Clean, Beds are comfortable, Just room was bit dark.

My room didn’t have a working tv in it, as they just installed direct tv boxes but missed mine. I could have asked for a nee room but really didn’t feel like it at that point. The breakfast was wonderful, hot bfast with waffles eggs potato’s and either sausage or bacon. Lots of choices for cereal, bagel, muffins, and yogurt too. Lots of towels in the room and staff was open to help. Tv was the only hiccup!

Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room Air conditioner struggled a bit to keep up with 100 degree heat

I needed to be in that area. Easy to locate and fresh and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Older property but has a lot of charm. It was a fine property.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay as we have stayed there several times in the past month however when we went down to grab breakfast there were no more potatoes or muffins and when we asked for more the guy said it was too close to breakfast being over so basically too bad and to come earlier next time which was sad. After the 3 of us arrived for breakfast about 5 others came in and also were upset to find no potatoes or muffins. We got to breakfast around 910-915 and breakfast ends at 930. We have never had a problem with food in the past visits so this left a sour taste in my mouth.
- 3/5
Location, close to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park. Plenty of restaurants close by. Facility needs work. Paint peeling of mirrors and walls in bathroom. Bathroom door frame damaged. Hair (not mine) in clumps on tile floor. Poor lighting in room.
- 5/5
Extended our stay at this hotel because it was a great location for our needs.
- 5/5
The property was nice, especially considering the price. Great location. Front office staff super kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. We will stay again when we come back to visit!
- 5/5
Great!
- 4.5/5
Location. Courtyard ambiance Only thing I did not like was lack of tv channels. Dish guide showed many channels but only got a handful, and those were awefull

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious specially on Memorial Day! As we arrived the hotel room was smelling like pets were there, so we weren’t super excited about it, but the smell soon disappeared. The pool had great temperature and staff clean and maintains it all pretty clean. It almost feels like a hidden “forest romantic” gem with the pine trees in the courtyard. When you first arrive and park you would never guess from the outside how the interior has a total different vibe!
- 5/5
The location was good for us! The pool and hot tub was amazing for my daughter. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was awesome. I will return.
- 4/5
Very good

Oooooooooʻooooooooooooʻhggggggo

Interesting that the 2-floor hotel has 100 through 400 numbered rooms on all floors, but dedicates odd numbers rooms on the first floor and even ones on the second floor.
- 5/5
The staff was professional, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, overcooked, coffee too hot, and no bacon by 9am. Despite that we would return. This is the best hotel we have stayed at on the east side of Tucson.
- 1/5
Disgusting.
- 5/5
While I would have appreciated a variety of fruits for breakfast, the main entree was varied on Monday from what was offered on the weekend. The bed was extremely comfortable. The facility has a lived in look but was clean and the staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
I had issues with booking.com that the manager of the hotel had to fix on his own. Due to this reason, I'm impressed with the hotel. Booking com stated they approved a change through the hotel yet did not in fact reach out to hotel at all, leaving them to make up for the mistake. This is very disappointing

My mother came to town and we stayed here for a week. The property itself is not bad; not dirty but I think it could use some more TLC. They put us in an upstairs room overlooking the pool, which was nice, but there were a lot of flying bugs in the room and we could not stay there. The staff was able to put us in a similar room without the view of the pool, and it was bug-free. Housekeeping was pleasant and accommodating, and the free breakfast was nice as well. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
- 5/5
They definitely had a full breakfast which always included eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, make your own waffles and fruit, plus more. Our room and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. When we are back in Tucson we will definitely stay here.

Loud, falling a part, torn curtains.save yourself the agony
- 4.5/5
Stayed for two nights and the breakfast was exactly the same. Breakfast was good, but would be nice a little change.
- 4.5/5
Very open, but at the same time very private and secured. The environment was also very greenery. Also, breakfast ends late, at 9:30. The pool was also heated. Very nice. Stayed for two nights and the breakfast was exactly the same. Breakfast was good, but would be nice a little change.

Curtains don’t cover the windows. Property is beginning to look dated. Stayed one night.
- 5/5
10/10 recommend. Beds were so comfy. Had a little kitchen area AND a small patio. Breakfast was good. Area was clean. Conveniently located near a bunch of restaurants (Black Bear Diner is a good choice). Loved Tucson and Saguaro. This was a perfect stop to start off our road trip!

