- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Nice rooms looks like recently been remodeled
- 3.5/5
It was clean in every aspect. Primarily I didn’t like that the room had a bare concrete type floor. Everything about the room was as absolute basic and minimal as possible.
- 0.5/5
A real s**t hole
- 0.5/5
We did not stay at the property. The entire hotel was empty however, the gentleman checking us in told me that although I was disabled, I could not have a bottom floor room because I did not pay for that. When I asked him if he could kindly accommodate me, his response was, I accommodate no one. There is no elevator and I cannot navigate the stairs. So we left and stayed elsewhere. I will never stay at a red roof Inn again.
- 1.5/5
Location Dirty. Key card didn’t work 80% of the time. No restaurants nearby. Pigs going door to door.
- 4/5
Its a good affordable side of road location.
- 3/5
Personality of the staff.
- 5/5
It was comfortable and the staff was friendly
- 0.5/5
Check-in was a disaster couldn't find anyone to check in for a half hour. Front desk guy was in the bathroom apparently
- 4/5
Noise from the freeway
- 1/5
Nasty hotel
- 1/5
The front desk is very rude. They acted like we were inconveniencing them when we checked in and out. The keys weren’t working at first and its card entry and they treated us like we were stupid and when we needed towels they were very rude and said housekeeping, will get your new towels and put them in your room. I didn’t want anybody in my room so I put the dirty towels outside and got new ones from housekeeping. The room we stayed in was dirty. The only thing clean was the beds. There were dead bugs on the wall in the sleeping area and the bathroom. There was some sort of substance on the panel in front of the sink that look like blood. The floor was filthy. You had to wear shoes to walk on it. The towels, washcloths and hand towels were very crunchy and rough on the face and body. We left an item in the room and I called about a week later cause we realize it was gone and they told me that housekeeping found nothing. And there was a homeless guy using the ice machine, putting ice in his hat and putting it on his head and they didn’t seem to care.
- 3.5/5
Ice machine works good water pressure decent furniture tv works basics covered Mattress overdue for switch one side king bed unuseable only 2 towels for 4 day stay not big enough trash cans shower plumbing not secure in the wall kinda wonky
- 4/5
There was no coffee in the morning and I rang the bell 6 or 7 times and no one came to check me out.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the stay is as quiet as it can be next to an interstate. I will stay there every time i work in the area as long as the rates are comparable. This week they are not. Unfortunately because I do enjoy my stay there.
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
not the best hotel
- 1/5
Easy, not secure. Staff extremely rude, wouldn't add a traveler to my reservation so they could get the key to room. Went on Expedia site and messaged the hotel to add the second traveler that was the only option. I called and the guy rudely was talking over me and I wasn't able to explain the Expedia site, I asked him to "let me talk" and he yelled let me talk and then said no I'm cancelling your reservation. I showed up, no email from Expedia by then 2.5 hours later to check in and he said he cancelled the reservation.
- 1/5
Staff was not helpful at all. They didn't clean the room. And my room was in bad condition
- 1/5
I stay there for 2 whole weeks and they only clean my room 3 times. I to take the trash out myself. I mentioned to the front desk and they did nothing.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean
- 2/5
Front desk staff was plain rude when checking out. We asked if they had scissors to cut a tag off a pair of sunglasses and they looked at us like we were stupid. Rooms were clean. It was mainly just the staff making us feel unwelcome that we didn’t appreciate.
- 4/5
No amenities or breakfast. Decent for 1 night.
- 3.5/5
Overall place is decent. Though there is a strong smoke cigarrete scent when you entered the room, it will disappear once you turned the AC. Well. We selected the non smoking room but the room we got has a cigarrete scent but disappeared when AC was turned on.
- 4/5
Accommodations were met
- 2/5
Parking did not feel safe
- 4/5
Rooms are quiet
- 2/5
I understand that when you get a room for a lower price you may not have all of the amenities. That doesn't give excuse for the tub to be dirty, bathroom door to be broken, etc. Staff was friendly, but my wife and i wouldn't ever stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness.
