Always enjoy my stay at Super 8. Staff is super & my room is clean & comfortable

Room is spacous and the general location is good with lots of businesses close by. Needs some repairs such as the bathroom door and desk chair.

Customer service was good, place was good for our budget, room was horrible, some disgusting not sure if it was food (dried underneath the bed) I sprayed the whole room with antibacterial spray and my husband had to fix the light in the bathroom it was hanging down because we didn’t want anyone else to come in the room it was already bad and we just need a place to lay down.

Toilet works great and tiny fridge gets really cold Bathtub made of plastic and every step you took made it feel like the bathtub was going to give in, one tiny garbage can, AC sucks, TV didn't work at all, had to use key card multiple times to unlock door every single time, cigarettes everywhere outside, and puke outside, stairs shake when walking up them, railings to stairs missing bolts and were zip tied instead, reserved ADA accessible room and got upstairs instead, dresser and nightstands unbalanced, shower only sprays out from half the shower head, and door not secure (pictures). We told them online, and on the phone we'd be coming after midnight, rang bell for 10+ minutes both times until someone finally came. Woman was really rude, the guy was ok.

Yes, it smelled like mold. We had to leave the window and the door open. There’s nothing but homeless tweakers outside all night long. You could hear them talking all night had to get replacement keys twice. Also said breakfast, but there was no breakfas

Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy.

The parking was good the beds were comfortable but that's about where it ends. It's in a bad neighborhood homeless everywhere. The people who run the motel watch you constantly and even though I don't smoke I was told several times to not smoke. Probably will not stay there again.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, heat/a/c worked great, comfy bed, quiet surroundings with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Definitely outdated but the price was perfect and the room had everything I needed. Perfect for my weekend stay.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke, so they cheerfully moved me to another. It wasn’t as bad but since I almost never encounter that stale, smoky odor, it really stands out. Owner was very nice but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Tub was not clean and didnt drain properly and the ceiling was covered in yellow speckles. Floor wasnt clean and had crumbs. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was just overall not good and def will not ever stay there again. They should def update the online photos to what it really looks like. Wish i could of gotten my money back and stayed elsewhere. Do not stay here unless you really desperate.

For the price, it is what it is. Property needs to update the carpets, furniture and bathroom. Was here 2 days and continental breakfast was not provided.

The room was outdated. There is no coffee pot in the room, There is no breakfast, But most of all our room had a terrible odor that almost was intolerable. We will not be back.

There was not a breakfast like they advertise they have coffee that's it. The people were rude. The rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarettes. When requested to check out 30 minutes late they refused. Also refused to give a discount because no breakfast. I do not recommend this property

No house keeping the entire time

The gas station attendant said he would not recommend staying in that area. Especially just a mother and young daughter. It was the area around the hotel. And hotel had outside access.

Generally surprised Wyndham allows them be an affiliate. I was told I needed to ask the front desk for service daily. Not a great start. If I wanted to make my own bed and take care of my own towels I’d get an air bnb. The room wasn’t pristinely clean, not bad but not great. The bathroom wall had a ladies hair on it. I’m from the area so was aware of the surrounding parts hence the 3 stars. When I went to the front to ask for daily service (it was a 5 night trip) I was told they couldn’t do it daily because their service staff wasn’t always available. I then asked for at least additional towels and wasn’t supplied that and had to go back to the front desk for more. I knew going in this was not a five star resort but assumed that since they were now a Wyndham property at least the service would offset the area and old building. Sadly I was wrong. Would never go back

They charged me for my service dog even though i told them several times that my dog was a service dog and medical equipment. They claimed the eoom was messy which was inaccurate. I hus slept in the bed so that was it. Nothing out of the ordinary

Most motels smell really bad. The room we had didn’t smell! This is one of the cleaner motels that I’ve stayed at in this area.

I show up and immediately want refund. The manager ignore the calls for anyone want refund. They charge me for a night even tho i ask them for refund immediately when i show up and i wasnt there cause they couldnt scan my passport. But show visible information.

The hotel was ok. Bed was comfy but the sheets had those little pills that develop when they are worn out. The area was quite and the a/c worked well. The grounds were clean and the area was alright but there are homeless in the vicinity. No issues while we were there. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was good for a few nights and if needed we would stay again.

A terrible nasty Patel motel. Totally ran down. Stinky. No breakfast. Dingy and bad lighting.. dirty parking lot. Good water pressure though.

This place needs some serious upgrading! Lobby had hole in the roof, our toilet was ready to fall off the bolts, the room smelled funny and everything was severely run down. Do yourself a favour and Skip this dump!!

Friendly staff, building needs upkeep, quiet and safe place to stay. I did not appreciate coming from accross the country and being told about Wyndham policy limiting a persons stay to 5 days only, luckily the manager was willing to make it work. Thank goodness for Meifer. Still was asked to leave on day 11. Had to sleep on a sofa at a friends.

The property is right next to two other hotels. And in between these three facilities are a lot of homeless people. They’re living in abandoned vehicles up and down the street and are constantly walking through the properties. There’s trash blowing around, piles of refuse and car parts.

Housekeeping thought I was only staying one night. So they took my luggage to the office and threw my toiletries away, I was a frequent guest.

