It’s close to Joshua Tree NP, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The stove worked but there were no pots or pans to use. We booked 2 king beds but were given 2 queens. There were 4 of us, only one towel in the room and our second bed had no blanket, just a sheet. Staff was helpful, brought us the linens we needed once housekeeping was done washing things. Floor could have been cleaner.

When you see this property run I haven’t been able to get my money back. They sold my room when I arrived a signed that read all rooms sold and office locked was there the outside was stechy felt uneasy and not safe. I have to purchase another night and Expedia won’t refund me like honestly why would I book another night at another hotel if there were no rooms available there

Pool was clean parking was good to . Very bad small one towel mattress stain. Smells like marijuana and cigarettes all over the complex. Very low on staff very rude staff harassing you. If you’re gonna stay or go passenger credit card. Without asking you. Which one you’re gonna use before they use it stove did not work.

Bed and bathroom were decent. A bit dilapidated and some folks staying in neighbouring rooms were drinking and smoking in the outside common areas. Very loud drunk people also arrived after 11pm.

It was great for price and why I was there. There needs to be a rule about people hanging out on the balcony drinking and smoking. It made hard to get access to room. Disturbing others peace while resting.

Parking was fine and safe. Bed was comfortable. Short term stay was okay.
- 5/5
ease of check in and out the room was spacious and very clean, maybe some local garbage cans to rid daily waste would be acceptable.overall a wonderful trip both in and out.thanks would consider another stay.

Horrible

The only issue we ran into was that of the front office communication between one another and that in turn had a frustrating domino effect. Other than that small detail, it was a great choice for our stay and we would absolutely book another stay with them.

no dishesorsilverware or pots and pans. no shampoo or conditioner. only 1 bath towel and wash cloth for 2 people. but it was so clean, bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Room was clean, bed was hard, pillows a smell to them. No soap, shampoo or even a cup for water or coffee. People next room over fighting or partying most of the night. Property was dirty. And weekly guests. Burn it down and start over!

There was quite a few roaches in my room and I had a sleepless night. But everything else was good

Cockroaches - watched one crawl through the microwave clock. Killed 5 on floor. Floor was dirty and sticky. One the first day I wiped up some water splash in the kitchen area and the towel came up black. Toilet had mold in the bowl and under the rim. The under rim mold was NEVER cleaned even after 3 maid services. WiFi unreliable - would cut out in the middle of my work. I was told that housekeeping services were twice a week. I checked in on Sunday. Byt the next Saturday no housekeeping had been done. Then I was told I had to request housekeeping. So I requested service on Mondays. Every week Monday was missed. I told the front desk. Then Tuesday was missed. I told the front desk and sent email to the manager. Finally, Wednesday housekeeping service happened. This happened EVERY week. Apparently there is no communication between the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Maids only changed sheets when specifically requested. Even then I had to wait until the next day because they had run out of clean sheets. Towels not changed during the last cleaning because they had run out. Kitchen sink plumbed backwards; hot on the right, cold on the left. Medicine chest about to fall off wall. The grounds are not maintained. Cigarette butts never cleaned up. Mats outside doors peeling up. Fridge not leveled, rocks when opened or closed. Broken corner of counter top.
- 2/5
Parking was easy and secure. Hotel room was dirty, linen was dirty on the beds. Only two towels were given. When we arrived card machine wasn’t working and took them 1 hour to open one of the rooms we reserved: note we didn’t get a card so we couldn’t just leave. My feet were black from all the floors not being cleaned, the tub had hairs, we found a small roach by the bed and restroom. The toilet didn’t flush we had to fill up the trashcan with water to make the toilet flush the staff were rude and unprofessional didn’t have extra pillows or blankets to give.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and comfortable overall. However, the air conditioning had some issues, and the shower water pressure was quite weak. I would recommend this hotel only for a short stay.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk would not check us into a room. The room was prepaid for hours bedore we checked in. My brother had just got out of the hospital and could barely walk and needed a room for the night, because she thought he couldnt walk to his room she refused to check him in and said she didnt have any rooms. Yet another couple came in afterwards aaked if she had rooms and immediately gave them a room without hesitation. The clerk was rude and wouldnt even take our confirmation email to verify we had reservations. I would NOT recommend this property.
- 1/5
Front desk states I have not payed I showed her receipt she says it’s not valid. Very odd of her to say that especially I have never in my time using Hotels.com 27 bookings. She shows me her side of the computer only wants to show me Expedia tab I told her the other tab that said hotels she said no. I contacted customer care as I’m speaking to them they state they will contact the motel, I walked in casually to witness the front desk blatantly ignoring the phone. No towels had to wait for clean fresh towels. Key card sucks only works for 1 swipe and you have to ask to get it re magnetized Horrible horrendous never come here
- 1/5
I arrived to find that there were no towels in my room and a cockroach crawling on the cabinet! I went to tell the front desk and she just shrugged and handed me the towels. I went back up to my room and as I was getting my cats kennel ready (because I was not going to let him walk around the filthy room) a bed bug crawled out from near the headboard next to me. I've never packed up so fast in my life!! I went back down to the desk and told her I was not staying there and I wanted a refund. She just winced when I said there are bedbugs, and said 'sorry'. I told her I wanted a refund and she said to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they were unable to get a hold of the hotel staff to get it resolved and credited! I AM NOT HAPPY with this place OR Expedia right now!!! I will be disputing the charges!!!

