Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, modernity, and proximity to the University of Arizona, shops, and restaurants. However, noise from both inside and outside the hotel is a common complaint, with guests mentioning street noise, loud music, and noise from the hotel lobby and atrium. Additionally, some guests have issues with the hotel's amenities, such as the lack of soundproofing, breakfast quality, and parking fees.

They were conveniently located. Worked to answer any questions and overall well maintained.

We had a little problem with room service. I ordered a turkey club sandwich, but it came without the turkey. My husband ordered a Cesar salad, which was excellent, but it came without any dressing. I asked for Italian dressing for the salad, twice by phone, no salad dressing ever came. The turkey club was quickly replaced with a sandwich with turkey, which was excellent

We just really love the room, and the lobby area where the bar was. Also there was a concierge room that was amazing. The experience was more than we expected
- 5/5
The staff was very kind when my husband got sick after a military event and helped us be comfortable in a second room. Our first night we all were up with him coughing and sneezing all night but the second night all of us slept soundly. Thank you for the thoughtfulness.

I was visiting my daughter at the University of Arizona and had a very nice stay at the Marriott. My room was very clean. The bedding and mattress were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4.5/5
Front desk, valet, and coffe shop employees all wonderful, room was spacious, nice and clean. Overall great stay! It was really loud in the early morning. My room faced the Graduate and I heard all the noise from garbage trucks at 5:30am. You could also hear noice from the hall and all the doors closing at all hours.

The hotel is always very clean and the staff is very accommodating. It’s such great proximity to the campus on the restaurant has really good food.
- 3.5/5
Okay, quality of the food was not great. latte was weak. Seemed a bit expensive given the quality of the food wasn't great. Really disappointed there was no swimming pool. In a city that is so hot, there definitely needs to be a swimming pool to cool down.

Super clean and spacious room, nice breakfast, wonderful staff, and unbeatable location near campus and downtown.

The pillows weren't the best. But it's a hotel so we get it.

The location was ideal. It was a very short walk to the dorm and other restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pillows weren't the best. But it's a hotel so we get it.

I've stayed at this Marriott before, and the conditions were much better. In terms of location, you cannot beat it if you're visiting a student at the UofA campus. However, this time, a nearby bar was hosting a "Tequila Sunrise." Since the hotel's windows and walls were quite thin, we were up all night due to the noise and music. The room's alarm was not turned off, so although I was up, that went off at 6 am (definitely check the alarm clock when you get to your room). The housekeeping staff also did not leave an ample supply of coffee (literally one regular coffee bag/cup), so if you plan to have a coffee in the morning, request enough products to accommodate your group.

The parking was a nightmare. There were 3 valet Parker’s outside when I pulled up. I kept waiting for one to come talk to me. I finally got out of my car & one walked past without even greeting me. All 3 left to park cars. I waited 15 minutes for them to come back. They said valet was full & I had to park up the street. Not ideal after a long day of work & I didn’t appreciate walking by myself in that neighborhood at night. The front desk guy ( younger guy) was really nice & said the parking gate was up so it was free & if when I left, it was down, to push help button which I had to do. She said I had to go back to the front desk & get a room key made. So I backed out of the exit. Parked & walked back to the hotel. The girl at the desk was very nice & gave me another key to try. I went back & it tried to get out again but said access denied. I pressed help again & the gal was going to make me go back to the front desk again. I begged her to let me out so she called the front desk & confirmed my name & room. Finally the gate went up & I was able to leave but was very late for my appointment. They should have a notice when you book about the lack of parking during construction. The room was nice. Just a frustrating time!!

