Reviews
The hotel reviews collectively express a strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the property. It was a very noisy hotel
- 4/5
The room was clean and quiet. The property is still in need of repairs. The pool had to be reserved, one room at a time. That seemed odd and inconvenient. The location is excellent and easy to get to. However, it seems like they are gradually trying to fix up the property and we will be back in August.

Crockroach I bath tub. The bathroom shower/bath tub has no grab bars. Very slippery. Breakfast was called “grab and go”. Was packaged oatmeal that you had to take to your room to cook. Other items were apples, oranges and yogurt. Had coffee and juices. There were no trays to carry the items back to your room. Would not recommend this place for anyone.

The beds were comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There was also no dedicated breakfast area. Guests had to get coffee from the office and take it back to their rooms, which was not very convenient.
- 1.5/5
Plenty of hot water for all 5 of us to get showered. That we were not told there are no elevators, the pool is locked unless you check out towels and a key at the front desk, that the lady at front desk is hard to understand and didn't explain checking out towels for the pool when we checked in even though we asked about the pool, the hair on the floor in our room, the bed side lamps didn't work, the TV didn't work, the breakfast was "take away" as they call it in a brown paper bag (we passed so I can't say for sure what was in it). No one answered when calling the front desk, walk to lobby it was locked and no one to help with the problems. Oh and technically I rented 2 rooms one for my spouse and me and one for 3 of our children. I thought if you rent 2 rooms there would be 2 bathrooms but no, if the locking go between doors were closed our room would have been without a bathroom. So for tge money of 2 rooms we got 1 and a half. Location is a homeless infested crime ridden area.

Clean Pool hours, u could have only 1 hr & 1 family at the time & you had to take whatever time they have available. Breakfast, we were 3 people in one room. We wanted only 2 yogurts each for breakfast and nothing else. The front desk lady told me , NO We can’t do that only 1 yogurt per person Then, she said they have frozen breakfast sandwiches which I can not heat them up in their microwave & have to take it back to my room & use my room’s microwave.

ADA room did not have a lot of accessible features. There was a tub rather than a walk-in shower, and a ledge as you navigate into the room. The breakfast was pretty horrible and the coffee was bad enough that we went over to Starbucks. It was very overpriced for what I would consider a pretty seedy motel.
- 2/5
No body wash or shampoo. Shower had no water pressure. Entry door required pressing handicapped button but door would stick. "Breakfast " was a few pastries and yogurt; they should not be able to say Breakfast included.
- 2/5
Older building not very clean. Noisy floors.
- 2/5
Apples and oranges in a dish next to tea, coffee and water. The rooms all have mildew or mold growing on the the windows. The night stand had dried up liquid that wasn't ours on it and the pull out had crumbs etc in it. The blanket we were given for the pull out sofa had unidentifiable stuff matted on it.
- 3/5
Breakfast was lacking alot. Lady in morning was rude expedia said check was noon and lady made us leave by 11am
- 1/5
It took over 30 minutes to check in. There were two people working and neither knew what they were doing. It was ridiculous. They didnt know what room to give me, they messed up the payment, etc. Terrible service
- 1/5
This is a great spot if you are traveling and only plan on sleeping there for one night

Frozen sandwiches for breakfast
- 5/5
clean room, friendly staff
- 3/5
It was an average stay. The property is kept clean but is very old and overdue for improvements. My room had a yellow ring stain that was on the ceiling edge throughout the room. In spite of some of those concerns, I was going to extend my stay, but after waiting for over 25+ minutes with the evening staff, I decided to find a different hotel. She told me several times that she would be right with me- but never did. After a long day of work- I just wanted to go to bed.
- 2/5
The whole room had only one small trash container and there is no breakfast area. They will just give you some frozen breakfast sandwich, the juice machine is not working and the coffee taste just water. So sorry this is my first time staying in a hotel this terrible.
- 1/5

