Good location. Has echoes of its former property owner which makes its design good and rooms comfortable. This hotel is “long in the tooth.” While modestly maintained (furniture worn, plumbing loose, poor mattress, vinyl furniture, slow drains everywhere) it is clean, but everything feels out of date. Rooms set aside for third-party bookings are next to the dumpsters which are emptied once per week at 6AM (ask me how I know this).

Where is my money? You have not returned my money yet. This is starting to upset me. Are you earning interest off my money? Am I going to have to come down there and take it off of your property? Please return my money before I get f****** crazy.

Great breakfast quiet place to stay
- 4/5
It was fine for the price
- 3/5
It had been 6 years since we stayed at this property and it looks tired. No cleanup of outside property. Clean up of debris from previous winds sorely needed. By check in doors evidence of spilled beverages. The whole parking lot area needs power wash. Inside unit the bed was good. Once again though, the whole unit needs a refresh. On a more positive note, we asked for a to go breakfast and gentleman in charge was very helpful and generous.

This was the 4th Sonesta that we have stayed at...in one word it was disgusting: the rooms smelled, there were burnt rings on the kitchen floor, outdoor maintenance below par, a very meager breakfast, and, truthfully, if we could have got a refund we would have left. Where was pride in cleanliness and accountability?
- 4/5
Clean but dated. This place is showing its age and it gives the feel of maybe not being very clean just because of that. Front desk guy was super nice and seemed to want to do everything right. Breakfast was OK. Not much of a selection. The room was very roomy for our family of four.

The lady up front was wonderful. Iwe needed to change rooms due the AC not working and the dead bolt wouldn't work. We were put in a different room asap. We will be back. Hoping to stay longer next time.

The room was clean and had a kitchen. The office staff was friendly with each interaction. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items with a sitting area.
- 3/5
Front desk staff was AMAZING! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The sofa bed was dirty, when we pulled it out, there was food, and trash! The other living room chair was also dirty, cushions had not been pulled out to clean.
- 4/5
The place is very spacious, perfect for our family! The beds are confortable, the kitchen has everything you need, enough towels, and was provided with the extras I needed right away. I missed breakfast, but I am sure it was great as well! The coffee in the unit was amazing! There was no hand soap or dish soap, and the containers in the showers required refilling. There were three TV's but only two remote controls. The Place is great but it could use some updating, the carpets need washing not just vacuuming.
- 5/5
Great service and clean room.
- 2/5
Rooms outdated and some things in disrepair. We choose this hotel because of the kitchen. Unfortunately, it was not well stocked with the things that you need to actually cook meals. The internet was down for over 2 days. Some of the equipment at breakfast was broken.
- 1.5/5
Not much it isn’t a Hotel it is an Apartment complex. Didn’t get the room we ordered. Paid for a King Suite got a Queen. Check in person was Rude and no help. No wash cloths in the room and couldn’t get any.
- 5/5
week we were there. The location is great because there is a Walmart supercenter less than a mile away and a Trader Joe's only 2 blocks away.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was great. Everyone was welcoming and professional. No wash clothes or coffee left in room. Closet door near bathroom could not be opened, table in kitchen need legs stabilized. These items were reported at check out and information received positively.
- 2/5
Early check in fee. Took 3 rooms for one acceptable. No phone in room to front desk. Never staying at Sonesta again.
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing. It was dirty and the room smelled like vomit, mold, and urine. The upholstery was torn and dirty. Very old property. I stayed for 5 minutes and checked out. The property still charged me for the full stay and has not responded to my request for a refund.
- 2/5
They did say the cleaning staff had used a “bomb” in that room, which confirmed my reaction. Perhaps other rooms/situations might be different.
- 4/5
The outstanding plus of this property is that it has a full kitchen; however the utensils and dishware provisions were less than meager. Other than this, the accommodations were excellent.
- 2/5
Got to the hotel all the way from Phoenix/Peoria only to find out that they apparently overbooked and had to send me to a different hotel a few miles a