- 5/5
I recommend for an affordable stay!
- 5/5
Great property at a fair price. Roman was very helpful.
- 2/5
Tis place is beat down. Funky security gates, no bug strip under front door, super low shower pressure, tired furniture. The bright spots are, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and efficient. Location was good.
- 5/5
Older property that is very pleasant. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff nice and breakfast had a lot to choose from. Price was good. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Super comfy bed and welcoming staff. Would stay here again! Perfect for solo trip!
- 3/5
The property is tired and feels worn. The staff is very nice. You get what you pay for. It's not fancy, and it seemed clean, except for the floors in the room. Otherwise, it was ok.
- 4/5
Breakfast is amazing and one of the best things about the stay. The staff is super kind and helpful and our room was pleasant and quiet.

Found someone's breakfast in the microwave, others hair in the shower.
- 3.5/5
Easy check-in Unclear direction of room location. I walked through a "back gate" as instructed and was informed it was "private property", despite the key card provided, opened the gate. Additionally, there were brown splatters of a substance on the ceiling, resembling coffee. Room upstairs stomped around until will after midnight.

- 4/5
Did not use the pool. Breakfast area was very clean and organized. Everything stocked.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. It is obviously an older property and shows it age. Nonetheless, the interior courtyards are charming, the breakfast was good with hot and cold choices, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, our room was clean, and the location was close to a number of eateries. Plus it was easy to get to attractions from the hotel. The bed was comfortable but the bed frame was squeaky. Luckily we aren’t restless sleepers or the frame would have been annoying. We would book here again.
- 4/5
It was clean, just not a good idea to put me in a second floor with a toddler
- 5/5
Location and breakfast The pool was not very clean and didn’t seem open

Put my senior dog on the second floor and the furthest away from a potty patch. Dissatisfaction. My dog doesn't do elevators????
- 4/5
The breakfast was good, a lot of options and appeared clear and organized. The room was fine and comfortable. I liked it had both a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I did not use the pool area.
- 5/5
Breakfast had a good variety that well maintained, kept fresh. The room could use a little updating and laminate wood floors a good cleaning. The staff was pleasant and efficient at check-in and helpful with local questions. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub during our stay.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent!

- 1/5
The staff couldn’t help when we called down they didn’t have a drain plug for the tub and after our trip it was all around bad hotel will never stay there again
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good. Not as fond of cheese omelette without other ingredients offered but scrambled eggs and other offerings were very good. We love the location.
- 4/5
Great room size and comfortable. Love open courtyard concept with fountains. Breakfast layout was little complicated to use when lots people. Very disappointed pool and hot tub not open. It was posted 9-9. We arrived 8 pm and all locked up.

Spacious room, pleasant breakfast room in lobby, great old world architecture with brick and wood (not sterile like chain hotels often are).

- 4/5
Room was a bit dingy, but overall decent experience.
- 5/5
Breakfast was really good too.
- 5/5
You don’t get a view, but you get everything else you would want in a nice hotel- great staff, excellent breakfast, a pool. The hotel felt clean and I would definitely return.
- 1.5/5
Easy to find. The bedding was dirty. Made me uncomfortable.

- 5/5
Great Staff solid Breakfast options.
- 5/5
Great staff awesome breakfast clean property.
- 5/5
Great atmosphere and attentive front desk people.
- 4/5
Not a high-end hotel, but great for my needs and budget. A good breakfast, a basic pool, good staff and housekeeping. T.V. in Tucson is awful...not the hotel's fault. I used apps on my phone.
- 5/5
Centrally located near Miniature Time Machine Museum, Fort Lowell, Botanical Gardens, Desert Museum. Quiet. Very nice restaurants within short walking distance. Beautiful lobby and courtyards. Gracious lobby but needs a bar. Also, big screen TV diminished the beauty of the lounge/reception area.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods to choose.
- 5/5
Comfy bed
- 5/5
Breakfast area was always clean, steadily stocked with a goid variety of options.
- 5/5
Exceeded expectations had great courtyard.
- 2/5
So dark & dingy. Definitely not worth the $175 for one night & put us in a handicap room Didn't feel safe. We deserve a refund or I could dispute it on my credit card
- 4/5
Our "chef" did a great job with breakfast quantities and cleanliness of the area. The place is and looks old. The room was neat and clean except for the laminate floors that turned my damp cloth black when I rub them.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great. Great staff. Didn't use the pool. The rooms are a bit old, but the beds were good. The shower was not very good (low water pressure) but functional.
- 5/5

