    We had to keep going to the front so they could come program TV and had walk to the front because phone didn’t work. Staff was very friendly. They didn’t let me know I had a 100 deposit until I got there.

    The hotel was ok. My room was clean but I took a shower, and it was hard for me to get in and out of the tub I fell. When I reported it, I was told sorry it happen, I'm looking into what I can do about it.

    I had a one night stay traveling with my daughter. Her bedsheets head stains on them, the bathroom showerhead was very dirty with hard water stains and it was moderate water pressure. The bathroom floor tiles were carried into the shower and were extremely slippery. A grab bar was on the outside of the shower doors. I did feel very unsafe in there. There were a lot of construction supplies, kind of tucked around the corner by the elevators. Hopefully they are in the process of doing some maintenance and or renovations. I don’t think I would’ve stayed a second night if I had to.

    We requested this particular room because it was SO convenient for our one night stay on the route TO North Carolina, and we decided to book it again for the return trip to Florida. It is right off I-75, and in the middle of lots of food and shopping choices. We parked at the entrance where our room was located, and with a tap of our key card the doors slid open. Baggage carts were located right in area as we walked in, and our room was directly in front of us in the hallway. Ice and vending machines were located across from our door. Not only was the convenience and location of our room much appreciated by us as 70+ years old travelers, but the room was clean with an updated bathroom and a king size bed. All of this was perfect for the two of us! Thank you.

    The building is older, but is obviously being renovated. It is a good place to stay for an inexpensive value. It was easy enough to check in and out. It was quiet. The beds were comfortable. I felt secure and confident that my vehicle was safe. It is conveniently located. The breakfast typical hotel fair, but not quite as good of a quality as I generally see. For example, there was sliced low-quality white bread and obviously store-bought muffins and dry biscuits. We ate only yogurt. However, since it was a good night sleep in a clean room, we would go back. Just plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

    Check-in was supposed to be 3 p.m, but we got into Valdosta at 11 a.m. Decided to let the hotel know we were in town and find out when a room would be available. The desk clerk called housekeeping and they had a room ready! Not a newer hotel, everything was very clean updated

    The area wasn’t the best. Should have researched better. The Olive Garden Restaurant was so old and outdated. The food was cold! Service was good. But…. Yuck!! This was CRAZY! Stay far away.

    Our room was nice and clean no complaints there and the staff and owners were very friendly. I only gave 4 stars because the pool was somewhat dirty and house keeping didn’t come to my room and with 4 ppl the trash cans were well beyond full day one and literally overflowing on day two.

    the room was very much in need of work, bad places on the ceiling and brunt spots on the carpet, the bed was not on it's base as it should had been. the toilet seat was very loose and the back splash on the vanity was broken. the room was clean, it was a fair price, the breakfast was good and the service and desk clerk were very nice.

    Overall excellent expeirence. Property around the hotel had some broken glass in the grassy area which concerns me due to having our dog with us. Our bathroom door didn't lock. The A/C temp controls were hit or miss on its ability to cool off the room. But, when it did cool off it was good and cold. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers had any in them. Breakfast was great, eggs sausage patties, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, muffins toast and waffles were available daily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and the hotel as a whole was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit.

    There was a funky smell in the room and it was difficult to breathe in there. Noticed just before checking out that there was some smelly thing that looked like a urinal cake in the ac unit to combat the smell, but it was not helping, only making breathing difficult. There was some damage to the walls in the bathroom, and the mirror. Not what I expected from a hotel that was more than double the cost of others in the area.

    When we arrived, our first room smelled terrible. We spoke with Dutch and she was wonderful and so helpful. Without hesitation, she came and checked the room and moved us to another one. She made sure we were good for the night before leaving and followed up the next morning as her shift was ending. She was exceptional!

    They are disgusting nasty rooms the guest fuss and fight all night. The desk attendant in the morning that was training a lady she will scam you and so rude that she shouldn’t work in customer service but they had this girl training people if that tells you what kind of place it is a first class trash hole, dope heads all in it prostitutes walking down the street walking down the sidewalk. They charge me a double deposit over $100 for each day a pet deposit for each day over $20 plus on top of it I paid over $100 for the room which was supposed to be a suite with a bedroom in it and it was not even what I reserved so let me tell you do not rent from these people. I still ain’t got my refund on my deposit and I left the room the same way I found it. I mean two deposits the uneducated lady that works in the mornings you need to learn how to scam better baby.

    The room was ok but the bathroom shower was resealed way too many times. It was just gross looking. Also, had our service dogs with us on the third floor I would have thought we would have been on the first floor. Early Sunday morning people were in the pool area getting high when I was walking my dog and it made the area smell and the elevator as well. The staff was great.

    Building had an old damp smell. It definitely didn’t look like the photos. During the stay out power went out in the room around 10:30/11 pm we went down in the morning to notify desk staff they acted as if we were lying then they sent someone up. I still didn’t understand how the power went out but the a/c was still working. The breakfast was decent but I’d definitely pick a different hotel next time.

    When we got to our room, there were stains on the sheet, the pillow was missing a pillowcase, and there was mold and damage to the ceiling in the bathroom and around the room. Initially, I wasn’t gonna say anything because we were only there for one night. When I asked the front desk staff for pillowcase, she arrived at the room where the pillowcase fell on the floor was she proceeded to pick up and put on the pillow that we had to sleep on. On top of all of that, I just checked to see that they did not give me my hundred dollar deposit back. This is actually very insane To keep my deposit for a room that was filthy to begin with. We didn’t take any rags or towels or make any additional damages to the room that weren’t already there and we checked out an hour before we were scheduled to.