- 5/5
Clean suite, attentive and friendly staff, an overall pleasant experience.
- 5/5
Room is well-planned for an extended stay. Staff is friendly and responsive.
- 3/5
Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful Location is convenient for o restaurants that I enjoy Cons My room was clean but needed some TLC as it had some issues. My room was in a south side building that hears ALL the traffic noises from Speedway Rd. It was diffficult to sleep. Tip: I turned on the background noise feature on my iPhone to drown out some of the noises. The material they use for the second floor walkways gets slick when it rains. It was raining a lot my first night. Parking is $5 per night. Not horrible but it used to be included in the room rate. N/A I didn’t check out the included breakfast.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 2/5
My room, sheets were smelly. The bathroom had all type of dirt and hair throughout the walls. Stained carpet (looked like dry blood).
- 3/5
The kitchen table was dirty
- 4/5
Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Yes, perfect
- 1/5
Room was filthy and we found a roach. The plates were covered in muck like they hadn’t been washed in forever. Oven was janky. It was super loud at night since the sliding glass door didn’t fully close. Smelled like chemical fragrance was dumped in the room to try to trick you into thinking it was clean. The front office staff was nice, the only nice thing in our whole stay. Never coming back.
- 3/5
The bed sheets were stained and didn’t look clean

- 4/5
Staff very friendly, patient, welcoming and helpful. Thank you to the night staff for helping us locate a room at the last minute for our elders. We enjoyed the suite and the accessible studio 100%
- 3/5
It appeared that there are many guests that live on the premises. Loud noise at night past 10pm . The breakfast bar was leftover food and the scrambled eggs had grey areas in them. The food choice is extremely limited. In the room itself, stains in carpet and on walls and sticky countertops. I was disappointed in our stay this time and will probably not return in the future.
- 1/5
The room was terrible ! All the furniture was dirty and stained, carpet dirty and look like permanent pet stain. The property just has went down since i stayed 4years ago. Needs major renovation on rooms to bring up to date.
- 4/5
Fridge didn't work, and food that we brought, went bad.
- 5/5
The best! Your staff took extra care of us anf our needs. We loved the multilevel apartment style full kitchen room!! We will definitely be back.
- 2/5
They were not able to give us a key to our room, meaning we had to ask the front desk to open the room for us every time we needed to go back in. No sort of discount was offered for this huge inconvenience
- 3/5
The staff were all friendly, I appreciated their professionalism and warmth despite the state of the hotel during our stay. It was not worth the price we paid. For the entire duration of our stay, hotel keys were unable to be made. Every time we returned, we had to ask to be let in to our room by staff. However, it made us feel uneasy that they never asked for ID or checked our reservation. I worried that someone would ask for access to our room by mistake the entire time. The amenities were true to the website list but the sheer curtains were tattered and shredded. The cover to the wiring for the ceiling fan had fallen as left exposed. Crumbs were in many of the kitchen drawers and the dishwasher would come unlatched during cycle and stop at random. Will not be staying at this location again even though we’ve liked other locations by the same brand.
- 4/5
Breakfast great but early hours, crowded, out of items, rude people/guests
- 4/5
Staff and amenities. Property rooms needs a little updating and replacing of carpet, furniture, etc.
- 3/5
The staff was great. The room needed improvement as the toilet did not flush well, the sink faucet was difficult to use and a closet door was broken.
- 2/5
Check-in was at 4; they did not have our room ready until at least 4:45. When we did arrive to our room (612), there were was dirty laundry from a previous guest under our bed. Also, paid for a "queen bed"; did not have a measuring tape, but I'm almost sure it was a full size. Would not stay here again.
- 2/5
