Staff were okay just didn’t have an interaction with them other than check in and out. Room was clean but paint was chipping off the ceiling and they had this thing on the floor that looked like a floor stopper should of been there which i ended up stepping on by accident and scratching up my foot.

directly across from a huge mall puts the Sheraton in a great location. Easy parking in the garage at the hotel. A good bar inside with great staff members employed throughout the hotel. Nice spacious rooms.

Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money

Convenient In/out parking for $20/day was great. Location was great. Staff was good except for the guy who checked us in. He repeated himself many times. Bfast was good. Staff overall were solid.

As always, the beds are so comfy and I was able to relax and rest. It was definitely a beautiful day.
- 2.5/5
Poor television stations offered. The frame of the bed extended past the mattress and covered by the skirt. I walked into it 3 times. It punctures the skin. Bathroom vanity had poor lighting and was dirty.

Liked staff, very clean room. . Did not like that only 1 person working at bar area on a very busy day and she worked very hard at trying to keep up with all the customers but it was impossible to do. Had to move to another room, the air conditioner was not cooling and the tv was not working in our room.

Security walked in my room while I was sleeping. Didn't announce his self. When addressed to management no one called and explained why it happened. My security was breached by security. Don't believe this is a safe place to stay

Very large room. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Excellent location very close to the expressway I-695. Convenient parking in the garage next to the hotel, with unlimnited in and out for just $15 per day. No lamp at the desk where you would sit to use your computer. There was a lamp behind where you sit, but still kind of far away. There was a nightstand between the two beds, but he unused electrical outlets (where you could charge your devices) were not near the nightstand, they were on the opposite side of the bed. I like having my cell phone getting charged on the nightstand so I could use it as a clock as well. There was no clock of any sort in the room.

I liked the newly renovated bathroom, the fact that they had an onsite restaurant/café, and the convenience of it being right next door to a major shopping center The room service and online platform for ordering food to the room didn’t work for some reason which was disappointing. I also would have preferred warmer light bulbs in the room and the main lobby was a bit overstimulating.

I ask for an accessible disability room 2 weeks ago. Out of all the rooms in that hotel i was given a room on the 6th floor which was ok but all the way to the end of the hall way. I felt my legs gave way or up. Why!!!. The heating unit in the room 625 Did Not Work.

we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated.
- 3.5/5
The updated room was clean and modern. The bathroom was nice and the matress and pillows were comfortable. The TV had Netflix and a couple other streaming services available (you must login to your own account). Wifi was free and worked well. This seems to be the new trend in hotels, but there was virtually no blanket on the bed. Just a couple of top sheets layered with what appeared to be another thicker sheet in between. Fortunately I brought my own blanket with me, but if I hadn't I'm sure I would have been cold and uncomfortable in the bed. We were staying in the hotel for a dance competition that was being held in the same hotel. Because of this there were a lot of people and a lot of noise. Some of this was outside of the control of the hotel, but I feel bad for anyone staying there who was unaware of the competition when booking. Only 2 of 3 elevators were working and they weren't really enough for the number of people constantly going up and down.

Had some problems with the heating. But staff came and checked and made some effective adjustments
- 4/5
When I arrived at my room, the door was open and I learned that maintenance was working inside. The staff responded very quickly and reassigned me to another room. However, the new room was a connecting room next to a family with children, and it was very loud early in the morning. Other than that ny stay was nice.

Well kept, comfortable bed Facial tissue and toilet paper are too thin. For the price per night I expected better quality. Skimping on things that shouldn’t be skimped on. Not a fan of my fingers going through the toilet paper ?
- 5/5
I liked all of the amenities that you provided, such as a comfortable chair, a luggage rack, a hair dryer, bottled water - all hotels provide some of these things, but not all of of them!
- 5/5
Food was fantastic in the restaurant. Bartender was very engaging. Front desk manager went above and beyond regarding our reservation.

Never. Ever. Ever stay here and if you do, your sheets may look white on the outside, flip them over and you’ll see all the mold. I never even leave reviews but I am beside myself with the conditions of the room they gave me. The health department should shut them down.