I won't be staying here again. The bathroom sink did not drain and was not addressed by the staff during my 3 night stay. The phone number for service was not answered as it was not in service. Someone played a drum ALL night long and there were people hanging about talking making it hard to sleep. The road noise was never an issue by comparison
- 1/5
Now let's get to the fun: We had a good time trying to figure out what was sprayed across the inside of the bathroom door. Going by color, trajectory, and spray pattern, we settled on someone was sitting on the toilet and projectile vomited wine down the door. I guess if you're opening the door to the tiny bathroom you're not going to notice the back of the door? We went out for a few hours for dinner and got back around 10pm. At that point we realized there was no blanket, just a top sheet. Can deal for the night. Easy mistake, easy to rectify when the office opens up, right? Right?! Nope. Go down to the office in the morning and ask for a blanket. Counter: "Um... I'm not sure we have any. Can you give me an hour and I'll call your room if we do?" Amazing. About 30min later I'm going past the office and she flags me down, fully stoked she found a blanket. Great news, right!? Nope. Unfold the blanket and throw it on the bed. idk, around 6-8 cigarette burn holes in the blanket. It's at this point we've fully accepted that, yes, this place is a total POS, let's just enjoy the ride! Went to the wedding we were in town for and took a lyft back afterward. Driver had insight: "so um... not a great part of town y'all are staying in. This place is a 1/2way house AFTER the 1/2way house. Lots of addicts there" AMAZING
- 2/5
I should mention that the pictures of the property are definitely staged - the cabinets in our room were misaligned and in clear disrepair, the furniture was all vinyl and worn, and there was a bag over one of the smoke alarms. Only sheets on the bed and two pillows only. Clearly trying to cut costs after having people steal stuff out of the rooms. Also, when I went to the lobby, they refused a woman a room because there was an issue with drug use during her previous rental. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
- 1/5
The amount of bugs in this room omg ! Filled with roaches and bed bugs
- 1/5
I was placed in a room that I did not reserve, I had reserved a one bed room but then was placed in a room with 2 full beds. When we went in the room it had a strong swear smell and the bed sheets where filthy even had blood stains, ask to be moved to another room and was moved to a room with also with 2 beds, but the second room was just as dirty, we then decided to check out instead, when we were checking out it was getting dark and the hotel was surrounded by homeless and drug addicts, the pictures provided are nothing like what it is in real life. When we checked out there was another family that had just checked in also checking out for similar reasons.
- 4/5
The room was not cleaned properly.there was what looked like blood. On the table legs thats i didnt see whe i first showed up.the room wasnt even swept.
- 2/5
Staff that are bothered to provide anything, room that is barely cleaned or cared for, location not near anything vital, and not an amenity of any kind in sight. Be warned!
- 1/5
Room was old, not very clean. Cops we're there when we arrived to remove a squatter. Also booked through Expedia and paid extra for 2 king beds. That was not an option according to the desk lady.