- 0.5/5
Location The staff were absolutely atrocious and disgusting people! Not knowledgeable not helpful! Rude and disgusting !!!
- 1/5
Thought the price was reasonable when we booked it Toilet in bathroom leaked sewage all over the floor. Were told initially we would get a new room but then were told there was nothing available and had to leave. Management promised a full refund but this has not happened and they were not cooperative about helping us find new accommodations. Would not stay here again
- 2/5
Sketchy
- 3/5
Staff was very nice! Bed made horrible noises everytime you moved
- 4/5
even when the room was a non smoking, it had some smell like cigarette
- 1/5
The lady owner was very helpful regarding local events and friendly. The two managers were never at the front desk, rude, and struggled in communicating in American standard English! When I politely suggested that the housekeeping should be more thorough, I was questioned that I was not telling the truth. What an insult and will think twice about staying there again since I did NOT enjoy paying to have my integrity challenged!
- 1/5
The room was dirty with stains on the floor. The bathtub drain was clogged. There were people outside and in the next room at all hours making noise. They would not change my and here unhelpful. They could have cared less. They was also a fifty dollar deposit that I had to pay. The photos that appeared in the description are not representative of what the actual motel looks like, a welfare motel is actually what it was. I don’t think I’ll be using your services anymore.
- 4.5/5
did not have any breakfast..The location was in a very quiet secluded location which was great with easy fast access to downtown via I-10 very close by. Also, the bed was very comfortable and made sleep easy. Could have used a coffee maker there. I always look forward to them in all my travels..Also the soap dispenser was just about empty, with only a drop or two coming out.
- 1/5
Keys never worked for room. Door to bathroom jammed and very difficult to use.
- 4/5
Front desk man was great. Room was clean but had a LOT of traffic noise from freeway
- 1.5/5
The bed. The management just opened my door while my child was sleeping and key knocking and ringing the phone. Very disrespectful
- 2.5/5
OfficeStaff wasn’t very friendly
- 4/5
Nice staff. Clean refurbished room.
- 5/5
Place is ok.
- 4/5
A little awkward to reach and explore the area because of the location on a one-way frontage road.
- 5/5
Very clean room
- 2/5
The staff were rude and do not inform customers that they do not do cancelations or refunds
- 4/5
clean, convenient
- 5/5
The room was clean and in a very convenient part of tucson
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 4/5
Just access is a little tricky after dark. Area pretty desolate
- 5/5
Every thing it’s okay
- 2/5
If the lady at the front desk would learn anything but 50 dollar depsir it might be ok but the room is just painted over poor renovations its sad how red roof help t he management and there ti lazr to keep it upyou cansleep but its nothinf worth more than a 59 room
- 4/5
Wouldn't let me check in 45 minutes early that was unnecessary. Just needed a key since I wouldn't be back until late.
- 3/5
Nothing mentioned on the app that this hotel does not have snack or drink machines. At night walking, for someone without a car, wasn’t an option. Needs better lighting. Plugs on the wall lamps don’t work.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Only problem is the motel is on a frontage road and there is no sign saying Red Roof anywhere. We arrived after dark and it was hard to see the road into the parking lot. The man that checked us in was very polite.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
no
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible. Threaten to call the police on me about 20 times refused to keep my reservation, and was so disrespectful
- 2/5
The beds are clean but very firm and it felt old and run down. I would spend $20 extra and stay somewhere else. Online it says pet friendly but it isn’t just in case you have a dog or service animal.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful. Rooms are clean and the front desk clerk patrick was so nice and helpful and had me checked in with ease.
- 5/5
Very quiet. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great clean place to stay at
- 1/5
Run down, unsafe, office personnel not friendly nor helpful.
- 5/5
It was good. I got there late and left early so I had no time to look around.
- 2/5
Broken peephole, dirty light switch covers, water damaged walls, unmounted sink faucet, shower head coming off the wall, toilet paper holder broken, dirty floor.
- 4/5
Fine for a good price. Bed was a little soft.