Really wonderful service and the room was very clean!

Clean room. I didn't like that there was not a microwave in the room. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable about breakfast. Also didn't give information on where anything was at ex/ gym, pool, breakfast. It was still enjoyable.

The blanket on the bed was a sheet and plastic like blanket, When I checked in I was not told of all the location for breakfast, pool or any other ammonites. I was not told I had to pay for parking. And TV blacked out for several minutes. Lastly they did not tell me they were doing construction. Would not recommend.

This was one of the worst experiences with little to no sleep. The adjoining room shared a door (to combine rooms when needed). There was zero sound proofing between the room doors. The neighbor guests sounded like they were in our room. The 2am conversation kept us up. I went to the front desk (2am) and complained and they said they really can’t do anything. To top it, the floor below us was being renovated and we were not informed. At 8am construction scraping and music and workers woke us up after basically not sleeping all night. Guest services didn’t seem to care at all. I had to fight to have a manager call me. Ridiculous. The room we rented should never be rented. Maybe it will be better after renovation. But make sure book a room without the adjoining door.
- 4/5
Convenient location, friendly staff, newly renovated rooms.
- 1/5
Disappointed.
- 4/5
The signage was not good--did not indicate that the check in was located at the rear of the property. No marked areas for temporary parking to check in and off load luggage. Parking was convenient. No bell person to assist for aging or disabled individuals.
- 3/5
When I reviewed my folio, it clearly showed both a parking fee and a corresponding credit, indicating that parking was complimentary. I called the hotel to clarify, but the front desk manager informed me that parking was not complimentary and advised me to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead of addressing it directly. I shared the folio with my credit card company, and they ultimately credited my account. However, I am disappointed that the hotel would not resolve an issue that was clearly documented on its own invoice. It is concerning to see such inconsistency in your parking policy and a lack of willingness to correct an obvious billing error. I hope you will review this matter to ensure better consistency and customer service going forward.
- 4/5
The welcome service at the front desk was excellent. They were very friendly and happy to greet guests. The room was very clean.
- 3/5
The hotel is in need of a refresh, which is happening soon according to the signage I saw at the property. The core things are good: comfortable bed, hot water at peak times, and clean rooms. The fitness centre is small and not all equipment was working, and staff was professional and respectful.

My husband and I were here on a staycation. I booked the Sheraton mainly for the pool. Had I known the pool area is poorly maintained, I would not have booked here. Upon arrival there was a disagreement occurring with staff and someone who had recently stayed. Lastly I was given the run around about the two breakfasts that I had purchased with my stay at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. Apparently everyone isn’t on board with how previous purchased breakfast is handle. Warning there is also a room service fee. Other than that the breakfast buffet was decent and so was the room.
- 4/5
Parking is a bit of a hassle, but considering the area, not too bad. Hotel staff a small mix of subtle rude but most had excellent customer service skills. Take into account I’m a bit of a low brow individual, and had kids with me. They loved the pool btw. Overall good and the hotel staff the cleaned the rooms really brought it to an A grade experience. Thank you.
- 5/5

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed @ The Sheraton- Baltimore North within a 2 week period. It was a great experience. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I love that they are cleaned daily. Staff at the front desk are very friendly, patient and helpful. I will most likely book there every time I go to Baltimore.
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 4/5
The amenities stood out: a nice pool and gym, and I also noticed the hotel hosts beautiful wedding parties, which added to the atmosphere. The only drawback was housekeeping. Room cleaning didn’t happen until close to 5 p.m., and a leftover drink was missed on the dresser. That said, this might have been due to the number of events happening that weekend. Overall, I would definitely return. The safety, convenience, and amenities make it worth another stay, and hopefully next time housekeeping will be more timely.

- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was great - friendly and accommodating. However, they miss the mark on a few key details that make a big difference! The lighting in the rooms is terrible - cold white light when what you want is a cozy bedside lamp. Pillows that collapse completely when you put your head on them, you might as well not have a pillow. Such limited outlets that you have to pull the furniture away from the walls and unplug other things, and a TV that you have to move yourself in order for it to face the bed!