The room was great and exactly what we needed for one night.

Didnt have housekeeping in 5 days

I don’t like to leave a negative review but this was the worst hotel I’ve been in.
- 2/5
The stove didnt work, the refrigerator door didnt close, and the heater didnt work and no blankets.
- 2/5
On our first night, we were placed in a smoking one-bedroom room, which was a stark contrast to our booking request for a non-smoking double-bedroom room. The next morning, we met the property manager, who promptly moved us to a non-smoking two-bedroom room. Since we were on a business trip that lasted for ten days, the new room made a significant difference in our overall experience.
- 1/5
So overall...It completely sucked! Oh, and there were roaches!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff!
- 1/5
There were cockroaches under the bed and kitchen It was loud at night and parking lot side walk was full of dog poo and garbage. Front desk was not friendly when we tried to check in. We were there 1h prior check in time and she tried to charge me $20 for early check in. Drug dealers and prostitutes were staying at the hotel and never felt safe staying at this hotel
- 4/5
Room was a very good handicapped-accessible room. Staff very friendly
- 4/5
The room was indeed spotless. The pool looked inviting. While the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, the Waffle House very nearby was really good, with a friendly efficient staff. My only very slight gripe was no hairdryer and no extra blanket. Also, if you wanted to eat in the room, you need all your own utentils. Not an issue for me, but just saying. I thought it was good value.
- 5/5
The lady and gentleman in the reception were very friendly and took care of us in a timely manner made us feel welcomed.
- 5/5
Yes was clean service fine
- 4/5
It was good enough, a few bugs and some highway noise-no utensils or pots and pans in the kitchen- clean!! all else above average for motel type
- 1/5
No microwave no fridge, room tiny but more expensive than much better hotels I stayed
- 1/5
The room stank of fish. The bed was lumpy and hard. It was so disgusting and will not recommend it!! Also traffic noise was so loud I didn’t get a wink of sleep.
- 2/5
Room kind of smelled. Sheets were stained. Smelled of marijuana in the room and outside. Interesting people staying here as well… maybe long term.
- 1/5
Kitchen out of services
- 3/5
I was looking forward to this motel due to the kitchenette. Check in was easy but the key card stopped working on two occasions. And, the frig, unlike the one in the pic was a tiny cube frig with no shelves and no freezer. The burners on the cooktop took 20 minutes to boil a half quart of water. The queen mattress was overhanging the mattress below which was a double foundation and that was on top of a platform so the bed was 32" off the floor. You could not sit on the bed and rest your back agains the headboard because there light fixtures where on the way. But nothing compared to my feet when showering after walking around the room for a couple hours in the morning: Filthy. I took a white wash cloth that I used to wipe the floor (pictured) and bought it to the front desk. No excuse.
- 1/5
We didn’t stay, system was down. Unable to check in so we left
- 1/5
No blankets, one towel, stovetop didn't work, front desk fails to pick up phone. Not recommended!
- 2/5
No blankets on both beds.. only sheets.. no lightbulbs in two lamps. One bed had two pillows.. the other had one. I need at least 20 bucks back.. btw, 3pm check-in is ridiculous
- 1/5
Room was dirty. The towels, pillows and blankets had stains and hairs. Killed 3 cockroaches. The bed had a blood stain and to me that just seems like the sheets were not washed. Under the pillow sheet we could see that the pillows were yellow and had multiple stains.

