Awesome front desk man Jacob and the too was clean and quiet. I wish we could’ve gone swimming in the awesome looking pool but we ran out of time!

Listed as “pet friendly” but only accepts dogs. Acted like it was crazy to expect a hotel to allow cats. Could not check in, could not find another place on such short notice and ended up sleeping in a closet with my cat.

The hotel was under construction, and all the amenities were not available. The rooms seemed unfinished.

Breakfast was great, the attendant was super polite and attentive. Stay was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure. AC unit was pretty loud and there was still some trash from the previous guest in my room when I arrived.
- 3/5
At the time I visited the staff was great but were dealing with a whole hotel renovation. If I had known about the mess (kitchen and bar were horrible due to construction) and we were even missing a set of curtains in our room.

They said they were under renovation but talking to people nothing had been done in months.

Convenient
- 4/5
Very spacious and modern rooms. The lobby and kitchen were being remodeled while we were there and elevator is very old and tiny is the reason for only 4 stars.
- 4/5
Only stayed for a layover, it was clean and affordable

Exceptional
- 3/5
Parking was terrible, there was screws and material everywhere due to construction, the hallways and common areas are ran down. Hot tub jets were out of order. The room was decent and clean.
- 4/5
At the time that I stayed there were lots of kids so it was a bit noisy up to 11 pm but didnt bother me. Room was clean and they have blackout curtains so that was a plus. Big TV and lots of space. Great location.

Protesters arrived outside at 12:30 am making so much noise it impossible for anyone to sleep. The police were called but never showed up, they said that was not a priority. The ICE protesters did not leave until way after 2:00 am. Not a good nights sleep for anyone paying money for a hotel.

They were under construction and upgrading furniture. I had reserved an upgraded room that didn’t

Room was clean, comfortable bed, I didn't know they were doing renovations but was still a good overnight spot, quiet, away from road noises.

Didn't have breakfast as the hotel was under renovation, I felt the cleanliness of the facility was more unsatisfactory than what was described in the email. I get the hotel was under renovation but for the actual room to be as dirty as it was and everywhere you went was dirty, only certain areas had carpet protecting paper down. I run a restoration company so I was not very happy with whoever is doing the work at this property and how materials are just sitting in the stairwells, meaning any kids goofing around can get into.

This property ought to be a shame for how terrible the condition of the building is. I’m going to start this by saying look at the guest photos before you book. I instantly regretted booking a room as soon as I walked into the hotel lobby. This property has clearly been under renovation for awhile and they are not actively working on it. It is a run down hotel that will probably be condemned soon. The interior of the hotel completely run down. There are stains in the ice room on the floor. The water in the shower is scolding hot or ice cold. There is no in between. The wallpaper is peeling off of the walls all over the property. It doesn’t look like they clean this place on a regular basis. I wouldn’t recommend that my worst enemy stay here! Yes, it was that bad!! Do not stay here.

Hotel is under remodel. Amenities were lacking like the business center. Fridge did not work. Linens were dirty, shower did not drain correctly, shower was dirty plus hot water was lacking. Left two days early due to the cold shower.
- 4/5
It was okay. They were in complete remodeling phase. So lot of dust and equipment everywhere.
- 3/5
It is under renovation which I didn't know about. I would have thought breakfast would have been included since no bar or restaurant. We were there for a volleyball tournament and it would have been nice to get breakfast before.
- 3/5
Renovations have been going on for years here. This is the bottom of the barrel Doubletree. It’s a crapshoot in what you will walk into. From the staff at the front desk, to the elevator not working. The clerk told me there might be styrofoam in the room

Location, room was spacious, walk in shower Major construction and noise, repairs needed in room (TV and shower head)walls were very thin, could hear every move in rooms around me despite being on 3rd floor.

They were under renovation. Pool was not in working order. There was not a couch in the room and i was told they were still on back order from when they were damaged during covid. If i was traveling for pleasure and not business this would have been a big disappointment.
- 3/5
There was no sofa in the room so I couldn’t get relaxed on sofa. Parking was full so I parked behind the building. At the front desk I asked if it was OK but it was not so I had to move the car again. There should be clear instructions but nothing.
- 0.5/5
I was unaware of renovations until after the non refundable reservation was made. Motel was extremely dusty. Lamp shades were broken and falling off. Room was just above gross roof top with fans.toilet seat was sideways.

