I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a peaceful stay in the Tucson area. The hotel was very nice on the outside and just as nice inside. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling.

Breakfast was good, parking was good, the hotel was safe, the room was spacious and clean. The only issue I had was that there was a young man, not a customer but I believe a friend or relative of a staff member, who hogged the hot tub for at least 4 hours! Every time I wanted to go out there, he was there. I really didn't want to share it with someone in there 20s..... Otherwise, it was a good stay and I'd stay there again.

The breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were all friendly.

Location Poor customer service!! Checked in and when got to room it was not clean. There was still items left from the last guest including white powder left on the night stand and trash scattered throughout. Initially they apologized but said they were fully booked. Pushed hard on it and they finally gave us a cleaned room. Then the TV didn’t work. We had to tell them 3 times over the course of the 2-day stay. On the last evening after 9 pm they finally came and checked it and offered to switch us yet again to another room. Just Terrible….

I chose to stay at this hotel because of the location. It is close to University Medical Center. I found it upsetting that staff, both the front counter clerk, named Elliot, and the kitchen worker, both asked me for my room number on the two mornings I went to get breakfast. This made me feel like I wasn't a trusted guest at the hotel, but rather like someone getting a free breakfast without staying there and having to prove I was actually a guest. I didn't see them asking anyone else for their room numbers. I will not be staying a this hotel again. I didn't feel welcome. In fact, I felt insulted.

Pro: The rooms were clean. The location right off of I10 was convenient.

Really nice big Spacious room everything was good. The only con was the TV was not working and the bathroom dor had what looked like coffee splashed on it

Room service ok but showed up with food with no utensils or napkins. Again..back to the front desk. Coffee machine in the room would not work. Other Comfort Inns much better.

Breakfast was mediocre. Room was small and furniture was uncomfortable wooden chairs. I will not stay at Comfort Inns in the future.

We checked in late night and everything was closed and was unable to check in for 15 minutes after a 9 hour drive. Front desk clerk said she was in the back office and did not see us waiting out front and as it was it was a bad area to begin with and thought for 15 minutes what do we do. Im not from Arizona and was not familiar with these areas . I never received an apology or not having access to hotel.the food was poor quality. I have stayed with confort inn before and this is the first time i was disappointed.

Booked this hotel very last minute for some unexpected plans. Zero complaints. Great location, easy check in/out. Caring staff, and very comfortable stay.

Did not realised how many homeless people are surrounded the area. Seen a few slumped over from my window view

Property is run down and extremely outdated. Ceilings are rippled, flooring is scratched and chipped, Had a leak in the shower where water ran out onto the floor. There is a homeless community within a hundred yards of the property with people coming and going constantly. Typical rate for hotel is around $55 per night but because it was a special event weekend I town the rates were 4 times the rate for a terrible property! Shame on them

Issues with the TV, shower wouldnt drain, and room smelled so bad I had to get air freshener spray and a candle!!!

The hotel is a great option even if you're not familiar with the area, as it's easily accessible from all directions. It's a safe and clean place to stay, with a gas station and an IHOP conveniently located nearby for a breakfast option—in addition to the basic breakfast the hotel offers. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

Bed felt new so it was harder than I like. Staff was helpful with anything we asked for. Hot tub watee was low so the jets didn't work but was still very warm and the pool was clean.

I used the restroom...the flush handle had something sticky on it. I looked on the floor, there were dried droplets next to the toilet. I grabbed the door handle, more stickiness. Grabbed the handle of the water faucet, MORE stickiness. I also notice thick pink stuff at the sink drain that also looked stuck to the drain cover on one side of it. Water drained fine. I took my own clorax wipes and wiped everything down. Except for the pink stuff. I'm not a fussy person, no big deal to me. However, there was a washcloth that was left half folded on the sink counter. Considering what I've come across thus far, I didn't use that cloth to wipe my hands dry. Later, I went to use the microwave and discovered why everything was sticky. The last guest left their waffles in the microwave! It already had syrup on the waffles. I then wiped down the microwave and washed my hands again. BUT...whoever didn't clean this room well, did a nice job making the bed. Morning breakfast looked fine, but small area for a large group of teenagers. I was only able to grab a coffee both mornings I was there. If it wasn't for the sticky handles, leftover waffles, pink stuff in the sink, and missed mopping on the toilet floor, my rating would've been better.

The front desk was welcoming and the property was easy to navigate. The hotel lobby was nice and even had some cookies for us. We really liked the room it was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Property and Personnel were great. First morning's breakfast was not so great the egg and cheese omelet I had were just over cooked. second breakfast was fine. The area where the property is located is not the greatest.

We were here for a graduation. Easy to get on the hwy. Inexpensive and breakfast was convenient.

We were very disappointed with the Comfort Inn. We had reservations for 4 nights and 5 days and our room did not get cleaned during our stay. Each time it was addressed, there were excuses. I will never stay in that hotel again. The coffee tasted horrible.

Mostly good experience, but the wifi was on & off. Breakfast was fair, and timely. Thermostat controls at the wall worked but not accurate.

Room are OK. Bathroom need updated, old, have spots. Breakfast was basic, not so inviting. We stayed only 1 night, need it room basically just for sleeping. Works out for us.