I reserved a room for two adults with two beds on the first floor. My confirmation said “multiple beds”. I assumed that it meant more than one bed based on the word “multiple “. Upon arrival, we were given a room with only one bed. I went to the front desk to inquire about the one bed room, and the front desk lady (she didn’t speak English very well and I don’t speak Spanish) kept repeating that I only reserved one bed. Eventually she gave me a room with two beds, but it was on the second floor. Also, the room only had one set of towels. So I asked for another towel and washcloth for the other adult staying in the room. They would not give me a second towel or washcloth, but eventually gave it to me after numerous requests. The reservation was for two days. The outside looked nice, but after dark, the place looked sketchy. At least they had a security guard on site. Also, the locks on the windows were broken. The establishment looked like it was for housing homeless people. Definitely will not be staying there again.
- 1/5
Didn’t stay longer than 1 minute. Walked in turned the light switch on and seen 3 cockroaches turned around and left tried to get a refund and was denied, Terrible experience!
- 3/5
Area was a little less desirable than anticipated, my employee that stayed there asked to be move to another hotel. Actual rooms were fine as well as the staff just the area was qiestionable.
- 1/5
Requested a no stairs room in the reservation. I was provided a 2nd floor room with no elevator. My only option was to accept it or cancel a TRY to get a refund from Expedia. Terrible. Then the room is not clean. Long hairs on the floor. The vinyl chair are dirty and sticky. A very very uncomfortable stay.
- 1/5
We got to the hotel they had to switch us rooms because the room was damaged and then the room we stay in the floor was sticky and I would have to go back and have them sweat my card to activate the card again to the door and they never come in a clean the bed or room. And the hotel floor was dirty and had little bug on the floor.and the dresser drawer was missing.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 1/5
The main thing I have about this hotel is that I literally reserved a smoking room because I smoke. They gave my room away and said that they have a regular room, but I took too long to check in so they gave the room away. In my mind if I already paid for the room, doesn’t matter if I show up at 2 o’clock in the morning, it’s my room I paid for it.
- 5/5
the sub was very curious impatience with us we need more of a team like yours and many of the motel room
- 1/5
Roaches, Roaches, Roaches.

Easy check in
- 5/5
Yes, and i loved it had a kitchenette!
- 5/5
My kitchen only has one working burner since i started staying here in July, my AC doesnt work properly and my shower curtain pole is hanging out of the wall
- 4/5
All the people working front desk are extremely nice and attentive. The rooms were clean and I had enough privacy and rest throughout my stay. However, lots of maintenance going on in the other rooms that were loud at times. I wish they gave out complimentary water it was pretty hot the first day I was there.
- 5/5
Thx
- 3/5
Staff was nice. This is the place you rent for a one night stay because you need to rest your eyes before getting back on the road. There were some sketchy people. We got a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke because of others smoking. Heater/AC was extremely dusty. Floor was a bit dirty, there were paper cups under the bed. Blankets aren’t think either. There was also a dark stain that looked like old blood on the “softer blanket.” It served its purpose for a few hours of sleep, but definetly would not stay more than one night.
- 5/5
I am pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem.
- 3/5
Only stayed for one night. The furniture was a little worse for wear, but expected based on the price I paid.
- 3/5
Basic motel 6 no frills. Clean. One pillow per bed? Beds were spring mattresses not comfortable. Location was convenient for our purpose in Tucson.
- 4/5
Twas nice
- 1/5
There were roaches literally inside the sheets on the bed, on the ceiling, the floor.. there were hand prints on the walls it was really dirty. Customer service was not good either. I left an item behind by mistake when i called to ask for it the lady did call back in 10 minutes an never answered again. All not be staying there again or recommending this place to anyone.
- 2/5
Not well maintained hotel. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed while showering because shower rod not properly installedroom has a small kitchenette but no dishes or utensils.
- 5/5
Loved the amenities - full kitchen setup and a great pool - the two things I look for when booking a hotel room
- 5/5
Staff is always friendly. Gets everything done fast
- 1/5
Had to request refund immediately as soon as we walked in to the room we encountered 3 cockroaches. 2 on the floor one on the dashboard of the bed. Curtains also seemed to have had stains that looked like blood
- 5/5
Only bad thing was i had no trashcan
- 4/5
Good room for an overnight stay.
- 5/5

I made a reservation for one night there, when checking in I talked to
- 3/5
Front desk clerk assigned me to a room that looked like more then one person lived in the room. Had to go back to office to get a room that was available.
- 2/5
Room wasn't clean read above.
- 3/5
Not satisfied, asked for a non smoking room and was given a room that stank like tobacco, the bed sheets were stained, water in the shower tub took a while to drain.
- 1/5
Needed a quick night stay in a spot
- 1/5
Booked a two bed and when I got there they said they were sold out and only had single beds. They were not able to compensate or make any changes. Frequently walked away while I was still talking to the staff.
- 5/5
ok
- 3/5
The room was in ok condition. It's an older hotel that could use some upgrades and I think they are working on it as some time have different cabinets etc. The front office staff office staff could use some training in customer service. A smile goes a long way. We all have issues but when you choose to be in the service industry, interactions with clients can lead to either more business or less. The guests didn't usually talk about the good things but they shortly will tell everyone about the bad
- 2/5
The room was broke into the second night and room ran sacked. Another room was given but downgraded to two full beds instead of queen beds. No follow-up with card holder.

