I really don't recommend it. When we went, the area was very ugly and everything was dirty outside, with clothes hanging out to dry and the pool water looking dirty. I didn't even stay because of the area and how everything looked.

Reasonably priced. Clean rooms and good parking in front of room.

My key card doesnt work EVERY time i got out of the room. I went to the lobby to change card like 4-5 times a day! It was crazy! I requested some refund, staff’s attitude is terrible. It was not my fault. It is beyond of my control. They didnt even fix the door for card system, nothing. Shower was terrible. One light was out, didnt work.
- 5/5
Staff was AMAZING!
- 1/5
Surrounded by ladies of the night and shady Tucson characters each morning of my uncomfortable stay. Overpowering smell of chemicals, the tub had an uneven glaze and the AC struggled to stay on. My bath towel was frayed along the edge. This is the shabbiest place I’ve ever spent time in. Avoid.

We did not stay for breakfast!! We left early in the am because we felt very unsafe there!! There are homeless or transient’s hanging out and screaming and threatening us!! The only thing that was ok, was the employee at the front desk( Cynthia) she tried to help out. The whole place needs to be cleaned and or remodeled!!

There was no phone in room 150. They took out the free continental breakfast and are charging $4.75 for a 20oz soda in a vending machine. Bed was clean and soft. Erick, the gay manager was helpful. No bathtub stopper in order to take a bath. Asked about one and they didn't have one. So, don't prepare to take a bath. 😂 Only thing free is coffee in the lobby in the morning. No coffee pot in the room. A smashed cockroach was grinded in the fake tile floor by the bathroom. Other than not having a phone or a continental breakfast, book through Expedia because it'll be close to $90 if booked on site.

- 1.5/5
It was cheap and the water pressure was good and the water was hot. That's about it. The sheets and towels did appear that they had been washed. The AC seem to be cold. It was convenient to the freeway. Most gas station bathrooms are in better shape than this bathroom. The bedspread had holes. The floor was dirty. It was pretty grungy. My wife didn't really want to take a shower because the bathroom was in such bad shape.
- 4/5
Room had good space, a few stains on the couch and sofa chair. Overall, it was ok for an overnight stay and the price you pay.
- 1/5
The pictures of the property online are very deceiving. Smells like smoke, room smells like chemicals, holes in the blankets, sketchy people, oh and people doing drugs in the stair well. The only thing I liked about this place was the staff, the were nice and understanding.
- 3/5
No breakfast, they were struggling with plumbing problems. I think upstairs shower overloaded or something. A very noisy location. Trash truck woke us up at 4:00am! Kids maybe teenagers were running around the upstairs very loud. It was 10 o’clock at night and they were yelling at each other playing a game or something.
- 5/5
My room was great, the ac worked perfect
- 3/5
No breakfast but Dennys next door. Generally clean. Street noise apparent.
- 5/5
AC was very cool. Room was clean and homey
- 3/5
Breakfast was not so good. Would not stay at another Days Inn because,,..
- 5/5
The Days in on N Freeway is excellent for the price you pay. It's affordable always clean and the staff is incredible friendly. I never have a complaint and I look forward to my next visit.
- 4/5
It didn’t include breakfast as advertised, not even a bottle of water in the room. It is a little bit old, the area is not too safe, a lot of hom3less people around. It was not super clean, it was an 8/10. Wifi was working well, The staff at the entrance was a really kind lady. In general, It was ok, for the price we paid.

Hotel was good for price. Room came with microwave and fridge which was helpful.
- 5/5
Very clean room and shower. A/C works great and good shower head pressure. Beds are comfortable and clean. Has a fridge and microwave which is a plus. Also lots of restaurants at walking distance. The gentlemen at the front desk was very kind and professional.

Staff was good. They had free breakfast.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Free breakfast was advertised but, they ni longer have it. No coffee in rooms. The room smelled, there were cigarette burns on the bedspread. Questionable folk hanging around! Wont stay there again! Cant believe its a Wyndham hotel.

