It is all good. Clean room, good service but breakfast is okay

Walls are thin. Can hear everything. Carpets were so dirty that my feet were black in minutes. Their lobby was way cleaner than the room’s.

Clean room, friendly staff

The staff was friendly, my stay was comfortable. The room was a little dirty, there was hair on our sheets the bathroom had graffiti on it. Our blankets were stained so we did not use them. And I hate that there were no shampoo or lotion bottles. Before they would at least provide a small shampoo, conditioner and lotion, now all you get is a shampoo/conditioner packet! A packet that's all! And also the iron did not work too good, I understand it's not obligatory to provide an iron or an ironing board but it's a staple in hotel stays and it would be appreciated to have a working iron.

was disappointed in Breakfast Only scrambled eggs no sausage or bacon. Only bread for toast. Places usually have small pancakes or waffles. So breakfast was a disappointment

The room smelled, the AC was not working. It is not family friendly at all. Staff was not helpful or willing to help.

Overall, very good except that the sides of the shower need to be scrubbed down. I could see a lot of soap streaks that shouldn't be there. Please tell cleaning staff to clean whole shower and not just bottom part.

Mostly worked well The cc on the TV acted up sometimes and filled the screen. I did NOT get my wake up call.

The room was fine The floor need to be mop cus i wip up some water and the napkin was black and it was just water so I look closer at the floor and yes it needed a good mop

Very impressed. Front desk guys were super nice both in the evening and morning. The hot tub wax working and had steam coming off it! The apples were super crisp and good! Appreciated the yogurt. No waffles :( pillow great, bed good, AC was a little tricky to figure out.

I liked how safe it seemed. There were a lot of homeless in the area but they were not at this location. Far enough away that highway noises were not able to be heard. Could not hear neighboring rooms either which was nice. Staff always was kind and had a smile for customers. Check in and out was super easy. Breakfast was poor quality so did not choose to eat it after looking at it. Did try orange juice and it tasted old. The room did seem clean although the place was dated. Possibly some mold in bathroom. But otherwise was as clean as the aged room could be.

Honestly wasn’t bad for the price, jacuzzi was great. Friendly staff greeting you. Had a miscommunication when I was wanting to check out later than the usual check out time. But they kindly got it resolved handled it professionally. Will definitely stay at this place again.

The hotel is conveniently located close by I-10 freeway and close to everything in Tucson. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Even though the location is great, some might consider it a bit on the edge of town. There aren't many stores close by that you could walk to.

I come to Tucson every year for the mineral show. It seems like the hotels generally seem to get more worn out and rundown looking year after year. Seems like the Super 8 off Grant Road is one of the few exceptions. I had a good stay.

nothing bed was uncomfortable, the shampoo packet was open and used. the table was placed in front of the ac unit, so it blocked the air. the bed was metal and super uncomfortable. Upon arrival the staff seemed very unorganized when there was only one person in front of me to check in. Check out wasn't much different.

The staff was great. We had no heat in the room so they quickly changed our room without a problem. The location was wonderful because an I-Hop restaurant was adjacent to the motel, so it was super convenient. When we went to use the coffee maker, the old filter and coffee grounds were still in it from the previous customer. The sheets were clean but stained, and the bedspread had holes in it from too many washes. The rooms need an upgrade-new linens and bedspread-a refresh.

Not a good value for the price. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The tub was not clean and had hair in it, the toilet was stained, the bed cover was stained, the fitted sheet did not fit the mattress, and a sub par continental breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room look clean, but I had only been in there for 30 minutes when the cockroaches started crawling out. I took pictures of all of the ones I saw. In the curtains on the walls by the door in the bathroom. I spoke to front desk and made them aware of the situation. Fortunately they were kind enough and refunded me my money. I was lucky enough to find another place to stay pest free.

I liked the fact that they rented to me late I did not like that. They charged me a $100 deposit. I was there for a few hours. And they said, I damaged the room, and so they kept my entire deposit. Obviously, I didn't damage the room. I was sleeping.

Service was poor. Their main concern was collecting a &100 deposit which they took their sweet time to return. Breakfast was awful. Bunch of cheap sugary junk food. I have stayed here before which was a much better experience.

Staff interaction was courteous. My fridge was broken and they replaced it within half an hour. The breakfast was pretty sparse, but they didn't mind that we ate multiple yogurts and stuck granola bars in our bags. Items like bedspreads and towels were worn out, and soap/shampoo provisions were minimal. However, it was an affordable and respectable location for many people travelling across the border and it was quiet.

Clean room great staff. Breakfast wa horrible limted items. No waffles. Just cheap biscits and gravy. Two options of cereal. Apple juice tasted foul. Needs work or have a female make the breakfast.

