Arriving in Tucson with 100° temperature you’d expect the Air Conditioner to work. Sadly, I spent a whole day and night with an air conditioner not functioning properly. They sent a maintenance person who diagnosed it with as a broken compressor. They reassigned me to another room and the air conditioner worked well for the remainder two days. They should have a system in place where they test the Air Conditioner before a customer checks into the room.

Room was great! Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome, a lot to choose from. Parking lot was a little tricky to get into(google maps wasnt a big help honestly), but our experience was perfect! Will stay there again!

Room was clean, place is very pet friendly, staff was excellent. They made sure we were comfortable and had no issues.

No microwave in the room. The coffee maker was on the fridge which made it low to the ground and creates an uncomfortable lean or kneel. The coffee choice in the common/breakfast area was only dark roast and decaf. Would be nice to have medium and light roasts as well. I just added water to weaken it. I’m getting picky. The important stuff was right on.

Morning coffee and breakfast was ok. Carpet was dirty, water pressure was terrible while taking a shower, pillows smelled like sweaty dirty scalp, the room smelled, the main door had a huge gap under it. Room was not what I booked, front desk said that booking.com just books what ever room is left over. Kinda sad about that.

The room and hotel were clean and quiet area. The breakfast went from 6 to 10am and we went down around 9am and there was no hot food left. So we ended up skipping the free breakfast. Pool is outdoor and not inside like other Hampton Inns.

Convenient to the hospital. Breakfast included, and Danielle at the front desk was very helpful. Had to extend our stay for another 4 days and housekeeping never came. No sign on the door indicating we didn’t want them in the room. Had to get towels at the front desk.

Everything about the hotel and staff was fine but the questionable looking people walking around or riding bikes was the worst part. Tucson is going downhill.

Mia, the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating. She helped us locate restaurants in the area. Great upbeat attitude! The bed was also very comfortable, and the shower was perfect.

On Sunday the 30th of November we arrived a little earlier than expected. Front staff member ( I believe her name is Dianne) greeted us with a warm smile and very polite/ friendly. She assisted us with a great hospitality and attention made us feel welcomed. With staff members like her we are always grateful for her hospitality and support. We will continue to stay at this location for a time to come. Please share this with her

We stayed two nights for Parent’s Weekend. The hotel was very clean, staff was ex Ellen’s and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great. Breakfast was very good as well. Excellent job Hampton!

The room was not as all like the photo. There were extension cords. One shade did not work. No glasses in the bathroom.

Stayed here in the past. I like the spacious rooms, good breakfast selection, convenient location, reasonable rates. This time they forgot to clean my room across 4 days — not sure why.

We checked in to here because of a bad experience elsewhere. Staff was beyond accommodating and amazing. Check in was easy. They even have a 12pm checkout. The room was immaculate. The bed was so comfy. I felt safe and at home here.

Hotel smells terrible. Once you leave lobby and get on elevators, beware. Each time the elevator door opens, a stinky 2nd or 3rd floor and its stinky hallways await you. It's nauseating. Front desk and bkfst peps are great. But this place needs to be gutted. The rooms smell horrible, period.

We have stayed in Hampton Inns throughout the country and have always enjoyed a clean, well maintained

The room was fine, the continental breakfast was good, but no one changed my sheets, or brought me clean towels, or emptied my trash, or fixed the door that came off the hinges of the refrigerator compartment. Hotel stays sure aren’t what they use to be!

The pool was not that clean. The property around the hotel has homeless hanging around and trash around. The bathroom/shower area was not as clean as it could have been. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The A.C. doesn't have a fan that runs unless the A.C. kicks on. I've stayed at this place about 3 times due to it's proximity to family, but this will most likely be my last time.

If you must be in central Tucson, this is a good, clean property. However, I was a little put off by the two dozen giant truck cabs in the parking lot.

The construction of this hotel is such that I could hear the person in the room next to mine snoring. From the time I checked in (5 pm) until 2:30 a.m. when I finally fell asleep. My room was the first occupiable room on the first floor. I believe I was next to the kitchen/storage area? All I heard was banging around. Constant banging. So. Banging noises and snoring.

The hotel location is part of the reason I chose this Hampton Inn. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The rates are a little higher than other similar properties in the area.

The beds are designed for men. I have to crawl up into them which is not comfortable.

We were attending an event in Tucson. We just stayed one night. Everything was good. If I was going to say anything negative, the pillows really need to be replaced. They were very flat, even with two. Just for reference I normally just use one pillow. Everything else was very good.

It is conveniently located to area attractions and shopping and dining. The lobby, rooms and halls were clean and bright. Breakfast had plentiful offerings and check out at noon was a plus if you have a late afternoon flight.

First night there was NO shower gel or shampoo in the containers (we travel with our own supplies but sometimes we use the hotel). Told front desk in the morning and it replenished the next morning. All in all great places to stay Walking distance to many places

There were so many FED X trucks parked in the parking lot in front and back it left very limited spaces.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the cabinet for the fridge fell off on the last day and the bottom of the shower creeked when you stepped. I'm 150lbs so it wasn't me. The breakfast was decent and the facility was clean.

Stayed one night and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and there are some restaurants within walking distance. The room was noisy with the sound of nearby traffic throughout the night and the air conditioning is quite loud. Breakfast was also supposed to be until 10:00am. By 9:10am there were limited options remaining. We were told that the options that were gone were "out".

We would recommend staying here. Had a problem with poorly fitted bed sheets.

The hotel was in great condition, the breakfast was satisfying and including a lot of options, the pool was clean and fun, and the overall stay was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room smelled very clean when walking in. I found 0 hairs when looking at the pillowcases, pulling back the top cover / sheet and sheets. Everyone was polite. Bed was super comfortable and the walk in shower had strong, hot water. I will be back.

This was my second stay at Hampton Inn and Suites while visiting family in Tucson, AZ. It's proximity to family, dining, and shopping was especially covenient. The only drawback to our visit was that our two room reservation was not as close to each other as we had hoped. Originally on two different floors, we were fortunately placed on the same floor with several rooms between us.