An older property, but over all a nice place
- 3.5/5
It was a very busy Saturday night. There was clearly some sort of large family reunion going on. I was right across from the pool so it was extremely noisy and hard to sleep the first night, but it was quiet the second evening.
- 2/5
It's smell to much cigarette and I took one room non smoking and it's smell a lot. Also it wasn't ready at check in
- 5/5
Front desk was so lovely and kind. Room was comfortable, clean, and a great price. Will definitely be staying again!
- 4/5
Room was clean. Only 2 issues. Reserved a suite, but when i got there, they were only on the 2nd floor, not handicap accessible. Had to be switched to a standard room without handicap amenities. No handicap parking anywhere on the backside of the complex. Had to pull my vehicle out of parking to load and unload my scooter.
- 5/5
Great room large comfortable bed and super clean restroom. No issues to report
- 3/5
Pot smoking in parking lt was not helpful to our stay.
- 3/5
It was convenient to Interstate 10, but there were some cosmetic issues with the room. And The tv and remote did not always work well together
- 4/5
A few water leaks did not help my sleep.
- 3.5/5
Did not have any too many people could not get to some of the products they only have one waffle maker ? The shower has mold in it a good scrub would take care of it
- 4/5
Not much breakfast items available however the room was clean and the staff friendly.
- 1/5
Still waiting on my refund they said they were going to do, some confusion with my room security gaurd knocking in our door at 2am they said it was supposed to be closed due to fentanyl exposure. We couldn't sleep after that incident.
- 3/5
Room was clean but a little outdated. Bathtub/shower had a slow drain which caused water backup. The breakfast was the best part.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 2/5
Property needs a refresh, tired, AC didn’t work, fans were loud, walls are thin. Staff were very nice.
- 4/5
Cofee. The property from the outside it was not impressive but inside the rooms they are clean. The night shift blond hair front desl staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The rest of the staff seemed unhappy and to serious.
- 1/5
Room was dirty smelled like straight smoke had roaches fridge and microwave did not work over all old and not worth it staff said it was non refundable which is crazy for that room but not their fault wouldn’t recommend only good thing was pet friendly
- 4/5
Homeless activity in the area behind the property was concerning to my wife. We had no direct contact with any of the homeless.
- 5/5
Staff at the front desk was wonderful, very helpful.
- 5/5
There is a nice Denny’s a few feet away and a Chevron with decent gas price and convenience section.
- 4/5
The morning receptionist was the only bad thing; he was very rude and despotic. He seemed angry at life, not interested in being friendly because he was the face of the hotel. He was an older man with earrings and made-up eyebrows; I didn't ask his name. His attitude was the only bad thing about the hotel.
- 1/5
Room smelled of mold. Had black mold in bathtub corners. Was very run down. We cut our stay to 1 night and found another place to stay.
- 2/5
While the hotel met the basic needs for a short stay, the lack of amenities, the odor issue, and the customer service experience made it feel below average. With improvements in these areas, the overall experience could be much better.
- 2/5
Roaches in the room and wasnt very clean. Will not be coming back.
- 4/5
everything I needed
- 1/5
The room was absolutely disgusting. It was like being in a crack hotel where somebody got murdered. The furniture was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had been picked up from the side of the road.It was nothing like the pictures showed. And somebody should be held responsible for that.I believe they're the booking site should be held responsible for allowing this and not keeping up on the condition of the hotels they're advertising and then the health board should be called. All the way from out of state and that's the room that I was put in , and it was room 206 , we checked out that same day within about an hour , because there was no way I was going to sleep or touch anything in that room. I still haven't done a review on Yelp, but I'm planning on calling the healthy department on the hotel.Fall advertisement and you guys that help rent these rooms out need to keep on top of these hotels. The staff knew they had to refund us immediately because I took pictures of the filth that they tried to put us in. Room 206
- 4.5/5
Eggs and sausage with breakfast would have been great, but for the price of the room I'm not complaining.
- 4/5
Room was super clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. The only thing that I didn't like much is that there was a gap under the door and all the noise from the 10 came in. I couldn't sleep well, but other than that, absolutely no complains. They were great.
- 2/5
The staff was helpful and maintenance came to help me get back in when the batteries died in the key lock. So not a great stay. Will not go there again.
- 4/5
Staff was great
- 4/5
Room was spotless and didn't smell musty upon arrival. Sheets and towels were bright white and clean. Beds were comfortable.
- 1/5
Bathroom & sink rooms where terrible. Only good was the afternoon and night staff
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
Was not helpful. Standing at front desk talking to Lisa and when another staff member came up started talking, I was ignored. I had to say that I was still here to get their attention.
- 2/5
Hot water in the shower cuts out at random intervals. Graffiti on the light fixture. Orange juice at the breakfast bar was bad.
- 2/5
The bath area has black mold.
- 4/5
The frontier desk clerk was amazing. The overnight girl was also. I appreciate everything
- 2/5
The room was ready but we could not check in early unless we paid an additional $30.00. Why, if the room is available. And the front staff was not very helpful or friendly. My husband needdd a restroom and they said there was not a public restroom in the lobby.
- 2/5
Found Several strands of hair under all the pillows on the bed. If you are on the ground floor be very aware of the noise you will hear from room above you.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 2/5
The hotel needs rehabbed. Paint chipping, door frames rotted, and a non-working shower sprayer.
- 5/5
We did not use the AC. Leaving before breakfast
- 1/5
Drug room above me.
- 5/5
Great space! We have 6 people and was very happy to have a second a at from the kids with the separate king size bedroom.