Our first day there the water was a brownish color and the cold water didn’t work 1 morning, couldn’t flush the toilet, no elevator my husband had to walk up 11 flights of stairs. Pool water looked brownish. No one seemed to care. Wasn’t even comped drinks , breakfast or anything for our convenience to even try and make us want to come back for another stay.
- 5/5
Room was great for price. Lots of restaurants and close to Towson University.
- 5/5
Very close to a lot of entertainment and dining. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
- 4/5
I didn't like that the comfortable chair and ottoman were next to the a/c air intake. It was chilly sitting there, so I moved it. There was a safe, an iron, and an ironing board, all of which were appreciated. The vending machines, which were only on the odd-numbered floors, were consistently out of water. So I did a lot of fruitless running around the first night. I bought a large bottle of water the next day from the drugstore. The next night, I had to go to two different floors to get a ginger ale. They also didn't have vanilla ice cream available. I tried to order it three different nights. The bathroom didn't have a vent, so the mirror fogged up after a shower. Annoying. It did have a heat lamp light by the shower, so it was warm in that spot when you stepped out. I liked that. The gym on the third floor was very nice. There were wipes for the equipment and towels, too. In addition to several treadmills, ellipticals, and bicycles, it seemed to also be well equipped with balls, ropes, and free weights. They had signs announcing an upcoming renovation to the lobby and rooms, so maybe some of my annoyances will be addressed the next time I need to stay there.
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean and rooms were top notch. The front desk service (male) was pretty rude and short when I checked in. Told me there was no doubles left to check in early I said fine we can go with a King and the a woman comes up next to me and asks the same thing and gets a room with 2 double beds. Kind of weird.
- 4/5
Great stay! I wish I had a microwave in my room and that my room could have gotten a little cooler. Overall, good hotel and I highly recommend.
- 1/5
I didn’t know I was going to be charged $324 for one night king size bed but it was so dated I can smell mildew: I stayed on the 4th floor. I was here with my family for an event. I was told there was no room open and I was going to be charged a separate rate instead of the group rate due to the dates reserved. I was very disappointed
- 1/5
First of all, I was told that they would take a $100 hold on my credit card and I checked out today and I'm getting a bill of $380!!! I'm getting charged for using the TV!!! I'm getting charged $15 for parking when I used Uber!! ALSO!!! I'm using a knee scooter because I have a broken ankle and nothing is handicap in this place!! I missed out on some important meetings because I can not walk up the stairs and them not having a ramp!!! Actually, they don't have ramps anywhere so I could not leave the hotel till I checked out cuz of no ramps!! So if you're handicap, using a wheelchair or anything like that, good luck! I would never ever stay at any Sheraton as long as I live!! I'm so upset with them for what they did!! So if you go don't even turn your TV on cuz you'll get charged $115 or day!!!
- 3/5
Terrible staff. So rude. I saw how they respond people and also their actitud terrible.
- 5/5
great time
- 1/5
After checking in I was advised of additional parking charges. A standard room was book and upon entering the room I was provided a handicap accessible room. I called the front desk and spoke with Randal who advised that due to high capacity he placed me in this room since I booked with a 3rd part and not directly with Sheraton directly. After being persistent and explaining I would like a standard room with an enclosed shower or tub so the entire bathroom floor wouldn’t be wet while trying to get ready. I was then told to wait outside the room someone would be up with new room keys immediately. After waiting 15 minutes I then went back to the lobby with all luggage asking for the key to the new room as I had been patiently waiting. After about 30 minutes of dealing with this inconvenience I was finally able to relax for the evening.