    This was a terrible experience at Sleep Inn. Our room was in disrepair with many things broken, and the bathroom was especially in bad shape with the mirror, bath faucet, baseboard tiles, etc. damaged and needing to be replaced. The lock latch was missing/broken, so we had to push the coffee table in front of the door for safety at night. We couldn't get the WiFi to work, so I went to call the front desk, and the phone was completely unplugged. This is a major safety concern, and I never could get to the end of the cord that was stuck under the bed. The breakfast was inedible, and the coffee was murky tan colored water. VERY disappointing!

    It was terrible, we were afraid to sleep, did not look anything like photos on Expedia. SOMEONE POOPED IN PARKING LOT, was not a dog, stated they had no extra pillows or blankets, will be disputing charges for second night because I had to pay for another hotel.

    They have a very strong mildew odor some of the room smell like pet urine first room bed was dirty. Refrigerator was dirty the fire alarm falling off the wall or hanging return the room got a second room, which is right next to it smell like dog, urine or animal urine First room was three15 second room was 313. Hope I can get my refund back from Expedia check in and check right out have to get a second room to stay on Expedia.

    The lady at the front desk gave me a room on the first floor that the covers on the bed had a stain on it when I went to go, tell her about the stain and to change my room because there wasn’t a lot of people staying in the hotel, she wouldn’t change my room. She only gave me covers to change the sheets myself. The shower was not the cleanest and the whole property just felt unsafe. I did not appreciate when the front desk clerk announced my room number out loud in front of some gentleman that was standing there with me being a young female it made me feel unsafe. Overall, I would not stay at this property again or recommended to anyone.

    Was upgraded to a room with a hot tub and very much appreciated 💖 although the faucet leaked on the counter like crazy the water was amazing..and stayed hot it was a two rooms suites.. very clean with a beautiful shower! Towels folded so cute! I was impressed 😁 with the overall service and hospitality and fast service! Had some tv troubles front desk came right away and remedy the problem both TV's!!!! Very friendly place, definitely will stay again and recommend you stay here wouldn't let me load any pictures of my amazing room...so 😢 sad

    When walking into the room, the smell of mold hits you in the face. Discovered the bathroom ceiling was molded in the middle of the night. Room also had many bugs in it along with stains on everything including all surfaces of the room.

    Bathroom was in deplorable conditions. 2 cracks in the tub (tried to fix the biggest crack with A LOT of caulk, ceramic tiling along floor was broken off, faucet on tub was held in by A LOT of silicone, and one side of the toilet seat was broken. The room definitely did not match the pictures presented online. The room and the hall also smelled of mold/mildew. Not worth the $180 spent on this room. The only good things was the hot water in the shower, the beds were decently comfortable and the front desk staff was great. Unfortunately, that is not enough to make us stay here again. 3 out of 10. Would not recommend.

    Clearly had bad water damage everything was rusted lamps luggage rack And ceiling had water damage and looked like it was going to come crashing down. Sheets felt damp when laying on them. Noise from lobby all night long people laughing and yelling. Very bad experience! Would not recommend this hotel, if we could have found another available we would not have stopped there.not worth the money they are charging!

    The front desk that welcomed us was very kind and friendly but unfortunately the property itself was very dirty, smelled musty, towels were dirty, the room was falling apart and the hallways have sitting areas with chairs that are dirtier than my dog’s paws. I would not recommend.

    The room we first checked in had mold and it was dirty. We had to ask the front staff to switch us to another room. The underroom was satisfactory but it had a smell of mold in the hallway. Had a smell of marijuana. The property needs to be Condemned with all the mold in the room and on the lamp. Shades unacceptable as a choice member. I was flabbergasted from the pictures. They showed on the internet as if the room was top-notch when it really wasn't.

    Not clean at all. There was still toothpaste in the sink from the previous person. Its appearance is of an old hotel because it’s been allowed to be run down. Another family who also stayed had no A/C. Someone said they were coming and never did. There were bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were completely empty. The fridge didn’t work.

    The room is just OK, nothing extra. Entrance light to the room didn't work, the coffee maker and the plug for the tub didn't work. I went to the lobby to get coffee but either it was watered down or just a cheap coffee. One look at the breakfast and I went to Dennys. I would recommend looking a around little more.

    The room was ready when we got there and the staff was friendly. The room? DISGUSTING. It smelled like mildew the tub was cracked open and filled with caulk; there was mold on the caulking around the shower surround; there was marks and black paint spots all over the mirror; the sink didn’t drain.     There were used, wadded up wash rags and a hand towel under the bathroom sink. There was one elevator car that had a line waiting because it was too slow. There were no luggage racks available. The two chairs in the room were so filthy we would not sit on them.

    It was obviously an old building. When we first arrived, we learned there was NO hot water but were promised that someone would be working on that issue soon. After several hours, it was resolved. In addition, the breakfast was really lacking. There were eggs and sausage, but no biscuits. It was extremely limited. I would NOT recommend this accomodation to anyone.

    I reserved a suite because I had my 3 children and my mother. Our room door lock did not work. We had to get the hotel host to open our room door every time we went in or out. The bed frame of one of the beds was broken. I, personally, had to sleep on the broken bed. I slept across the foot of the bed, sideways, to avoid falling in the floor. The bathroom door would not close. It was jammed. And the wall mounted shampoo dispenser was empty. To add, every thing in the room was rusted. The light fixtures, lamps, anything with metal, and the curtain valance was falling off the wall.

    Water was cold. They said it was nothing wrong with the water and you had to give it a little while for it to get hot. Even if it did get a little lukewarmish you only had a split second before it’s freezing cold again. Jets suppose to circulate water in the tub. The jets were sucking it in.
