Staff - desk clerk seemed quite bothered when I checked in. Did not bother to explain where the very few amenities were located.

We have stayed here 3 times now and this last time was horrible. There was a drunk guy who locked himself out of the building and at 2am he was banging and using rocks on the glass door to get in. We called the front desk and they did nothing. Then there was a group of people screaming non stop starting feom 1 am to 4 am. we called the front desk twice and they daid they were sending someone to talk to rhem but never did.

I love the location!! It's close to everything! Rooms are clean, (looks clean but doesn't smell clean..prolly comes with the age of the property..)comfy bed!! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall good stay! 8/10

I had left some chicken one the table from the previous night on the table. I had ants in some of my baggage when i got back home. No room service at night and my wife had to take our child and go down to get water around 11pm.

It was snowing when we arrived but no one seemed to be clearing the walkways. The longterm parking rate was 50 % higher than quoted by phone.

No breakfast included, 15 dollar a day for pay for parking, inconvenient bar hours and restrooms are not so kid friendly. Overall good hotel

We had to change rooms due to a party being held in the room next to us. At 4am someone pulled the fire alarm. Courtyard did comp our room for all the issues.

Only problem is someone set off the fire alarm at 5:00 am. They refunded us our parking pay for our troubles. The motel was great

Great stay and location to restaurants

The room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for an overnight, and a free shuttle to airport was a plus. What stood out at this hotel was the excellent staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Sarah who was behind the front desk when we arrived was all about customer service. She helped fix a problem with my reservation which was my mistake not hers. She solved the problem quickly and in a professional manner. Her customers service will have me coming back to the Marriot when I'm in Seattle

We had a room that there was no heat coming from HVAC unit, and they promptly gave us a new room. Took us to the airport early.

Staff was very friendly but the bathroom sink was clogged to the point it was overflowing. After inspecting the plumbing it was clear they were aware of the issue and tried to use zip ties to correct it. Room should not have been rented and they were completely booked so we were unable to move rooms. With two little kids this was a major inconvenience.

Clean rooms- even lined up the kids stuffies in a cute way (they loved it). They have a great business room that can be used. The entire place is clean and awesome

had car parked at hotel. Called from airport at 10:45 PM and was told no drivers were available until the next shift at 11:00 PM. Driver finally showed up at 11:40 PM. We stayed at the hotel for the for the shuttle and parking. Unacceptable customer service. Next time will choose airport parking or other hotel with reliable shuttle service.

We stayed there nov 4th and 19th front desk wa awesome room was good however when we. Got into the truck to go home someone had tryed cutting out the catalytic converter. I would suggest that the parking permit not displaying day coming in and out .thank you

Customer service was very poor and the ladies on front was not helpful, we order hotel for 5 people and unfortunately got only 3 sets of towels, called front desk to get 2 more sets and never got any. Also in early morning when we very checking out the lady was very rude and was harassing us because of our accent.

The room and property were clean and well maintained. It felt very comfortable. Close to everything. Only downside is this property used to have a pool but it no longer does but still has it listed that it does, wish they’d be able to clear that up as it felt misleading. Other than that, great stay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility was clean and updated, and the location was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, with an onsite shuttle for local transportation and airport pick ups and drop offs. The only complaint was the limited complimentary breakfast selection but, what they did offer, was delicious!

Not all rooms equipped with microwave. Need to request for one. Parking is extra. Expedia listed it as $8 per day but it is $10 × tx = $12.52

The hotel charged my American Express card for the same dates stating that you are charging me for, and few words am being charged double, I will put this concerns with Marriott hotels head Quarters

Everything looked and smelled clean. Everything worked (faucets, drains, lights, coffee maker). The beds and pillows were comfortable enough. I had inadvertently reserved an accessible room and this was changed for us at check in.

A brief stopover on our way to cruise. Better than adequate accommodations. Bed was very comfortable. Wish there’d been free breakfast. Can’t have everything.

Order grilled chicken sandwich and it was the first rubber chicken I have ever attempted to eat. Food at the bar was not worth ordering. Tried a sandwich later or was in par with the tough microwaved chicken

I booked there because it had a restaurant. I was going to arrive tired and not wanting to go to a restaurant. When I arrived, restaurant was closed. No microwave in room to cook.