Property is under 100% renovation so its not clean and well maintained.
- 4/5
However, in spite of the renovations, it’s a very nice property and I look forward to returning after the renovations are completed. I especially liked the built-in luggage racks on either side of the room. We usually stay at Hampton Inn for our sleep & fly, but for some reason our return night was $350 instead of $150 or so. The location of Hampton Inn is quieter and has breakfast included, but we will return to the DoubleTree depending on the price compared to Hampton Inn. Also, the coffee, both the coffee in the machine in the room, and the coffee in the lobby, is better than Hampton Inn’s was last week, which has declined in quality. I interacted with two front desk staff and one housekeeper. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
The first room that we were checked into, the TV didn't work and the second room that we checked into the TV didn't work as well... The young man at the desk in the lobby was rather grumpy and we will never be staying there again.
- 1/5
The site indicates airport shuttle available. Our plane was delayed and we arrived to PDX and called for a shuttle at 10:28 pm and we were told the shuttle stopped running for the night which cost us an add'l $30 for an Uber! When we checked in as Hilton Honors members, there were no cookies! 😢 We have stayed at this hotel several times and it had been under renovation the whole time. This hotel barely meets the Hilton standards already and we keep going back thinking it has to be better this time, NOPE! We will NOT be staying at this hotel again.
- 3/5
Under construction
- 4/5
Not very friendly when checking in. Hotel under renovation so our room we initially checked into on 1st floor the toilet was plugged and a dumpster was directly infront of our window. I do appreciate that front desk was nice enough to let us switch to another room. When I booked it I thought the breakfast was included Continental But it wasn't, I guess that was my bad for not reading my booking clearly. I was surprised the breakfast was $14 and was super basic.
- 1/5
The room wasn't finished yet it did not have what we needed, we called the night before and they said they all had microwaves refrigerators and couches my wife has to bring her own food because she's allergic to gluten and the place didn't have a microwave very disappointing we couldn't stay there so we went to a Hilton down the street which was everything we needed more money but my wife was happy that's all that mattered. Also it didn't have a couch, first night all we asked for was a microwave and we'd stay but the night help said they couldn't give us one they didn't have any. To me that was a breach of contract which I just wanted my money back so I had to dispute night one with my credit card company and I'm hoping that the DoubleTree Hilton will be fair and give me my first night's money back and then I'll drop this. I hate giving people bad reviews it's a bad time and it hurts business but I just want my one night back that they didn't pay me for and I hope Hilton does something about it.
- 1/5
We had mold in our bathroom, our pull-out couch wasn't there, the hallway was full of old beds, trim and chipped paint. We had no body wash anf no conditioner. The flooring in the halls and straiway we disgusting. Breakfast was $13 a person with a below average breakfast bar, so we skipped that.
- 1/5
Was not nice
- 3/5
Unbelievable that a Hilton has a property with this neglect. The elevator has obviuosly been out of order for a long time, which I found out after I arrived. The clerk tried to place me on the second floor, but magically found a first floor room when I told him I would have to go elsewhere. I am 85 and my spouse is unable to climb stairs.
- 0.5/5
Not much positive due to overwhelming negative introduction of the elevator being out. The messaging was misleading and did not provide adequate details. Stating some furniture was going to be out or some building supplies was one thing but arriving with my physically disabled partner to a non working elevator then told all bottom floors have been booked was not acceptable.. i asked clearly what would be ok for the inconvenience and was offered “ free breakfast “ this does nothing to make up for the pain my partner was dealing with trying to make it up the flights of stairs.