I needed an early check in and was charged fifty dollars. The kitchen sink faucet was broken. The shower had no body wash in both bathrooms. The deadbolt on the door did not work. I've booked Sonesta rooms in different cities and always had good experiences. I won't be booking this particular Sonesta property anymore.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Clean room and the free upgrade was awesome!!
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, Ac was good.. as a single woman traveler I was not comfortable being put at the back of the hotel along the parking lot and fence of another hotel.
- 3/5
The AC units are almost attached to the wall of the building that’s why the beds vibrating with it. So loud that it feels like 3 loud old clothes dryer machines simultaneously running. It feels like sleeping on the tarmac at the airport.
- 2/5
The property is definitely run down. The room was really dirty. The floors werent clean there was food & crumbs all over. The carpet had a huge spagetti sauce spill from the entry to the kitchen it should of been cleaned up but the housekeepers just left it. The remote control for the TV has spagetti sauce all over it and the carpet in the bathroom looked like someone tore it up looking for something it was frayed from no one putting it back right. And the bathroom tile around the floor has about an inch of dust & dirt all the way around it. I personally cleaned that room up & i was very disappointed in the room. I cant believe they dont have a supervisor checking the rooms for cleanliness. The price they charge for a room in that condition is rudiculous. Whoever rents the room after today will have a decesnt room thanks to me cleaning it. I have cleaned for a living for 50yrs and I can assure you I would of never rented that room out looking the way it did.
- 5/5
Just needed for one night. Had to leave before breakfast
- 3/5
The room had not been vacuumed, the bathroom floor had not been swept. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor and hair in the bath tub.
- 2/5
We opened the door to our room and we were greeted by a strong smell of dog and cat urine and pet smell. Apparently the whole place is pet friendly and they don’t have a section for pet-free. Everything felt dirty and very run-down. The upstairs shower has signs of mold. And the toilet barely flushes. The shower felt unstable like the bottom would just fall through. The bedroom had no cool air circulating, making it unbearably stuffy. The gym was just as neglected: several weights were missing, the elliptical squeaked loudly, and there was no fan or ventilation. We checked out another room to maybe switch too but they had tried to cover up the odor and the chemical smell was too overpowering. The staff is pretty friendly though. Anyways TL:DR would not recommend staying here.
- 1/5
If you are a fan of musty smelling rooms with carpet in the bathroom and furniture from 1990 this is the place for you
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Clean Room although you could smell at one time it had been a smoking room.
- 5/5
Nice big room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great location and price, clean with all the convienances.
- 5/5
Very spacious and quiet!
- 4/5
Very soft bed! Too soft. Pillows weren’t comfortable either.
- 3/5
I was disappointed that pool and spa closed for repairs the whole stay
- 4/5
Room was decent though older and could use a freshing up, especially the rugs. The staff was super helpful, the pool was down but the staff was easy to work with and super kind and kid friendly, breakfast was great for hotel breakfast
- 5/5
Best place i ever stayed in Tucson Az.
- 2/5
Renovate all rooms
- 1/5
Accommodations- loved the set up. Both suites were overall run down and not the cleanest (first one air conditioning wasnt working so I cant rate that one other than the kitchen faucet needed force) the one we "stayed" in (only there a night, ended up only in the suite for sleeping) there was a loud beep going off through out the night we couldnt pinpoint, the fire alarms flash a bright light, so if you're a senitive sleeper, this will probably affect you as well. The toilets took forever to flush, I attempted a shower but found shampoo/conditioner/ and body wash bottles all completely empty and quickly used my bar soap to at least wash my body but the water was backing up so I was in there for less than 5 minutes. I cant