The breakfast was just okay. This is the only item that was a drawback during our stay. They had cereal for kids and you could make your own waffle. The other choices were not that great. No variety or true hot dishes like I have had at other hotels of this kind. Other than this we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. Rooms were great. Kitchen in rooms was very convenient. Close to all amenities and the airport.

The room was great! Location was easy in and out. Room was well designed including a sofa and kitchenette. Room service was lacking. On second day we received a knock. We asked for 20 minutes but that was not acceptable to maid. We did get a quick towel exchange and took trash out to her. That was it for a 4 night stay.

The hotel was lovely, but there were signs all over the parking lot telling us about a fee to park in the hotel lot. Like, in their OWN PARKING LOT where we were staying as guests. We asked about it and was told it was a new program and parking would be $15. I protested, since we are literally guests of the hotel. The clerk told us she'd comp us the parking fee, which is great. BUT THERE SHOULDN'T BE A FEE TO BEGIN WITH! We were LITERALLY staying in that hotel, which we chose so we'd be close to the airport and able to return the rental car the next morning. I'd have NEVER reserved a room if I'd known you were going to charge a fee to park there.

First, they charge you to SELF park. $22/night for you to park your own vehicle in the parking lot. Next, there was a couple arguing for HOURS across the hall. Police were finally called and I wake up to them banging on the door. No-one answered so police left instead of hotel staff just opening the door. The couple then continued arguing resulting in the police coming back a few hours later and me again being woken up by police banging on the door. Next, it must have been a super heavy footed kid in the room above be because for the first 4-5 hours all I heard was loud footsteps running back and forth. 0/10 DO NOT recommend.

The staff was amazing! Especially the ladies in the morning! Best hotel i have stayed at ever! Really wish there was a hot tub in the pool area tho and the outside seating area had the cushions and the fireplace going at night.

Overall great place to stay overnight. The bathroom door was extremely hard to open once closed, very hard to grasp to pull open, almost got stuck in the bathroom.

We were there at there was party so loud in the lobby cops were called and even that the people still was loud I went to the lobby I had my kids with me and couldn’t even sleep all night cause people were loud drinking and the staff could assist the situation or fix it!! At the bed was the worst nightmare

The breakfast was cold and the staff were horrible, trying to double charge us for parking and when a friends son fell in the pool area and cut his knee and we asked them for a bandaid they offered to sell us one.

The window shade in our room was broken, and the bed was firmer than we prefer, which made it less comfortable. In the breakfast area, several chairs were visibly worn, with ripped upholstery and noticeable dirt, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, parking required an extra fee. While I can’t recall if this was clearly stated in the hotel description, it would have been helpful to have that communicated more prominently. Overall, this stay didn’t quite meet the standard we’ve come to expect.

It’s quiet and cozy. Appreciated having a kitchenette. If you’re not looking to spend a lot on food, they have a hot plate and dishes available. Don’t expect much customer service. I don’t know if it’s just a Washington thing but they’re not accommodating if there is an inconvenience. It is literally just a place to stay while in town.

Clean, well appointed room. The small kitchen was a nice addition with cups, plates and utensil. One thing to be aware off, is you have to insert a card in order to turn on lights.

Nice hotel overall, but the parking situation is a downside. You have to pay a third‑party company for parking, and on top of that they add a service fee. Pretty frustrating that the hotel hands off parking and still leaves guests with extra charges.

Besides the front door being locked when I first arrived, everyone was nice. Room was cleaned. IT WAS QUIET! No crazy kids running around. Slept great. Breakfast was good but very little was left for choices of food. But staff was helpful.

Good staff, mediocre breakfast, decent amenities. Our room wasn’t incredibly clean but it was sufficient. The area isn’t the best but not much you can do about that.