- 5/5

- 2/5
Shower didnt work .
- 5/5
I know it isn't the fanciest type of hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and the stagf was very friendly.
- 3/5
The room was clean. The staff very nice and courteous. The pipes were extremely noisy everytime anyone flushed the toilet. This was true in our unit and for neighboring units. The pipes were ridiculous.
- 3/5
Room appeared run down
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
I was afraid to use the microwave in one of the rooms because it looked ancient. The walls are thin so you hear everyone coming and going. For the price it was a good deal.
- 3/5
The room is small but clean. Very good mattresses. The air conditioner is right next to the bed, which is very uncomfortable: you turn it on and it's cold, but you turn it off and you can't breathe. The cleaning is good, but you have to ask for it to be cleaned. Breakfast - waffles, bread, rolls and that's it... The location is right next to the freeway. But if you overlook the shortcomings, you can survive a couple of days. And since we were there for a week, it was a bit complicated.
- 4/5
Limited breakfast
- 5/5
Great place and good breakfast
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable, the food was good, need more variety.
- 5/5
Nice an quiet clean friendly staff
- 1/5
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not stay here. The security guard broke into our room while we were sleeping at midnight demanding we leave. Claimed we hadn’t paid. Was screaming at us and tried to get past me to my daughter. Was aggressive and intimidating. Turns out he was in the wrong room. He did not call, did not knock, just basically broke the door down. It was locked AND latched. He shoved his way so hard into the room that he broke the door. The lady at the front desk was apologetic but it didn’t matter. This was traumatizing and scary. It was just me and my daughter, 2 women, and this man broke in screaming. We called Tucson PD and contacted corporate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!
- 4/5
Clean room is a plus
- 3/5
Room wasn’t the greatest, next to the freeway and its noise. Price was good for one night and it saved me travel time to go home and back. It was a convenient location to my project.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent at check-in and helped us in a pinch when we traveled from our of town and couldn't find any other place that could get us in to rest before my husband's surgery. Thank you. The room was clean, beds very comfortable and breakfast and morning staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Staff is great
- 3/5
The room was fine. But it was late when we arrived. The lady's of the evening were making there way through the parking lot. And i had to try to explain a hooker to my daughter
- 4/5
Shower curtain was ragid.
- 1/5
Room hallway smelled of cigarette smoke terribly
- 4/5
Stay was comfortable. The first room I was put in, the AC wasn't working. I called front desk and they immediately changed my room. Front desk was very helpful.
- 4/5
Staff very helpful met needs when needed.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very relyable
- 3/5
The room had an ajoining room. There was no insulation. It was so loud when the guests in the other room returned. It sounded like they were in the same room. They had music on and were talking. It woke me up at 2am. Honestly, they werent even loud. It was the lack of insulation around the inside door.
- 5/5
Room clean staff very friendly
- 5/5
Friendly staff Dennys Breakfasts comfortable room clean
- 5/5
It was a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and tidy. The waffles at the continental breakfast were a favorite! I would definitely come back and refer people.
- 5/5
Great location, great price. My only complaint is that there needs to be a shower mat in the tub. It was slick trying to take a shower. I was afraid that I was going to slip and hit my head against the wall or fall. Plus the curtains didn’t completely block out the outside lights when closed together. Luckily I had a chip bag clip with me that I used to solve that issue.