I understand they are renovating however my room window has no blinds or curtains. Also there was no notification that the elevator hasn't worked in a year
- 0.5/5
The elevator didn’t work. I had no choice but to take a room on the 2nd floor. I begged Conner the desk clerk, to please give me a room on the first floor because I cannot do stairs. He absolutely refused. The room on the 2nd floor was awful.
- 5/5
Bed and bedding super comfortable. Price affordable. Clean room, quiet room. All good.
- 1/5
This property is under construction and has many limitations with parking, construction debris, and dust, the elevators do not work so we had to bring our luggage up three flights to the third floor, and generally a bad experience with cleanliness of the room. The bed annd pillow and comforter up the bed and pillows. I do not recommend staying here
- 0.5/5
A lot! They were renovating the hotel, so the elevator wasn't working. I am a disabled veteran I would not have booked the hotel if I'd known. The parking lot had few parking space, in fact one day there was only 13 space, some being used by employees
- 4/5
All of the staff I interacted with were very nice. I wouldn’t be surprised if technology lostmy request for ground floor/no stairs between here and there. I didn’t find out till check in that the elevator was out and the first floor was full. The breakfast was amazing!
- 3/5
Guest service was terrible - never anyone at the front desk when we needed something. No vending machines so we had to pay $5 for a bottle of water! Pool was freezing cold and there were no towels. If you just need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, then this works. Just don't expect anything more (and bring your own water!)
- 5/5
Great stay, but very disapointing that you would have to pay for vreakfast.. 14 extra a person???
- 3/5
The property was under renovations.. including the elevator. Not a huge deal.. but the curtains in the room were definitely not big enough to cover the whole window. I recommend fixing that.
- 5/5
Clean and nice people
- 4/5
It was nice, but you can definitely tell it is being renovated. Our room had a nice bed, but only 1 chair to sit in and no sofa. And there was plenty of room for another bed or sofa—so kinda weird.

Bad
- 2/5
The property was under renovation which was no problem. I’m glad to see a business putting money back into the property. The room we booked was a king bed with a separate pull out sofa bed. Upon entering the room it was only the king bed and an empty sitting area with the second tv and nowhere to sit and watch it. The sofa bed was for our son to sleep on. Went back to the front desk to at least request a roll away just to be told there were none left. We asked to be switched to a two queen room to be told the same, there were none available. The only thing the staff could offer was more blankets and pillows for the floor. This is unacceptable when you pay for a king with sofa bed and they expect your guest to sleep on the floor. We would have switched to an acceptable hotel but not knowing if Travelocity would refund for this hotel made me uneasy. I didn’t want to end up paying for two hotels for one night in Vancouver and not be refunded for the Double Tree. Very disappointing and frustrating. We made it work and our son slept on the floor. A property should not advertise rooms that aren’t as described.
- 1/5
We booked a king room with a pull out sofa bed. When we went into the room the sofa bed was missing, just a wide open area with a second television and nowhere to sit. The front desk said there were no available roll aways available and no available double queen rooms. The front desk could only offer blankets and pillows for my 11 year old son to sleep on the floor.
- 3.5/5
The hotel is in a good location for food, stores, near the freeway and close to Oregon. All fine

Upon arrival we were notified of renovations, this was not told to us prior to the booking. Our first room had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. We got switched rooms, although both rooms did not have a couch like in the listing. Much of the furniture and curtains were coming apart. Without notice they had shut off all the water throughout the building in the night. Which was awful as we got back to the room late and had no way to wash our hands, faces, shower, or even flush the toilet. They were also doing reconstruction in the room below us at 5am so it was quite noisy. They did not do anything for the inconveniences, it was an awful stay.
- 3/5
No elevator. Little help from front desk. Ice machine didn’t work.
- 5/5
staff was super friendly
- 3/5
The room didn’t have a desk to sit at & I was there for 2 nights and had to work for the day while I was there. There was also an alarm that randomly went off during the day. I called maintenance to look at it so that it wouldn’t go off at night. He came in and looked at one quickly but had to rush off for an appointment. The alarm ended up going off again at 9 pm and again at 1 am. It lasted about 10 minutes each time and shut off on its own but still woke us up. Not the best hotel experience.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing. But the room wasn't fully put back together after the remodel, tv wasn't connected, things weren't plugged in. That eco friendly toilet plugged 3 times and we had to unclog due to lack of staff. The gal who worked the breakfast also did amazing even though she didn't have anyone else helping her and your hotel was full with softball teams.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but hotel was undergoing a major renovation during our stay. The elevator was out of order.

Out in new batteries but didn’t work. The second night the same thing happened. All they could offer me

Horrible hotel. Under construction, no elevators, air conditioning didn’t work, rooms spelled musty. Way over priced! No better than a motel 6!

