    The room was rather dated, bed wasn't very comfortable and towels were dingy. For the price it was decent but for the rep double tree usually has it didn't meet the standards im used to. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant finagins wasn't very good..

    Noticed mold and mildew in bathroom and the molding in the room was crumbling. Definitely needs an upgrade. Didn’t use the sitting area, beds were comfy enough. Lots of noise from guests. Pool area looked clean.

    I booked this hotel so my kids can go swimming, but the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The toilet in our room took like three flushes to actually go down. The fire alarm went off three times. Once at 4 in the morning. Staff would just walk around and did not say anything. We had to find someone and ask what was going on. And then the breakfast was extremely limited and looked very old and was $25 each.

    Check in was fine. When I arrived at my room the main door shutter were broken and a hole in the wall in the bathroom from the door handle. Also the main door latch was sticking open. Property was notified. Only shutter was repaired. Also no housekeeping for 3 days I was the. Kind of disappointed because last time I stayed there I had no issues. Maybe I'll look at other hotels for my next stay

    A few things we weren’t happy about it. Only 1 remote control was needed to replace batteries not working even though the suite had 2 TVs . They told us at the time of reservation we had breakfast free included they didn’t give us free breakfast the day we were there. Miss communication between front desk and restaurant Hotel in general wasn’t very clean.

    We got a great deal to stay here and it was a short walk from the airport. Very convenient! Hotel was comfortable and nice. Room decor was a little dated but we didn't mind one bit. There are beautiful courtyard seating outside but we were only there a short while. Very nice staff at check in and at check out.👍🌞

    The hotel shows it's age. The lobby was small but adequate. Our room seemed spacious, but we only stayed one night. Everything needs to be replaced and water stains on the ceiling repaired. We'll never stay again.

    Double tree is my favorite wherever I go. Not this one. Desperately needs a makeover. Holes in the sheets, blood on the bath towel. Thumb turn lock was broken, so I was nervous and didn't sleep, as all rooms open to the outside, with glass doors. No cookies, no water. Hard bed, hard pillows. Expensive for no reason.

    No breakfast included and the onsite restaurant had limited selection and high prices. The accessible rooms are not ADA compliant. They have several accessible rooms but only one is ADA with a roll in shower and the shower leaked and caused a slipping hazard. Old property with old beds.

    The staff was very friendly! Several of the elevators were out and I had a hard time finding the one ice machine on the property. Other than that, the pool was great and the food was good at the restaurant. The young man who drove the shuttle was exceptional. He was very polite and handled all our luggage. He also took us to the Train Station which was much farther than the shuttles 3-mile limit. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the Suites were very spacious and comfortable!!!

    AC in room didn’t work. Beds uncomfortable. Towels were dingy and smells like old oil. Outlet was shorting out and overheating our phones and smells like hot electrical. Was told to just unplug everything. No working WiFi and no working phone. Tv didn’t work. Add the fire alarms going off at crack of dawn and having to haul my kids outside to safety and so to wait for an all clear. For every issue we went to them about I was given a basic sorry. Nothing we can do. Was worst Hilton experience I have ever had.

    If you dream of a hotel room where you are unable to adjust the room temperature this is the hotel for you. I wish I could attach a photo of the sign posted just above the thermostat informing guests that the thermostat is controlled by the hotel not the guest. Will never stay at this venue again.

    We got there late after a long day of travel and we were given a room that still had trash left behind by previous guest. Sheets were dirty as well. We got moved to a second room and it was still the same result. Dirty sheets, trash left behind and dirty towels. Furniture was very outdated and dirty. Also bathroom area is really small. Overall not satisfied with the rooms we were put in. I got in contact with Hotels.com and they tried to help me with the bad experience and we were told to leave within 10 mins if we wanted to get a refund for the next night. We ended up leaving dissatisfied and disappointed looking for another hotel to stay after midnight, which was impossible because most places were sold out for the weekend. We will never stay here and we hope no one goes through this.

    This hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. Furniture and chairs were so old there would be no way to keep them clean. You could hear everything above you especially the shower and toilet. Staff was very friendly.

    This hotel needs some TLC. It’s showing its age. Furniture in our room was old and the bathroom was sub-par. Just tired and old. The employees were very nice. This is owned by Hilton, they should be ashamed to let this hotel go to ruin. Put some money into it and update everything. Parking was terrible. It’s a “Park n Fly” hotel so all the parking spots were full. Just disappointed overall.

    Sheets didn’t seem very white or crisp. TV in front room was too complicated. I prefer just turning a set on, like the one in the bedroom. I don't want to deal with learning a whole new protocol for a 1 night visit. Scheduled a 4am wake up call & 4:30 am shuttle. Wake up call came at 4:13am. We were a few minutes late for van.     We have stayed here a couple of times before and really enjoyed our stay. But it appears the quality of the hotel has diminished. The wooden shutters that cover the front door were broken in places and don't fully close. When we entered the room it was blazing hot, like the heater was on! I turned on the AC but we could barely feel the cold air. I eventually called the front desk only to be told to "open a window or the front door"!! We were offered a fan and someone from the hotel opened the balcony window which did help a bit. One of the elevators was not working and the buttons to the other one were loose. My husband uses a cane and needs the elevator. The staff were very pleasant considering what they had to work with. We will not be returning to this hotel.