Fire alarm noise in next room and that you rented the next room after the fire alarm was removed, not very safe.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. It never dissapoints

Place was clean. Staff very nice. Valet amazing. A
- 3/5
It’s a great location but staff and amenities are less than optimal. We booked three people in a king room with pullout. There were only towels for two people and no sheets or blankets for pull out. They were eventually delivered, but would be nice for housekeeping and reservations to be one the same page.
- 5/5
Parking easy $23 special rate.
- 1/5
I tried through Hotels.com and also through the hotel directly her Hotels.com direction to cancel the reservation, and I kept getting the runaround. Hotels.com told me to handle it with a hotel and when I called the hotel, they told me to handle it with Hotels.com. I didn’t make the trip and I tried to cancel.
- 3/5
Stay somewhere else, where they would offer water in the lobby with cucumber or lemon for God’s sake.
- 5/5
Terrific place to stay when you are engaging with U of A and any local businesses. Very centrally located and easy to access anything in the are of the university. One word of caution: parking is at a premium in the area. Very little street parking available. Garage parking is $23 a night while valet is $28. It was a bit unstructured when we arrived late on a week day, which is being kind. Your mileage may vary. Everything else was spot on. Refurbished Embassy Suites building it appears. Reasonably modernized and everything is good for a short stay.

The front desk staff wasn't exactly warm — I asked to have my Bonvoy number added and got what felt like an eye roll. It never ended up on my account either, so that was annoying. There was also a door being repaired during my stay, which wasn't a huge deal but definitely added to the "not quite together" vibe of the property. Breakfast was the lowlight. Slow service, and I was actually told not to wait at the counter... that someone would bring my hot meal to me. Spoiler: they didn't. I got up and grabbed it myself.

The Marriott was in an ideal location for our trip, as it is right next to the University of Arizona Tucson campus, where we went for a college tour. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, making everything very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and overall we had a very good experience. Honestly, everything met our expectations, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
- 4.5/5
There is no clear signs showing the location to self-park for the hotel.

The location could not have been better for U of A visit The bathroom in our room either wasn’t very clean or needed updating- I didn’t care to look close enough to determine which was the case. The room smelled stale upon entering but not bad enough that we noticed beyond that. It was typical in every other way.

And the bathroom has a motion detector that turns the lights on when you walk in. FULL BRIGHTNESS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. IT HURTS THE EYES. You cannot turn the detector off. Chatgpt advised to put a dark cover on the motion detector. Next time travel with dark tape.

No complaints

Body wash was out, found that out mid shower. Dirty room with skiff marks from moved furniture all over th floors. Not worth what you will pay.
- 1/5
Close to UoA Noisy all night with a loud party in one of the large conference rooms that lasted until 2:00 AM. We were 6 floors above it and the noise still kept us awake. At the party’s conclusion attendees gunned their engines on the streets below. At 5:00 AM there were loud persistent beeping noises coming from the hotel loading bay. There used to be a decent restaurant on site but now there’s just a buffet with cold eggs and potatoes.
- 4/5
Bar area good and front desk was helpful.

Rooms on Concierge 8th floor were large and updated. Very close to Main Gate at University Blvd where shops/dining/bars are located. Only decent spot is Bacio Italian. Bus/Tram system close by and free but can get crowded. Self parking across the road from hotel for $20 a day with in/out anytime. Valet $41 per day. Room temperature did not have a hot or cold choice on the control screen. Set to cold but outside temp last week was cold so needed heat in the room. Had to get engineer to come to room and open a panel in the ceiling and switch to heat! Concierge room ran out of bottled water twice in the few days we were there. Apparently, the whole hotel ran out of bottles too. Dining options in hotel limited and atrium style hotel setup is not a cozy place to eat anyway. Hotel entrance has tiny parking area when arriving and leaving to get luggage out/in.
- 1.5/5
Noise level. Crazy loud… Non existent of any soundproofing. It seemed walls were paper thin that you can hear every noise from the outside (people walking, talking, traffic). Didn’t get any sleep due to this!
- 3/5
Improve sound proof rooms, especially from the lobby.
- 5/5
great staff, clean and comfortable room
- 4/5
Polite, fast, clean. Bathroom sink did not drain well. We were upgraded to a balcony that looked at a wall no view. I didn’t need a view but I wouldn’t call it an upgrade.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms. Great location near UofA! We were in town for a college visit and tour! Fun area.
- 2/5
Dinning first two days exceptional then they ran out of items and substituted items without letting the customer know so they could change order. French fries cold and geasey. Two days prior exceptional.
- 0.5/5
Hotel itself was fine, location is perfect for working at university Even after multiple emails with customer service the Hotel is unable to provide an invoice for my stay. According to them it needs to be issued by booking.com itself, which obviously violates the booking.com policies as they never issue valid invoices for tax purposes themselves https://partner.booking.com/en-us/help/policies-payments/guest-payments/providing-guests-invoices
- 4.5/5
location is good its near to the local transportation
- 2/5
When I checked in they gave me the wrong type of room, which I had to go back to the main desk to correct. After their excuses of my style room not being available, one happened to be available magically after the manager came over. In addition, I've never been to a Marriott that didn't have coffee for guests, as the one near the buffet was labeled paying buffet guests only. And while I know the hotel can't control noise levels from surrounding area, I was kept awake until 230am each morning by the student bars my room overlooked. I will not be staying here again and will advise anyone else not to as well.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and 24 hour lounge was great to get water and snacks.
- 5/5
The staff was great, and the lobby offered yummy coffee bar and restaurant. Quiet room, and very comfortable beds.
- 5/5

