    nothing The lobby was closed when we arrived at the hotel (5:00 PM), and there was no hotel staff available to assist us. The check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. There was no staff on duty to attend to us. If this was going to happen, why didn't they provide notice days in advance? We were unable to use the hotel, so I require a refund of my payment.

Stole my $100 deposit fee and I’m in the process right now of getting a full refund for a full week booked through them and never got to fulfill my stay because of the deposit issue on a previous week stay. And in the process of trying to get my refundable deposit back that they kept because they said I caused damage that was already there when I first checked into the room. Will never give this place my business again and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Not a clean place what so ever. Place should be shut down. Booking.com was very helpful with helping me through the whole process though out tho.

    I locked myself out of my room around 2:30 in the morning and I come to find out there’s no one working in the office between the hours of 3 AM and 9 AM. No answer at the emergency number on the door and they left early so yeah overall I’m not happy.

    Horrible they charged me 100 dollars extra at property for a “deposit” that they never refunded (I left the room in great condition and walked the key in the morning and handed it to the lady at front desk).     Hotel should not be recomended by you. Light fixtures broken. bathroom doir was sprung and would not close. roo. clean up was sporadic. 3 to 5 das with no clean up, new bedding or towels. Ev3n when requested. trash around the parkinglot. sticky spills on walkway. no vending machines, no ice. Coffee in the lobby if someone was there. Im surprised you had on your list. NOT A PLACE I'D RECOMEND.

    The room was just ok. It did have a musty old carpet smell that was hard to get used to. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't the worst. It also did not have a blanket or comforter, only sheets, so it did get cold. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly. Overall, this place works if you're not having to hang out in your room and all you need is an overnight stay while passing throughTucson. We would not stay here again.

    Rooms were outdated, pictures of the motel are very deceiving and took a long time ago. Carpets are filthy and stained. Area a little sketchy after dark. I was told my $100 deposit would go back as soon as I checked out, here we are 6 days later and nothing yet. I've called and left a voicemail and still no reply.

    Definitely an older motel that alot of people live in full time and could stand to be remodeled. There were pretty big stains on the carpet but the sheet and bathroom seemed clean. Window unit worked really well. Wouldnt recommend for more than just a place to sleep while passing through town.

    I do not know what others expectations are but this hotel is something I have never experienced before. It has rooms that appear to be apartments as well as hotel rooms. The rooms smell horrific, and are dirty ( a cockroach in my bathroom and the smoke detector not attached, which I told them about and was never reattached during my stay). When I had to sign a paper that acknowledged they are not responsible for blood, other bodily fluids etc I commented I was disturbed at this and they stated they don’t care if I smoke in the room. Which is very evident by the smell. I didn’t necessarily feel unsafe but it is overwhelmingly a place I would never recommend someone to stay. The staff is friendly, that is true in the others reviews but that is where the accuracy ends. I am writing this to let others who care about smells and cleanliness that this is not a place for you to even consider! I don’t need the ritz but I don’t want a stained rug smoked in room and just feeling dirty for being there.

    Cons: $100 dollar deposit and dude said “ you should be refunded within 6 to 7 days. If not then call us” thing is if you check on Google maps they don’t even have a phone number listed.     The beds looked like they were not made. The toilet seat was so loose that it would look like it wasn't even cleaned. Looking down at the pool one would not want to go in. They showed us another room which was a little better but still not up to par. We lost our want to see Tucson anddrove back home. Read the website as it says no refunds. I can see why.

    The room was in average condition but was not very clean. The carpet was dirty looking and had big stains. The walls looked newly painted. The bed was comfortable. THe area the hotel was located was in a more commercial area but there was a McDonald’s and Arby’s across the street. I would give it overall 3 stars.

