Clean room and comfortable bed. Just an overnight on the way to Florida. Had everything we needed for that. Not a lot of breakfast items but coffee was good and there were muffins and cereal.

Terrible customer service, the front desk was rude, and unprofessional. You should not include that place in your website. The room was terrible, smelly, the window glass dirty, the door look taken from a 70's movie make in the Harlem. The personal was sooo unkind and to top it all the whole area smells like swer. The beds were clean Was run down, paint peeling, fixtures in the bathroom were rusting. Breakfast drink station was broken, just cereal, muffin and apples maybe(can’t remember if they had the fruit.)

Not applicable. The listing and photos on booking.com misrepresents this location. I was traveling alone and felt very unsafe from the time I arrived. Not only did the building not appear as shown in the photo on the website but as I drove around the property, the building was falling apart in areas, the signage was broken, and even though it was past 6:00 pm, there were no cars parked at the front of the building. I have photos as proof. I stayed elsewhere.

Close to highway and beds were nicer than typical motel. Walls were thin so you could hear outside or neighbor noise more.

Thank God the bed was comfortable after a 17-hour drive. The room was dirty. There was mold in the shower. The floor was dirty in the corners. The toilet had a ring around the inside. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. The one bed spread had stains on it. The free breakfast was really poor. There was nothing but sugary treats to eat. No water was even available. The machine was out of order. When we asked the desk attendant for a bottle of water, she said " it was only available for purchase." It is unacceptable to say you have breakfast available when you don't have water to offer a guest. Then you put your staff in a position of having to deal with angry customers. They should not be put in that position. It is a very poor area. The hotel is under construction; there were condensers sitting in piles on the lawn, some sections of the building next store were boarded up. It did not feel safe at night.

I liked the pool, the cool room and helpful check in ladies! The staff at the end of the last day was kind of rude.

I think if you’re going to stay here and have a good experience, you have to have the right expectations coming into it. I thought this was a hotel based on the name and pictures. It’s not. It’s a motel. Secondly, the pictures are a little deceiving. They give the perception of a well maintained room. The room we got had a very nice bed set up and wall decor like shown in the picture, but the rest of the room was old and could use some repairs/remodeling (broken mirror frame, nasty marks on the wall near the foot boards, janky furniture etc.). The room was like a studio where the vanity is outside the bathroom. Bathroom was tiny. But despite all that, it appeared clean. Also, the breakfast is limited. Don’t expect buffet, eggs or waffles. So long as you know all this ahead of time, and you’re only there for a night (without a full family), it’s doable for the price.

the lady on the counter was very nice and friendly but the room was a lot of roaches the beds was good the a/c good the water pressure good and hot the only thing was the roaches

I was hoping there would be a coffee maker in the room and there was not. I did not have any conditioner in a little travel size just some shampoo. even though it said there was a continental breakfast, a muffin, and a cup of fruit is not enough to sustain anybody for anything for the amount I paid for this room I would have expected something. The juice machine did not work in the breakfast area.

From the outside the property looks like it's under some kind of renovation, there's a market nextdoor to the hotel with boarded up windows, and trash behind the building. A bunch of old air conditioning units, it makes the property look really ran down and unappealling. The lady who checked me in was very uninformative, she gave no information about check out time or breakfast hours, and then pointed me towards my room. I had to give a $150 cash deposit because I live in a 50 mile radius of the hotel, I don't see the point/benefit, and all customers should be treated equally. The room was tolerable, the bed was surprisingly clean, it could use some paint and new fixtures. Some mold was present in the shower, there was no hand soap, the shower head had pink mold present. There was no hot water, called the front desk and they gave me a long excuse but still didn't make it right to keep a customer. The entire hotel had no hot water. Check out was long, the front desk worker had to walk all the way to my room (211) to make sure there was no damage to get my cash deposit back. I definitely will not go back or recommend this hotel.

Room wasn’t cleaned as it could have been, convenient for some rest for a day or two but not a lengthy stay. Front desk staff was nice though.

The room had been updated and was generally clean but entry door had significant gaps all around resulting bin insect entry. The door also nwwdwe a goood coat of paint,,,lot of scratche. Bathroom door was alos in poor shape and updated hardware would be good. The AC/Heat unit controls did not work properly and was noisy.

The room was clean and the breakfast was just OK. I wish we had known the rooms open to the outside instead of an indoor hall. The price was great.

The elevator was broken. We were not informed of this when we checked in. Room was comfortable/fine, corners in bathroom were dirty. Towels were thin. Sheets had bleach odor. Front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was cold and sparse.

What a terrible experience- they allow people in the parking lot to park with loud music at 11pm. People have shopping carts in front of their doors. People were so loud outside we can hear everything! Never again! By far, the worst hotel we’ve ever experienced.

What I didn’t like, and found it to be a shame that I went out and spend the night at my daughters house and when I came back the following afternoon, someone housekeeping had to be a man peed in my toilet, got it all over the floor and around the toilet top surface and there was some sort of a black bug clinging onto the side of the bed, which you can notice when you first walked in., also the bathroom door had indications of peeling paint which was never touched up, and the room itself needed a paint job because it also had water stained on the ceiling.

There were police officers everywhere, there were creepy people everywhere. We had to leave and book a different hotel. I want my money back.

This place is horrid ran down smells un friendly not clean very substandard....and should be ashamed to b charging $90+ a night for a $20 room which is to much.... Hell b Smart 🤓 stay elsewhere.....oh yeah and they don't tell you that they r really two hotels joined together by a breeze way that's just as tacky and a bigger dive.....