Wonderful breakfast, nice staff who were attentive to customers' experience
- 5/5
Room was spotless and staff courteous
- 4/5
Hotel room was adequate.
- 5/5
Location was in a busy area near lots of restaurants, great place to leave from to get to Tuscon attractions in many directions. Attractive SW styled lobby, for breakfast, reading or meeting up. Coffee, tea and water. Bigger sized room, bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perhaps it was just a little on the tired side, but it didn't take away from our overall good experience. Ok hotel breakfast, but plenty and a bit of a variety hot and cold.
- 5/5
Simple and clean. Staff was very helpful and met all our needs!
- 5/5

- 3/5
The bed was ok, but the frame squeaked every time I got in and out of bed.
- 5/5
Amazing staff clean and comfortable bed!
- 1/5
The Floor was sticky, we did not feel safe at night , and it was very loud
- 5/5
The entire facility was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast choices were great and the lobby welcoming. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Staff were helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Could use an update, but nice room and clean.
- 1/5
There was nothing good about this room or hotel.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was capable and nice, our room was clean and well kept and the court yard fountains were soothing.
- 5/5
Nice facility. Friendly staff
- 4/5
Older hotel with badic amenities. Great breakfast! The wall outlet was too loose, so our chargers didn't work. The hot tub wasn't clean, the pool looked better.
- 4/5
Some negatives were no PBS on tv and $5 per day "Green/Environment" fee was added in addition to your quoted total that is supposed to include all fees.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
Staff was friendly but my room was dirty… floor dirty, hair ball on the floor, Hair throughout the shower and on the sheets.
- 5/5
Beautiful cozy and confy
- 4/5
The room was very clean, but the odor was like old cigarette smoke
- 5/5
The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were super. Excellent breakfasts with cheese omlettes and bacon. Quiet. Lovely lobby, big room. Spanish style and casual.
- 3/5
The room was ok. Needs some updating, was clean. Breakfast was average quality with fairly good selection
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! The area of the hotel scared us at first until we walked in and saw how pretty it was!
- 5/5
Everything 👍
- 5/5
The front desk staff was helpful at check-in/check-out and answered questions and helped store luggage for a few hours for us. Our room and lobby were clean and the included breakfast was simple but had everything my son and I needed. The courtyard fountains and atrium provided a nice background sound and were pleasing to look at. Overall, a very good 3-star experience. Nothing fancy, and nothing wrong with it.
- 4/5