    The property was okay but upon arrival had one person working both hotel and apartment roles. The wait to check in was long. When I got to the room the conjoined door was open, another couple walked in. The door between our rooms did not lock from my room, and I could have easily unlocked it with a coin once it was locked. No TV or coffee, and the A/C did not turn on. Ended up getting another hotel due to not feeling safe

    Don’t waste your time to book there we had an issues with our room leaking bathroom pipe dirt shower curtain nasty sink and it seem to have homeless people living there . I went to the staff to be moved they kept telling us come back at different time knowing they would be closed they did this twice So we had to check out early and there is no number to contact the property so I contacted Expedia and they could not get onto them either Expedia off me 40.00 on a 300 stay for my inconvenience madnesss

    Slow check in, hole in hand towel, no wash cloth or ice machine, Room was clean but had a pungent smell. Tv had Roku but almost all in Spanish and couldn’t get to regular tv stations. No one ever answered phones for desk or housekeeping. Shower tub knob working but part missing.

    I never stayed there. After my flight got delayed I went to check in and the lobby closed at 8pm. No one was around to help me and I had to scramble to find another hotel for my stay.     They overbooked the motel and didn't bother to tell anyone. besides myself, two other people came in late like I did and had no room. (10PM). I had attempted to check in on the phone prior as I was delayed in traffic but the counter person would not do it. (I found out that they gave my room to someone else after I called), So they knew I was coming.

    We were a party of 6. Although the gentlemen was nice, it took around 40 mjnutes to check us all in. 3 of the 6 rooms were not ready. It was the worst check in experience I've ever had. Overall the rooms were nice and cleaned eventually. No other issues for the rest of our 5 day stay.

    I booked a room for 3 nights on the 22nd of January for the the 3ed through the 6th of February for my mom, They sold the room prior to her arrival and left my mom out in the streets with no where to go at midnight. So if you like being turned away and having your room sold out from under you when you booked it prior to arrival this is the place for you. 0 stars and a big middle finger. I loved it so much that I hope they go bankrupt and never have the opportunity to work in hospitality again. Good riddance.

    About an hour later, they reassigned my room to another guest, who attempted to enter while I was inside. As I was alone, I did not feel safe and decided to leave. The staff member at the front desk did his best, but the situation was still unacceptable. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Hotels should have a penalty fee for customer that don’t have there rooms, as well as the hotels charge us for not appearance.

    WiFi didn't work. Tv didn't work. Keys to room didn't work multiple times. Saw cockroaches in bathroom 3-4 times. A random couple walked into my room after the front desk had given them access presumably accidentally. Spills all over room some looking like blood. Had severe neck pain after sleeping in whatever they're doing to their beds. Pool is open two months so don't let the listing make you think it's open. 0/10

    They ran my card to check in and then charged me the deposit fee and there was nothing wrong with the room. I am in Tucson working so I have to check in for Mon and Tue the again Thur so I have two deposit fees on my credit card Iam trying to get refunded. Do not stay here they don’t just run your card pending charges they charge you the fee as soon as you check in and don’t refund it when you check out.

    Mixed feelings about this place. Bathroom (with new mirror and nice fixtures) and bed linens were clean and the base room was huge with a couch, desk and (nice) chair. Outside of the carpet the room was in good shape if dated (which is expected at this price point). So a great value and surprisingly better than expected. But the hotel feels nearly abandoned, and in an industrial area, maybe just in transition. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is probably hard to beat, but I don't know that single women would feel safe here, especially after dark, and it definitely doesn't feel like a vacation or place you want to hang out outside of your room. There just is little in the way of customer service, and few people around, with minimal lobby hours and apparently no staff, and no security, on hand most of the time; almost an eerie feeling in this big brutalist hotel. For the most part the room was pretty quiet, but there is a large event location next door where a dance party was held one night with a booming base coming out of it well after midnight. Not loud in the room, but if you are a light sleeper maybe ask for a room on the other side.

    I asked if there was any way we could still check in, but she said there was nobody on site to check us in. She said this policy was disclosed on their website, but I did not see it anywhere. Because of this, we lost our money for the stay and had to find another hotel room late at night. We have stayed here before, and the place is nicely renovated. However, for a hotel to have no staff on site at night is pretty surprising. I booked through Hotels.com. I later checked the rules and restrictions, which state, “No refunds will be issued for late check in or early check out,” but it does not clearly state what time the latest check in is. The lady on the phone told me it was 11:00 pm, but we arrived at 11:23 pm. I have never stayed at a hotel that denied a reservation like this. I often travel late, and many hotels allow check in past midnight. The latest check in time should be clearly stated on the website to avoid situations like this.