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Helpful staff. Clean rooms
- 1/5
The property was mostly vacant and poorly lit. There were homeless people in the parking lot, across the street and on the stairwell at the property. We witnessed a drug deal right outside our room. The security lock on the door was broken. There were several rooms that had yellow caution tape across the doors. We felt unsafe and left after 15 minutes at the property. We had to check into another property. We would like a refund
- 3/5
The hotel was close to the freeway which was very convenient. There were unhoused people in the area. One of them was screaming nonsense words. Other people were also walking in the parking lot area. Made us feel unsafe.
- 3/5
Bathroom door has no latch plate/locking mechanism. Had to make rule of, "if the door is shut, don't go in.". Bathroom ceiling looked like it could use some work. Denny's restaurant next door is nice.
- 5/5
The homeless encampment and group of 8-10 homeless people less than 100ft from our room door. They weren’t rude or offensive, just uncomfortable.
- 3/5
The hotel management in my opinion should take off the section bring remodel rd
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean pool
- 1/5
The outside area of the hotel was very sketchy and scary. Homeless and drug users in parking lot and around the premises of the hotel. Someone was banging on our door and scared us. The hotel room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The temperature was perfect in the room, air conditioning worked great. The hotel staff was hit or miss. When we checked in the front desk lady was extremely friendly and so sweet. The next day we had to check in our friend and their staff member was extremely rude and very unfriendly. We decided to check out a day early because we felt unsafe and explained to the hotel staff member (which was the 3rd staff member we spoke to) and she was very friendly and understanding. They refunded our last night no questions asked. Overall two out of the three staff members were very friendly but can’t say so much for one of the staff members. If you are looking for a cheap hotel that is clean and comfortable but don’t mind the homeless, drug users/dealers this is the place to be.
- 5/5
The staff here are amazing breakfast is pretty decent the room that I stayed in the AC works amazingly and was mostly clean did not see any bugs and has a great View
- 5/5
The person working at the front desk was very polite and helpful
- 5/5
I love their choices of breakfast they're very very clean in there dining area the rooms are pretty clean as well especially the bathtubs which is very important to me and the staff is pretty friendly they always have good humor
- 5/5
Staff was great and room was nice.
- 3/5
I really liked the area, but unfortunately the tub drain was clogged, the fridge didnt work, and my mom had insulin, it just seemed they werent prepared to recieve us yet.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Good and economic
- 1/5
The only good thing was the price but it still was poor value for money. This is a rundown hotel that hasn’t been updated ever.
- 2/5
The A/C worked poorly. The refrigerator had freezer only.
- 3/5
This property was just fine. Perfect stop to rest our heads and Kathi was great!
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice. I had to pay extra for my dog, it wasn’t much and it was worth it! I wish they had a better area for walking dogs. It was too hot and asphalt was impossible for my dog to walk on. Something like grass areas would have been oerfect
- 5/5
Bed are so comfy
- 5/5
Love the staff bed are comfy
- 5/5
Housekeepers and the front desk staff all are amazing people they all deserve to be recognized for their service they deserve a raise
- 5/5
Awesome housekeepers they should be recognized more often and staff from front desk also are awesome
- 5/5
Everything was fine especially the housekeepers just had an issue with.the price asked for one more night and got charged more for an extension just kind of wondering if renting for a week because of my traveling here and been coming here for a month just wondering if I could get discounts
- 4/5
Very ckean
- 2/5

