Reviews
The hotel is praised for its prime location in downtown Tucson, close to restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the noise from nearby nightclubs and the cost of parking. Some guests also mention issues with the shower drain and the lack of a hot tub.

- Noise from nearby nightclubs
- Cost of parking and issues with shower drain

In addition, we paid an extra $20 for breakfast, but there was almost nothing to eat. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would never want to stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
The front desk rep Len was amazing, sweet and very helpful
- 5/5
New, modern hotel in a great location near the convention center. Everything felt fresh and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
I love this hotel! Great staff and comfy rooms
- 5/5
Clean room great location
- 5/5
Hotel is centered perfectly downtown. Easy access to restaurants and clubs. Nightlife was amazing.
- 3/5
The ceiling shower head did not work, the phone shower kept falling off, we kind of had to lay it against the shower wall so it would stay in please. The bathroom glass sliding door kept opening by itself. The staff used to be very friendly, now they seem a little too serious, like bored or in a bad mood, not all of them but some. The bartender always has a great attitude, no issues there. Other than that everything was good.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. Front desk was very helpful. Only negative was housekeeping. But would definitely recommend and will come back. Everything is in walking distance so very convenient
- 3.5/5
High cost of parking and room charge
- 4/5
Clean room . Nice shower. Bed was ok . Front desk service was great . Bar service was not good. I’d give it another shot.
- 5/5
Parking everything N/A
- 2/5
The front desk people need to improve their customer service.
- 5/5
The room was amazing. It was only an overnight stay but my stay was fantastic. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
The location is one of the best parts. It’s within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, shopping, and everything downtown Tucson has to offer. The amenities are great and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tucson!
- 5/5
Staff was really nice. All clean and classy. Climate conditioning on room was great. It was really nice to have an actual TV in the room. Check-In and Check-Out process was quick and simple. As it often happen in hotel rooms, the illumination system is kind of confusing to navigate, as well as the showers.
- 4.5/5
location and front desk service breakfast is a little pricey
- 3.5/5
Nice lobby. Did not like separate free standing bathroom sink in the bedroom. It interferes with other people’s sleep when I am up earlier
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and friendly, was a nice relaxing stay.
- 5/5
A great location with great amenities.
- 4.5/5
Great location and amazing staff. It was a little worn down in places.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the quality of my experience. The bed and sheets had a strong bleach odor that made the room uncomfortable and unpleasant. I notified a member of the cleaning staff, but no replacement sheets were ever provided. The overall stay did not match the quality or value advertised. I want a refund.
- 5/5
Very kind staff and clean room
- 5/5
Enjoyed hotel and area around it.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Excellent location downtown. Room design is a bit too minimalistic. Two tiny drawers for clothes. Weird electrical stuff going on in our room. Lights in entrance worked and then stopped working. Cannot turn on bathroom light without Master switch and all lights on. Bath fan never worked. Room design with shower and bath and glass sliding door does not provide privacy. Just a strange setup. Whomever is designing these hotels is focused on cost savings, not the user experience.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly. The location was awesome! There are many great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet in our room even though there was a lot of night life going on nearby. I would stay here again for sure.
- 1.5/5
Staff was forgetful and not knowledgeable. Door to bathroom nearly broke my fingers
- 3/5
I got a king studio for 1 night. The rooms are average to below average. More of an $89/night stay. I thought they had complimentary breakfast but it was $20 per person and was essentially a large charcuterie board.
- 5/5
Perfect location! Within walking distance to many nearby restaurants.
- 5/5
Stayed two nights in an executive suite, which was an upgrade from what I booked. Bedding was wonderful. Rooftop pool/lounge area was great too. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
NOT loud..... good gym and bar..!!
- 2/5
Such an amazing place with such a great staff. However, you just can’t sleep!!! Bars around are super loud and music went on for a long time. I really hope this property finds an agreement with the bars around it. To be clear: staff warned me about it and I still
- 4.5/5
Room is not cleaned every day
- 5/5
Really good location, plenty to eat and drink right around the hotel.
- 5/5
Great location for city center, very nice facility
- 4/5
Stayed two non-consecutive nights at this property in one week. The first night was in a suite on the executive floor where the room’s windows looked over the bar/pool area on the sixth floor. This room was large and quiet. The second night I was given a regular room. This room faced the open air Playground bar across the alley. It was a Sunday night and the bar was packed with people for salsa dancing. The noise from below was fairly constant and distracting. Even after the patio was cleared and the music/dancing moved indoors, we could still hear it. I sleep with a sound machine, so it wasn’t too bothersome for me but I imagine this noise might cause issues for others. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and the rooms are clean and well appointed. Chose this hotel because it was recommended by a travel company, but next time I’m in Tucson I might seek out a different hotel downtown for a bit more peace and quiet
- 5/5
The room was very clean and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The stay exceeded my expectations.
- 2/5
We had housekeeping the 1st day, but nothing after that. No clean towels, no trash removal, nothing wiped down, nothing at all except a strange footprint in our shower the 2nd day. When we reported this and inquired about housekeeping we were told towels and water were replaced every day (which did not happen) but they did not offer anything else and they did not address the footprint. Not ok to have a total lack of service at this price point.
- 4/5
Neighboring bars are loud throughout the night
- 4/5
People were nice and parking was good