    The room was definitely neglected. We felt like we stayed at a runned down motel. My allergies were killing me due to all the dust in the vents. The couch looked dirty one of the beds had a dent. It was uncomfortable. The walls and doors looked dirty. I feel bad for being so transparent but it was not a good experience to stay. We check out a day early due to my allergies. The vent in the restroom had mold. The back of the toilet was dirty. I took pictures. The staff was nice. But the room was terrible. Its sad to see a hotel so neglected. I will not be staying at this location. I lost money by leaving a day early.

    Very unpleasant. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Fruit bowl had fruit flies all around and some dead in Cut fruit and they had a pan of green tortilla mush , that we asked 2 different people in the breakfast area and they didnt k ow what the dish was . Finally a older gentleman in a very dirty asu sweatshirt told us the dish . This gentleman was very poorly dressed and had no identification that he was associated with hotel or restaurant. Very disappointing in the stay , as we usually choose double tree for their atyentuon to detail and cleanliness. As a Hilton rewards member I was also very disappointed and felt like i was staying at a motle 6 , and not something withthe Hilton name. I am glad i didnt use my points for this stay.

    My room needed to be remodeled. Everything seemed like it was 30+ years old. Stained and beat up. Couch and carpet were gross. Didn’t match the website pics. Expedia advertised a free breakfast. It was not. Staff was great. Workout room was great. Bedding was clean.

    This was probably a really nice hotel once. It was not terrible, but also not worth the price paid. Our room could have been cleaner, the bedding had a stale and musty odor to it. Stained floors, lamps that didn’t work, and a broken sliding glass door. It could be a great space. Not to mention that the extra towels we requested never made an appearance - although the staff were incredibly sweet. The whole place could just use a little bit more of a face lift.

    My AC does not work, we didn’t realize until we were undressed and in bed. Woke up in a sweat box. It was too late to switch rooms as we were already in bed and did not want to change clothes pack up and move rooms. The hotel should not rent rooms that are not ready to be rented. Especially knowing that Tucson Arizona is a hot place. Im sure the rooms that are functioning properly are great to stay in but my experience was warm and disappointing to say the least.

    Couldnt sleep with flickering wall sconces in bedroom, room was warm and muggy, bugs on the bathroom floor, water leaked from toilet onto the floor which we couldnt avoid since the bathroom is closet sized, carpet needed vacuuming. Couch was threadbare. We left and went to another hotel.

    The service at this place was great. The air conditioning in our first assigned room wasn't quite working well so they were quick to switch us to a new room. They also gave us a couple of fans since there was some humidity in the weather which made their older evaporator cooling system less effective. The beds were comfortable and the food at the restaurant was good. It is also an 8 minute walk to Tucson International airport which is also great.

    We came in after a long drive and in our first room the couch and chair were dirty and the internet didn’t work. So they were kind enough to switch us to another room (not as spacious as what I paid for) and the beds were smaller, which doesn’t work when the men in my family are 6’4. We stayed a week and by the middle of the week, mildew can be seen in the bathroom around the vent. There was a hole in the door that goes to the bedroom, spider webs in the corner by the window and the tv only had 30 channels all of them came on fuzzy. The only channel that was clear the whole week was HGTV. This hotel needs some upgrades and serious TLC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have great employees.

    This hotel is in need of maintenance. I was there a week. One elevator was out of order the whole time. The pool water was green the first two days before it was drained and cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Continental breakfast was over $10 and the coffee, which was only available in the early morning hours, was terrible. The staff were all super-friendly. All in all, I will not stay here again even if it costs double elsewhere.

    Said you needed wristbands for the pool but didn’t monitor that. One guest invited 20+ members of their family to a pool party. They brought barbecues and everything. Took over the entire pool and spa. Hotel staff did nothing. You are not allowed to control your own room AC. Hotel sets it and it was too hot to even sleep

    This hotel doesn’t allow you to utilize air conditioning. It is set for the entire hotel at a temperature they feel is adequate. I couldn’t sleep waking up sweating wet every night. They said you needed wrist bands for the pool but someone staying there invited over 20 members of their family to a pool day. No wristbands. They set up ezups barbecues and basically took over the entire pool and spa area from 11am until 9 pm. They were very loud throwing people in the pool and no one else at the hotel could use the pool for the entire day. Hotel staff did nothing. That combined with next to no AC in the rooms made for a miserable 3 day stay

    A lot of things were out of order such as the elevator and the ice machine. Around the hotel, it did not look kept up. Needed some TLC. The room did not seem secure because the door had a big chunk missing on the wood and when closed was flimsy. I did not feel safe due to the flimsy door. The tub had hair in it and felt like it would cave in if you step wrong. The hotel pictures were better than reality.