- 5/5
Economical and Clean. Great Stay
- 3/5
The check in is outside, had to stand in the cold to check in. The room was fairly clean but the microwave area had food on the counter upon arrival. Was a little weird that staff was waiting outside our door when we left even though we weren’t near the checkout time.
- 3/5
If you're looking for a place that offers very sparse amenities but at a very low price then you have found your Golden Nugget on Benson highway which isn't saying much saying that it's been some highway you don't have to pay by the hour or the half hour and it's not available but it's merely One step above said other hotels
- 5/5
Staff was very pleasant room was clean. Homeless camp near hotel. But other than that good basic accommodation.
- 3/5
water was leaking from fan
- 4/5
Convenient for restaurants. Eat in or carry out
- 5/5
It’s nice to have a hotel that doesn’t charge senseless fees. What the price says, is what you pay. No tricks. I appreciate that when I sent a message saying I was working late and I wouldn’t make it by the check in deadline, I was greeted with a “welcome home” attitude. Check in was fast and easy. I was offered the WiFi code without having to ask for it. Thank you for a great night sleep. I would have loved more pillows for the king size bed.
- 5/5
Good price
- 5/5
It's convenient but not in the best area. It's cheap and serves its purpose though.
- 2/5
the room was not cleaned the days l was there and it semelled a lot of cigarrette smoke, which was shown to be my reservation and it didn't do anything
- 1/5
Restroom toilet was not attached properly, hole in the restroom door, it smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Area is surrounded by homeless who every day get near the vehicles and rooms and have their camp fire 5 feet from Parker vehicles.
- 3/5
No services near by
- 5/5
Clean rooms with friendly helpful staff
- 3/5
Room was okay clean. Outside needed some attention weeds growing everywhere overgrown shrubs. A little attention to small things do make a difference
- 2/5
The man who checked us in made a paper copy of my ID and scanned my CC. He was not friendly or welcoming in any way. The room had an odd smell. Bed linens and towels were dirty. Yellow spots on the sheets, what looked like makeup or dirt on the pillow, and brownish bits of dirt on the washcloth. Toilet was filthy and obviously not scrubbed or cleaned. I would not recommend this motel.
- 4/5
The location is good but there anything in a decent walking area. What it is is a clean low cost place to sleep. No coffee in the rooms, no extras. If all you want is a clean place to sleep this is a good place
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here twice for the Duct Tape Drag event in Tucson. I was alone so I wasn’t expecting anything special, just a place to sleep and shower. The room was clean, the ac worked, and the bed was stiff. The location is odd because it’s off the freeway access road. If you like swimming, you cant! It’s cemented in. Overall I was looking to save money, not hang out here.
- 4/5
It was fine, no frills and the price was good. The only issue was when I called in the person didn't speak English well and could not answer my questions about late check in so i had to interrupt my plans and go check in t make sure I would be able to get in later that evening.
- 4/5
Poor breakfast setup.
- 5/5
Great service.
- 2/5
After check in, I found the tub has no plug so I went to front desk and asked for one. I was told "you don't need it". I explained that I need to wash my socks daily. The owner said to me "use the washing machine". I said "that is something required for a good rating". The owner shouted "don't threaten me !"
- 5/5
Large and clean room with fridge, microwave, and easy parking if you are pulling a trailer. The staff was courteous and helpful!
- 4/5
This hotel was fine. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient access to I-10. Good value for the price.
- 1/5
noting
- 3/5
Noisy highway
- 1/5
Nothing. I did not like ot at all. They would not even serve coffee until 8am. They kept the door lock. The women there would not even talk with my husband . Terrible place
- 4/5
Worked for the price. Comfy bed
- 4/5
Room clean good price would stay again
- 4/5
Good access
- 5/5
Stayed therein the past. It’s basic but clean and quite.
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
Hotel was reasonably clean and maintained. Is pretty far out of town but close to airport. Not great but what was expected for price and a late booking for gem shows.