We had a one night stay with the baby. The service was fabulous. The rooms were cleaned. They also provided us with a induction stove and a pan on request to boil milk for the baby. The whole staff was super helpful and awesome thank you everyone

But the only thing that I would recommend is to make sure guests stay even happier, make sure to keep sour cream on hand 😊

The breakfast was not great. A minimal selection of food and poor quality. Items that should be hot were not, oatmeal was watery, and there didn't seem to be any pastries, toast, bagels, etc. The space was tight, and it was hard to find things. Our room was decent, so we started eating our own food in our room. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Very spacious rooms, traveled with my husband 2 adult children and we fit very comfortably in the 2 queen with pullout beds. Very comfortable pillows and bed, loved the kitchen, clean room. Ella at check-in was so very friendly.

Great place don't forget to visit the Seattle factory tour. This place was a bit hard to find it like a one way in and one way out type of place. Staff were really friendly and really helpful. Id definitely come back.

Staff were very attentive and helpful, hotel and room were clean and useful. the only drawback was the hotel is in a commercial area and not real close to shopping if you don't have a car rental. I only stayed one night and it served my purpose.

This was perfect for overnight between train and airport. Nice exercise room, better than average breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. Good airport shuttle. Only downside for us was lack of place to walk or spend time while waiting for late departure. Neighborhood is department stores and heavy traffic.

Service was great, very friendly staff. Breakfast was not that good and seating arrangements were terrible. Not many food options and mostly picked over if you got to the buffet after 8am. You basically have to squeeze behind a large table of people to get your food and take it back to your room if you want a place to sit. Rooms were very spacious and clean. I do recommend getting food and preparing in your kitchenette vs the continental breakfast.

I don’t want to go into the details or throw anyone under the bus, but between their ineptitude in check-in (and allowing a stranger to access our room after we went to sleep) to being trolled at check-out and being weird about our shuttle to the airport, I do not trust this brand to maintain good standards in their staff.

Loved the hotel. Great room, large, comfy bed. I had a corner toom with more windows. Yummy hot breakfast. Good pool for swimming laps. Modern lobby. Staff friendly and welcoming. I wish i could have stayed longer.

Check-in was a breeze. The rooms have everything small kitchette, sofa/bed. The walls are thin, so you know when everyone is up and about.we were anble to walk 20 minutes to an huge shopping with a lot of restaurants- at all price points. Felt safe walking. Overall this is definitely a great place to go for the night. A lot of cruise people in the hotel.

Excellent in every way, came to airport and picked us up, then secured transport to the pier for embarkment to Alaska. We always try to stay at Tru by Hilton because of the commitment to customer satisfaction and superior customer service consistently.

We booked this hotel based on price and somewhat on location and were pleasantly surprised tthere was so much around the area.

Love staying at home2 suites! The rooms were clean and had everything our family of 6 needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was a huge plus. Shuttle to the airport was efficient and easy to schedule. Front desk was friendly and help us get into our room as quick as possible after our cruise.

I was told I could not cancel even though my flight was cancelled, even though it was several hours before check in.

Our stay, although brief, was enjoyable; we appreciated the shuttle service which got us to Sea Tac in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Beds were a bummer. Staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful, day and night shift. Thank you! :) We stayed for a concert at Lumen, it is a 40-50min commute to there regardless of time of day, either regular day traffic or concert night traffic so that's the only thing. But it was nice to be out of the city for the stay. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Just an overnighter for a morning flight. Location further from SEATAC than I thought, so take that into account, but turned out to be a non-issue.

We had fun in the place. Accessible amenities. Generous complimentary drinks, either cold or hot.

The main lobby and breakfast area is much like the rooms. All of the fabric seating is worn and stained. Breakfast was pretty descent with enough options for everyone. The window for breakfast is small, so I recommend going early as it closes at 9am during the week and was packed with people and no where to sit. The first day we arrived the pool was not usable as there was a layer of hair and clumps of hair floating on the top of the water. 2nd day we were there they must have cleaned it and my kids were able to go for a swim. On a plus note, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to and from the airport both days to catch the light train to downtown Seattle. The front desk provided maps of the train and down town. No need to drive to sight see.