Hotel was just ok for the price , but the area is pretty sketchy, pretty sure there was prostitution going on in the parking lot in the back of the hotel. Definitely lock up your stuff .
- 4/5
I liked it was clean and quiet. And the staff were friendly.
- 1/5
Bad service, overall
- 5/5
The laundry leaves a lot to be desired. There are only 3 washers, 2 of which have issues. The property contracts them out so getting serviced isn't quick. Also the ice machine hasn't worked since I first stayed here in August. The vending machines also don't work :( The towels could be more plentiful and a higher quality, some days there weren't any available to switch out. The front office staff could use some training in basic manners. A few seem to resent having to work- never smile, are abrupt and not accommodating for guest issues. Extremely strict about room payments. Everyone has issues at times and we never know what a person is going through, so a little kindness and grace would be nice.

Who or what convinced you this isn’t the hood of Tucson? Because be unconvinced. Very weird area where the homeless hang and do drugs on the Loop, had to get new keys twice to get in my room, just don’t bother with this place.

Nasty

PET FRIENDLY
- 4/5
Overall, the room was okay and it worked well for a cheap place to stay for the weekend. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and we found a couple of small cockroaches in the room the first night. There was only one shower towel in the room (that was tiny) even though our reservation was for two people. The hotel didn't provide any shampoo or toiletries except for a small bar of soap. The kitchen area is nice to have if we had stayed longer - large fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. So, not a luxurious stay by any means but not the worst I've seen either.
- 4/5
Disappointed this time
- 1/5
There was a mouse in my room and the property did nothing when i brought it to thier attention. So i was left feeling uncomfortable all night worring that said mouse would get into my things or onto the bed.... it was a very long night.
- 2/5
It was loud all night, the whole place reeked of weed. Theres mold in the shower stall. The toilet ran all night. No toiletries of any kind, coffee pot/no coffee. Guys working on their cars in the parking lot. Its more like cheap apartments.

They were not friendly. We told them the first day that the That the commode's seal wing, whatever on the commode was leaking very bad. Both sinks were leaking. They would never come and fix it, but at checkout time supposed to be 11.They'll start knocking at nine forty five until you're out every five minutes
- 1/5
When we first got here we went down there and told the office that the commode Was leaking very bad. Both sinks when you turn them on sprayed.Ju in the face which scared me It made me think I was going to be electricutor from the toaster We've literally been here for 2 weeks and no one has came To fix it

I had recently been staying at the Super Innoff of Benson Hwy, for three whole months. I did not stay there because it was my destination of choice but because it was all that I could afford; so I thought. When I opened the door to my room at Studio 6, I stayed standing there in shock! For less than a $10 difference in price, my state of living would be elevated 3 times over in more ways than one! It was so clean, there was so much space, 3 times that of The Super Inn, there was a stove, fridgerator, microwave and coffee pot, clean white towels, linens, all that a hotel room should be! Thank you Studio 6.
- 5/5
I have to say I have stayed here a couple of times and it is always a breath of fresh air followed by a much needed energy boosting brain sparkl long winded exhale. The staff is amazing when it comes to working with you anguests d keeping a professional demeanor while still enforcing the rules and safety guidelines for the guest and corporate offices. I appreciate that everytime I feel overwhelmed i know that I will be unbothered and my privacy and persons will be respected.

Dirty
- 1/5
Guy shooting up in the laundry area, water leak puddling in the floor of the room, flies… tons of flies. Garbage can’s outside over flowing. People working on cars in the parking lot yelling at unsupervised kids in the pool cuss words.