I was told the pawn check in that the breakfast would include eggs and sausage, but of course it was just cereal so many pastries. No eggs, no sausage. There are four of us and there were only two towels in the room so I asked for more and they told me that they would have to ask because people steal them. I told them I wasn’t going to steal the towels if they could please give me the appropriate amount that we needed them. my room key didn’t work for the pool so I had to keep going back-and-forth to the front for help. They have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use. You have to see the attendant in the office if you want a little bit of ice. Just athey have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use. Property is well maintained and staff is professional

Very unprofessional and unnecessary for sure. Plus cigarettes burn holes in the bedding was not cute.

When you check into your room, it will be 100° as they do not turn on the air condition until the guest checks into the room.

Front desk staff had no idea what to do. had to get the room twice. ended up paying double. bed had burn marks, homeless encampments within a hundred feet of the front door. zero security. terrible layout around building. access to nothing nearby. but on the good side there was a constant police presence

I stayed one night during my travels. Can’t beat the price!! Great location and well kept. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. I got my deposit back as well.

Check in like anyother place but it had a damp must smell in the rooms and the mini fridge was out which i did not realize until the next morning when the spoiled food started to smell.

For a super 8 this is bottom of the barrel.. hotel is dirty we had hair all over the shower.. they cleaned the room afrer the second night and there appeared to be a ball of dog hair on the bedding.. we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to check out.. the doors get stuck on lock so the door doesn't always shut.. breakfast was terrible tasted like old gravy and hard biscuits.. the super 8 on cortaro is 100 x better and way safer area at the same price

It suckec I had not been there five minutes and I got called back to work I could not stay tented room for five min only did not enjoy myself just wasted my money

This hotel was very quiet. Even though it was the cheapest for the area the room was clean. I couldn’t hear anything through the walls except the shower. It’s hard to sleep when you hear people rustling around next door. I slept like a baby.

Upon our arrival to the last day we were given great service upon request. Problem with tv remote they came and reprogrammed it within 10 mins of our call. When cards for the room didn’t work we were cared for immediately.

Decent help at the front desk upon check in, gave me high hopes for the stay. The bathroom walls were disgusting. The sink was disgusting. Outlets didn't work, so couldn't charge phones. Woke up at 8am to the sound of power tools seemingly directly above us. This is a "get what you pay for" room at best.

Close to interstate. Rooms acceptable but falling asleep was difficult due to outside noise of patrons and uncomfortable mattress.

The first room I was given had cockroaches and one bed, even though I had reserved for two adults. The front desk staff apologized after seeing the pictures I had taken and said he’d call the exterminator on Monday. Note my check-in was Saturday at 2pm. I was given another room on the front side of the building. The second room had two beds, however the pillow cases on a couple pillows were stained and both comforters had cigarette holes. The dresser drawers were dirty and I did not unpack clothes from luggage during my four night stay.

Everything was great until two cockroaches showed up in the bathroo.

It’s cheap so don’t expect much. With the price point it attract patrons of ill repute. Our neighbour was just god awful. Blasting loud music and smashing headboards till 3 in the morning. The walls are pretty much paper thin so you can hear their most intimate conversations.

Good Morning Everyone. This is a property to stay. Clean, easy access, quiet and plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I will return to this property. I give it an Excellent rating. Five star plus.

All i can say is shop around because at this hotel you get what you pay for

Breakfast was nice, but there were no property amenities. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower pressure was terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Economical and acceptable motel. Positive experience with the staff.

Property was noisy. There was noise outside and amongst the neighbors. Main Street was about half a block away and always had loud cars and motorcycles. The rooms next to ours had guests who always talked until 2:00 in the morning. On our 4th night a neighbor began playing loud music. I called the front desk to complain. Two hours later an argument woke us. The male threw out a female from the room. She returned and the argument continued. He threw her outside again. Minutes later a gun was fired twice. Another gun was fired six times in the distance. The police came and arrested the man. But the police remained outside our room until morning.

Stayed in room 221. Room was clean enough, everything in the room worked, and it didn’t smell. Did wake up at 4:20am to the sound of several gunshots and shortly after the sound of someone weeping as they raced up the stairs and past my room, but other than that it was just fine for a one night rest stop especially for the price! Would stay again.

A lot of homeless in the area - made the area feel a little uncomfortable. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk, and there was no sign indicating where the staff was. After about 10 minutes someone finally showed up and they were very helpful getting me checked in.

Was not able to get clean sheets after maid skipped our room. No extra sheets on property?! No 1st floor available and no elevator. Coffee was a joke.