- 5/5
I like how the rooms are clean but I noticed that the light switch doesn't work so I had to manually turn on the lights in the room. Then I noticed that there were scratch marks on the dresser, and a knob missing on one of the nightstands. Overall, it's still a nice place to stay for the night
- 4/5
The outside of the hotel is drab and is near the freeway. But the room was sizable and clean, and the decor was not worn. So for the price, it was a good deal
- 3/5
Decent place with close access to a gas station. Homeless camp nearby and my door didn’t fully seal when shut.
- 3/5
Clean room, but Travel inn looks sketchy at first glance, surrounded by empty fields and broken pavement.
- 4/5
This place was great and easy check in
- 3/5
Staff often rude.
- 1/5
Rude Managers lady and man. I showed her a photo of a broken toilet paper holder and she said "So". She wanted my pin number to check us in for an additional night. The place stinks. Very noisy. The Expedia ad says breakfast is provided, there was only coffee and it tasted like the cheapest kind of coffee you can buy. We left and checked into the Three 3 Palms for a few dollars more.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy. Nice hot shower. Would recommend for a night or two.
- 5/5
It was awesome
- 1/5
There is one thing that shouldnt be comprised when looking for a cheap hotel and that is cleanliness. Absolutely digusting.
- 4/5
Much-much better service, claen and very good facilities than other Hotels in the City!
- 2/5
Like, nothing. Dislike, Manager was rude and unhelpful. Room wasn't cleaned and he said it was my fault. Never staying there again.
- 4/5
A little dirty, but overall a nice place to stay.
- 4/5
The hotel was run down, nothing like the pics. Old decor. The door handle was hard to open, very jiggly. Holes in shower curtain, worn out. Handles and fixtures were not solidly attached. Parking lot had people milling around that looked suspicious, sketchy area as well. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
This was the cleanest, least expensive motel we have stayed at in 20 years. No mold in the bathroom at all!!!
- 3/5
The property is located where it's difficult to get to places you needed to go too. There's no breakfast offer and we got one queen bed, picture showed two. Floors were dirty in the bathroom. Not worth your cost and time.
- 4/5
It was okay for the price. But I would recommend spending a little more for something better. Room wasn’t bad but you do get noise from the highway. And my neighbor was loud but that’s no fault of the hotel.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room.
- 3/5
I will not be staying there again.
- 3/5
WI-FI DID NOT WORK
- 4/5
close to the drag strip.
- 4/5
I'd stay here again. For the price it was ok.
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk was not to friendly
- 2/5
Price
- 1/5
Management is very poor
- 1/5
This property is very old, dirty, and poorly maintained. We spoke to a man behind bulletproof glass upon arrival. The key card was hard to use and required multiple multiples of tries to open the door. The gap under the steel door not don’t was the source of the dirty floors, but not the walls, ceiling, and fixtures. The hair dryer provided was dirty and could only be used if you kept your finger on the heat button while using it. The water pressure barely rinsed off the soap, certainly not the shampoo.bed was ok comfort wise but the pillows were like bricks. We stayed in the room as little as possible during our stay because it just wasn’t pleasant!
- 2/5
Decor was 1970's style. Beds were too soft. Biggest disappointment was the traffic noise. It didn't quiet down until after midnight. Awful traffic noise for hours
- 4/5
The good: Clean, comfortable, quiet. The bad: It just needs some TLC. My bathroom fan was siezed up and buzzed loudly while the bathroom light was on. The controls for the heater/AC were badly worn and barely functioned.
- 2/5
Distant
- 5/5
Would stay here again
- 2/5
It was very outdated.
- 3/5
Not a fan of the night check in window
- 5/5
It was a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again if needed.
- 3/5
It's ok. Nothing special but if you want a fairly quiet place to stay that's near to the i10 this is it. They're doing a lot of renovations so there are lots of construction guys around. No homeless or drug dealers and no stupid security guards hanging around waiting to evict you if you have a guest without ID.