It was ok the property was under renovation

2. Reserved a room that sleep 5. Description says 2 queen beds a single sofa sleeper. Images shows a sofa sleeper. Told by front desk that there are zero sofa beds in the hotel since covid. Told in the whole hotel there are only 2 roll away beds. Because we booked through a third party they would not upgrade to a suite or offer a second room. This is a scam by the hotel to force third party apps to pay for the upgrade or second room. My husband chose to sleep on the floor before another dime was paid to this hotel. 3. Front deal was awful. Was told they could not provide my husband who had to sleep on the floor a comforter because they cost $500. Front desk clerk refused to allow us to talk to a manager. 4. Room had poorly painted over water damage to the ceiling. 5. There appeared to be another family in the same situation as us, with no solution for them either.
- 1/5
My room was clean, quiet the pool was heated made for a nice stay..
- 1/5
Property currently under construction, was not told so during bookint. Everything in our room was leaking, carpet was soaked, weird smell and half under construction. Terrible condition for a Hilton, didn’t stay the night, ended up leaving and going to another hotel.
- 1/5
The room was moldy, it contained water damaged furniture and had a very mildew like smell. The lamp shades were damaged and the wall outlets lacked function. The elevator wasn't functioning and all but the first floor were being remodeled. I was uninformed of these issues before our arrival and due to the late checkin was left with no other options. For the price im extremely upset.
- 1/5
It was absolutely terrible. They are remodeling so it was so dirty and they couldn’t accommodate much. I booked for 5 people and they only had rooms for 4, they weren’t willing to work with me. We had to go spend $60 on an air mattress so everyone had a place to sleep. Front desk was rude about the whole situation, I would never stay here again. The whole floor smelt terrible as they left a big open garage out on the floor. Our towels had brown stains all over them, counters were filthy, just a terrible experience.
- 3/5
Room was clean enough but the bathroom ceiling was full of mold.
- 5/5
This hotel is super convenient for short stays near PDX airport. The rooms and facilities are very clean and well kept. During my stay there was renovation in progress (elevator was out) however it was easy to get a room on the 1st floor and avoid stairs. Hot tub was phenomenal and great to relax in after traveling! I had a few deliveries to the front desk (birthday gifts) and the staff put them into the room as a surprise for my sister. I really appreciated their help!
- 2/5
I was just surprised when it was already under renovation/new management/elevators not working, etc that they weren’t going out of their way to help us.
- 2/5
Not well maintained dirty room dusty and no elevator working properly. Will not recommend
- 2/5
Unfortunately, our room had elite coming from the window. We understand that they are going through renovations however that was not pleasant.
- 2/5
The hotel was being renovated which wasn’t a big deal but the couch wasn’t in our room due to the remodel so we asked a housekeeper that was there if they had a fold out mattress we could use, she said she would put it in our room since we were leaving to go somewhere. The bed never came so late that evening we asked the front desk which in so many words they said no. So my son slept on the carpet luckily we had some extra blankets in our car
- 1/5
Really and hotel no elevator n we had a stroller smells so much like paint terrible
- 1/5
You must explain to your customer how the situation is before checking in and give us the options to check if we are ok or not with the condition. Thus is nit acceptable for a health wise condtion so please do something with your policy and i expect a refund back.
- 3/5
Did not like that there was only 1 chair in the living room of this suite.
- 1/5
Property was under construction. The staff would not let me add my membership to earn points.
- 1/5
Staff was great. I had a broken TV and they fixed it right away. They handled the issues with the construction well with guests
- 1/5
We booked at this DoubleTree without looking at the reviews based on all past positive experience with DoubleTree. This is by far the most disgusting hotel property we've ever booked at. We requested a refund on our reservation directly with the hotel and with hotels.com but were denied. The room had a foul smell and was not clean. The elevator was out of order, and an employee was smoking less than 10 feet from our vehicle upon check in and a number of homeless people were in the parking lot. We did not stay at the hotel. I am amazed that hotels.com and the DoubleTree would allow this property to represent their brands.
- 1/5
Was informed at check in the property was under construction , the elevator was out of order and the furniture in the room has been removed due to the remodel. I am physically unable to climb stairs, need a desk, and went and stayed at another hilton property. Dont bother staying at this location
- 1/5
The hotel manager was extremely rude when we walked in to check in, she was not willing to try to be friendly at all even though we had five rooms there... the hotel was under renovation (which was not mentioned on hotels.com or the double tree website.) and the fire alarm went off at 5 AM then again at 5:20 AM, then again at 5:45 AM, everyone was forced to evacuate the hotel. Over all this was a miserable place to be for a few nights..
- 3/5
Only reason I gave it a few 3-stars is they are under renovation and the elevator was broken the day I stayed. Otherwise a decent hotel for business travellers
- 3/5
Arrived early and staff was great at getting us checked in. Room was spacious beds clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was very disappointing. The shower was dirty, hairs from previous guest on the wall and grime on the glass doors and tile edge. Ceilings are peeling and walls dirty. Over all not the Hilton experience we are used to.
- 2/5