- 5/5
Beautiful hotel
- 4/5
Pool deck was great place to hang outdoors Staff was very nice especially Lan in front desk Room very bare - no closet or dresser. No restaurant only bar
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 1/5
They did not clean my room during my whole stay. They said they only refresh with new towels if requested. I did not know this or I would not have booked here.
- 5/5
Room was nice
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, breakfast served self-serve style with good selection. They will make you eggs to order, too. Casual style.
- 5/5
Good location but noisy street next door
- 4.5/5
Great location of Downtown Very clean as modern, front staff very friendly
- 5/5
Best spot in Tucson!
- 5/5
Courteous staff!
- 5/5
Excellent experience
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, great location
- 5/5
Best hotel downtown Tucson. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, central location, adequate rooms & service. Coffee always available.
- 2.5/5
Nicely decorated. Top notch front desk staff. The hotel is next to a nightclub. From around 10 pm until 2 am the music was incredibly loud. I was on the 6th floor and it was truly unbearable. I stuffed my ears with Kleenex but that wasn’t helpful at all. The reverberation and the bass made it feel t like the building was actually vibrating. Add to that the noise of the people. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country for over 50 years and this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. The City of Tucson needs to have some sort of noise control ordinance. I was going to stay two extra nights but no way would I subject myself to that again. I don’t know how the hotel can even operate with this nightclub next door. I was told when I checked in that there would be some noise from the nightclub but my room was in a quieter area and it should be fine. It is after midnight and I can’t believe that I have been subjected to something like this. It’s as if I am right in the middle of the nightclub!
- 1.5/5
Our room faced the outdoor music venue where they played very very loud music outdoors until 2:00am. So we did not get much sleep. We were not informed of any of this when we checked in.
- 5/5
Bar has 2 bottle waters, we did not have breakfast there. Only issue is that the sink drains very slowly.
- 3/5
Hard bed, poor breakfast for the price. Very clean room and very kind, welcoming staff.
- 5/5
It is nice we love it so beautiful and confort.
- 5/5
Location Clean safe
- 5/5
All was excellent!
- 5/5
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we will be staying again for sure.
- 3/5
We had room 636 which was very dark. One small window looking at pool. Windows arent treated so guests can look into the room from the pool area.
- 5/5

- 5/5
This property is in a perfect spot to park and car and walk the Streets of Tucson. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool area was outstanding located above the city and very clean. We give you a 10 and will definitely return.
- 3/5
I should have known that the earplugs next to my bed were a bad omen. Just wish we had been given any advance notice so we would have requested a room on other side. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars. We will not be back…
- 5/5
Very clean room, nice views, but the night club was too much. Way too noisy till 2am. Next time we will stay on the other side of building. We we're on the 6th floor, corner to the night club.
- 5/5
This hotel is centrally located downtown with lots of good eating choices within walking distance. The daily parking rate is crazy high for downtown Tucson but other than that a good choice.
- 4/5
It has a nice bar, we didn’t use the restaurant. Everything is near, lots of restaurants and bars around, I just did not give it five stars because they don’t tell you that parking is 25 dollars daily until you get there. Other than that the hotel is perfect and the staff is friendly.
- 2.5/5
Ummmm nothing Front desk person, rude. Toilet fist flush get clogged Shower was durty TV turn on by self Too much noise during night No shower gel Make up wipe old and dry No wifi password No way to contact the front desk Etc etc etc
- 4/5
Valet parking attendant was not helpful. No carts available when checking in or checking out for our luggage and personal items. Staff did nothing to remedy
- 5/5
Fantastic staff at the hotel.
- 4/5
We had a very nice room, but the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable so I had a lousy night's sleep.
- 4/5
Was very quiet and people were kind. Two things I was looking for.
- 5/5
Great staff and ckean
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Loved my stay! Definitely fun place to stay for the weekend to enjoy downtown Tucson.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great location for dining options
- 5/5
Great stay- loved our room and services
- 3/5
Hotel has little to no signage for entrance or check in , parking is an extra charge for hotel guest. Room was okay , finding light switches for lights was a challenge
- 5/5
Great stay. Friendly staff and easy access in downtown. Made walking around very easy.
- 5/5
Friendly, efficient check in, cleanliness and self parking option
- 5/5
The cleanness of the room
- 5/5
The pool area looked run down and uninviting we chose not to "enjoy" it.
- 3/5
Upon entering the room, there was a terrible bathroom smell. Talked to a housekeeper down the hall, she didn’t have anything to rectify the problem. Went downstairs to talk to the hotel desk told them about stink. They said they’ll deal with it. came back about three hours later and still smelled but somewhat dissipated. Left for three more hours came back still smelled. My wife didn’t want to change the room because she doesn’t like to be a complainer and we had good view,so I said OK. Will not return.
- 5/5
Great distance from everything. The building was very nice, clean, and quiet. I had a great stay here.
- 5/5
Perfect location.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff. Easy check in. Enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed the pool privacy
- 1/5
When we arrived, the key did not work to the room, but after they change the key, it was actually the battery to the door lock. Then when we walked in the TV was not working and the maintenance man had to come in and fix it for about 30 minutes After that people next to our room we’re fighting at three in the morning and you could hear horrible, screaming, and I had to call the police the security came down and took the person who was causing trouble, but it also woke up the kids over all it is a clean place to stay at and the area is right in the middle of downtown and there are clubs surrounding the property, so it is no surprise that it was noisy, but there is a lot of security and there is no way that anyone can go in and hurt you so that is also a plus the coffee was terrible
- 4/5
Great for walking the downtown area.
- 5/5
The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Before leaving our car wouldn't start we asked the front desk if they would be able to possibly help and within 10 minutes we were on the road.
- 5/5
hotel was clean staff super cool
- 5/5
Staff is very nice and professional. The are is a bit loud but they kindly provided ear plugs. Facilities are kept clean and beds are comfy. The coffee in the rooms could be better they taste like water so you will need to find better coffee . Wish they had lavazza coffee in rooms at the price of stay you would imagine they had Better coffee
- 5/5
This was my second stay at this hotel. It's clean and comfortable and close to so many great restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else in Tucson!