Clean, nice hotel with good buffet breakfast and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great bed, clean bathroom. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Generous free breakfast in the lobby.
- 4/5
The room was clean, the grounds were pleasant and peaceful. There was a nice Tucson vibe in the courtyards and the lobby/ breakfast area. It was also nicely decorated for the holidays.
- 1/5
My time here was one I will never repeat. The facility attempted go slap paint on a decaying hotel. Many areas still need rehab and repairs. Additionally, there was so much noise I could hear from above and beside me. It was to be close to family but I will never foresake quality for such poor conditions.
- 3/5
Was not as good as expected.
- 5/5
Good place to stay.
- 1/5
So maybe keeping my money and providing no service to me seems like a win for the hotel but you and your chain have lost a customer for life.
- 5/5
Staffing was kind and helpful room is clean. We will stay at here again!
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional !
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was great and the room cost was very reasonable.
- 5/5
No complaints
- 5/5
Great staff and cute courtyards and sitting areas
- 5/5
Price was reasonable for last minute Saturday night in Tucson. Used some of my hotel.com rewards, which made it even better.
- 1/5
Dirty nasty staff all around horrific
- 5/5
Great variety of breakfast options. Appreciated coffee & tea options available at all times in lobby. Quaint & relaxing place.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms. Nice facility
- 4/5
The room was clean and just enough room for one person. I would have enjoyed having a small recliner or other kind of comfortable chair in the room.
- 3/5
Clean, quiet environment was able to sleep well
- 2/5
mold smell in the room. its an old place so dont expect much. pool is small but nice with huge hot tub. overall it works but thats it.
- 5/5
Clean property. Variety of breakfast options that were good. Wonderful staff. Rooms are clean. Hottub and pool were very nice and in a private area that was clean and comfortable! Love the tables along the area between the rooms with the lights. Elevator to second floor. Cute cozy and quaint. Will return.
- 4/5
Great room and design to make up for less than scenic location
- 4/5
Rhe ataff was great
- 5/5
The atmosphere was fabulous. I felt like I stepped into a Spanish hacienda. The court yards were dreamy. The hotel lobby was very inviting. List of people went there for breakfast. The staff was outstanding. I had such a wonderful time staying there while visiting Tucson. If I have any requests please replace the air conditioning unit in 115. It’s impossibly noisy even though maintenance tried to fix it. I had to wear ear plugs.
- 5/5
This is the second time staying at this hotel for my cousins yearly Halloween party. I’ve been very satisfied with the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. This hotel is great for an overnight stay. I’ll definitely be booking the same hotel next year.
- 4/5
Room was fine, confortable and clean however smell in the room appeared to have stale odor. Breakfast was ok. Ample parking.
- 4/5
I was in and out…. for a family that was in the bike race and a family event (aka Halloween party) with family and new friends; the place was cute, quant and clean; I felt safe and was a female alone with no problems what’s so ever. I saw others that were at the championship bike race so that was an added bonus! Thank you for the hospitality! One of the most nicest calm clean hotels I’ve stay in in quite a long long time!!!!😁
- 5/5
Room was clean, sheets were so soft. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable and breakfast was very good
- 5/5
one of our favorite places to stay it is quiet clean and pool is never crowded
- 5/5
It’s an older property but well maintained. Room was very clean and comfortable. For the price it was an excellent stay. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
Hotel located in a sketchy area. Once in the room there was a strong overpowering odor of chemicals like cleaning and paint. However, the bathroom was not very clean. I wouldnt stay again as a solo traveler
- 5/5
The location, tucked at the edge of a strip mall, is a little odd, but I really liked the hotel. The Mexican hacienda vibe is cute, and the property is well-kept, with colorful flowers and ornamental lighting. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was helpful. 🙂
- 3/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Loved the character of this Tucson gem. Lots of character. A great southwestern vibe. We’d stay here again
- 4/5
Property is 10 minutes Sabino canyon and about 20 minutes from downtown and an hour from. Saguaro national park. There are lots of restaurants right there that we walked to every night. The hotel is newly remodeled it seems. The bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, the breakfast was your average hotel breakfast but was always well displayed and the fruit was fresh. The only reason it gets 4 stars i stead of 5 is because the beds are just doubles. Who sleeps in fulls anymore? Queen beds should be standard.
- 5/5
Bed was super comfortable
- 2/5
Room felt old & dirty. The outside area was unkempt & I felt unsafe.
- 3/5
Older property with poor lighting after dark. Quite a bit of road noise
- 3/5
The floor was absolutely disgusting! It was like there had been some drywall sanding, and there was a visible layer of dirt/dust, and all of our feet/socks were filthy. We arrived very late (3:30 AM) and slept through room service. I went up to the desk to ask if they could come and clean the floor as we went out for lunch and came back after 2 hours, and NOTHING had been cleaned. Floors were just gross. I was really disappointed that my request to have my floor cleaned was ignored.
- 5/5
So far very nice. Love the courtyard fountain and quiet atmosphere.
- 3/5
The beds were hard and not comfy .. we got lock IN our room .. took us 10 min to get out ..
- 5/5
Very reasonable rates, friendly staff, comfortable and a good location for me. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The facility was in excellent condition. We enjoy staying there close to family n our Dr appointments which makes it very convenient.
- 3/5
Check in staff was not very helpful and does not seem to follow through with anything (including basic message communication). Otherwise property is decent. Rooms are clean enough and the hotel is pretty once you get inside (from the outside, it does not look like much).
- 5/5
Great experience for the price! Really good deal.
- 3/5
This property was chosen due to its proximity to Mt. Lemmon. While the facilities were functionally adequate, we were disappointed with the breakfast. It was consistently served late, and the quality and variety of the food offerings left us wanting.
- 4/5
Pet friendly
- 4/5
Very good seevice, daily maid service, they loaned me a charger cable when I had forgotten mine!
- 5/5
Comfortable bed. The property is adorable and felt secure.
- 5/5
The property is clean and well maintained and kept up to date. The gal at the front desk at checkin was amazing. The pool and outdoor area are very nice and the area that it is in is nice. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses close by.
- 5/5
Friendly efficient staff, clean comfortable room.
- 4/5
Place is nice but needs some care. Some quality updating.
- 4/5
I think the location of the coffee maker needs to be reviewed. The cord is too short to pull the drawer with the coffee maker on making nearly impossible to use it.
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Very best breakfast, beautiful hotel for sure
- 5/5
Lovely hotel in a quiet area!
- 4/5
We did mention to the front desk about people smoking outside the rooms, or in the courtyard which made it difficult to sleep as I am allergic to cigarette smoke.
- 1/5
The room smelled so strong of cleaner that I couldn’t stay there. I also couldn’t get a refund and had to pay for a different hotel in addition to paying for this room. Very disappointed and I won’t use them again.
- 4/5
This hotel is older and has a weird smell throughout. The parking lot was in a strip mall area which made me feel unsafe because it didn’t feel private. The bed was very comfortable, but that’s about it.