    It took at least 10 minutes to get someone to show up at check-in. They have a cooler with drinks in the lobby that I could have emptied if I wanted. The place is a long-term rental as well as nightly hotel. Not easy to find, and area seems a bit sketchy, although I experienced no problems. Room was alright, nothing fancy, not gross. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Fridge worked great! Froze my bottled water, which was nice because the ONE ice machine on the property was perpetually empty. TINY bars of soap were provided, but no shampoo. I was in the area for a football game, so wasn't in the room much. It served it's purpose. Was affordable and clean so I was satisfied

    I didn't expect much in a $50 room. The 100$ deposit didn't bother me either. The fact that the lobby does not open until 10am was major inconvenience. To get your cash deposit back they have to look at your room. You best plan on staying until the 11am check out or you forfeit your deposit. Luckily I knew someone in Tucson and they got it for me

    We arrived two hours after check-in time and the person behind the front desk did not know if our room was ready. 15 mintues later, we're finally checked in. Our room smellwd fine, but the carpets were gross, the walls were gross, the bathroom/shower/curtain was gross. We ended up checking out at 10pm, not staying the night. It felt a little unsafe and we just didn't feel good trying to sleep there. The man behind the counter was friendly while he was trying ro check us in.

    The staff was terrible. The woman with the pink hair had a question about my booking so she came to the door. She knocked 1 time, and then without waiting for even just one second, she opened the door. If it weren’t for the latch, she would have just walked in. This is highly inappropriate and she could have at the very least waited a few seconds for me to get the door. Even after opening she said there was an issue. I explained that I had 1 cancelled booking and 1 confirmed booking. She didn’t believe me and made me come all the way down to the lobby. I went down just for her to say never mind we found a second booking. If she would have just taken a moment to correctly check her records, this wouldn’t have been an issue. The other lady working that night was incredibly professional and polite. The pink haired woman was rude, gross, kept answering her personal phone, invaded my privacy, and make the overstay feel awful. I would not recommend this stay in the slightest.

    Everything was good but the fact that it was an opened area made it unsafe. There was a guy staring at my parents as if waiting to go to their room to mug them. Their truck has valuables and the guy seemed as if he was I drugs it did not make them feel safe.

    Staff (front desk) was very courteous. My room was supposed to have a balcony and a full size fridge. Was a window and a tiny mini fridge. Stains all over the carpet. Tissue box missing from holder. Besides a few minor things that didn't work quite right, it was a roomy start, there was free wifi, and it was relatively quiet.

    There was only one woman working the front desk and she was, understandably, flustered. She had to personally walk to the room to make sure it had been cleaned before returning to the desk to complete our check-in. She also informed us that the lobby would have no staff from 11PM - 8AM, and to get back into the hotel by using a side entrance versus the lobby. The room was plain and smelled as though an air freshener had been released in it. The beds were made and they sheets appeared clean. The bathroom was gross. The sink was not caulked and you could easily moved the faucet. The toilet had a hard water line and would randomly run. The tub had a ring and the shower had mold in the corners and some areas of the grout. The towels looked washed but were stained. We also saw what appeared to be a cockroach run across the bathroom floor. Overall, we would not stay here again. I would say we got what we paid for; however, we have stayed at other hotels/motels at the same rate and had wonderful experiences. This place was sketchy at best.

    This property was great! I would have expected to pay over $100 for a room as nice and clean as this one was and it was the least expensive one on Expedia. It right off of the interstate so it's convenient. And the staff was amazing.The only down side was Expedia said the deposit was $50 and it was actually $100, so Expedia needs to change that so everyone knows what to expect. But this will definitely be the only place I will stay when I go to Tucson.

    The setup is really nice for anyone who enjoys Southwestern sunsets, Breezy courtyards, and nice views of the mountains. Also there is a nice spot for grilling. It was too cold to consider using the pool, but the pool is huge and looks like it would be very nice on a hot day.

