel could use some updating a refreshing the popcorn ceiling was peeling and looks a little stain and faded in the bathroom's kitchen floor as it turned to dust in my bathroom lihas a little mold on it.

The property had one bathroom for the beachfront, the pool and poolside bar, and it was upstairs and through the bar up there into the middle of the first floor.

Burn hole found when we arrived in only uncomfortable furniture available to use other than desk chair. Stain in carpet. Toilet cover loose, toilet seat loose and cover on back of toilet was ill fitting. Pool hours too restricted. Good breakfast was appreciated. With so many other stay options, this HIE needs to up their game.

All of the staff were extremely friendly from the checkin desk to the cleaning staff. They need to update their listing. I reserved a one bedroom suite and what I received was not that. The bedroom and the sitting area had no separation. It was very inconvenient as we were traveling with small children.

I had a great experience thanks to the excellent customer service from Besty (or Betsy) and Sarbada, they both addressed my needs promptly and with grace. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and while the pillows were only semi-comfortable, everything else made up for it. Breakfast was decent, and overall, it's a nice, budget-friendly place to stay.

The bedsheets were musty, especially on the first day. The floor in the breakfast room was very slippery, like it's been washed with soap and not wiped dry. And i was wearing tennis shooes and the floor was still slippery for me. Our reservation was for 4 days 3 nights. But the key did not work on the 3rd day.

Average hotel. Check-in was a bit of a mess. You need to put $100 hold on your cc for possible damage. Pay attention because they actually charged me $126, but they fixed it right away. Room was clean, beds & pillows comfortable, bathroom very small, but doable for the night. Breakfast is the standard, fresh, and good. It was quiet.

This was my 3rd time staying at this location and the rooms are clean and quiet. The room technicians are friendly and greet you with a smile.