Really cute courtyards. The hotel was respectably clean and not smelly. Room was comfortable. They offer breakfast, but we were so busy while we were there that we didn't get a chance to try it. It was our first time staying here, and we will add it to our rotation of Tucson hotels.

This property is in an unlikely location, but is a hidden gem. Older, but well-kept. Rooms face a central courtyard which is very pleasant. Staff is competent and very friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and good.
- 5/5
The staff ( he ) was very nice and kind and expiation was good!!!
- 3/5
The bed was horribly soft, and the room was very worn. The bathtub had paint chips missing and would not drain so a shower became almost a bath. The breakfast was barely edible. Horrible "eggs" which weren't eggs at all. The pool and spa were green and very unappealing. I simply could not go swimming. The staff was mostly nice enough though. I had a similar experience at another Comfort Inn on this trip. I will not stay in another.

Clean comfortable room.
- 5/5
Nice room, good breakfast, pool. Very good value and would recommend to anyone.
- 4/5
I liked the location relevant to family I was visiting.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast. Room could have been just a bit cleaner.
- 3/5
The room AC unit was very loud, made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good. Servixe qas good. Room was reasonable but shower has peeling tub, falling shower cuetain rack. The hotel location is good.
- 4/5
I would still recommend them.
- 3/5
The bathroom in the room had shower curtains that allowed the water to escape from the shower, getting the floor very wet. The flusher handle was not working correctly so there was water all over the toilet seat. The handle was stuck. The hotel was supposed to be a "suite" but the room was definitely not a suite. The coffee was excellent.
- 4/5
Great hotel for the price. Staff was friendly and room clean and comfortable. The only issue was at breakfast there were several people not staying at the hotel, coming in off the street in the lobby, piling food into bags to take. They literally took anything and everything, to include 10 cups off coffee, all the cereal, bagles, bread etc. None of the hotel workers did anything and it was extremely obvious what was going on. They were posted up in the parking lot. I was approached by another person outside and there was a guy directing them at the window. I feel bad that the hotel workers didnt feel like they could do anything, perhaps due to lack of security or support. It's certainly not worth the risk to them. I'm all for giving away food that's going to be tossed or even giving it out, during breakfast hours but theres got to be a better, more sanitary way. No one staying there could get around them to get any food. They were way too comfortable doing it, meanwhile the hotel patrons were clearly uncomfortable.

I will start with the front desk staff are very accommodating, kind and professional. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade which we paid for; however the room we were given was not very clean and was saturated in some sort of air freshener that was so thick it gave us headaches and you could taste it in your mouth. We were promptly given a room change, but found out that the floors in that room were also dirty. Your feet would end up black if you walked across the floor and the foot mat in the bathroom showed dirt and hair as if they had not vacuumed or mopped in awhile. We were not offered our money back for the upgrade by the hotel. The breakfast was also subpar in terms of options and quality. The pool did not appear to have been cleaned in a while so we did not attempt to use it. We would have left immediately if we had an option to get a refund, but there is not an option to do so when booking through Expedia after arrival. Overall a disappointing experience.

Little dirty, preventive mantaince
- 5/5
Was only there for a night
- 5/5
Quiet, clan and staff are always friendly. My favorite place to stay in Tucson.
- 5/5
The property is quiet. It was a nice stay.
- 4/5
Need more lighting in walkways around rooms.
- 3/5
This is an old hotel in a not great area. Upkeep and cleanliness don't seem to be a priority.
- 3/5
It would have probably been a high end property in the 70s and 80s but little has been done to modernize it. The neighborhood is a little questionable. The manager and staff were super helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast which was fine. It was noisy as all the rooms have a door to a courtyard which amplifies the noise. I probably would not stay here again.

