Always a great experience

No limpiaron la habitación en 2 noches que estuvimos hospedados, tampoco lo solicitamos, porque llegábamos cansados. Este detalle solamente me llamó la atención.

Overall our stay was fine. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was quite limited. They did book us into a room where plumbing work was taking place next door creating quite a ruckus during daytime hours. The hotel did not appear full so wondered at our placement. Beds were great and nighttime was fine.

Knowing im handicapped they put me in the very back of the building. The only way for me to get to the office or complimentary breakfast was to drive. So i wnt to walmart bought cups, food and iced coffee so i didnt have to go to the office.

Hotel is ok, Stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned room or brought new towels or wash cloths. Had to ask for towels.

It was a nice clean place. I liked the really nice lobby and large breakfast area, which was open in non-breakfast hours to hang out in or play card games.

But this time around was not that great from homeless people coming in and getting coffee and free food. To the breakfast being my new boiled eggs oatmeal a little bit yogurt. Not great at all breakfast was horrible. From going to the pool and the hot tub not even functioning properly. To my hotel room smelling like dog pee. And the stain in the corner of the room from rain. And the toilet seat being look like it's been used and abused. I won't be staying at this location anymore because of the lack of maintenance and the quality of the facility.

First, I would like to say this is not La Quinta and the upgrade/change to a Hilton property was needed. My stay at this upgraded Hilton Spark property was pleasant. The building is older but with charm. The rooms give you a wonderful minimalist feel. Brooke (Employee) was a big help due to my past La Quinta stay concerns. She listened and suggested a room that fits my needs, thank you. The manager and young lady (Allyson) I do believe was her name was very helpful at check-in. Suggested getting new photos due change in ownership and room updates, manager mentioned process has started. I will stay again! March 25, 2026

While the staff and condition of the property were totally fine, the room itself was not designed for more than 1 night stay. There were no drawers in which to store clothing or other items. The AC was below average. The room was always stuffy when we came in and when the AC was on it was very loud. Most likely will not return, sorry to staff that really were great.

Ffiendly people and clean room.

Great hotel close to the reffkin tennis center. Very large king bed room. Breakfast was very good each morning and helped a lot with getting our day started. Bed was super comfortable. However lots of foot noise from the rooms above us and behind us. Wasn’t too disturbing but was for sure audible. Great staff. Will stay here again.

The room was nice. The heater an AC worked which is a bonus with the temps swinging from 70-40F throughout the day. Only thing I found was the middle elevator is a bit sketchy. Other than that it was good.

Staff very friendly and there to help. Breakfast was definitely bare bones. We like to stay at hotel that has a breakfast. Very disappointing stay. We will NOT be staying at a Hilton again. Too many good ones to stay at.

I had a place to sleep. Hallways and first room smelled, spa was not working, having to move rooms because of a water leak. The manager never calling us back.

This hotel is no where near a Hilton standard- hot water problems in shower, bed and bed sheets are not any where near hilton standards- shower door handle broken- this property I will never book again

The room was clean and the staff was fine. However, the wait for the elevator took too long, the TV did not offer a lot of channel options, and it took 20 minutes for the water to get hot to take my shower this morning. Of the three, waiting for the hot water was the most frustrating. Thank you.

Room was spotless. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only downfall was that the coffee was terrible. Being a Hilton hotel I expected better.

The shower was lukewarm, didn’t get hot at all. The hot tub wasn’t working, and I really wanted the hot tub. The elevator didn’t work well. After I was stuck in it for 5 minutes, I decided to use the stairs for the rest of the trip. The breakfast - nothing hot. Hard boiled eggs (over - boiled), cereal, bagels, that type of breakfast. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The pillows were pretty flat, but they did offer four of them. There was no dresser to store clothes. There was a closet, but really nowhere to put pants, underwear, etc.

Brooke, who checked us in was a superstar, above and beyond customer service. Clean place, nice rooms. Coming back!

Good breakfast. Older, but not bad. Reason we picked this over a comparable hotel was the heated pool. But it was not. Also says facility is non smoking, but there were cigarette butts all around the hot tub. A/C pretty much didn’t work.

Not much. They were closing down for a remodel and the place was filthy from no recent cleaning of the floors. There were very few guests due to the closing and the breakfast was not up to standards. Very few items and what was there was marginal.

HORRIBLE management, rude and uncaring staff. Card key had to be rekeyed EVERY DAY, breakfast room wasn't open when they said it would be, Items weren't replaced and my phone calls to the manager were completely ignored.

The lobby was nice and the beds were comfortable. The elevator didn’t work the entire time we were there so lugging a bunch of suitcases and souvenir bags up 3 flights of stairs was really inconvenient. The whole hotel was dirty with stained carpets and walls except for the lobby. Bathrooms were moldy with paint chipping in the tub. The only vending and ice machines we found were all the way on the first floor so we had to take the stairs.

Separate building for pets

The was a smell on the 3rd floor like sewer gas. Had to leave my bedroom window open to dissipate it while I was gone.