    For the price I paid for (3) days, it was a fair outcome. The room was clean, but not updated as one would hope. There’s no coffee station in the room and the amenities were nothing but minimal . I had a party of three. There was a tiny kitchenette.There was no dish soap to wash the dish you used. The bathroom was tiny and awkward to move around in, and had mildew stains. There were sugar ants present on the counter in the kitchenette. Not enough towels, etc. for your family. Office closes at 10:00 P.M. and opens at 10:00 AM. Brenda however, was very hospitable and kind.

    We had spoken to the manager about cancelling on arrival due to a broken toilet seat, unsafe parking and loitering and distance to our location was much farther. Manager agreed and said Expedia needed to approve then no one could reach anyone on the property so reservation never got cancelled and I was charged.     The property is quite dated and it seemed that there were quite a lot of long term residents staying there. That said, the room was comfortable and quiet enough for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I guess you can’t ask more than that for the price.

    I found a fentanyl pill on the floor next to the small couch. Broken glass pieces found near the bed. Cockroaches in the bathroom not loke crawling with them but like 6 that i saw. The bathtub drain looked like sasquach was gonna crawl out it. The pool was closed and thats the only reason we get hotels so our kids can swim. There was so many people smoking weed that my room smelled of it. The staff was rude and couldnt offer any help except our manager isnt here on the weekend sorry. They cant do nothing. FIND ANY WHERE TO STAY BUT HERE!!!

    Carpet needs to be replaced, rooms are nicely updated, security locks on doors need to be updated or tightened up. A lot of long term guest so people cooking in rooms and smoking weed which wasn’t pleasant to the nose. All in all not a bad place to lay your head for the night.

    The property was easy to find and had ample parking. The night attendant I was greeted by was very polite approachable friendly and very helpful in making our check-in a breeze. We were issued a room on the ground floor with access to the parking lot which made our move in very convenient. The reason for not giving all five stars reviews is this, you are greeted at the lobby with a stagnant smell and heavy sense of moisture in the air. The rooms themselves although cleaned, do reflect a need for renovation. The sliding door was sticking, the carpet is stained and the a/c unit is loud as it works to cool the room. The beds were clean and the room did not have the same smell as the lobby which made it acceptable. We were very tired and planned to stay only a few hours to sleep and bath. Not long enough to enjoy the amenities of the location if any (which I was informed by the attendant that the currently don’t offer a continental breakfast option). I would like to use the again when the upgrades are made.

    The room reeked. There were several people hanging out in the parking lot and unsupervised children running around and climbing on fencing structures. One of the rooms door locks did not secure properly. Overall unsafe environment for me and my children. We ended up leaving shortly after and will never rent from this place again. They refused to refund my stay. Even though we left within the first hour.

    This hotel is clean.Beds are comfortable visually not appealing, the structure itself needs work.I had difficulty opening my door. Was given a new key then early in the morning got locked out of my room as the key I was given no linger worked. They do not have a person in the office 24/7 and have a number posted on the door , however, nobody answered and it went to voicemail. I was locked out for over an hour before somebody showed up around eight forty five a m. There was another woman who was also locked out of her room and her key card did not work to let her back in either.

    There could be more laundry machines as there are only 3 washers and 6 dryers for the entire complex. The gray exterior is drab, just about any other color would brighten the place up and moving the big boat out back or on the side would be good. Who wants to see that as you go to check in? Otherwise we didn't have any issues

    No one answered the phone twice I left a message after the first call and no one returned my call so I called again 2 hours later and I'm still waiting to hear from them....... Room was okay but the carpet was pretty old and I'm not sure if anything was living in it. Blackout curtain was adequate but there was no lining behind it so we either had to close it all together or be exposed to 15 rooms on the other side of the complex. No amenities like coffee or microwave or fridge or hair dryer. The one elevator to the second floor was on the far side of the four attached building so it meant a walk on several walkways or all your suitcases up a staircase. But we were just looking for a place for a few hours sleep and so we got what we paid for.