    My stay at Double Tree Hotel Tucson Airport was excellent! The customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility was something that you don't get many places - it was professional, sincere and efficient. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle that is so convenient and safe. Each employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and intent on resolving any issues. Highly recommend!

    The staff is excellent, but the overall rooms could benefit from some more cleaning. The bathrooms are suffering from black mold and have become a water bed due to faulty maintenance of the bath which has transformed into a water bed. I reported this to the staff, who sent maintenanceright away . . Maintenance said nothing can be done all the rooms bath is like that.Despite these issues, I'm confident that I would return to stay here again, considering the potential for better bathroom cleanliness and housekeeping training. Also im sure the bath tub is growing a ton of black mold whitch is a health issue this needs to be check .

    Heat is broken, possibly throughout the facility from what the desk staff said. Offered a space heater when informed the 60* air outside was warmer than the inside despite the heater being set on 78* for the previous 2 hours. Only given two towels despite being forced to identify that four people and the kids' ages would be staying there; requested additional towels, but did not get them until the third time requested. The heater was not fixed and once again the outside air of high 50s was warmer than the hotel room. Once again reported to the front office and this time requested a different room, but was (very politely) told that the same problem would exist in a different room and was once again offered a space heater, or additional blankets. I requested the blankets, but they were never delivered. We've been loyal to this specific hotel for the last 5 years for all Tucson soccer tournaments we attend but we will not be back. I've noticed that maintenance things have been let go (lobby elevator broken for the last 2 years), barely warm water in showers regardless of what room we are in, room phones don't work, various lights don't work). And for a hotel associate with a name brand hotel and the cost of hotels now days, I expect better...like heat and hot water. That said, I've never had an issue with ride staff, ever, including this visit. I suspect the local staff have their hands tied as to what can be done to fix things and the runner delivering items is exhaus

    The room was very cold and no controls for heating or cooling. I had to turn off the fan to prevent cold air from entering the rooms. Staff said there was nothing they could do to provide any heat to the room. The hotel is centrally controlled and rooms cannot change the HVAC controls. I will not stay there again, there are to many other options right next store to this hotel.

    This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Where to start? Everything is broken or dingy. The biggest thing is the whole hotel doesn’t have heat. It’s supposed to be 42 degrees tonight and they apologized and said they would bring a space heater. I am in a suite, asked for 2 because it’s too late to change hotels and they said they can only give each person one. I have never had an experience like this having to beg for heat to not freeze in a room I paid $150 a night for. Leaving in the morning and never coming back. The heat is not broken, they can turn it on, just won’t. It’s crazy

    The Double Tree by the Tucson airport in the hotel that Hilton forgot about. I need a one night stay and was only going to be in the room for 8 - 10 hours so I did not have time to call and complain. The room smelled mold and just being old. The shower head was crusted and disgusting. The toilet seat was loose. The towel rack was broken. The drapes were broken. The remote for the sleep number bed was broken. The carpet was disgusting and I had to lay down towels to walk from the bed to the bathroom. It looks like the hotel was renovated in 1995 and forgotten about! Terrible experience!

    When we reached out to the front desk, the man there responded with, “Well, you checked in 8 hours ago—how did you barely notice all this? Also, Wi-Fi only works in certain rooms, but how do you just now notice?” It was an unacceptable response! The room should never have been in that condition to begin with, and if that’s the case, why isn’t this disclosed in the hotel description? The customer service was terrible. We were eventually switched to another room, hoping it would be better—but no! The air conditioner wasn’t working, and the best they could offer was a portable fan. It was completely unbelievable! This place needs to be shut down.

    We showed up and they couldn't check us into the property because their system was down. It was 11pm and they told us it was going to take a few hours so we needed to sit in the lobby and wait. They told us that we could cancel and go to another hotel, but refused to give us a cancellation confirmation. The woman behind the counter actually raised her voice and scolded me when I scoffed that we weren't going to wait for hours in the middle of the night in the lobby. We went down the street to the Wyndham hotel instead, but if this tries to hit my credit card, I'll have to consider it fraud. Would highly recommend going anywhere else.

    PROPERTY WAS OLD AND OUTDATED. THE ROOMS ARE DEFINITELY IN NEED OF AN UPGRADE. WE WATCHED OTHER PATRONS LEAVE AFTER SEEING ROOM CONDITIONS. THERE WAS HARDLY ANYONE STAYING THERE WHICH WAS THE FIRST CLUE THINGS WERE NOT RIGHT.

    The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facility is due for a facelift. The carpeting and furniture are old but the bed was comfortable. The tub filled with water while showering.

    The room was freezing cold. When I said something at the front desk, they informed me that I was supposed let them know during the night. No one informed me at check in. The last couple of times, the air conditioning has been sub standard.