- 5/5
Housekeepers are awesome even front desk staff are as well
- 5/5
Staff and especially housekeepers are very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and housekeepers knew that I worked overnight so they would wait until I came out and I would let them know I would need cleaning they already know who I am and they deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work thank you housekeepers you deserve a raise
- 5/5
Love the staff very friendly and housekeeper s are very friendly and are always willing to help you with having room very clean they all deserve a raise and they need to be acknowledged
- 4/5
The floor was dirty - my feet got dirty walking barefoot. The bathtub needed cleaning.
- 5/5
Everything is good I am pleased with housekeepers they deserve a raise and acknowledged
- 5/5
Housekeepers are awesome and the only issues I had was people arguing outside and a lot of homeless wondering around at night went to get ice and drugusers approached me for cigs and money good thing I know how to fight
- 1/5
Arrived to check in late at night, and two sketchy guys were just hanging out in the parking lot, right by our hotel room. Asked the manager if we can get moved to a different room due to the guys and she says that they are guests and one of them is upset because his gf broke up with him. Whatever. We head to our new room and the guys have moved to our new spot. I turned right back and told the manager nevermind and that we were leaving. She apologizes and says that they’ve already called security to deal with them. Why would they call security on guests at the hotel? The whole situation just seemed off so we decided to just leave, even if it meant that we didn’t get our money back. Ended up at a much safer and nicer hotel, even though we had to pay for it.
- 3/5
El drenaje del lavamanos está tapado, se tarda en salir el agua
- 5/5
Housekeepers are great people and they took care of my room great job they deserve to be recognized the only problem I had was the upstairs people were noisy and I didn’t have enough good sleep I had to work 16 hours the next day and didn’t get enough sleep otherwise I would have been great
- 5/5
Great room, clean and personal are very nice and friendly, good service highly recommended
- 5/5
Absolutely the best
- 5/5
Friendly staff and fair prices.
- 5/5
The only issue was people fighting arguing and shower knob of cold water hard to turn on
- 5/5
Only issue was people being loud at 11pm and homeless knocking on doors
- 5/5
We all enjoyed our stay slept very good. Thankbuou
- 4/5
wood flooring, free breakfast, ample free parking
- 2/5

- 3/5
Long check in, limited breakfast area. Table was very wobbly.
- 2/5
Towels and sheets were not clean. I was there only one night but still...
- 3/5
We had been stayed many times in days inn hotels in differents locations and they were very nice but this one was not, for the breakfast the food runs out and the staff didn’t put more food.
- 2/5
I reserved a room for a UofA graduation so I got there prior to 3pm check in, but room wasn't ready and I wasn't able to Check In until 5pm and had to be at the stadium at 6pm. THAT WAS NOT GOOD.
- 5/5
Property was quiet and staff very friendly
- 5/5
Property was clean. You couod tell the housekeep cared.
- 5/5
Just a nice place to rest my head on there clean room's & excellent services...5☆☆☆☆☆'s
- 3/5
good for an economical short stay. simple breakfast offering, with good make-your-own waffles. good shower with plenty of hot water, noisy, a bit dated/run-down
- 5/5
clean, simple, a bit old, near a noisy interstate highway, convenient to a 24/7 family restaurant
- 5/5
Great on a budget trip
- 5/5
It is right off the highway, next to denny's, by a gas station/ convenience store, and across the street from burger king. The breakfast is great. Pancakes, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit bars, bagel, cereal. Short of eggs pretty much everything else. The place is kept very clean. Not walkable but downtown is 8 minutes in a car plus lots of mexican food places and a super market driving down the side road. Saguaro np is not far so you can get dark skies a short drive away. I wouldn't walk at night since there are some homeless hanging around the back of the gas station. But on and all a good place to stay.