Over priced

Everything ok

nothing unique, property looks like good motel. Breakfast is below medium.

Not that bad

You both saw to it that I couldn't cancel the booking.
- 5/5
Quiet, easy parking and provided breakfast.
- 3/5
Good for a long stay a bit older property
- 5/5
The room was basic, but clean and reasonably maintained. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the shower. The drapes made the room pitch black. I didn't go to the pool, but it looked ok. There was a hot tub that was popular. There were a few courtyards with fountains that were serene. I would stay here again.

reached out to us with outstanding customer service. His concern for our wellbeing was greatly appreciated. Everyone at the hotel was kind and considerate. We will be repeat customers going forward and will not hesitate to give the hotel our sincere recommendation to our family and friends.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay, not great. Not worthy of it excellent rating on the website. The location of the hotel is not great. Not in the best part of town. While the court yards between rooms and the lobby have beautiful design elements, the room we stayed in was cheap design quality. The food was also cheap quality, not something I enjoyed eating.
- 5/5
My family has been staying here for years and it always gets better. The courtyards are nice to sit in the morning and eat breakfast and in the evening to just unwind.

- 5/5
Love staying here. Excellent location and clean, quiet (even tranquil) hotel. April and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
The only thing about my stay was it was in an area that was not looking safe which is fine but the security of the door locks made the whole stay uncomfortable. Trying to save money by not ensuring your guests are safe is not ok.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
Old hotel that has been maintained. However, room was very dark. No overhead light. Coffee maker was hidden in a very dark cubby below waist level in a piece of furniture below the tv. With good reason; it looked like a battlefield relic. (I used the flashlight on my phone to look at it.)

Old but good.
- 4/5
Good place.
- 5/5
Management and staff were excellent
- 5/5
Accommodations were good for our 4 day stay. We did not spend a lot of time at hotel during our stay but did have free full breakfast daily in morning, and pool use. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. The workout room was small and could use improved equipment or more space. Overall coffee was great, friendly staff and perfect for what we needed. It was a great location to Sabino canyon, saguaro national park, colossal cave and our family members in the area.
- 4/5
Safe, quiet courtyard-style motel room. Not fancy, but perfectly serviceable. Nice vinyl floors (much appreciated! bring socks) and good wifi/AC. Bathtub was in bad shape (huge chips, slow draining). Bigger than average fridge and microwave. Lost access with my key once, but it was the end of the month. It's in a very ugly lot with an abandoned Big Lots and its fair share of local problems, but the Mexican drive-thru is excellent and everything is gated.

Friendly staff. Clean large suite for the family. Good area.

We stayed two nights while visiting family. With traffic it was a bit further out than I expected but the stay was comfortable and the room was clean.

- 4/5
There were some rough reviews of this place, but I thought I'd take a chance. I am SO GLAD I did. Very comfortable. Great breakfasts. Lovely staff. Would stay there again if I'm in Tucson. An older hotel, this is typical of the ambiance of Tucson before it got so jazzy. Very nice!
- 5/5
This place was absolutely amazing! We were transferring from a nearby hotel that we had an absolutely unsanitary and unsafe accomodations at. Not only did they allow us to check in slightly early in an emergency they also were able to provide rooms for the 4 families we were traveling with for a funeral! The rooms were clean, the property was beautiful, pool and spa was clean, breakfast amazing and hotel staff was caring and professional the entire time. This will be our family's forever hotel everytime we travel to Arizona!!!
- 5/5
The staff was kind, helpful and courteous. This was the 2nd time we stayed there and both times it was enjoyable.
- 5/5
This place is in this empty strip mall and we were a little worried when we pulled up. Don't let it fool you. The place is quiet, clean, the pool is lit up nicely at night, the breakfast is good and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely go back.

Great place
- 5/5
Very close to Sabino Canyon Recreation area, as well as unique small strip mall with great services and shops. New Mexico cuisine restaurant called Poco and Mom
- 5/5
The stay was great! Pool was heated and in great shape. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and items changed daily which was nice. Beds were comfy, patio was nice, rooms were large!
- 5/5
The building itself with the courtyards and fountains, pool and indoor fountain made our family feel like we were truly in a vacation getaway. It was wonderful! We all agreed that we should come back here to stay in the future.