One nitpick would be to rearrange the free breakfast set up: the two waffle irons were at the beginning of the line, which totally held up the line as people made their waffles and struggled to get them out of the irons. Also, a sign inviting people to move out of the seating area when finished eating would help. Most of the seats were occupied by people who had obviously finished eating, but were sitting around chatting. Had to take our breakfast outside to eat due to no seating being available. It was a beautiful morning, so no big deal and there was some space outside to sit down.

Stay was overall good. Rooms were comfortable & roomy & offered a lot fo storage for our luggage. Place was also overall clean & parking was great. Complimentary breakfast with an all-day coffee bar was great. It can get busy though & may not always have a place to sit. It was also great to have a little mini kitchen & dishwasher. Had to minus one star because when I needed something - like pillows or extra blankets, I had to wait for it to come to my room. I ended up having to go downstairs twice in the late evening to get it because my kids were already sleepy.

5 minutes from the light rail was a plus. Lyft to light rail, transfer to the monorail in center city and ar the Space Needle in no time.

The shuttle service was not available when we arrived in Seattle. So the hotel staff graciously paid for our transfer from the airport. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were amazing. Thank u! Keep up the good work!

Weather was great. Our room was very clean and check in was quick. Breakfast was good. Very quiet and pleasant to be in lobby. Parking was spacious this is always a plus.

A perfect start to our cruise.

The property is nice and well kept. The staff is super! I learned while riding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel that I had lost something that had been found at the airport. The shuttle driver, once completing his run to the hotel, immediately returned me to the airport to retrieve my lost item, even though it was really at the end of his shift. He also arranged with the desk clerk to arrange a Lyft pick up at the airport to return to the hotel when I was ready. This same great and caring service was displayed the next morning at the breakfast where the staff was always helpful and exceled at keeping the buffet & dining areas spotless.

The room was nice but the sheets and towels felt cheap. Having a place to do laundry was appreciated. Breakfast was so disappointing. We were there for a week. Each day staff was playing catch up to get food out. One morning I was told things would be refilled in two minutes. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Two mornings they were out of coffee, had to ask that another urn be brought out. One replacement was full of grounds. For two days they were totally out of butter! They also need to review the flow of the line. Highchairs in the way, people at a standstill because of those making waffles. Just aggravating.

Yolanda, the desk clerk, is a gem! She answered the telephone while checking us in, and directed the pickup person - if she had two more hands, I'm sure she would do even more! Our room was fine; it was large, clean, and had a full fridge. The only drawbacks in the room was that the closet was just a spot for a rod to hang clothes, and the bathroom door was a pocket door that didn't latch, but stuck (I panicked a little at being stuck inside). If we had our grandkids with us, I would be uneasy about going to the bathroom or showering, as the littles might just barge in! Shuttle was timely, and Yolanda guided us to a car service to take us to the cruise port (he was also right on time). We were disappointed with the breakfast. On the first day, we were down for breakfast at 8:30 (it went on until 9:00); there were no eggs, no muffins, no yogurt - we had the quiche that came out almost at 9 (other people already had left), and some scraps of toast. The second day, we were down at 8:00, hoping to get some eggs. Unfortunately, we got nothing - until almost 9, nothing came out. Then, just before 9, more eggs, more canadian bacon, etc. were all put out - unfortunately, most of the people had already given up, so it was all wasted (unless the staff had it). Overall, I have a positive view of our stay - just please have the breakfast staff more attentive! And maybe give Yolanda a raise!

I visited this property along with my parents. All three of us loved it. We were very happy with the room and the location of the hotel, as it is very accessible to shopping malls. The hotel/front desk staff were also very helpful and the complimentary breakfast spread was filling and yummy.

I was expecting the room to have a view where I was plan to get, but there weren’t any.

Had an amazing breakfast. Was told if you park in the back of the building your car might get broken in to. Had an adjouning room which was a little scary made sure to keep the door locked. Had a neighbor cause an alteration and we were threatened to be kicked out. After we got past the first it was great.
