The property is in very good condition. The kitchen cupboards and drawers in the bathroom are a little worn, but everything is very clean. The property is near a busy Tucson street but feels safe. The amenities are good and parking is free.

They covered all the details in the kitchen, sponges were clean, dishwashing powder present, etc.. I liked the fresh fruit at breakfast . Pots and pans were all usable and relatively new. Food at breakfast is not great.

I reserved 2 rooms and was charged the same price for each. At check in I was told the hotel was completely full so my 2 reserved rooms were on different floors. One room had a queen bed and the other a king bed. Also, after check in, I saw online that there still was 3 rooms available for tonight. I feel deceived!

Rooms are old and dated, but the staff did their best to meet our needs. The morning breakfast service had variety and was run well.

The sofa bed is somewhat uncomfortable.

Location was good for our plan, bed was comfortable. NO HOT WATER!!! When we called to reception we were told that they were the ONLY person working and couldn’t help us. NO WORKING AC in the breakfast room. When we complained to the manager he curtly said “I’m aware, we are waiting on it to be fixed” but had no apology at all.

No major complaints. Would have appreciated a few healthier options for breakfast. Would recommend a high fiber/quality cereal, and better fruit options. The oatmeal was a bit soupy at times, but all the breakfast staff were super nice. The hotel does have an odd policy if needing anything extra requested at front desk during your stay to take an invetory of the items asked for, the room number, and recording the items and room number in a log. This seemed a little awkward for guests, would recommend they reconsider this, but as this only came up twice in a week not a huge deal.

Very nice room, bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette, except for the refrigerator. We had to extend our stay for a Friday and Saturday night stay so the price went up which is to be expected. The workout room was great. Breakfast was good, It was a good location for us - close enough to the Gem and Mineral shows but far away enough to be out of much traffic. Very nice staff people.

Price is to high

The room was quiet and clean and was adequately supplied with towels, etc. Location was a bit far from the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was not very good although it is comparable to other places we stayed.

Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet. The breakfast was very good with a large number of choices and very good quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to Saguaro NP. Several restaurants were in walking distance. Nothing.

Poor WiFi; Carrier is using an expired SSL certificate...

I am lifetime platinum member. Room was not the best and noisy. I usually get a better quiet room but I complained to no avail. Also I did not receive points for my stay at Marriott.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they had it ready within 20 minutes. The housekeeping manager was very helpful and very nice. The room was large and very clean. I wish though there was a door where the bathroom sink was. my husband gets up earlier than me, and the bed is right beside where the light from the bathroom shines. the only bad thing was our room was right beside the mechanical room and there was noises all night long that kept my husband up

Property was great

Easy check-in and great front desk clerk, clean rooms, easy access location and safe parking.
- 3.5/5
The mattress was terrible. It was caved in and definitely needs to be replaced abd girget tbe “memory foam”!
- 3/5
I judge the room with the bathroom sink drain rate. The drain lever was not even attached to drain. The coffee pot was left ON. For over$260/night I feel more than cheap paper plates could be used in the breakfast area.
- 4/5
Good location Staff variable. Overnight desk staff rude. Some daytime staff incompetent. They were unclear on schedule for cleaning rooms.

Very slow internet. Do not work from this hotel. While the internet speed is pretty decent for work (~20 MBPs download & upload), it often loses communication and make it hard to communicate over internet.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Very quiet room. If you are worried about cleanliness right now, I was there 5 days for breakfast and never saw the tables get wiped down… not once! Everything else was great.
- 4.5/5
Very nice hotel. Clean & staff friendly. Great breakfast! Nothing we did not like.
- 3/5
I booked an 1 bedroom apt and paid for this through Hotels.com.com but when we arrived tired in the evening there was a suite - not a separate bedroom that we wanted! And they just said there is nothing that can be done, they are fully booked. They cannot even refund me the difference between a 1B apt and suite as we booked through Hotels.com. So I’m still very upset about this.
- 2/5
Was there for a week elevator was not clean once dirty from the first day. Gym ran out of towels, I asked for towels, never got the towels even after one hour in the gym. Breakfast was subpar.
- 5/5
We stayed in a room with a kitchen and over all the place was clean and comfortable, but the dishes were not and there was no bottle of dish soap to use if you only had to wash one or two dishes. Aside from that the place had all the standard amenities. They also have tennis and a basketball court (that close at 7) and a pool & jacuzzi which we used and is open until 11pm. Staff was friendly and breakfast was large with a lot of variety including fresh cantaloupe. Eco-friendlyness: they used paper plates & rainforest alliance certified coffees. The location is very good too, a lot of good restaurants near by.
- 5/5
Excellent full breakfast with eggs and sausage. Newly remodeled hotel. Kitchens are large. Staff is extremely accommodating! Nothing! Excellent stay

Had to book a night as our A/C went out. The hotel was very clean and the lady at the counter (I believe her name was Lorelei) was incredibly nice when we checked in. They are only cleaning rooms every 4 days because of Covid staffing issues but our suite was immaculate and my wife and daughters loved the room.
- 5/5
Stayed here previously--no surprises. Everything is consistently consistent and reliable.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful with check in. Also seen one of the maintenance technician staff assisting a guest with a question.
- 4.5/5
I loved how clean the room and facilities were, and the ice maker in the fridge was awesome. That only came second to the water pressure in the shower. Freaking A-1 guys. I’ll most definitely go outta my way to stay there again. The to go breakfast was decent enough, but would be better if there was yogurt. Just my opinion, not a dealbreaker.
- 5/5
Hotel was conveniently located and up to the usually high Residence Inn standards. Enjoyed our stay!