report on most of the appliances, since we only used the refrigerator to keep our water bottles cold for the morning. We were planning on using the pool but overheard a guest at front desk about the pool being broken so we didnt attempt it "Dog area" not really a designated area? Just went to where we were directed and where we found waste bag dispenser They do have a nice looking basketball court and corn hole game set up The breakfast is the only thing i can positively rate. Super clean, nicely presented, and a lot of options, pancake maker was really cool! Check out - bad experience but full disclosure my husband was being an ass but after all the issues we had, I dont blame him, but the lady didnt handle it well either.
- 4/5
Love that this hotel room sleep’s 8 had the space we definitely needed. Only complaint was from the second we opened the door we could smell someone had smoked in the room once before and had animals inside. To use this is gross especially since we thought we booked none smoking animal free room.
- 3/5
For a non smoking room it reeked of smoke!
- 1/5
Ourr stay was not a stay at all. We stayed there previously 10 times and apparently they are in the middle of selling. No towels, pans, garbage disposal, holes in floor,Sheets were not clean,no dish soap, pool and jacuzzi did not work, handicap chair for jacuzzi was broken, food not available for breakfast, not ADA efficient, we complained and Victoria at the front desnk was wonderful and refunded our money but apparently Hotles.com chanrged me anyways......what happens now???
- 2/5
Room was cute and remodeled. Ice machine was not working outside. AC was not working well in the room. Pool are iwas no good. Pool was dirty. Jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast was not good. Fake eggs. Staff at reception was nice tho. Won’t stay again tho
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Have stayed there many times and is always my first choice in Tucson. Recommend highly.
- 5/5
I didn’t like that they charge 5.00 to park on the property
- 3/5
Free breakfast
- 1/5
Okay
- 2/5
The pool area had no lights on at night hot tub didn't work also ice machine didn't work out of side or in the refrigerator in the room. Stayed couple of night I told them about the situation and they just didn't do anything very disappointed would like some kind of resolution
- 3/5
I have stayed here many times and have mostly had good reviews… my room was dirty, the shower curtain was torn, the plate in the cupboard was broken, missing silverware, the list goes on…it’s just starting to get very run down… I ALWAYS stay here when I come to Tucson (which has been multiple times this year) not sure I will stay here anymore as they aren’t taking care of the rooms…it’s sad because I love this place.
- 5/5
Property needs work inside room but clean the ceiling work was sloppy rm 11 building 1 in kitchen.
- 3/5
Carpet had stains, Gap in door so hot air was coming in, also when the landscaping cleaned they blew dirt, debris, leaves, trash in the door so had to clean up after that. Closet doors were fragile and almost broken. The bathroom had a stench that would not go away. Main thing in the bathroom is the bathtub would not drain right so always had water sitting while you shower which is nasty due to previous peoples stuff coming up from the drain. Very unsanitary. Had to pay $5 for parking everyday which is weird to pay to stay somewhere and also pay to park your car at the same place. There was a couple days where breakfast didn’t have a lot of items so not so hot breakfast style. Also same breakfast everyday and very basic. Food cold and drinks warm. No ice for drinks. Not sure why they call them suites. For positive , Bed was comfy and AC was cold.
- 4/5
Good visit, basket ball court swimming pool close and nice. At night our bldg 1 was near street, very loud. Otherwise very nice
- 4/5
Kitchen area, kitchen utilities (like coffee maker) need to be better cleaned. The few things we touched or used in the kitchen felt sticky. Areas in front of apartments (doors, stairways, etc) need cleaning too.reaemtns Had we had time to enjoy the pool, we would not have used it. I definitely needs cleaning, not only in terms what was floating on the surface but also had accumulated on the bottom
- 5/5
It worked well for our weekend away and hiking. Loved the kithchen
- 1/5