Truly disappointed with this hotel! The hotel is in complete disarray with total lack of upkeep. The hotel elevator, in a three-story hotel, hasn't been operable for MONTHS so we accepted a first-floor room. The couches were apparently disinfected with bleach during the pandemic (years ago!) so the pleather exterior is peeling away. It looks like it should be in a landfill rather than a hotel room. The front desk staff offered to cover it with a bed sheet if it bothered us; we just avoided sitting on it altogether. The bed linens had the dried remnants of blood on the duvet. The curtains were tattered with the hems unraveled and a watermark nearly a full foot above the floor leading me to believe there was a flood at some point and it wicked up the water. The wallpaper was peeling near the vanity. The vanity sink fixtures were not properly secured and were loose, not to mention the fact that the hot and cold supply lines were reversed leading us to initially believe that there was no hot water at the sink. Our room was near the linen washing area on the first floor which they left the service door open the entire time we were there for two days. In addition, there was a fan blowing to dry the floor in front of the leaking icemaker rather than fixing the leak itself. I made the front desk staff aware of these issues; they appeared to be attentive, but ultimately tone deaf, them stating the renovations were "clearly stated online" which they are NOT. We will NOT be returning!
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been a great place to stay with very reasonable rates. They are pet friendly and the parking is great. The hotel bar is inviting and the staff for both the hotel and the bar are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
Good place
- 5/5
Very neat.
- 2/5
Good: Pretty clean. Nice staff. Pool was good. Beds and pillows good.
- 2/5
NOTE: These are the main issues with our stay - Elevator hasn’t worked for two months with no end in sight - They leave old raggedy furniture in need of replacement in rooms (ours was ok but our worker had a bad looking couch) - They say that the bar is open daily but it isn’t. They’re trying to save money by not staffing the bar a couple of nights per week. I’m a business owner and I understand the need for making adjustments in budgets and personnel during difficult times. But if you are at 50% occupancy for that long it will impact your long term ability to perform. I may be harsh because my workers an I had to lift up our heavy tools to our rooms everyday after our long days of work. Last thing to note: we were told by one of the workers there that the next thing to remodel is the kitchen. So my suggestion. CALL BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!! Lastly, shame on hotels.com for not letting us know of the ongoing repairs. Better communication would have prevented this and so many poor reviews. It’s honestly not a bad hotel. It’s clean and people are generally nice. But wow… I will say this also. It seems like the staff is numb to all the comments about the condition of the hotel. I think they’re just used to it.
- 2/5
Had i known the hotel was under renovations i would not have booked. No elevator, couches that looked like they had been found out on the street and limited towels in our room
- 1/5
Worst double tree, property condition was terrible. Room condition was in bad shape.
- 1/5
This place is under construction and has toxic smells, management would not talk to us about a refund. Would not recommend this place!
- 1/5
Property under renovation. Elevator wasn’t working … so drag your bags up the stairs . Free breakfast was $14 / person. Lots of other choices in the area I’ll stay somewhere else next time
- 1/5
Staff very rude, property under renovations.
- 1/5
Stay anywhere but here. The elevator was out of service, can you imagine taking 5 bags for a family of 6 without an elevator. The two guys at the front desk didn’t offer to help either. They also didn’t say park at this stairwell to make it easier, they recommended I come through front door but was way longer route that way. No shower gel or conditioner, front desk asked if I called for more, no it’s 11pm, should I get out and wait for them to refill and then get back in, how about fill them up before the next guest. Then there was a party above us, I called front desk 3 times and the noise didn’t stop until 130am. Oh and the couch was peeling and my kids refused to sit on it. Do not stay here, absolutely poor customer service and terrible basic amenities like an elevator in service.
- 2/5
I chose this hotel because it was a trusted Hilton name so I felt I would be safe for the 4 nights. When I arrived, I was told that I was getting the last room on the 3rd floor because other guests wanted lower rooms because the elevator was not working that day. It was fixed by the time I arrived so it didn't really matter to me where I was. I was then given "forwarning" that the hotel was going through renovations because the couches were being replaced due to condition. I was offered a cover (which turned out to just be a bed sheet) if I wanted (which I ended up requesting the next day because it was unsightly). The room was in poor & dirty condition as a whole (see pics) but I couldn't request a move because I was told they were sold out. The worst part of my stay was that the 1 and only elevator they have broke down again and stayed that way. This meant walking up and down 3 flights multiple times a day with heavy bags. Also, the bathroom door locked late one night and the female I called for help sounded VERY put off that I requested help and sent her husband to do it, which, as a female traveling alone, made me uncomfortable having a random male in my room late at night. In the end, I felt that maybe I was stuck in this room because I got it on hotels.com, but all I was ever told by staff or had to read on a sign was the word "sorry". Overall, NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM A HILTON PROPERTY AT ALL and they should have disclosed the "renovation" on the hotel description.
- 2/5
The hotel was going through reconstruction, so the halls were a mess and there was noise. The couch in the room was torn and peeling, but the offered to put a cover on if it bothered me. No wifi. Dirty coffee maker. Food was delivered but they made them drop it at the front desk because they did t want the Caviar driver “getting o get lost” finding my room.
- 2/5
Was very disappointed in the room quality, the couch was pleather and half of it was peeled off. Room walls were dirty and the lamp was broken...elevator was also broken so my mother who is not in good health had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Not the best experience for sure.
- 5/5
Excellent property