Our stay was very nice and the front desk, check-in, and employees were very friendly and helpful. This Marriott is an older hotel, and could use a little updating. A few more places for charging stations in the room, and maybe a little TLC with the decor. Very clean, bathroom and a great shower, and shampoo’s, conditioner and body soap. I’m not sure what the room cleaning days are, but after day 2 and asking for extra cleans towels, our room was cleaned every day.

We arrived at 1 am , had no issues for the shuttle to pick us from airport.

This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed.

The shower was horrible. No hot water. Water dribbled. Shower was very slippery. Dangerous. No night light.

Not much water pressure, cleaners talking for over 30 min every early morning, pillows turned flat after laying on them, no microwave, might as well be no fridge because it only cools for 2 hrs at a time when you pressed the button so my food spoiled.

The lady that checked us in was amazing!

Room had a little bit of an older styling but was very clean and comfortable. The patio area and courtyard were very nice as well. Overall I would recommend staying here if you are traveling through Seattle to go to the airport or if you want to be closer to downtown but not have to deal with trying to park. Good breakfast joint (Patty's Eggnest) right down the street as well!

The staff was amazingly helpful! The room was comfort with very comfy be. The best part was the breakfast bowl cooked to perfection. The chef came out and thanked me for the compliment. That was bonus - she was vey nice!!!

In general, Courtyard is a property that is reliable and comfortable. That said, on their web site they advertise a restaurant on the property. This is not true. They offer a continental breakfast in the morning and cocktails available in the evening.

We arrived so late and got into shuttle bus.

The room we had given was on first floor. The bathroom ceiling had water damaged can be seen. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Bathroom floor was sticky. Conditioner bottle was empty in the bathroom. Little stinky towels.

Check-in was okay… the gal who served me my drink was super nice!!! :)

Great property and close to so much!

Stayed here before and that's why I booked this time. I am sad and disappointed at the stained bedsheets and damp towels. Cards do not work well at the side entrances and we had to take multiple tries to get the door open. Otherwise, it's a good hotel but the cleanliness is way below standard for this stay.

Check in staff were super helpful and friendly. We didn't check in until 11pm and had to leave at 6:30am. They arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. Very helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

This is always a nice place to stay when traveling out of Seattle by air. Lovely staff and close to shopping and dining locations for the night before you fly out.

All was good except having our room next to the busy street.

Ant infestation in our room. Even though the hotel had given another family we were with a comped night on a trip for the similar reason 16 months ago. They weren’t willing to do the same for us. The GM claimed he was on a conference call instead of talking to me. Terrible service unclean hotel. Ants were all over the couch bed my son and I slept on the first night before we changed rooms without any offer of assistance by hotel staff.

The room was decent and felt clean when we arrived. However I woke up to an ant in my face and then ants on my phone. In the morning we found ants kept popping up on the sofa and desk.

Property is dated, did not have many outlets or charging stations for electronics. Room had bed bug crawling on wall. Garage truck pick up outside of room. Would not stay here again.

Great staff! They made sure we had a ride to the hotel even though our flight was delayed past midnight. Clean rooms! Very comfy!

Mariott as a whole was supportive in getting me the shuttle I needed once I gave them a call. I didn't know some Mariotts were more popular than others, hahaha. Anyways, the young man that picked me up had an immaculate level of hospitality, and personally helped get all my bags (I had a lot since I'm military) in order with a bellhop and checked me into my room. It was a long 16-hour flight when I got there, and the rest I got was perfection. I do not know his name, but I thank him as well as the lovely ladies that helped me out the following morning for check-out and driving the shuttle to the airport so I could embark on my next flight.

Great place to stay after traveling all day. We arrived late and received the wrong room. The staff was very accommodating, changing or room immediately and running pillows down when they were missing from our pull out in the new room.

This is a good place to stay (family, kids, etc). Unfortunately, I chose this hotel due to their advertised Hotel Bar, which is only open at their discretion….this put a huge damper on my plans. Suggestion: Don’t advertise an amenity if it is not available.

Beautiful courtyard! Shower was modern and beautiful, the included shampoo/conditioner/body wash were lovely, the bed was a great balance of firm and soft, and the room was quiet.

Was told at front desk we could get a roll away bed and then was told it was a fire hazard, never been declined a roll away bed at any other hotel. My son had to sleep on the floor.

The hotel was clearly an old property they tried to upgrade it. The room are not great, the TV faces sideways making you lay on your side to watch it. The lights in the bathroom are very dim, makes it difficult to shave. The chair used for the desk feels like I was sitting on hardwood. The glass shower door kept opening as it was not flat therefore the floor might be uneven.