The staff was incredibly friendly and most areas of the property were nice. I felt the cleanliness was an issue overall. Carpets throughout the building need cleaning and I didn’t see anyone clean high touch areas though it could have taken place when I didn’t see. I moved from the first room due to blood on the shower curtain and the urine on the toilet (I took pictures and showed the front desk staff). Overall I felt like the cleaning was not thorough. The second room was also not as clean, there was a pair of jeans left by a previous guest and the floors had crumbs on it. I ended up getting disinfectant wipes from a friend and cleaned the room myself. I’m disappointed that the housekeeping wasn’t up to par especially given the pandemic. The grab and go breakfast is the same daily and consists of yogurt, muffins and cereal bars.

Parking easy access

I have to say very clean and nice hotel friendly staff and just all around a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Really nice place to stay!

Big disappointment that the pool was closed due to covid, while the pool next door at Courtyard was open.
- 4/5
Will definitely book to stay here on our next visit
- 5/5
The walls were thin and I could hear everything in the next room.
- 4/5
O Needed more help for the breakfast staff as they could not keep up with replenishing the food O should not have to pay extra for parking O small but nice exercise facilities
- 4/5
Stayed 1 night and paid $16 for parking. Read the fine print. I was disappointed!
- 5/5
I wish we could have stayed longer, this was truly home away from home
- 3/5
I didn't realize before booking that hotel was going through construction renovations. They did a good job of managing and communicating, but it was not something I was expecting with noise and sections of hotel blocked off and number of active workers. They charged extra for parking which was also unexpected. Hotel room was clean and well maintained, but noises traveled through to room from people walking around (ceiling) and voices from neighboring rooms. Don't feel I got the value for the money spent.
- 5/5
The stay was amazing everyone was very polite, the room and grounds were in great condition.
- 5/5
Great lady at the check in counter
- 4/5
Great location - close to restaurants and the office that I was visiting.
- 5/5
room spotless staff exceedingly kind and laccomodationg.
- 5/5
I stayed here for a week to attend the Tucson Gem shows. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes from the main locations I was there for. The room was convenient and complete, with a kitchenette and internet/cable television. I was lucky enough to get a ground floor room near an entrance, which made it very easy to transport my luggage as well as purchases to the room. Parking was easy and well lite. There are many restaurants, shops and services nearby, and will definitely stay there again next year.
- 4/5
Good location. Room was fine. Bed was terrible. So hard. Same with pillows. No comfortable place to sit.
- 5/5
It´s a good place, quiet and comfortable. There are several options around for dinner. Staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
I was rudely awoken by 4 tall muscular men from the hotel because they couldnt find my reservation extension when i had paid hours n hours before hand and lied about talking to the 3rd party booking agent
- 4/5
Good, but charged for parking
- 5/5
Easy to find, gave us a room choice, room looked just like website photo- no surprises, quiet, delicious hot breakfast!
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, and clean except carpets in most transit areas. the breakfast were a added bonus. the rooms were fine, I did not use the house keeping service.
- 4/5
Overall, I liked this hotel for its comfortable atmosphere, kind staff, reasonable rates, and decent breakfasts.
- 4/5
Was visiting for work. Didn't try the pool or gym.
- 5/5
The location of the TV was very strange. It faced the kitchen. It was difficult to face it to the couch area. And in order to face it to the bed the whole dresser had to be turned and it was heavy.
- 2/5
Location was great, pool was nice but all room had only queen beds and I know it said that in the listing but they were small and very uncomfortable beds, the linen for the extra sofa bed was not washed and there was no extra pillow, the room smelled from the kitchen sink and the bathtub had a residue on the bottom of the tub that looked like it had not been scrubbed for a long time. Also, all hotel listing photos showed an oven in the rooms and when we arrived there was no oven forcing us to change our plans.
- 2/5
The service was terrible at this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. The first night we asked if we could change to another room because the room we got was next to the elevator and somebody was going up and down and we had so much noise all night long. We were simply told no. So we just stopped right there. The second night I came out of the shower and found out there was not even a dryer anywhere in our suite. So I asked if I could get a dryer since we do not have it in and I got long hair that is very difficult to get it dried up and sleep. I was again simply told no. No extra effort was even considered just a simple no, sorry. For the money we paid for, I would have liked somebody would at least pretend to care enough trying to locate a dryer from another room, especially after I complained about my hair, is really long, and I am usually not a whiner as an experienced traveller. Anyway, this hotel stay has totally destroyed my impression and patronage to Marriott.
- 4/5
Great hotel in good location. Unfortunately, on the first day of a New Year the entire facility was left in hands of a single, glaringly inexperienced staff member who did great job at spoiling our stay. Adult supervision and basic training seems to be badly needed. Ignorance is not a good way of attracting repeat business.
- 2/5
The view of the Catalina Mountains was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, they needed to call the maintenance man to help me log onto the internet (no instructions in the room!). I have stayed at this hotel 2 previous times, and I had no problems with anything.
- 5/5
Unlike other Marriott hotels I've stayed at, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Great hotel, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
when I arrived, the front desk was very helpful with directions, room access and upcoming events. All the staff at breakfast was kind and friendly.