We stayed 3 nights. This was a very mixed bag but, overall, for the price, it was good. The room was large, clean, but showing some signs of wear. The beds were comfortable, the A/C, microwave and fridge worked well. There was no clock/radio or telephone. There was a closet, but no drawers in the clothes cabinet. The tub/shower worked well, but did not drain properly. The continental breakfast was good, but ended too early (9 a.m.). The main downsides were the check-in, which was terrible, and no housekeeping on the second night. We reserved a smoking room, but the desk clerk assigned us to a non-smoking room, without confirming what we wanted. Fortunately. I caught this before I left the office. She claimed the system stated we had requested a non-smoking room, so I showed her the printout of my reservation, which is why I always bring a copy of my reservation with me. Then she assigned us to a smoking room, but when we went there, it was already occupied. I had to go back to the office to get a different room. As mentioned above, the room was ok, but had no telephone. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a low price, need a smoking room and are not too fussy. Be sure to get a room that faces away from the freeway.

The rooms are cleanbans the staff were good. Some homeless people were walking around on the back side of the hotel. Overall good for students and couples, but not great with family

Good and plenty of food for breakfast.

It was alright

Very noisy as it is right by freeway and we can hear trailers and trains the entire night. There is only a smoking room left and the smell on the bedding and furnitures was unbearable.

The hotel at night was extremely noise, the customer service in the morning was from 0 to 10, 0 no manners.

We checked out of one room, smelled odd began to get sick. Second room had drug paraphernalia left in it! Left for day, key didn’t work when came back. Found more drug stuff in a cubby in room. We checked out early. Don’t stay here.

Overall it was a good stay tv didn’t work most of the time but it was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was great.
- 1/5
The room was in poor condition—dusty, with a musty, old smell. The microwave looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. To make matters worse, there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Privacy was also a major issue, as the window had only a thin, transparent blind, leaving us completely exposed to anyone outside.

It was actually really good! The bed was super comfortable and the facilities worked great. It is right next to some food places making meals easy. Also close to campus while being fairly cheap. Overall, a great experience.

Property was really well kept and clean. Next to a popular street and highway so youll hear cars. Walls are thin and you can hear people leave and open doors. Breakfast options arent the best just typical stuff. But i enjoyed my stay and would recommended it for others.

Hotel was adequate for a night stay. Room 123, Negatives: Bed not too comfortable. Been painted over many many times.Fridge was smelly. Positives: Bed and room were clean. Early check in available and manager took pity since we had a rough one at the RLI up the road. Maintenance of property was good. Breakfast included a variety of bread options.

No tv or phone working in both rooms.

The front desk woman was curt, the room smelled like too much cleaning supplies were used. 2 girls showed up around 2:30 in the morning to have a fight outside my door then I was awoken by a pack of dogs barking at 5. I was trying to save some $ but it cost me more in frustration and lack of sleep than the place I moved to for the rest of the weekend. Don’t stay here.

We chose “non smoking”, but the smell in the room was musty and probably was a smoking room at one time (we were told it was a total non smoking motel). The vents on the air conditioner were covered in thick dust, the bathroom sink pipes leaked, the tub tiles were missing chunks and even had a 1” hole. When you showered only half the water came out the shower head and the other half poured out the spigot. The drain on the tub was clogged, so it filled up with water while you showered. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. If you are a light sleeper, forget it. The walls and windows are thin and you will hear the road noise all night. We woke up to a homeless person digging through the trash can outside our room. This is not the motel’s fault, but just want to give you an idea of what to expect. The lobby area and dining room was clean. I would not stay here again.

The facility cancelled my reservation because their TV connection was down. I never entered passed the front lobby.

Property looks nothing like photos, very old & outdated. Just needed somewhere to sleep for a couple of hours but wouldn’t recommend for a whole weekend stay

Room extremly smelly, Check in was slow and had to do it twice since their system reflected a 1 bed reservation but I selected the 2 queen beds in expedia. Really thinking about just taking a room somewhere else...