Friendly house keepers
- 4/5
Young men were up making noise past 9 pm. Drain smelled of sewer in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Check-in clerk did not offer much help. Location was a bit strange in parking lot of strip mall with a closed Big Lots store.
- 2/5
The room had a bath towel left from the previous party. In addition, there were layers of dirt all over the floors, the walls and the bathroom vanity. It was disgusting.
- 2/5
The room was not clean. We had to personally clean the countertops, floors, and restroom before we were willing to bring in out personal luggage.
- 5/5
Excellent facilitu
- 5/5
This place is in need of a deep clean. Our blinds did not work (they were always down). The blind had at least 100 holes from being sun baked. The toilet was plugged when we checked in. The drain barely drained in the sink and tub. Overall this place is a dive.
- 4/5
Decent room and breakfast.
- 4/5
Room was clean, quiet, but dark and smelled of cleaning solution People working there were very nice
- 5/5
Perfect location for what areas we wanted to explore, like Suguaro National Park
- 4/5
Good breakfast. Staff did a good job. Staff did not reset clock in room (which we could not do without a Phillips screwdriver) despite my request to the desk clerk on our second day. And back of bottom drawer in chest was missing. We were comfortable there and location was convenient for us.
- 5/5
Nice and clean rooms front desk very kind
- 4/5
The hotel is decorated nicely, with lots of flowers planted around the property.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating. When our toilet didn’t work they moved us to another room. The location was close to Saguaro National Park.
- 5/5
Great rooms and check-in was easy!
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and of adequate size. The breakfast period is long, allowing for ealy ir late eating. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
- 3/5
Room was dirty
- 3/5
Older property fairly well maintained. The HVAC/Heater unit was extremely loud.
- 4/5
Generally I liked the place.
- 3/5
I booked this property and also shared with several others on our group based on the recent reviews. I was surprised that I didn’t find it deserved such high numbers. The room itself was comfortable but the wood planks on the floor next to bed were coming up which was a bit annoying. But the worst was the horrible bathroom. It needs a desperate remodel. Tub was cracked and peeling, no water pressure, for shower or toilet, tub wouldn’t drain, paint peeling and dirty corners on the floor. When speaking with several others in our group they all had similar complaints about the bathrooms.
- 3/5
Pros: It is an older property but it is clean and the common areas are taken care of. The rooms are dated and simply furnished. The breakfast is warm and simple but the kitchen staff shows pride in their work. Cons: The plumbing has a lot of hard water buildup, were loose and the toilets ran on both visits. This stay the bedsheets were obviously stained from an earlier guest. They appeared to have been washed but the stain was unacceptable. It was late so I ended up placing a towel over it so I could go to bed. The next day I asked the front desk to have the bedsheets changed to a non-stained sheet. That night the same thing happened. Late arrival, same stained sheet, too tired to deal with it, just covered it with a towel. I understand trying to save on operating costs, but crappy plumbing and nasty bedsheets need to be taken care of. We had hoped to find a reasonably decent place to stay in East Tucson. If they had addressed the issue of the bedding I would have given them a better review. As it is, neither the front desk staff or the cleaning staff did their jobs or seemed to care. When I asked for an adjustment the lady said they couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia/Hotels.com. She just blew it off because she knows I will have to go to a lot of extra effort to address their failure. Average facility, Terrible service. Just another disappointing experience in the hotel industry.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I was in town with my two daughters for a family funeral, and the service I was provided, from the cheerful front desk person, to the thoughtful housecleaning staff, to the home-y atmosphere really made my stay so comfortable and pleasant. I loved that it’s a smaller property so everything was easily accessible. I wish I had a picture of the lobby area to upload, I really liked the decor and atmosphere. If I'm in Tucson again I’ll be sure to stay here!
- 5/5
Location was great. Access to everything and friendly staff
- 4/5
I liked the Western style of the property and the fact that we could have 3 adults in one room when we used the fold out couch as the 3rd bed. The room was fairly basic as was the breakfast.
- 4/5
The room could have been cleaner. There were food fingerprints on the bathroom door. A picture on the wall was splattered with food??? I didn't feel comfortable waling barefoot on the floor. The bathtub was not clean. Now for the good stuff! The pillows and bed were so comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. We used the pool and hot tub two days in a row and enjoyed them immensely! The atmosphere of the fountains, vines, plants etc were the best part of Comfort Suites.

Walkways need better illumination at night