After a last minute cancellation at another hotel nearby, Ian, who was working the late shift on Saturday 6/14 at the Sheraton in Towson, well let me just say that he is a ROCKSTAR!! He was Incredibly helpful and swift in getting us the last available double queen bed room for the night. This place is impeccable. Extra spacious rooms, the walls smell like Vanilla?!!! (: We will be returning. Strongly recommend for friendly and experienced staff, extremely clean environment and sizable beds. 10/10 overall experience, not exaggerating!! Absolutely wonderful! THANK YOU!
- 3/5
The weekend stay was okay. It was not accommodating to the group of 15+ ppl. When asked if we could use a closed place or conference room, we were told the person to schedule that only worked Monday thru Friday. The hotel did not have options to be more accommodating on the weekends. Also, it was not explained that I was able to receive breakfast on the 12th floor until the second day of my stay and after I paid for breakfast in the main lobby restaurant. I even inquired about it with the representative before paying and she stated I did not have complimentary breakfast. However, I did and wasn’t compensated for that.

A nice spot.
- 5/5
Nice place. Great staff
- 3/5
The hotel area was convenient was around a lot of eating areas and shopping along with the movies and bowling. However, the hotel elevator was not working the entire weekend and everyone had to use the freight elevator. No one was aware until the end of day. The staff was not helpful or had a willingness to help. They ran out of wash cloths, and there was no hot water. The lobby was nice and clean, but some of the floors were dark and had a mildew smell, but when you look at the hotel on the outside, you think the hotel was going to be absolutely amazing. They also lied and told us there was a $15 fee for one day for parking in the garage however during checkout they charge $15 a day which in all honesty probably should’ve waived that due to the elevator and the hot water issues.
- 4/5
It’s nice but needs a better breakfast option.
- 2/5
First when I booked the hotel we were not told that a construction was going on and the only morning we needed quite was pretty loud, then the elevators broke down and we were on the sixth floor pretty uncomfortable on top off that they didn’t even offer any discount or at least don’t charge us for parking. I will not stay there again
- 5/5
The property was clean, staff nice, and location great for visiting hospital.
- 5/5

Great place to stay if you're visiting Baltimore! Excellent food and easy to get around and about!

The Sheraton is currently in the middle of a loud construction project 8 AM to 7 PM every day. This isn’t mentioned. I asked if my room could be moved to a quieter location. After talking to three different people, I was told to turn in my keys So I could be moved to a higher floor, and was re-booked in the same room! In addition, my room was not cleaned the first night, when I politely told the front desk, I was given a bunch of grief, and still more grief when I requested the coffee that wasn’t replenished. The front desk staff was terribly rude and unhelpful, and I still have no idea if I could have been relocated to a quieter location in the hotel. I confess, I simply gave up asking.
- 5/5
Very clean room. Staff was friendly. Beautifully designed and decorated.

Very close to Goucher college.

The Sheraton has impressive amenities and is located in an excellent area. However, my recent stay at the hotel with my spouse left much to be desired. Specifically, we were unable to sleep because the guests in the rooms surrounding ours were loud and disruptive into the early morning hours (excessively loud music, doors repeatedly slammed, yelling/screaming, strangers pounding on our door). We had to call the front desk 2-3 times, but the issue was never adequately addressed. After we first informed staff of the noise, to their credit, they did send someone to instruct the other guests to be quiet. Our issue is that staff should have returned to our floor periodically to verify that their directive was being followed. This did not happen and the problem persisted. As a result, we had to call them at 3am and 4am to report ongoing issues. The noise persisted until 5 am and, at that point, we resolved ourselves to the fact that we would not be getting any sleep. We reported the issue again at checkout and were told that a manager would be calling us in the coming days. It has been more than a week and we have heard nothing. This lack of responsiveness on the part of the Sheraton staff is disapointing. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The first room was a little outdated and had rusted stains in the bathroom. Went downstairs and spoke w front desk clerk. She was able to switch me to a different room. Thank you

Have to pay for parking. If you reserve a room be sure there's a microwave in it if you need one. Desk in room had no paper or pen, no information at all. Had to ask for room service menu from front desk. Staff was great though!