Basic clean motel

The hotel is more like a motel. It is right off the freeway, so VERY loud traffic noise. Also, the walls are paper thin so you can hear every word spoken in room next door. Also hear every crack and footstep from room above. The "complimentary breakfast" does not exist. They do not have a kitchen.
- 2/5
The rooms were definitely in need of repairs. One shower had little to no pressure. The other shower sprayed out of the connection between the showerhead and the pipe all over the place. The refrigerator was incredibly noisy. I reserved a suite which was not available when I got there so we were given adjoining rooms instead. The price ended up being more than what I originally booked for.

Poor quality all around.

Visit went well. Water could be just a tad hotter and the beds are very stiff. All these are personal points. Overall we have always enjoyed our stay. We are there once a month.

We found a scorpion in the bathroom The room smelled like cigarettes the room was unsanitary nor well equipped and the location was horrible the water was boiling hot unable to use cold water, their was rust in the bathtub

When arriving at the hotel we instantly noticed that it was ran down. Check in was easy but the moment we stepped into our room it was a total disaster. The room had a very unclean smell to it and the floors were filthy. The furniture had huge smelly stains, the sheets on both beds had holes and need to be replaced ASAP. The bathtub had mold around it and the shower was broken. The vent in the bathroom was broken and literally hanging down by a wire. The hotel did not provide enough towels for everyone during our stay. When we went to ask for towels we were told they only had drying towels. Worse hotel stay ever!!! Hotel is the biggest health hazard with all the mold in the room. Save your time and money!!

Place is a bad location for a hotel, access much a problem.

It was during the tucson rock and gem show. It was packed, there weren't any rooms. Really available. Yet we stayed. Just be warned in february. There are no rooms in tucson. And the back lot had like five hundred thousand tons of rocks and gyms and minerals.

Sketchy area outside hotel but room was clean. TV sound was blaring and couldn’t adjust with remote or tv controls. Heard loud footsteps from room above. Decent continental breakfast or Dennys right next door. Weird event when room cleaned before I checked in they took previous folks stuff and stored it when they had room booked for another day. They banged on door that night demanding their stuff back. I thought it was scammers or robbers. Nearly called cops but front office eventually figured it out and they got all things back. Slept uneasily after that.

This is a very rundown and dirty hotel. The homeless people on the back steps were much friendlier than the staff. There was only one staff person that was friendly. We tried to get a refund to stay in another place but they wouldn't credit our card for the future days booked. The towels were stained and dingy gray. You had to ask for clean towels and there was no daily room service. The breakfast was out of orange juice and milk daily. No coffee maker in the room. The floors were dirty and you could feel it when walking in the room. The grout in the shower was dirty. Please review photos to veryify.

We tried fixing the remote. Qe tried the buttons on the tv. Unplugging, nothing worked. It was so loud we couldnt watch it. We couldnt get a new room because they were full supposedly. The toilet ran all night. The shower dodnt work. The bathroom sink would barely drain. The beds are hard and the nightstand had cigarette burns. DO NOT STAY HERE. I intend to get a refund. Trust me. Find another hotel.

The rooms (we had two) were nicely decorated, however, one room was not very clean in the bathroom. Also, the stopper in the bathtub was not functional so it was difficult to say a bath and the shower curtain allowed water on the bathroom floor. A beam in the hallway was head height and should be evaluated as the hazard it is to anyone walking the second floor mezanine. The stairway to the second floor was dim due to lights not working and very dirty looking making it less than desireable to climb up and down the exterior stairs.

It’s was fine the pictures however don’t match how my room actually looked. Maybe try to get some more recent and accurate photo? I was still overall happy the room was big and had what I needed

The place is just rundown and there was a roach in the bathtub

Did not like the dirty floors, the bathtub not draining, the shower not engaging completely, the moldy grout in shower, stains on sheets and towels. Comforter was ripped. For the price charged.