- 5/5
Perfectly fine - nice location and just as advertised.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Great location and hotel is always clean. Staff are professional and nice.
- 2/5
Do not stay here unless you don’t mind staying up until 2am. That’s when the partying stops and the DJs pack it up for the night. They make you sign a waiver when you get there that you can’t ask for compensation for the noise. If you are a partier, this is probably the place for you. If you are not then stay else where so you can actually sleep peacefully.
- 5/5
Close to all the delicious restaurants and clubs
- 5/5
Check In was exceptional!! Thank you ladies!
- 3/5
The hotel was nice and served its purpose. We were there to play a music gig that night. We were prepared for the loud music from the dance clubs near by, but didn’t realize how loud they really were. The music finally stopped at 2am. The most annoying part was that they toilet in the bathroom stuck of sewer fumes. We could smell it when we shut the bathroom door. Other than that is was fine. Bed was comfortable and was close to the venue we played at.
- 5/5
Great DT hotel that is close to everything!
- 5/5
Great

- 5/5

- 5/5
It was an overall great stay! Clean, friendly and convenient. The only thing we didn’t love was the uphill garage, but that’s not something that can change. Despite that, the spots were big and wide enough to feel comfortable parking in!
- 5/5
Very clean and helpful staff. Parking was super convenient and safe.
- 5/5
Close to the venue we were going.
- 5/5
Loved the convenience of being close to Downtown Tucson
- 1/5
I was in town for work, and met some acquaintances for dinner the night of my arrival. I returned to my room to find 10 cent earplugs on my nightstand, which I assumed were for lively foot traffic, considering the hotel is downtown; “no big deal,” I thought, I lived in NYC for a few years and some noise while trying to sleep isn’t disruptive. I discovered my assumptions were incorrect when I was awoken at 1:00 am by an outdoor nightclub literally next door to the hotel outside my window playing insanely loud music. I put in the cheap earplugs, but the bass was so loud I could not get back to sleep until it ended at 2:30 am. When I called the front desk to inform them they had an outdoor nightclub next door (I felt bad for my sarcastic tone after the fact, I was sleepy and grumpy at that particular moment), the employee responded, “we are painfully aware.” This tells me two things, (1) they’ve received similar complaints before, and (2) despite knowing about this issue, they do absolutely nothing to inform guests about this inconvenience ahead of time. It’s not listed anywhere on the website, there are no signs warning guests when they check in, and the checkin staff says nothing about this fact; yo
- 5/5
Was a lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean and good gym facilities. Took a little time to check out as there was no one available at the desk which did make us late to our appointment. But generally all staff were very helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Best location! Friendly staff!
- 5/5
Very nice, short stay. Tucson needs downtown revitalization, but the scenery is beautiful
- 5/5
One night stay while attending a concert at the nearby Rialto .
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Everything looked good and clean minus the random sock in my room behind the chair by the lamp. All in all pretty good. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great place would go there again.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent we enjoyed our stay and we will be back
- 4/5
The hotel was amazing! The food was amazing! The service was amazing! Unfortunately, we had a room that was next to the nightclub next-door and there was very loud pounding music that even earplugs didn’t help until 2 AM
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel with somewhat limited food service. There are very good restaurants nearby. I had a delicious chicken quesadilla at the bar the night I arrived. I would stay here again. Modern decor and a beautiful pool area.
- 5/5
So convenient to downtown Tucson, just the best!
- 4/5
I liked the convenient downtown location
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you’re visiting the area! Front desk was very friendly
- 5/5
I love this property. Everyone was great. Reagan at the bar was so kind and personable. I will return every time i visit Tucson.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, great amenities, friendly staff, very convenient walking distance from everything.
- 5/5
Stay was great, room was clean. Had a nice view. Very close to Rialto Theatre. Convenient parking. Elevator was card protected, made us feel extra safe.
