Impressed!!

Staff was great. Good breakfast. Only negative was the bathtub. It wasn’t flat it was curved so you couldn’t stand flat in it and I almost fell. Every thing else was great. Would stay there again.

Although the room was clean the hallways and stairs were filthy. The hallways had obviously not been vacuumed in a while

Friendly staff, more than one person working to assist one another. The breakfast servers were very friendly , the food was warm and tasty. I was pleased with all parts of my stay.

Very comfortable....but you might want to replace your really low toilets.

The hotel overall was adequate. The pool area is not properly ventilated and the chlorine was overwhelming.

Other than large conex boxes in the parking lot, stay was enjoyable. We traveled over Memorial Day week and Hampton Inn - Van Buren had a Missing Man table set.

Staff are friendly and professional. The room was very clean.

Room was exceptionally cleaned and beds were comfortable to sleep in. I appreciated the amenities as well. Will definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Room was exceptionally clean. Hotel and property were safe. Staff were excellent! Laura at the front desk was very helpful and Shandi put together one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Seriously. Banana nut bread waffle batter! Pigs in a blanket! Omelette! Sausage links! Scones! Healthy options as well. Keep up the good work Hampton Inn. 💋

Old and smelly

Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots available. The check in was quick. Staff was friendly. The room was clean, but one of the towels had stains on it. The tub floor while not slippery, was very uneven and felt awkward taking a shower. The room itself required each individual light to be turned off and on, rather then a main switch to power them all. The carpets in the hallway on the main floor had quite a few stains on the carpet. It looks like a pet causef it or a spill of some sort. Overall a clean and convienient place to stay.

The handheld shower needs some attention. The unit did not fit the holder and the holder would not stay in place.

Everything was fine...our room was a little noisy as it was adjacent to the laundry room, but we booked last minute while driving down the interstate, so we were glad to have it. It did not impact our sleep at all. Great staff, service, and hotel

The breakfast was fantastic, the room was spotless. The heated pool was freezing. We will be back and hopefully the pool will get fixed.

We loved that it was decorated for fall/Halloween. The front desk staff was great as was the cleaning. I do have to mention that breakfast wasn’t what it should have been. I had a piece of raisin bread toast and it was delicious. My husband wanted one and there was none. He couldn’t find the person in charge. Desk staff looked but couldn’t find any. This went for a number of breakfast items not being available. Note that this was at the start of breakfast hours. Our room was half-a** remodeled. New sliding bathroom door but the old hardware holes still sitting in the frame. Holes of missing things in the walls. The bathtub surface is really strangely rounded and you have to be careful. Free water and cookies were great. Breakfast was tasty but there should be someone always there to assist.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. Good breakfast also, convenient to restaurants nearby. The room for some reason had a musky smell, but the A/C cooled nicely. I would stay there again.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice. Beds are the best of all hotels we stay at and the room was clean. Check in was a breeze and breakfast was good. My only complaint was about the coffee. It was cold in the afternoon when we checked in and the bold coffee was not very bold.

The desk chair in my room collapsed while setting in it and I am a normal sized person.

Best nights sleep. The only oddity, the toilet was short and loose at the base. All in all you can’t go wrong with Hampton Inn.

When we arrived, i was informed that we were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out. This was very inconvenient as i have a handicap mother who is not able to climb stairs very well. The hotel did not do anything to remedy ghe situation such as putting us on a lower level, or give our money back, so that ee xould rent a room elsewhere.

Very nice property, decent breakfast, helpful front desk. We sat out a tornado warning in their laundry room! One suggestion: We travel with a cooler and use frozen blue packs instead of ice. It would be nice if the room fridge had a freezer compartment so we could refreeze our packs each night.

Nice place to stay close to the junction of I-40 and 1-49. Not the cheapest, but it’s comfortable and worth the extra to us for a quiet, comfortable room.

The stay was great except for one item. They removed the swing door for the bathroom and installed barn door sliders. Not lockable ata ll. And from the back, you could look theough and see the reflection of anyone inside the bathroom. I am travelling with my daughter and i left the room while she did her bathroom needs, but i was not able to shower. It felt very uncomfortable with basically no privacy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn at Fort Smith,AK . It was quite,clean,and easy to find. Eating places were near by. Breakfast was delicious,they serviced hotcinnamon rollsand had bagles to go for people on the run

Just a quick stay for a gymnastics meet, it was avery efficient check in. Room was large and beds comfortable!