On the website, it indicates that the hotel is currently going through some renovations, but that these would not be disruptive to guests and their stay. This was also noted during the check-in process at the front desk as well. During my check-in, I was told that the furniture in the hotel rooms have not yet been renovated and we’re not up to par. This was an understatement. The couch and the footstools had been peeling off to the point where it was clear. The furniture had certainly overstayed its welcome. Some of the lampshades’ fabric were also peeling as well. The rest of the room seemed adequate with some of the upgrades that were made. The bed was comfortable, The bathroom was clean and the dressers and desk furniture looked presentable. Unfortunately, during my stay, there were stains on the down, comforter, I did not have pillowcases The first night, the towels also had stains and the start of holes forming, The elevator stopped working most of my stay and the air conditioning unit was broken to the point where it was on cool, but the heat continued to blow through the vent until it was 90° in my room, waking me up several nights in the middle of the night because I was so hot. I was offered another another room, but with the broken elevator this would have been a further inconvenience to move. Would not recommend until amenities are updated.

Our biggest impression of the place was the demeanor of the employees. Everyone seemed beat down. Rarely made eye contact and walked around very lackadaisical. Very little up beat attitude you would expect at a service industry business. It is either POOR management or an overdemanding manager causing everyone to HATE their jobs. I don't have enough room to talk about the remodeling issues.

The hotel room did not match the pictures. The couch in the room was peeling and looked awful. The elevator was old and didn’t feel safe. This hotel needs a makeover.

The front desk personnel were very kind and informative.

Loved the location and staff. Hotel room was under construction; seating area furniture was not used due shabby furnishings.

Needs some improvement.

Website said free airport shuttle, but it DID NOT say it only operates from 7 to 11. Desk clerk was rude when i asked about this and offered no resolution.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the rooms aren’t cleaned on daily basis even when asked. Had to go down to the reception to get towels and toiletries. Overall, I had a good time but the service was not the best. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or family.