- 3/5
No soap or shampoo in th bathroom
- 4/5
Ice machine was broken during our entire trip. Shampoo dispenser broken in our loft unit
- 4/5
P.S. We found a dirty dish in the cupboard. Yuck.
- 3/5
Check in took over an hour
- 4/5
For the price, the property was much better than we expected, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. On the downside, there was a dirty bed sheet thrown under a stairwell, and the breakfast bar had a broken waffle maker, was out of scrambled eggs, ran out of coffee, and lacked other stated options. But what do you expect for free? Overall a good stay and a great value.
- 4/5
Ok place they accept dogs and good breakfast
- 2/5
The bath was dirty. The body wash in one of bathroom was absent. The staf on the front desk is not attention about client's information.
- 4/5
Good choice if staying more than 2 days, property is well maintained and area is safe.
- 2/5
Room had a cracked table, cigar burns on the couch and little table, dirty grout in the bathroom, overall poor condition. Remote control was missing the battery cover and was taped with scotch tape. Homeless around the property. Won’t be staying here again. Staff was wonderful.
- 2/5
Room is very dirty found Vapes underneath the bed and use tissues under the bed that were never cleaned up kitchen table was cracked down the middle
- 5/5
We booked a loft suite and were pleased with the spaciousness. We are so happy with Sonesta Suites, we won't book anywhere else when we are in Tucson.
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable, the room was nice and spacious, front desk was helpful they were very polite and kind, had a wonderful stay would highly recommend.
- 1/5
This property is run down and disgusting. The rooms were dirty and the floor was black. You can’t get towels from them because they don’t have any. The room smelled moldy. People live there, so it looks sketchy.
- 5/5
We always stay at the Sonesta when we travel to Tucson. It is very nice for our dog because there is a dog run right behind the rooms. The breakfast is very good and included in the rates and the rates are reasonable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and include a small kitchen. The staff is friendly. It’s not fancy and I’m not sure there is adequate kitchenware to actually cook a dinner, but for our purposes it is excellent.
- 5/5
Awesome place
- 5/5
Aside from a few things that need some attention (slightly sunken mattress, broken screen slider door) the hotel was quiet, front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean.
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable, but the room itself was pretty dirty. The room we stayed in looked like it needed to be upgraded. There were cracks on the table top. It was just not well taken care of.
- 5/5
The only complaint that i had was on my last day there was no complimentary breakfast available, other than that i would stay again.
- 5/5
Loved it.
- 1/5
Checked out early as did the 4 families we traveled with. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures! The rooms, which we were in 2 large suites with the Queen beds and above loft king bed were filthy and unsanitary! There was animal vomit in front of our fridge and the front desk gave me a rag to clean it, when I brought it back they sent a maid over at our request. She sprayed some cleaner on the floor then threw another rag down and used a BROOM to push it around saying it works better than the mop. She also sprayed a carpet freshener on several stains and left. The silverware was dirty, carpets had strong smell of urine, broken tiles everywhere, ketchup on lampshade, fans covered with dirt, table was broken, chairs were unstable and to top it off all the bed linens had yellow stains. Every time we had to go to the desk they never once offered to come look at the room or apologize which caused us all to checkout 2 days early. This place has potential but they do not take pride in it and it shows in the cleanliness and customer service.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, helpful and expedient. The room was clean however there was duct tape on the floor, holding the carpet down and stains on the carpet. Hope to get that fixed soon. Otherwise my rating would’ve been five stars.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our visit
- 5/5
Second time staying and was excellent
- 2/5
When we arrived there was an amazing front desk gentleman who gelped us check in who was very nice and had a sweet little dog with him. After getting to our room thats when it was obvious they did not upkeep their quality of rooms. The carpet was stained and dingy, the leather couch was gross and had a dingy brown overused look to it. The kitchen was nice untill i stepped on the floor and it grabbed my socks like it had not been cleaned properly. The rooms were nice but jadnt been really cleaned around which means the house keeper is not vacuuming up to par. The entire capret could use a good cleaning. When we called for room sercive the next day they let us know they had to many check outs to assist us and the house keeper was too busy. After that conversation we went down for breakfast which was alright, everything was taking time to restock after the first wave of people. It was not what we expected at all and was discouraging to think about going to another sonesta...
- 3/5
Oh, the breakfast was not quite as advertised. The taco station was only there for the first two days of the seven; and on a few occasions things were not out at the start time (we were early risers). Still, it was fine. On the plus side, the pool was nice and warm and the proximity to Trader Joes was helpful. The management did try to make up for the first two days and comped those nights, so that was appreciated.
- 3/5
This place was nice because it was big enough for our family but it was DIRTYYYYY.. I wish I would have taken pictures. Dirt and hair on the bathroom floor, rugs especially on the stairs looked like they hadnt been vaccummed... and the FANS... oh my goodness the fans were disgusting!!!
- 2/5
We’d also paid extra & reserved a room with a fireplace and upon check-in were told they were all gone, they gave us free parking instead which gave us about 75% back of the extra cost we’d paid for the fireplace room.
- 2/5
The property sinks/bathtub did not drain. Rooms for our entire softball team were dirty moldy and some covered in pet urine. Would not recommend for a family.
- 2/5
Rooms are dirty. Urine odor in the rooms hard to breathe. Rooms are not clean enough. Would not recommend. Way better choices in the area.
- 3/5
Utensils were not clean enough .
- 3/5
Kitchen equipment adequate. K bed adequate. Sofa & chair uncomfortable & vinyl. Upholstery sides of couch needed cleaning or were stained.
- 1/5
Just all over not what I expected
- 2/5
This is my third stay here. The first two were fantastic. I don't know what has happened in the year since I visited last but it has really gone downhill. The room had broken closet doors, no hangers, barely any pots/pans/dishes (we chose this place because we cook a lot). The door on the fridge was broken, the bathroom tub area was filfthy, the included breakfast was disappointing (broken equipment, no knives, ran out of things). We did complain and told that they had just brought in a new manager.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. However I still can’t believe that in 2025 they still don’t have a recycling system in place!