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 1/5
We did not stay after seeing the room. From the cockroaches running around the bedroom,to the dirty bathroom. The bedroom smelled of something I not what. There were 2 cars with smashed windows in the parking lot. We confronted the owner who verbally abused us and refused to refund us our money.. On leaving we found a respectable hotel.
- 2/5
There was mold around the toilet. I had to hold the bathroom seat down to use the bathroom
- 5/5
I like it because they have truck parking
- 1/5
The room was dirty, no house keeping was available. Lady behind window refused to give a paper copy of receipt. Worse experience ever
- 3/5
They advertise a pool and no pool they filled it with rocks and sand. They need to take that off the sign and their website.
- 2/5
First of all, that pretty pool they advertise is filled with dirt up to the water level. The face/hand sink was leaking onto the carpet and the shower only worked for 15 sec then the pressure dropped and was not enough so you had to wound up taking a bath. The toilet tissue holder was detached from the wall, they had no iron or ironing board and the daily rate was too much for this room. The rate should have been in the $20 range. The only good things about this place were the TV channels and location.
- 5/5
Easy to get to off of interstate 10.
- 3/5
The front office men was not very nice. Also, all the guests had to leave the keys in an open area where anybody can get them, because the office is closed in the morning (around 9:00am) and the area wasn’t very safe.
- 2/5
This place is in serious need of a deep cleaning and fix up. The walls and switch plate covers were grimey. Punched patched holes in the wall and door. Tile falling off. Toilet rocked. Room was tidy but just glad I was only there a couple of hours. Location was hard to get to since it was one way street. You had to go out of the way to get out and back in. Pool was filled in with dirt. Not worth the price! More along the lines of a pay by the hour place.
- 3/5
Floor was extremely dirty with previous guest(s) garbage found on the floor behind bathroom door, and under washroom sink. The stay should have been $10.00 cheaper being no coffee was provided at the office upon check-out. There is a swimming pool, and a secure gate making it child safe. The people who work there appear very honest and friendly. I asked, for one more *hand towel*, and two more wash clothes. But, received one more (bath towel) and two more wash clothes. The Motel provided first floor accommodation(s), two queen beds; with no refund whatsoever prior to check-in. There is an ice-maker that does work. And, room did have an ice-bucket with sterile bag. Other guest(s) in the area are not friendly at all. Do not keep both eyes shut at night unless you risk forced entry into vehicle. There is a mobel home across the way appears to be (seperate private property) with residents who gawk at guest(s) behind trees & bushes. No fenceline to keep non-guests out at all. Cheapest Motel found on EXPEDIA.
- 1/5
Do not let the pictures fool you- There is a homeless camp next to the property and hobos roaming all around the area. I was concerned my truck and trailer would be stolen overnight. I checked in took a shower after a long day of work checked out and went to a different motel in a nicer area.
- 1/5
Terrible customer service
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 4/5
For the price it was amazing!! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! For a quick night stay, it was perfect. I will recommend to bring a pillow as they only providing two small pillows for a king size bed. Second thing to be aware of, it is about 20 minutes away from the heart of Tucson.
- 3/5
Honestly didnt look like they washed the walls at all. But it was better than sleeping in my car.
- 3/5
Easy off I 10. Thats it, lobby locked must check in through bullet proof window.
- 5/5
Not friendly service. No coffee in room.
- 1/5
Horrible customer service. Unfriendly owners.
- 2/5
The location was very loud as the highway was so close with trucks driving by all night. The bathroom was dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work well.
- 1/5
We did not like anything. There were hairs in one need and a wrapper of some sorts in the other bed. We asked for extra pillows before we saw the condition of the room, they said they did not have any. I would never recomens staying here to anyone
- 3/5
Average room, not clean to our standards
- 4/5
Maid service was excellent. Pool was a hole in the ground. No restaurants near ( sit down or otherwise ). Outdated rooms needs work.
- 3/5
Lady in the morning refused to give a receipt. Annoyed I rang the bell at 8:00 a.m. Bed was not comfortable. Noise from freeway.
- 2/5
Old and dirty. Not worth the money