The property overall was tired, the front desk gal has to help figure out how to control air, and it was the NOT the one on the wall, TV had a mind of its own, but eventually landed on a channel... I did like the pool area, absolutely loved the equipment to put people in water. That's awesome. Front desk was nice folks. Food was hotel breakfast food, it was good, I ate way better than at home.

Room 207 had bad water damage with very poor refurbish of toilet area. Very friendly staff, breakfast was hot and well taken care of.

Convenient location...

A peice of tile was laying on the floor, food was in the fridge, and the sink, mirror, and floors were dirty.

My room had no working AC what so ever not even the fan. Front desk checked it and saw it wasn't working told me the hotel was booked so couldn't give me another room. She said she was going to send maintenance and never arrived. At checkout asked if i was going to get a discount and they said they couldn't as i booked on a third-party. Did not sleep well as room was hot.

It was a room over our head, good breakfast and as long as I don’t get bedbugs that’s fine with me. The Pool is full of algae and there’s garbage scattered in the halls and stairwell but that’s part of the character of this hotel. The Staff is lovely

Very clean and not stuffy in the rooms. I stay at a lot of hotels in my line of work and this is one of the cleanest.

This property is located next to the Santa Cruz River which provides enough distance from the freeway to be quiet. There is an excellent multi-use path along the river to get some exercise. I did not get to sample breakfast because I had an early morning breakfast function at the University, but it looked good as I passed by.

The room was not vacuumed, there were peanuts on the floor. And they should offered a free water bottle.

It was quite dated. It needed lots of cosmetic repairs however, with that being said, it was quiet and cozy. The front desk staff were excellent.

This is such a convenient and clean property, right off the highway. Everything was perfect besides the toilet running water all night long. There were cameras surrounding the property and there was a nice lounging/pool area in the back. The breakfast was good as well.

Was put in handicap room even though I did not ask for one. Hotel blamed 3rd party booking site for error. No extra table in room to put my extra stuff. Only table was very small 3'x3', on which was large lamp,telephone,coffee maker. Door to bathroom was huge and heavy with door closer. Door did not close because it was hung crooked, had to lift door to get it to close. I pity a person in wheel chair trying to open or close the door.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room, and the room above us was incredibly noisy. But staff was friendly & professional.

Not that I didn't like it but the shower was kinda funky. No way to stop the water from the whole bathroom floor.

Check-In was a train wreck. The Desk Clerk messed up my reservation and then re-booked me at a much higher rate. Then he insisted that I wait until the 3 PM check-in time, although I had reserved a room for the night before. Since I needed to go get ready for the Tucson Festival of Books at the University of Arizona Campus, I had no opportunity to go try to find friendlier accommodations. At no time did I feel welcomed and safe - I thought they might send us away at any time. It was awful.

I checked out early in the AM annd accidentally left a shirt behind in the closet. I called and arranged for friend who was also staying at comfort inn to retrieve it for me, the clerk was very helpful.

The staff was great and tried very hard to make up for the less than ideal room conditions. First room was filthy, second room the AC went out in the middle of the night but the girl on the desk at 3:00 am found me, yet, a third room, which was fine.

Nice property

I didn’t have the best experience here, after I put do not disturb I still have room service knocking early and continued to knock for about 5 minutes after I didn’t open. While I was showering they knocked as well. Air would turn on and off and found 2 roaches in the room. Hopefully something can get done about the situation.

Nice place for the price.

Very nice king bedded room, quiet, good parking. Restaurants nearby. Unexpectedly good free breakfast included cheese omelets, potatoes, waffles, cereals, yogurt, coffee, juice and pastries.

When I booked I asked for pet friendly. Is not. Did not cancel in time so I was charged but could not stay because I am traveling with my dog. Agent extremely rude in the phone snd English almost non existent

My stay was going great until I burnt two fingers using the self serve waffle maker. I reached to the handle but touched the extremely hot part just below the handle. I sustained burns on two fingers. An employee gave me burn gel which helped with the pain. I have a long drive today which will be very difficult due to the burns.

Great service and high marks in all categories, very much enjoyed the full breakfast menu they offered. The property does show some age, but I experienced a very clean room, with no issues at all, and was in a convenient location for me.

Didn't like the room with the bathroom sink right by the door-bed was uncomfortable-had strong smell of pot in hallway-staff didn't know amenities said pool was heated.

Location is good, close to stores and dining. Appears they are doing improvements to the property. Parking is not the best, small tight spaces. Staff is great.

Easy access from highway

The room was ok and in need of paint and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Getting towels the 2nd. day was such a hassle that I thought the front desk enjoyed jousting with me. I didn’t want to bring the SOB in me out against the front desk girl who was really no match for me. Comfort Inn’s are off my go to hoetels on hotels.com.

Found a vape pen under the bed. No shower curtain so I tried calling the front desk and the phone didn¿t work. The tv screen had white lines down the screen. There was a used soap bar in the shower. I questioned the cleanliness of the room.

This hotel was extremely overpriced for what it was. The room was old and outdated, it had chipped paint on the walls and the furniture, it didn't feel clean, the drink cups wrapped in plastic had holes in it. I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel.

parking is crowning a little, I have to parking on the back area and it was very dark that side of the hotel, but the great think they have open from the back to, we just use our key to get in, I feel safe anyways

Sink was no stopped up, Tub was stopped up, had to hold toilet handle to flush.

The back door to the parking lot - which required a key card - did not latch. I reported it twice, but it was still broken when we checked out.