The location was good. Close to a lot of hiking trails. We arrived late at night and found are rooms dirty and smelly. After complaining, the staff graciously moved us to other rooms and refunded our first night. The breakfast menu was very limited and often there was things like cutlery and coffee run out or missing. Would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

The staff was very friendly. The facilities were very nice. And we had a good quiet stay

Upon walking in to the lobby, it smelled of sewage inside. The front desk girl laughed it off when I asked about it. The walk way leading up to my room in building 14 was full of trash and a brown sticky liquid all over the sidewalk. Upstairs guests were loud all night up above.

The fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge was a huge plus, allowing us to cook instead of eating out daily. However, breakfast could be better—the space was small, always full, and coffee ran out quickly. Despite this, it was a comfortable and practical stay, and we would consider returning.

Property is due for an upgrade, room was dirty, staff was very friendly, bed comfortable and very large room
- 3/5
Simple space, clean, could use better upkeep. Breakfast was finished early (9am) and was poorly stocked even only 40 minutes after opening. French doors in our “two bedroom” did not stay closed without assistance (hair tie on handles and a cloth under the gap). Overall, for our one night stay, the space was good and suitable for our needs. Would not recommend for a longer stay if privacy is needed.

CON: Breakfast was horrible, and the room was very dirty.

and Trader Joe's. It is easy to access Highway 10 and 19. We chose this hotel because it has a complete kitchen.

Breakfast menu reduced almost nothing. I reserved suit but at last moment an hour before they called and said that there is a problem in suites so they gave two separate rooms. There was no room service at all. If you need anything you have to go at front desk and grab yourself. Over all this location at tucson speedway Blvd should consider for more cleanness and better service otherwise don’t recommend other guest for this place.

Sonesta used to be amazing. Over the years it has gone down in quality. Staff is tired and unprofessional. They always run out of breakfast 40 mins before closing. They ran out of towels on our 3rd day. No comforters.
- 4/5
All in all our stay was a good experience.
- 2/5
While the staff were great, the property is in dire need of an update. Even the plumbing needs some work. Soapy water pooled up to my ankles while taking a quick shower! Appliances in the kitchen are awful. I wouldn't use them.

Front desk staff were very helpful. The condition of the suite was unacceptable. Grimy sofa, stains on the walls that could’ve been cleaned, gross carpet, stained towels, terrible pillows, empty shampoo and soap dispensers.

Have stayed at this location several times for work. Always had a good experience. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. I also like the easy access parking. The staff is also extremely friendly. Will be staying here on my future business trips as well.

helpful. I expected a fireplace based on the description and there was none. The room had an odor as do hotels in need of updating. The kitchen was a nice feature.