Small one room with 2 beds. Somewhat clean, bedspread was stained. For the price it was an okay hotel.

Check in was great…The conditions of the room was horrible!!! Floors dirty (disgusting) it’s like they hadn’t been swept and mopped for months!!! The construction workers that live there Sunday-Monday is noisy and drunk at night..parking those oversized open bed trucks in the sidewalk entrance to the hotel rooms…see photos below

Only stayed on night, but the room was cleaner then the other hotel and cheaper that we stayed in the the night before, and they had a clean pool.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet. We only stayed one night, I slept decent but there was an occasional loud car and/or cops/ambulances riding by as you are near the highway on and off ramps. Bed was very comfortable and clean! I would sleep here again!

One person found working in lobby led to long wait times for check in within mildew smelling lobby. Standing water in room under tv middle of the room, toilet only flushed half the time, shower did not drain until 10 mins after, shower head and faucet were not attched to the wall they moved out of the wall!

I asked for a disability room. There were no accommodations such as handles around the tub or commode. Homeless were sleeping in the parking lot when I arrived. The tub ran brown water. The water was the color of tea. I took a picture and showed the desk clerk. She stated…..” I will look into it. No chance, no discount, nothing. I will post a yelp review with pictures. The walls had holes patched(32) but no paint over the sparkle. I am handicapped and was in pain so I stayed the night, but I will never trust a hotels.com rating again and I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Little cleanliness in the bathroom could be better

When we arrived, the entire front entrance was roped off for paving so we had to park next door. The room was mostly renovated with new flooring and a comfortable bed but the workmanship was terrible with gaps in the bathroom shower surround and peeling paint. However, the biggest issue was noise. We could hear every passing car unless the very loud heater kicked on.

Dirty. Rude front desk. I get it’s a discount hotel but rudeness is never called for. Went to check out at 4 am. Note on door said they were helping another customer and would be back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still no front desk staff.

I only had one problem, which was after booking a room for a few days, my room is lock and I'll have to go back down stairs to get another key but overall I'm satisfied with everything else

This was decent for the price the room was updated but did have pealing pain on the dpors bur ir was clean. The lobby had a very musty smell and the ontinwntal "Breakfast" was horrible . No lights on in the pool area in the evening. Barely able to get towels for the pool. Had 5 with us- had to go to the front desk to ask for towels- was first offered 2 towels for the 5 of us- told them we had 5- then was told i could only get 4 towels. Breakfast- consisted of 1 waffle maker- 2 different cereals and 2 fruit choices- not convenient when you have a lot of people in there for breakfast. Noise was ridiculous- had someone outside our window blast music from 3pm until midnight. Called the front desk around 10pm and then 1130pm and nothing really happened- until midnight. I had little kids with me trying to sleep. Even with all the security cameras they have- you know they could see there we people outside just hanging around the hotel. Felt unsafe with this. Trash bags left outside the doors the whole weekend.

Hotel was not in good condition at all. AC smelled like cat pee, the fridge smelled like rotten fish. Toilet in the room was broken, they wouldn’t swap our rooms OR have anyone fix it. we saw cockroaches multiple times over our 2 days stay. Everything was dirty. Breakfasts consisted of stale cereal and muffins.

Driving 10 hours to the job, an hour before I got there they called and told me they overbooked and I was cancelled. No other rooms available in the area because of a storm. They didn't care.

I didn't like anything about this hotel/ motel. The description on wedsite looks nothing like hotel this is a Super 8 not Days inn. The bathroom toilet has a big yellow stain in it i got flies in my room and very noisy outside my room. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE!

This hotel is defiantly misrepresented on online. In the photos the room looked newly remodeled but this hotel has certainly seen better days. The restroom was so tiny and the baseboards and corners of the floor were gross. The free breakfast consist of tiny hostess products and yogurts. We checked in late and they were in the middle of a staff change and the lady had no answers for our questions and was unwilling to find out the answers. Maybe she was just having a bad day but something tells me that wasn't the issue in this case.

When we arrived the person checking us in was not friendly or attentive. We asked if we could have all our rooms close and she said she had just started her shift and didn't know what was going on.

Rooms had been updated. However, the new TV that was replaced in room was not working properly and there wasn't another room available to move us to. Also the water was yellow when first turned on in shower and sink. Overall other than those two issues the stay was decent

Front desk was friendly but hotel is run down. Sheets were clean and floors were clean. Sink was slow with back up in the drain but tub was ok. The price was good and the breakfast was adequate.

The pool was out of order, wasnt informed a head of time. The walls were covered with putty “touch ups” and the shower head was out of the wall.

There was no mention of this being a Super 8 also in the listing. Check in was fine. The place is poorly maintained and underwhelming. No remote for the tv and phone service didn’t work. We asked for a remote clerk took one from another room? Phone system down will be fixed Monday.

It was a decent spot for a quick nap while traveling, but I wouldn’t stay longer than 1 night.

We walked in and the TV was blaring and we could not turn it off. Called for help and they called back 40 mins later. We had already unplugged the TV from the wall. The AC unit was so loud and there was banging on the unit. We came in late on our way home from Tennessee and everything was locked and waited for 15 mins for help. The signs say motel 8/Days Inn. So a bit wrong in the description of the hotel. Not very clean in the bathroom either.