Everything was great. You can tell it is an older hotel, but it is well-maintained. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had several options, including omelets. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

The room that we stayed in was poorly, more lamps were needed in room. Our stay was 2 days and the trash cans were small and not emptied during our stay.

We had a restful stay.

There are plenty of places to eat closeby and Tesla supercharging within a mile also.

Bathroom door did not shut all the way without sticking. Breakfast was okay. Server was too busy talking to someone to ensure food was kept stocked (ran out of scrambled eggs and milk).

This was easy to get to off the interstate and there were several places to eat and gas stations around it. I felt safe enough leaving my car packed with belongings in the parking lot. I left early in the morning and the 24 hour coffee was cold and had clearly been there all night so that was a bummer. The front desk staff left something to be desired and made me feel like any question I asked was a burden to answer, so Im glad I was only there for a single night. And for a single night, it was fine.

The hotel needs to let potential customers know that they are in a dry county. After a long day of driving, I wanted nothing more than to hang out in my room and have a couple of beers and watch some NCAA basketball.

Close to many restaurants and a Walmart even an urgent care within walking distance, bring you fishing pole cause there is a community lake right across the street

There is absolutely no way this could have been any better. The front desk clerk was amazing. Helped to accommodate my mom and I. Even though I made the mistake of thinking we could check in at 2.

Wonderful hotel all the way around. Lora, at front reception, was super friendly and helpful. It was my daughter’s birthday and she was so sweet to her and her friends. We loved the pool area, the snacks, the breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Van Buren!

Room was comfortable. There was however trash in the bathroom trash can from the previous guest. The rest of the bathroom appeared to be clean though.

It was a good stay. I do have 2 comments though. Although you provide pet waste bags (much appreciated), I could not find a trash container for the used waste bags anywhere outside the hotel. Also, the "seal" on the door to our room was poor. we could see through to the hallway at the bottom of the door and on the side with the door knob. This situation meant we could hear loud and clear all the noise other guests made in the hallway outside our door. It kept us awake when we wanted to be sleeping.

Property is great and if the staff is present. The highlight was how well organized and well taken care of the breakfast was in the morning there's an older woman maybe in her 60s taking care of breakfast and it was actually wonderful. She has great pride in her work something that's more rare than common. Now the bad if you're up at 7 o'clock in the morning on a Sunday and already gone no problem but cleaning staff at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday morning start cleaning rooms and it sounded like they open a construction site in the hallway I don't know if it's a policy that the more people that are awake and checked out the sooner they can go home, but the noise, the slamming of the toilet seats the running the vacuum into the wall was excessive to say the least. Maybe the cleaning staff just wanted everybody awake to enjoy the great service at the breakfast. I go with that.

The Hampton Inn in Van Buren Arkansas is very nice. If I come this way again, this is where I will stay.

The staff was friendly and location was great. The room was loud and there was a strange smell when you walked into the lobby and in the elevator. The room appeared clean but when getting ready to leave and checking to see if we had everything there was a vodka bottle wedged between the headboard and mattress which led me to believe the sheets were not clean because they would have seen it there

This was our third time staying here in 4 years. Very clean rooms and breakfast area, friendly staff, and those breakfast potatoes will keep us coming back to this location.

We planned our stay to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. She had several friends staying with her in the two rooms we reserved. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful! They even went to a nearby store and purchased some gifts for the girls like face masks, body wash, candy etc! So thoughtful and sweet! Hotel was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed!

We needed a good night sleep. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable. Our room had a sliding barn door for the bathroom which was difficult to use and seemed worn. That design may not hold up to hotel level use. The breakfast area was clean and options were good. Check in and out was easy.

Great place to stay the night headed out to the Grand Canyon. Room was clean. Showers were hot. They got a sweet little old lady handling breakfast and it was great.

The hotel is very nice and in good condition. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom door is a little weird as it is a barn door that has no lock but since we were with family it wasn't a big deal.