- 5/5
The roof top pool was amazing.
- 3/5
Check-in time is 3 p.m. We sat in lobby until four when a room was finally ready. Room did not have information on hotel, area around hotel or other info, e.g., restaurants, shops available. There was not a comfortable chair available. A double room had a chair that could dump you on the floor and one for the desk. Housekeeping did not replace items that were in danger of running out by end of day. Young staff was personable and polite and tried to help. They were the best part. Overall, the stay was not worth the money.
- 2/5
We booked a king with a sofa bed and got room with 2 double beds. We were told because we used a third party vendor that they could not guarantee that room. They had no other rooms to put us in. The breakfast buffet was a joke. They advertised a restaurant but that only served small plate items. We had to go else where for both breakfast and dinner.
- 3/5
First our room key was not scanning on their computer, then they gave us a scan slip for parking that didn’t work. Security is a little too tight. You have to use your room card just to use the elevator. Don’t like the square toilets. Pillows were terrible sheets felt cheap
- 5/5
Easy check in, very clean, conveniently located
- 4/5
Great location and clean rooms.
- 4/5
Hotel location is amazing! Walkable to bars, restaurants, and venues. Staff is so sweet, great customer service. Room could have been cleaner… large scuff mark on the floor, dirty end table and dusty curtains. Also, our tv was blue. No matter what channel we went to, the color was blue. We were barely in our room, so the tv didn’t matter much to us but for someone staying longer, it would be annoying. Because the staff is so nice and it’s location is so great, we will stay again.
- 4/5
I stayed three nights. They never came to clean my room and I ran out of toilet paper.
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was perfect, safe, relaxing, friendly. Too many things to list, will definitely stay again in the future
- 5/5
Room was sparkling clean. Had a great view of the mountains from downtown Tucson. Great place to stay for business or visiting U of A. Didn't really like lack of parking but downtown property value is at a prime so I get charging for parking.
- 5/5
Good location when you moving in your student to college
- 5/5
I had a great time!
- 4/5
Nice location Downtown. Walkable nice restaurants around it.
- 3/5
Blah, room left a lot to be desired. Too basic, and felt empty:
- 5/5
It was a nice place
- 4/5
Nice quiet
- 5/5
Close to all downtown attractions
- 5/5
The staff is amazing and bar downstairs is vibrant and full of amazing bartenders and friendly guests who stay here.
- 5/5
Excellent location, very clean, and great service.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Check in was easy and fast. Staff were all very nice and the location was great as well! Would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Some girl threw up all over the hallway right in front of my room they had to pull the fire alarm after paramedics couldn’t help this girl to get rid of an excessive amount of people at the pool during the 4th of July. Definitely not what I expected for such a nice building.
- 5/5
Great one night stay to see a show at the Rialto!
- 4/5
One of the mornings we woke up to the terrible smell of grease trap getting cleaned from the restaurant next door. It was terrible. The pool was not clean but its location on the 6th floor was amazing. Great view.
- 5/5
Inside lobby seems newly renovated, very modern and clean. Staff friendly and professional.
- 1/5
Extremely disappointing experience. Arrived on 4th of July weekend only to learn the pool was closed for a deep clean on a holiday Saturday. Every complaint was met with there’s nothing we can do and there was no manager present on Saturday or Sunday. There was no warning through the checkout process or website that the main draw of this hotel would be closed. Aside from the unprofessional service and unwillingness to provide any accommodation for the extreme inconvenience of the pool being closed, room Tv was down for the first 4 hours of our stay, and there were decoration remnants on our ceiling from the previous guest. All we were told to do was to email the GM and that “he probably won’t get back to us till Monday” without being offered any compensation. I cannot express the dissatisfaction of myself as well as the others in my party who reserved rooms enough.
- 5/5
The hotel was great, comfortable beds, big rooms, well lit, nicely decorated, very clean, nice big shower, perfect location to walk everywhere
- 5/5
I love the cleanliness and aesthetics!