    The staff was so helpful. We had a very late check in and they were very accommodating. The AC was blasting when we got to our room, and with the Arizona heat, this was delightful. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only thoughts were the rooms needed a little more attention to details when cleaning, but we hand a good overall experience.

    conditioner was not even turn on we turned it on and it didn't cooler the bed air until around 3 AM., so we didn't sleep very well because of the heat, the bathroom and area were we put our luggage never cooled off. No stopper in bathroom sink and stopper in show was painted white shower walls looked old as well. We did feel that we were going to get the rest we needed due to the heat and smell of the room and the looks of the property did not make it feel inviting to vacationers. We had to wait until 10 AM when the office opened up. And told them we were not waiting to stay at the Hotel we had to give them a $100 deposit in cash and was able to get it back we were not offered to try another room or refund for the days we paid through Expedia or from the Hotel. If we knew the conditions of the Hotel we would have look into another Hotel on Expedia's site. We google the hotel after staying there for 1 night and it was rated at 2.6 and that others that stay there could not get there deposit back which is not right. I do not want other vacationers to go through what we did and cost them more to stay somewhere else and do not think it is right the the Hotel should refuse to refund us for the nights we did get to stay.

    I had booked a room 2 months prior to my stay and while checking in I was told it was not in the system for whatever reason. I end up getting the room that seemed to be in an okay condition but apparently the cleaning crew do not do a thorough job. On my second night there, while in bathroom I had dropped something that went under the bathroom vanity, I went to grab it and saw somebody's dirty underwear under there also. I knew I was going to be leaving first thing in the morning so I left it at that and didn't say anything. 6:00 a.m. in the morning, I went down to the lobby to try to check out and the doors were locked. I went back every 30 minutes up until 7:30 to try to check out and the doors were still locked and no one answered the calls I made. I literally had to walk all over the complex trying to find another way out to my car so I could leave and catch my flight on time. Even when I landed back home in another state, I had called to inform them that I left the hotel Key in the room because I had no other choice, no one answered the phone then also.

    The hotel is located in a commercial area , has plenty of free parking, and is in a quiet area with easy access to the 10 freeway. The hotel is dated and in need of repairs. The room was big, the bed comfortable snd the service was great. The carpet needed cleaning but the rest of the room condition was satisfactory. The pool area was unusable, did not appear to be maintained and was in the process of being cleaned. The price was low and acceptable fir a one or two night stay.

    There was no garbage can in the room and there was only one channel on the TV. But the worst part was the smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night and went off every 10 seconds for hours. There was nobody in the office to help. It was the worst night by far that I've ever had in a hotel.

    This hotel for $100 less out shined the Ramada by Wyndham Viscount on E Broadway Tucson AZ by a long shot! Friend staff the manager Elizabeth was wonderful and very accommodating. Unlike the Manager at Viscount who refused to give me a refund! Never again will I use Wyndham on any stay again!!!! closed a 32 year old account with Wyndham 2 times they have stolen my money Wyndham you got your butt kicked by a $52 per night hotel...... Well done Las Palmas.....

    Hotel is very clean Staff is very friendly Elizabeth the manager is very accommodating. Unlike other hotels like Ramada by Wyndham viscount e Broadway Tucson AZ $150 per night and AC doesn't work on 4th floor! Never again will I use whyndam who has done nothing but lock money up for 35 days under federal law is illegal to do under $5000! I will always Stay at the Las Palmas......

    Stayed for 4 nights with my 14 & 3 year old. Night time Staff the first 3 nights were amazing & super friendly until the 4th night when a huge rude lady came banging on my door saying it was 9:30pm (it was 7:42pm) & my child was running around the property. (My 14 year old) I sent her to the office which was 2 doors down to get towels since house keeping didn’t do their jobs that day; a family heard how rude & unprofessional she was being & told me my daughter was standing by the LOCKED office doors before they even arrived so her disrespect was uncalled for. My daughter was simply going to the main door since the back one was locked. I Believe the rude worker was on drugs or have personal issues that management should look into; especially while working with people. 0/10 will never stay at this place again.

    There is a lot going on here. The room was quite comfortable and it is easy to see that the present management is working to bring the hotel back to life. Our room #229 had a lot of upgrades or repairs and we had no issues. A large complex with, I assume, people living and working there.

    Absolute hidden gem. Prices wont stay this low for long! Only signage says Enter. Gunn-barrel gray makes you feel like your going to see your radiologist buy rooms are impeccable. GM is a sweetheart. Indutrial wasteland but not sketchy at all.