- 2.5/5
The hotel was clean and the bed was great! The car garage was across the street and managed by another party other than the hotel. We needed help and the staff was so rude! I have never been treated so bad from someone it was an argument to get out! Also we were checking in a little later about 11:45pm-ish and I called to let the hotel know and again rude staff once again! Never been talked to by the way the staff at this hotel talked to me and my fiancé!

everything was in great shape. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
I was real impressed with the layout of the Hotel. The convenience of the location. Plenty of places to eat, shop and really close to the University. Really clean, Friendly and professional staff.
- 5/5
Great personalities all the way around from check-in to the parking, the housekeeping and the hotel over all. Clean and walking distance to their cute downtown!! We loved our stay!
- 1/5
Concierge-level is not worth the additional cost. The concierge lounge is insufficiently stocked even with basic items such as water and snacks, with multiple days in which not even a bottle of water was available. The lounge itself is not inviting at all, so essentially there is no reason to access or stay in the lounge. The quality of the food at breakfast was also horrible. For example, the “scrambled eggs” was one big lump of egg matter that was very dry and inedible. Management was notified of these shortcomings both via the front desk and online with management, however, no follow up nor action was ever taken by hotel management. I would strongly recommend (1) saving your money and NOT upgrading to concierge level; and (2) consider alternate accommodations in Tucson considering the lack of attention to customer needs and comfort by the management.
- 5/5
Very kind staffs. Very close to thrUniv of Arizona,
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and amazing. We stayed here for a graduation at Centennial and it was conveniently close. Parking garage next door made it super easy.
- 2/5
The room reserved and pre-paid for was not available. The front desk guy said that it’s not guaranteed and stated in the policy. He said they overbook rooms frequently by 40 or more sometimes, as if it made it ok. It was fine, but he was cold and factual. The rooms and facilities were ok. However the bolt door lock didn’t exist or wasn’t working and the bathroom shower has orange and black mold in the corners. Not my favorite hotel. The Graduate next door is much nicer.
- 5/5
Very kind staffs, and clearly understood guest requirements and did quick actions.

I liked that the property was near the university of arizona. Was a 2 minute walking distance to the dorm. Was very nice and clean. Didnt like that there was alot of traffic noise.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Great accommodations. A perfect location for a visit to the University of Arizona
- 5/5
Valet was excellent. Fast and courteous.
- 3/5
We did not like that you had to pay 20.00 dollars a day to park in the parking garage. We did not like that you didn't have a pool or hot tub.