There was a 2 inch hole in the bathroom ceiling with bubbled up paint around it consistent with a leak. The bathroom door had an area at the bottom 6-12 inches where the paneling was peeling up in strips. No bugs! Good sized room. I had a bottom room so I was able to park right in front of my room. TV swiveled so that was nice. The sheets looked clean. Furniture was damaged and had chunks of wood missing. Online the room was $60 a night on several websites but they wouldn't match it. Their price was $88. So I booked through an app.

The shower was broken. Didn't discover this until early in the morning. Sponge bathed.

Drug users stay here. They were hanging out on the balcony. There was a hideous carpet stain, afraid to know what it was. The woman at the front desk was awesome though, very kind and understanding

The hotel is older. However, the service was wonderful. I need some help with my bags because of my bad back and they were super helpful and nice to me. THANK you for the great service!!

The daily manager was extremely helpful with making adjustments and working with Expedia to help me get a refund for part of my stay. I really appreciate the work and will definitely consider this hotel again in the future.

Motel room stunk of old smoke. After 3 night stay we had to wash ALL of our clothing to get the stench out. Toilet wobbled. Too crowded with an added table and chairs. carpet was so filthy we kept socks on to walk around!

This hotel is horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! The door didn't even close all the way and a roach almost crawled into my clean clothes laying out! SO GROSS.

The problem was the room smelled terrible and we had to fabreeze the room several times we are retired and travel on our fixed income I knew it would be hard to recover our money. Learned next time check the room first.

I made the reservation online thru Expedia and as soon as i get there the lady at the front said she cant rent to me because so of the other people staying there dont want me there.. S o i ask for my money back so i can go somewhere else she said no and kicked me off the property. I contact Expedia and THEY ARE REFUNDING MY MONEY. SO I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW FO NOT STAY AT SUPER 8 IN VANCOUVER WASHINGTON. YOU WILL REGRET IT. JEFF ASLSO KNOWN---- LUCIFER

needs some TLC really showing signs of wear

hotel is grubby, falling apart, pipes rattle and water has a weird smell. Window screens are torn out, doors get stuck, and hotel is surrounded by broken cars.

The hotel is a refuge for the homeless with multiple carts and their owners camping in the parking lot. There was mold in the checkin lobby and the plaster was falling apart. The door entering the lobby was filthy. We did not stay the night.

Pleasant enough. Tub had some mold at the seams. TV was good and big enough for the room. Pillows were poor, thin. $101 for the night was OK for value.

Very disappointed in the room and area around the hotel especially for a Wyndham property. The room had cigarette burns on the nightstand and smelled of it too when it was noted as a non-smoking room. The noise of other tenants, cars with loud mufflers and stereos made for a sleepless night. The evening check in guy was nice but the morning check out lady was rude and didnt give a rip about my concerns. I would love some compensation back as it was not worth the price paid but I know I'll never get it!! DO NOT STAY HERE. There has to be better hotels in the area.

Very disappointed, arrived monday night, upon waking early next morning, found out there was no breakfast for guests, and there was no coffee pot in the room, not even a pump pot of coffee in the office. Had to leave and drive, unfortunately all the fast food places in the area were closed except a mile + found a McDonald's to get some coffee, and that was gross. Do not recommend this place, plus was informed by family across town not to leave anything in our truck, that this was a really bad part of town.

The connections were not intact in the walls, the walls were dirty, the carpets were poorly vacuumed, there was stains on the sheet and blankets, it felt like the room was going to come crashing down any minute.

It stopped there unfortunately. The room smelled like stale smoke and febreeze Over priced too for location. I expect those prices in Vancouver Canada

Needed a place to stay while my father was in the hospital. We checked in for 2 nights and left at 330 in the morning because my father ended up passing away. When I went to notify the desk clerk, he yelled NO REFUNDS at me and took my room keys. The room was dirty and had mold in the bathroom area. There were homeless people in the field next to the parking area, which was just outside our room. This is not a place you want to go to, even if it is just for a bed and quick shower ... I have stayed in some questionable locations before, but I never felt unsafe until here.

Seemed clean, but very small. No exhaust vent/fan in bathroom to remove moist air from showering, etc - or odors from the toilet. No coffee in office, no way to make coffee in the room!

Room was fine. And easy to get room. There was garbage on ground around hotel which i suspect is from empty lot behind building. Little surprised to be asked for $100 deposit cash on top of the bill. If this is regularly the case,then i think that should be mentioned when booking a room.

It was a dirty little hotel With homeless people all around with abandoned tracks and campers and I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody and I’m really surprised us Expedia pushing it

The room was ok for the price. It was an older motel with dated rooms. The shower needed a new shower curtain. It could have been cleaner. I could accept it for the price. What was unacceptable were the two broken down RVs that were allowed to park on the street right next to the parking lot. I woke up about 7 am to a man outside of one of them screaming and threatening people. When he saw me look out of the window he shouted that he was going to come to the room and slap the "expletive" out of me. I called the office several times with no answer. We packed quickly and left as fast as we could. We stopped at the office to check out I reported the incident to the office clerk. He said the police won't do anything about it. I told him I did not feel safe there and would not stay again.

The hotel was very run down, needed repairs and smelled like a smokestack. The bed was old, hard and had only 3 pillows. I signed for non smoking and got a smoking room! Terrible! Very disappointed in Rodeway!

The mattress cover was stained with urine. I slept on top of the bed in my own sleeping bag - I didn’t want my body in that bedding.