Great location & staff was excellent

Nice and roomy

The staff were welcoming and helpful. I couldn't beat the price for a room with a kitchen and the convenient location to Tucson activities. However, the property is in need of updating and a thorough cleaning. The jets in the hot tub were not working which was disappointing. We turned the timer knob to turn them on, but not much happened. The pool was clean - but had some broken tiles. The pictures online look nice, but in-person things are cheaply painted and unkempt. There was some litter on the sidewalks up to our room. It was there for about 2 days before someone picked it up (I wasn't going to touch it as it was a rubber glove). The dishes in our room had dried on food. We scrubbed everything by hand before using them. Also, the room only came with one spoon and one fork. I did get more from the front desk. There was no blow dryer in the room and I had to get this from the front desk. Upon inspecting the dishwasher, it was clear that it was not working properly. We saw the occasional bug in the dishwasher and in the sink/kitchen area. On our last day, I did a Google image search of the bug and it came up as a Roach nymph. I left a note for the cleaning staff that they may have a potential Roach problem. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or stay there again. It certainly does not qualify as a 3-star hotel.

The reviews and images were a little misleading based on what we experienced. The front desk staff were great. Friendly and responsive. The hotel room was ok. There was a weird smell in the room, kind of like bandaids, which was unpleasant. There were what looked like cigarette burns in the carpet and linoleum. The couch had some food stuck on the back. There was a clump of hair stuck in the trash can in the bathroom. The toilet was slow to flush and eventually clogged and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The staff repaired it quickly. But there must’ve also been a leak in the toilet tank because it would momentarily fill every 5-10 min. which kept my husband awake the first night so we got some ear plugs. Not the hotels fault, but there was also someone in the room above us who was extremely loud - yelling and sounded like they were running around constantly.

It’s nice hotel. Close to Saguaro National Park. Spacious loft for family

I loved!! that there was a full kitchen in the unit! It was awesome not having to eat out all the time over my 3 night stay. It had a full fridge as well. Great for long stays. The room was very spacious which was nice. All amenities were good. The main thing I did not like was that the room didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly in the living/kitchen areas. The couch looked like it had weird stains on it. The carpet right in front of the couch had some pretty gross stains even though the carpet was dark you could still see crumbs and things. The kitchen floor was bad too. It looked like it hadn’t really been mopped specially after I spilled some juice and wiped it up the paper towel I used was extra dark. The bed sheets had some stains also and the hand towels in the restroom looked like they hadn’t been changed. Maybe no one used them last time so they were not changed but you could tell when I opened it to check, the outside was brown but the inside was white. Make sure to check those here before you use. Those were easy fixes however, I requested new sheets but I did not utilize any towels and was lucky to have brought my own. Although the restroom area and shower/tub were clean. Overall was a good stay and would stay again.

Staff was awesome and very welcoming. Clean room, one issue, addressed immediately. Good breakfast.

The property is very dated. The pictures online are misleading. The breakfast selection were not good either.

Love the atmosphere.

Great stuff and breakfast

The staff was so friendly, especially when I lost my keys and I locked myself out of the room literally within 30 minutes of each other
- 3/5
en términos generales todo me gustó, el desayuno era bueno pero el servicio no, no estaban pendientes de rellenar lo que se acababa, además necesitan mejorar mucho en la limpieza de las habitaciones
- 3/5
This was inconvenient I had to waste time and gas when I have been resting.
- 4/5
Parking was very convenient. The trash containers remained full and were not emptied during our stay. It was a good value and the location was convenient for us. We will likely stay there again.
- 2/5
We ended up not bringing our dog, but could not cancel and had to stay. I would go elsewhere , or book an AirBnB if you need a kitchen type place -
- 4/5
There was a leak of brown fluid from the upstairs bathroom and whisker shavings in the upstairs bathroom sink. We only stayed for one night so didn’t bother contacting the front office.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice.

Large rooms, full size refrigerator, stove and oven. Could use more silverware kind of a waste to run dishwasher with so few dishes in it. Especially with it being full size dishwasher.

Beautiful property. Professional staff. Fabulous room.

Always a good choice

My particular room was a bit noisy, between street traffic on Speedway and the refrigerator.