Very nice staff and clean room!
- 5/5
Convenient location to the concert that we were attending in town.
- 5/5
Parking isn't cheap, but we love it here
- 3/5
Room was great but the food from room service was horrible. I threw my dinner away.
- 5/5
Quiet place to stay
- 3/5
Rooms needed to be cleaner, and maintained
- 1/5
it was the worst bed I've ever slept in. both of them in my room. I was only able to sleep for 3 hours, my body ached like crazy. the bed was so soft it was as if it's 20 years old and slept by different elephants every night.
- 4.5/5
Although the location is noisy (University), it was perfect for what we needed to access on this trip. Noisy at night.
- 5/5
Overall, met my expectations.
- 5/5
Clean, food is great and the staff is always wonderful! Loved everything
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful.
- 5/5
Rooms are very dated.
- 5/5
The coffee bar/restaurant in lobby was great, I ate there twice. The room was really nice, clean. Check in easy. Valet parking made things easy.
- 3/5
It was $30 to park the car overnight
- 5/5
Safe, clean
- 5/5
Workers were very helpful, eager to help in anyway. I appreciate that they helped me by providing a wheelchair for my son, that had difficulty walking. I love that they had VIP parking, even though it was not a courtesy, did not mind paying $25.00. Although they should come down on the price, so we can tip better the assistant help.
- 3/5
The worst were the ROACHES... Have you ever gotten out of bed & heard a crunch & feel something wet under your foot. Disgusting. I am very disappointed. I go to Tucson regularly & will probably not stay there again.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel. Within easy walking distance of the performance I was here to see. Restaurant is very good. Hotels pillows were literally lumpy.
- 5/5
Great place to stay on campus at U of A. Clean, roomy, comfy beds. Parking for a fee. Cafe downstairs. Wifi. AIR CONDITIONING!! Steps to campus, dorm living, and student apartments.
- 5/5
Great hotel and excellent service
- 5/5
The facility is beautiful. The location is perfect and within walking distance to lots of eateries and the U of A stadiums. But, if I had a complaint, besides not having free breakfast, it would be that the walls seemed pretty thin. We could hear the lady in the next room blow drying her hair like she was standing in our room.
- 5/5
I will definitely make this hotel my go to destination when I need a place to stay! Very clean hotel and the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Access to the U of A stadium, bars & restaurants is unmatched!
- 3/5
Very noisy at night. Difficult to sleep. The rooms were nice but beds are too soft and not greay for back pain. There is limited food at concierge level, not worthy. The hotel next door is better. I will not come back. They also charge you for wifi even if you are a bonboy member.
- 5/5
All was good!
- 5/5
Closest to campus, great stay for parents
- 4/5
Like being close to U of A
- 5/5
We were able to ship to the hotel and Justin was so friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
The Mrs and I made a weekend trip to Tucson for a Broadway play at U of A centennial hall. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the U of A campus, which was perfect for our purpose. There are many food choices within walking distance. We look forward to our next stay.
- 4/5
Some sort of party was happening in the restaurant/bar area. The noise travels upstairs since it is such an open hotel. We could hear the party in our room, even with the tv on. Made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise great stay. Clean, friendly.
- 5/5
Excelling Location. Staff was wondering and very helpful in recommending things to do.
- 5/5
Excellent place
- 5/5
Nobody bothered me nice and quiet
- 4/5
Close to local restaurants. Parking could be better, but area is tight on parking
- 4/5
I literally checked in at 10:30pm, showered, discovered my bed frame was broken on one side so the mattress sagged, but my alarm was set to go off at 2:30am for a 5am flight so I just needed to get a few hours of sleep and didn’t have the energy to ask for a new room.
- 5/5
Spacious Clean Modern Friendly and efficient staff
- 5/5
Amazing service from behind the desk (was able to check in early--which was so badly needed after spending hours at doctor appointments with my 84 year old exhausted Mother after traveling 3 hours in to Tucson); amazing service at the restaurant inside the hotel (great food and friendly service!); amazing service with the Valet (being able to drive my Mother straight to the door of the hotel after her surgery was a huge blessing!); and amazing service when needing a medical shower seat (was sent right away). Thank you to everyone working at this hotel! You are greatly appreciated for all that you did during our stay! I highly recommend this hotel. Not only because of the amazing, friendly service but also because it was very clean and very comfortable as well!
- 5/5
Was there for business, very clean and nice hotel
- 4/5
The property is in an area that didn't look the safest, though a block down was University Drive with shops and restaurants that looked okay. The rooms are a bit odd, and a bit outdated. I have never stayed in a hotel room that didn't have carpet.
- 4/5
The property was nice however we were placed in a room on the 5th floor near staff supply closet. Noisy and lots of foot traffic.
- 5/5
Thanks...great experience