Very helpful & friendly staff. Work to please the guest

My family needed a room for a few nights after our lease ended and the cheapest game in town is the Irvington Studio 6 ever since the Sweaty Suites on Prince and Stone closed. We got a relatively inexpensive room on Expedia but upon arrival I was told they did not have any rooms ready, that the empty rooms were either all marked dirty, maintenance needed, or both. The front desk person showed me two rooms that were marked both dirty and maintenance needed, both of which were perfectly clean and made up. So after about 45 minutes I told her I would take one of them if she was cool with it. We exclusively stay in suites, so my wife got a few days worth of perishable groceries as usual. We found out the next morning that the maintenance that was required was the fridge, which was barely cooler than room temp. Luckily we all have pretty iron stomachs from our travels so we were okay.
- 5/5
Always getting better.
- 5/5
Staff is helpfull. They are always making sure i have coffee & clean linens.
- 5/5
Everyone there is gteat and nice and clean
- 5/5
Had not one issue
- 1/5
Unique thing is you can do laundry 24 hours. The pool is clean the room was immaculate...... The only thing I didn't like was the way I was treated by Expedia when I wanted to get two more days stay. I was backlogged, the virtual assistant was virtually no assistance ,and a lady who was supposed to help me never got back and touched to let me know if she had gotten the room or not I walked down the road and got bit by a dog I had to go to the hospital it sucked and it sucked bad
- 1/5
The room had an infestation of bed bugs and my money was not refunded

The last customer’s junk was just piled outside the door. Smelled of pot every time I walked out, dirty floor. Never again!

I recently stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned properly. I pulled back the top sheet to get in bed and I discovered black marks/stains and dog foot prints on the bottom sheet. Then under the bed at the corner foot there was a hair ball and a piece of dog food. The sheets MUST be changed DAILY or after EVERY stay!!! The hotel is not very big so housekeeping needs to stop being so lazy and cutting corners.

The studie was clean. The BIGGEST issue was the stove didn't work and nothing was done. I was hoping for a discount since we weren't able to use the stove at all.

This has been my “go to” hotel when I’ve needed one. Mainly because of the location and they’re the only hotel in town that does not charge a deposit. Recently, I’ve encountered rooms lacking cleanliness and “attention to detail”; the bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are dirty, clearly they were not changed from the previous guest. No soap bars and a trash bin were provided. In addition, the housekeepers are rude as they do not greet or even make eye contact. Rooms should be checked by a supervisor when housekeeping claims they are done with their section. Lastly, it is difficult to reach the front desk staff. I once tried to reach them for 3 hours beginning at 9:00 am and the phone rang and rang but no one answered. Eventually, a gal answered claiming she was the manager and did not hear the phone ringing.

Went to a musical at centennial hall and needed an economic place to stay for the night. It looks like most of the residents are long term and are there for work. So you would need to bring items if you wanted to use the kitchenette. It was very close to everything and checkout was just leaving the keys in a box.

It was a really nice stay.

However, the last two times that I stayed at this property I dealt with roaches. This last time, I woke up to a roach in bed with me. The people are nice, and it is priced well if you are looking for a deal. This last stay did it for me. I will not be returning to this location. I did rate it a three overall. In Tucson, you can have an excellent hotel stay if you want to pay at minimum $200 per night. This hotel is consistent with what is offered for a budget hotel. Tucson is a dirty town, and this hotel is what I would call average for the area.

The staff is pleasant and helpful.

I really liked the vinyl tile wood floors which is better than carpet. It's kinda quiet, (only the guest we're noisy). I would use them again. First day I arrived the tv remote was missing. Had to exchange coffee maker twice. Saw a vagabond living in a bush behind my parked car. Good price though. No bed bugs!!! YAY!!!