Domestic disturbance with gun shots, Carpet old and had odst

The room needs some TLC but was clean. The bed wasn’t horrible but a little on the hard side. We booked through Expedia and this was the on the cheaper side but not the cheapest. IHOP is right by hotel. There are other restaurants but about 1 mile away and not sure about walkable due to some of the individuals walking around. Seems to be a problem around a lot of hotel areas in Tocsan. It’s a good place to stay for a day or two.

Generally it was okay but I wasn't thrilled especially with the cleanliness.

Checked in after dark but well before midnight and still had to use an outside access only pass thru window for check-in....it was cold and felt unsecure. Once room assigned, I was given a room which had already been occupied (thank goodness the key didn't work when I tried it) and returned to the desk for new key and reassignment. Final room was noisy, smelt of weed most of the night and had what appeared to be wet toilet paper thrown against the wall. No real choices for breakfast. If I hadn't worked all day before driving to Tucson, I would have checked out and continued my trip into SW AZ in search of better accommodations.

We got the last room available of the night, and overall the room seemed fine but there were small holes in the duvet and stains on the curtains from past smokers(?). Again overall fine and clean enough. It was about what i expected

Overall good, except for maintenance issues that were known but not addressed. A bathroom lightbulb was dying, and instead of being replaced, it was unscrewed. The sink cold water had a bad leak, but instead of fixing it, the cold water was turned off under the sink. The shower overflow drain was loose, so water was leaking into the wall. Two food requests, not problems - a Keurig style coffee maker would be great, and either bacon or sausage to go with the bagged eggs would be great.

Breakfast is bad.

The bed spread had cigarette burns in it. The curtains had nasty stains all over them. The art over the bed had holes punched in it and somebody had drawn on it with a pencial as well. There was also pubic hairs stuck to the shower wall in the bathroom. Will never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The did not have my prepaid reservation and said there was record of it. I had to pay again to get a room.

The ice machine didn't work. The Tv was all in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish. the person at the front desk didn't seem to know how to fix it. I ended up get it right. Couldn't work the AC because all the controls where marked out. Had to have someone come and get it going. Had little bugs in room. Would not stay there again!

I go to use the swimming pool

This turned out to be better than reviews I read. We initially got a room that smelled (heavy smokers). We asked for a different room and got it right away with no hassles. This room was neat, clean, no evidence of bugs, etc. The breakfast was better than others described it. It had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, muffin, toast, cereal, and oatmeal. Ice was readily available. The pool and hot tub were nice. Overall it was a decent place at a decent rate. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

I asked Kevin to give me a room on ground floor and opposite from Grant and he did just that.

Good stay at a reasonable price, would use again.

Will not stay here ever again. Room was run down and it had roaches. Had leftover pizza and when I opened the box there was a roach in there. Breakfast was also very disappointing.

Not enough towels, no hand soap. The person checking in was very unprofessional. I had to pay a $ 100.00 dollar deposit, which I have never done at this place. I'm very unhappy with my stay here. One more thing my wife had to go to the office to get towels and I didn't like that.

Hotel needs a lot of improvements

Security needs to be provided. Hotel was in a sketchy part of town. Was hard to sleep knowing that we had to keep an eye on our motorcycles and belongings because of the people in the area.

The continental breakfast wasn’t that bad coffee,apple,orange juice,white,wheat bread,mini muffins,cereal,tea, instant oatmeal.

The room was ok, but there were dead bugs on the floor by the bed and my kids got bit by something in the night. The room needs to but updated the bathtub looked old and stained. The outside of the Hotel was clean, nice and secure. The staff was nice and helpful. We only stopped to sleep for about 4 to 5 hours and didn't use any of their other facilities.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The place was quiet, convenient, and parking was easy. The room did not have an ice bucket.

Bed felt grainy, as if there was sand on the sheets. Room smelled of smoke. Not comfortable.

The property was well kept. Rooms were clean.

Perfect location to get in and out of the city with ease. There are alot of eating options within walking distance. A/C cooled the room quickly and the water pressure was excellent. For the value can’t ask for more.

Older property - Had to move my pre-paid reservation one day, but they would not allow it. I wound up paying for an extra night.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Price was high for what you get. However it was safer than other options in the area and close to services. Close to freeway so it’s convenient for a stop over.

Good for a convenient over night stay. The general area seems to be safe and the rooms are reasonably clean. Traffic noise is a bit loud.

The replacement Comforter i was given had cigarette burn holes all over it. The TV would only stay on fir 15 minutes at a time. The pool had a layer if fuzzy dirt on the top of it. I checked in at 3pm and checked out the same day at 6pm.