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk staff. My only complaint was that I asked the multiple staff members if they could add some ice to the water dispensers and none of them would. Otherwise it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
We did appreciate how convenient the location was. Shops around the area are walking distance.
- 4/5
Did not get two queens we booked and the windows were filthy.
- 3/5
As well, I was amazed that they asked me to pay for parking even I paid a good and a full price on my room. Also, when I tried to connect to the Internet, you asked me to pay for Internet.. so I don’t understand is a resident of pain full price and a good one. I still need to pay for my own parking facility and for Internet.. I went in the evening downstairs to the lobby and I bought a hot cup of tea and cheese bagel. They gave me an onion bagel froze straight from the freezer and told me that I can go around the corner and warm it up myself in the microwave and they told me to put it for 30 seconds when it came out it was very bad and soggy and not proper to eat. I never asked for a refund I’m really amazed in a hotel like that. We have those small things that really really not supposed to happen it I’m disappointed thank you David Gershon.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean and extremely comfortable.
- 3/5
Room cleaning was super slow and didn’t get to our room for multiple days. Very loud from the lobby. Housekeeping knocked on the door when there was a privacy on door- woke me up. Not impressed.
- 5/5
Only a short stay but fantastic hotel well situated. Clean room and hotel very clean overall. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
- 5/5
Liked the area
- 5/5
Already booked my future stay
- 5/5
The hotel was nicely designed with a large open floor plan. It was very clean with comfortable rooms. They also offered a full breakfast buffet that can be bundled with your room rate. Convenient parking is available at an adjacent parking garage.
- 5/5
Nice location
- 3/5
It was an average hotel. Kind of rundown. It was sort of clean. It needs a renovation. It looks and feels old.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful 😊
- 5/5
Experience and efficiency was great
- 5/5
The rooms are very large excellent lobby with restaurant Starbucks convenient to Campus. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Nice and clean hotel. It’s located around lots of restaurants and shops. However our window was near the road and it was extremely noisy.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel!
- 5/5
I recently stayed at the Marriott University Park Hotel in Tucson for a short three-day trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it easy to navigate the city. The location is perfect—conveniently situated near great dining and shopping options. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and prime location. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Super cool imif you want to stay near university
- 1/5
They overbooked the hotel, and when my wife and young daughter arrived after a late flight, they were forced to go to a different, inferior hotel. It’s unacceptable that they had to walk with their luggage for 25 minutes at 1 AM without any offer of a ride. This level of service is unbelievable!
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 4/5
Property was clean and very convenient. Located just off University near restaurants just outside of campus. Room was not ready prior to check-in time, but they stored our luggage behind check-in desk. Only complaint was that when we entered the room, it had a strong bleach smell that took a long time to go away.
- 4/5
All in all it worked well for us. There was only one packet of coffee in room, a little disappointing. The bathroom could of used a little work.
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay. Perfect spot, close to UofA campus.
- 4/5
Very friendly and responsive front desk staff
- 4/5
Close to university and restaurants. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful, and we appreciated their willingness to stay and help on December 25th. They were also very friendly and courteous. The only improvement would be if the staff who cleaned the rooms did a better job.
- 5/5
Facility good but a little dated.
- 5/5
The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Tucson so far. I love that there isn’t any carpet in the rooms.
- 3/5
I did not like that they don't change the bed sheets daily during your stay.
- 5/5
The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful. It’s near the university and places to eat. The only thing that bothered me was the music that the barista started playing so early in the morning and the music just carried up
- 4/5
It was extremely convenient for us to attend a graduation ceremony on campus.
- 3/5
Ok rooms need deep cleaning
- 3/5
The hotel is conveniently located on campus, making it an ideal choice for visitors to the university. However, my check-in experience was disappointing. The process was extremely slow, and I was charged more than the amount indicated on my receipt. Although I had booked a king-size bed, I was initially informed that none were available. Thankfully, after a manager's intervention, a king room was suddenly offered. Additionally, I found hair on the bathroom floor from a previous guest, and the clock in the room went off well before our intended wake-up time. I reached out to the hotel manager regarding the overcharge but have yet to receive a response.