Stayed for 3 nights... had one barh towel. Asked for 2 towels 2nd night... staff asked what happened to our towels... told her we o ly had one. Acted put off and said this should do it? I dont think 3 towels for 3 nights ahould be a problem for 2 people

Booked through Expedia, tried call hotel to inform them the we were in need of a late check in, had to call several times before someone would answer call. Person who answered claimed we did not have a reservation even after I provided them all the itinerary and booking numbers, got hung up on. Contacted Expedia, they couldn’t get through to anyone at the hotel after many attempts. Had to find other accommodations late at night!
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and clean, I was able to bring my pet with me and there was no problem

Had to buy roach killer to feel better during sleep. Bc we were there for business were gone during the day. Unfortunately told the front desk 2 days before we left, option was to change rooms. We liked the location for our purpose.
- 1/5
It was noisy, no one at the front desk to complain too. The TV did not work, cars driving around with loud music. Way to many people walking around being noisy. Will never reserve this place again.
- 2/5
The property is supposed to be an extended stay type but there were no pots/pans/dishes, small MINI fridge. Very limited towels & no housekeeping, rooms were dirty, our 1st room had no AC, 2nd room had roaches

If you don't speak Spanish you probably won't get service. The guests are allowed to party well into the morning so you won't get any sleep.

No big problem, just SEVERAL small and medium PROBLEMS!!!

The property sat off the road creating its own cove which was nice. Aside of the family with loud children the area itself stayed quiet. Nothing wrong with the room. Seemed to be some mild renovation happening during the day but was respectful noise hours. Front staff were friendly and highly competent. My room key deactivated a few times i liked that they verified me as the room holder and quickly got me rekeyed. That made me feel very safe and two different staff members followed the same procedure. Thank you for ensuring my safety.

After showing them the reservation I made online for three nights which was paid for they claimed I only had two nights. They said to come in on the second day and remind them I had a third night. Which is did and no one was in. I wrote a note along with the room number and left at the front desk (9:30am). The following morning there was banging on the door screaming management telling me how I did not pay for the third night. I show them my receipt along with my reservation. I explained I already spoke to someone when I checked in and wrote another note explaining again. They were unaware. The room was not cleaned. There was dirt all over the floor which we cleaned with the towels. The towels provided were not even large enough to fit my hair into. We went to buy our own to use. The shower head was broke and sprayed water all over the bathroom and made the floor and toilet soaked (when the shower curtain was fully closed). No hair dryer provided and the iron was broken. We did not complain due to the price of the room and had a lot planned to do around the city. However the poor communication between the staff and the banging on the door at 8am was very uncalled for when it had been proven multiple times the room was in fact paid for!

This motel is a budget kinda place. Limited accommodations for the budget traveler.

It was a good hotel for a short family trip. The plumbing for toilet sucked though. The pressure was off.

For the price it was as expected; served its purpose. I appreciated that the staff held our rooms after we called to notify them that we were going to arrive at 2:00 am.

There were German coach roaches in the room, couldn’t call or see anyone for help to cancel or change the room. The key stopped working and I was locked out for hours, house keeping lady let me in because no one was in the office during office hours. The motel is in bad area, no service for changing out sheets every day. I booked 3 nights and could not cancel with all the issues. Do not book here.

I arrived at 5pm and was told a room was not available. I was told to check in and I would get a text when the room was ready. At 7pm, I still had not received a text. I returned at 7:30pm and was told, "Oh yes, your room is ready. We've been just busy." I was late for my 7pm business appointment because I was unable to get dress in a room. I am very upset. This is unacceptable.

This hotel was a Motel 6 that has been turned into suites, by way of the worst remodel you can imagine! There was a kitchen but no plates, glasses, or cookware (the cupboards & drawers were empty!!! The person at front desk told us there was a kitchen "Package" we could get but she needed a manager to get it, as she could not leave the front desk. We ended up with 4- plastic bowls and 3 sets of plastic eating utensils and the empty promise of the kitchen package that never came. $150.00 a night - what a joke

My reservation was cancelled without notification. I arrived and was made aware that they were completely sold out and had sold my room.

She came to another door and handed me a room key. She advised me to be careful with it. Apparently it could be deprogrammed if it was next to my phone or in my wallet. She then simply wrote the room number on a piece of paper and handed that to me. Then she told me where to find the room. It took me many times trying the key to get into the room. I finally got in. I just left the room door ajar while I brought my stuff in. I was not given an invoice or a Wi-Fi code. So I basically went to bed for the night. I will never be staying here again and recommending that other people avoid this hotel based on my experience.