Very clean and neat facility. The room was spacious. Very comfortable to stay. It was just an overnight stay, but we were very pleased. We would love to stay again when we come back to Baltimore!

staff friendly check in via Marriot Bonvoy was a little difficult, but that was my first time to do it thanks for the free COLD water. Love it

Our room was cold. Despite the thermostat saying it was 80, it felt much colder. The last day the shower was tepid despite waiting for it to get hot.

The renovations that are being done are HIGHLY inconveniencing. Our entire wedding guest party complained about it. I thought it was just my floor as it sounded like it was above my room. Family members on ALL floors experienced the same thing. I woke up and tried to take an 815am call for work and was interrupted so much that I had to end the call. I’d recommend they close going forward for this type of renovation. Not good.

Nice hotel; good breakfast options; nice bar. Noisy as the renovation of club floor rooms continues. The drilling/hammering noise begins at 9 am and continues until 4 pm. Hotel is right across the street from the TowsonTowne Mall. Quite convenient!

The staff was very Professional

It was a family getaway and it was perfect.

Overall, we had to way more troubleshooting in our checking that we should have AND it cost more.

The staff was confused when my parking pass wouldn’t open the gate. A guy that worked in the garage was able to resolve the issue.

Jason, at the front desk, stole the show of our visit. He was professional, thorough in his info-sharing, and very welcoming. The space was beautiful, clean, and close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Place was old, poorly maintained, dirty, and allowed pets.

One night stay was great. However the next morning, I had 2 knocks at the door asking when was I checking out!.. this was @ 10am, check-out time is 11:00am. I felt like they were rushing me out! I just checked out and waited next door for my husband to be released from surgery.

The check in was quick. The room was clean. The counter in the bathroom was cracked and the faucet in bathtub kept leaking.

Only got a full size bed not a 2 bed

I love this Hotel it’s always where I stay when I come to Baltimore.. the area is quiet and has a mall if shopping is needed. And my favorite spot Starbucks.😊

Dislikes: the very low bathroom toilets w/o any rails...hope you replace during projected renovations. Also, would have liked a shower cap.

I was disappointed with my recent stay, mainly because the pool, which was a major reason for booking the hotel, did not match the photos on the website. The pool edges were dirty and rusty, and I even found a chicken bone left under the Handicap Pool Lift. Additionally, the steps leading into the pool were loose and need tightening. The rusty edges made me too nervous to swim, and overall, the pool’s condition did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

Terrific folks in convenient setting

Everything was wonderful!

Obviously there are some renovations ongoing so some things were understandable. But mirrors were all in need of better cleaning.

Hotel was dark and cold and i paid $25 for a loudy omoette.

Very nice staff, nice rooms. There was a very loud sound of drilling of some kind around 9 am and going on for at least 30 min so that was rough. Other than that it was great

This hotel is just ok. I would be really nice if they offer things like a free breakfast included with your stay especially traveling with children. Beds are really small. They should be queen beds they are full size beds. One of the lights were out in our bathroom closest to the shower which made the bathroom look a little dark. The toilets are like kid toilets very very low to the floor. The pool is big with enough chlorine but should be better Maintained like around the trimming of the pool. The ladders are a little wobbly and some steps appear to be missing off ladders. The hallways are a little too dark for my liking. I only saw one microwave which is in the lobby which is inconvenient. Stay wasn’t bad but I feel could’ve been better. Maybe a few updates in certain areas of the hotel as I mentioned might attract more guests in my opinion

Quiet room and comfortable bed

Very nice hotel. But has absolutely no technology support in the rooms. I.E. phone and computer USB outlets.

This morning checking out was terrible. The started doing renovations about 8:00am this morning with no warnings, not to mention the noise was extremely loud as to were we could not even hear the tv.

Minor issue that took a couple hours to fix but it was fixed (tv)

Had to complain shortly after checking in about the next room being loud. Had to call the front office around midnight as there was a group of people being loud. Front clerk did say walls were thin but both times the staff said they would send someone up. I think the group left but came back. Stayed here before and not a problem. Not getting the rest with noisy neighbor isn’t worth a next stay.