There was no advance warning of the state this hotel is currently in on Expedia or the hotel’s website. Apparently it has changed ownership according to a sign on the front desk and has “temporary furnishings”. The couch and ottomans were peeling to the point pieces of the furniture ended up on our clothes and all over the room. 2 bath towels for 5 people. No bedding for the pullout couch despite being booked for 5th person. When we requested bedding and a cover for the couch, the maintenance man that was very rude and said “here’s a sheet-use it to cover your couch”. Asked the bartender on the Sunday evening if we could bring our young adult kids in to play a boardgame (due to our room being in the shape it was in) and as paying customers that was fine. Until he wanted to close up and told us we had to leave. We simply requested to leave a light on so we could finish our game, not requiring any further service from him. Complete lack of customer service. This was after another man asked to eat his take out dinner for a business meeting with another guest, was told he couldn’t bring outside food and told to eat it in his room. We were the only people sitting there. For reference, this was not closed off or needing to be locked up. We could still be seen from the front desk concierge, who was a wonderful gentleman who said he’d gladly let us stay expect the bartender outranked him. We hotel with Hilton frequently and this was by far the most atrocious by a long shot.

I was in the lobby earlier each morning trash was overflowing and no one seemed to care..

This overpriced motel is supposedly under renovation and needs it badly, but we saw no signs of work underway. Upon check-in, we were warned that corrosive chemicals used during Covid (that’s YEARS, Hilton!) had damaged the vinyl seating but weren’t prepared for how shredded they actually are IN EVERY ROOM. We were promised sheeting to cover it, which never appeared. Our room also had a huge ceiling patch in progress over the bed. Tiny, slow, stale-smelling elevator, dingy public areas, overwhelmed desk agent. Tried to check out immediately but third-party booking through Expedia made refund impossible.

Housekeeping starts knowing at 9 am, knowing that your check out is at 11am. It was a little frustrating because they didn’t care about you.

The staff no help ,and the room was dirty cleanless

Peeling leather so badly that at check in I was offered bedsheets to put on the couch. Lampshades had holes in it. Drapes would not close. The saving grace was your wonderful evening staff and your bartender.

The room was spacious but not the cleanest. Weird smell from bathroom vent.

Clean and staff was nice. I guess they are in the middle of a remodel(?) so the couch /pull out bed in our room was in unsatisfactory condition. Probably should have given some kind of refund or credit. It was torn apart and looked like it should have been thrown away. Not ok. For a $220/night room I would expect much more than a torn up couch. Breakfast was good, we were there for a soccer tournament so the early breakfast was convenient.

Food service area gross dirty unkept, food was worse.

They are in the process of remodeling, so this will improve. But the couch and footstools were falling apart due to being wiped with harsh chemicals during covid times, which looked terrible. The breakfast area was understaffed but she was doing her best. The pool was nice.

The property is being renovated and there is a lot of work to be done. I would expect in a couple months the place should be in much better shape. BatCave Games nearby is a great hobby store. Regarding the rest of the neighborhood, we had 3 encounters with people on drugs within a half mile of the hotel.

The property has seen better days and the room was poorly cleaned. The sofa bed was peeling plether (for which the staff apologised) and there was no bedding available for it. The pillows were terrible. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that couldnt supply enough bedding! I had good experiences with Doubletrees in the past but won’t ever stay at this one again. Does not deserve the rating it has.

I had to ask for a different room right after check in. Our first room was located down a hallway that looked completely different than the rest of the hotel. The hallway carpets were ripped up and the wallpaper looked like it had all been ripped off. It was kinda creepy if I'm being honest. I get that hotels go through renovations sometimes but had I known ahead of time, I would've considered a different hotel. We get into the first room, and it smelled like someone dumped an ashtray all over and the couch looked like someone tried peeling off the pleather. Needless to say I walked right back down to request a different room. The second room they gave us was definitely better. The couch was still not in great shape but overall at least the room looked cleaner and didn't smell. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bacon in the morning was good. Not sure if I'd ever go back to this particular hotel, but in retrospect, I'm glad it wasn't worse.

Couch in our room was peeling apart. Stayed in a room that was suitable for 4 adults but there was only 1 towel in room. Toilet paper wasn’t restocked in room rolls were mostly used with no new rolls to be found. Food and garbage around hot tub area.

This property is uninhabitable! DO NOT STAY HERE. I have filed a complaint with the State of Washington Health department upon arrival there were several customers wanting a refund and complaining. The furniture was torn and old, you could find better furniture on the street with a FREE sign on it! AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR STY HERE!!!