To check in early. Good location. Front desk personnel could speak better English.

Close to everything.

Very nice accommodation

Valet was fast and super friendly. WiFi not free have to upgrade. Had concierge access but found out they only have the extra snacks on Thursdays and not the weekends and they don’t replenish stock. Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruits.

Demasiado ruido y no se puede descansar. Las camas muy incómodas. El servicio es limitado, por todo te cobran (internet, estacionamiento, etc)
- 3/5
Staff did not monitor the chat option for service requests. Submitted a service request for bathroom vent that kept falling out but never got a response until I called the front desk and that was roughly 2 1/2 hours later

Very convenient location if you have University business. Plus near lots of bars and restaurants. And spacious rooms.

Nice place overall. Our room was quite loud sometimes due to overlooking University Ave. Parking was a little inconvenient (across the street in garage). Rooms seem like they might be able to use a little updating but relatively clean and comfortable.

This property is perfect for parents staying near the school. Took us 8 mins to get to the center of U of A. Only 12 min walk to the football stadium.

Nice facilities. Great location.

It was great!!

Stayed here for my son’s freshman year move-in. The hotel was decorated with UofA colors and flags and everyone was all-in to help us parents with our extra luggage, huge boxes of dorm stuff, parking, directions, snacks and beer in the lobby! Such a friendly and welcoming vibe. Great cafe in the lobby for food and much-needed caffeine.

Easy valet parking, friendly staff and great location within walking distance of many high profile bars and clubs.

The best checkin staff.

Rooms not clean, bathrooms had mold. Very noisy. Blankets were very worn out.

Most troublesome was the fact that I kept getting additional charges--$102 and $125--charged to my credit card although I had paid in full long before arrival. I tried calling billing, but contacting billing was impossible and a waste of time. I went down to the front desk and was assured that I would not have to pay these extra charges, but one of them is still pending. I shouldn't have to keep checking to see if I have been overcharged, and I shouldn't have to clean up water that has spilled from the shower. Again, those extra charges are unacceptable, even if they are pending and will soon disappear.

Great location to campus and a nice breakfast service.

...amazing hotel within walking distance of the University of Arizona and various restaurants and bars. Very clean, the beds are nice, wifi is strong, hi-tech TV has access to internet sites like youtube, and there's a great gym on the 1st floor. The best employee there is Asher -- really nice dude who made our stay very comfortable. A++++

Perfect lcation for getting around UofA and the local scene. Easy and convenient pay parking lot with come and go unlimited access. The hotel is just lovely and reminds me of the old luxury hotels but completely modern and luxurious. Staff was wonderful.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The personnel is super friendly and the breakfast buffet is really good.

Perfect stay

clean, peaceful and friendly staff

Clean and modern with super friendly staff. However do not stay on east side of building if you value your sleep. First morning an alleyway alarm kept going off at random intervals between 5 and 8am. Other days backup alarms on delivery trucks as early as 6. Day 5 there was very loud live music that didn’t stop til 2:30am. Not the hotel’s fault - rooms are not very soundproof at least on that side of building because it faces another building across a narrow alley.

Convenient to everything. Thanks.

Nice place but a bit dated.

Was a clean more modern property for Tucson. Room was modern and clean. Very convenient for a wildcat event day.shops and food and campus were all near by. Parking was free for the weekend . Staff was nice enough to hold our luggage but it would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3 . Breakfast buffet was ok for the price. A bit noisy at night because your door faces the atrium but it settled down.

Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The room was a bit loud with the street and the sounds of the hotel lobby on the other side. I would suggest thicker/sound proofing windows and the entrance door.

Bathroom was very gross. There was still hair on the ground from whoever was in that room before. The shower was iky and had mildew in the corners. I did not want to shower without shower shoes and even then, it so not pleasant. The room was so warm and when we called the front desk to get it fixed, no one answered. Between the warm room and the noise late at night from the bars I could not sleep. The room itself was nice but the bathroom not so much. On top of the details I previously describe, there was weird bubbles in the corners of the walls and the paint was peeling and look funny. I wouldn’t stay here again. When I checked out, I was never even asked how my stay was