El desayuno era congelado
- 3/5
The room was functional. The people were very nice. It had typical three star amenities. The physical plant was a bit tired and beat up. The location was terrific. Grocery stores , gas stations , restaurants , all within walking distance.
- 2/5
leaked at the fittings and barely trickled out of the shower head.
- 1/5
Bugs in room ( looked like baby roaches) , mildew in shower, mold on windows, musty. They tried to insinuate that the bugs came in on luggage- I said yeah and now they are leaving on mine ? ? WtH! I do not recommend this place
- 1/5
This hotel is used to house the homeless, the guy next to our room got arrested at 12:30am while we were trying to sleep. The rooms were dirty and they have plastic on the beds. The sheets and towel were stained and has holes in them.
- 2/5
Staff was good but the room needed improvement. Shower head was missing and stains on towels and sheets. Definitely maintenance issues should be addressed and need more attention to detail with linens.
- 3/5
Location is easy off Freeways and lots of services around. The breakfast served is a choice of a frozen food item to take to your room and microwave. I did like that. They had a microwave in the room and a good size fridge. There was a tiny tiny tiny coffee pot like make one cup type but they do offer coffee in the Main check-in counter area reception. So for a room that’s under $100 a night it served its purpose. It was quiet and they allow dogs. I wish they would enforce the smoking section as some people staying. There were smoking by the walkway near the pool doors. The dog potty area is a very small corner of dirt no grass that smells of dog urine. So a walk down the sidewalk across the street you can hit some nice green grass for your pup.
- 5/5
Best Staff ever!
- 2/5
A budget hotel that has seen better days.
- 1/5
Staff was great until they said that we needed to leave half way through our stay because of a fight between another guest and one of my room occupants then they refused to refund me for the remainder of what wasn't used and still haven't refunded the room deposit
- 1/5
The staff was rude at times and they accused my brother of starting a fight that he didn't start
- 1/5
Bad smell, heather not working in winter, toilet broken .... horible.
- 3/5
The rooms and hallways could use a deep clean. Although surface level clean enough to not be disgusting there was an unpleasant odor of staleness and neglect in hallways and rooms. Carpet needs to be removed or replaced, some paint and fix the broken appliances like hair dryers and coffee makers. The parking area was full of broken glass, trash and huge piles of dog feces everywhere. I expected more from a Red Lion even though it's a a budget hotel Ive had much better experiences at this chain at other locations.
- 3/5
3stars is a solid review. Outside of the building is worn, moss on roof, old/dated lobby, patrons looked rough. However the family suite was clean (we moved the beds for the kids and some debris was under but not bad) things were in working order, large room, didn’t stink. Location was good, staff was friendly, pool worked but not hot tub. Kids said it was warm but the air was cold. Good location
- 3/5
Room was clean, but hallway had terrible smell. Person next door was very loud and disruptive. Did not feel safe.
- 5/5
For the price, this is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool is very clean. My kids give it a 10/10.
- 3/5
Yes it was good.
- 4/5
Clean staff is good
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and the room was much nicer than expected for the price of a traveling 1 night stay
- 3/5
Staff was great no complaints there. Halls smelled of smoke but room did not. Bug in room on ceiling rather large not sure what it was. All in all place was ok. It was cheap you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable beds, lots of space!
- 5/5
Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room. Great rates.
- 5/5
The room was clean and warm and quiet!! The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. The area was close to food and shopping. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Nice quiet rooms
- 1/5
I checked in, and was told that the entrance to where my room was broke and had to use a different entrance.I ended up staying at another hotel. I did not feel safe traveling alone. I wouldn't have stayed traveling with someone either.
- 1/5
We did not sleep. It was terrible.
- 4/5
Great staff, nice room. Will be back!
- 4/5
Mattress was not very comfortable, felt like I was sleeping in a pup tent on the edge of a cliff. Room was clean though and quiet. Hallway smelled like a wet rag and needed a thorough vacuuming. Front desk service was excellent but breakfast was packaged processed nonsense.
- 2/5
Honestly it could use some updating. The hall which lead to the room smelled like wet dogs. The best part of the hotel was they allowed early check ins which made it so we were able to actually get ready for our event before hand and not in the car.
- 5/5
The cleanest hotel pool we’ve swam in! The front desk is very courteous and helpful and the room was clean. Great experience and a very reasonable price.
- 1/5
Staff was rude inconsiderate entered our room without notice and went through our belongings threatening to call the DEA because of alleged marijuana smoke they kicked us out two days early then our check out date with no refund or reimbursement
- 4/5
Room clean, didn’t like the weird person sitting in the smok on my area, appeared more like a homeless person then a person staying there.
- 3/5
Get experience of being uncomfortable
- 5/5
The staff were very kind, patient, and helpful.
- 1/5
The beds are hard the hallways smells horrible there’s cars in the parking lot on bricks missing tires. The water pressure was awful. Wouldn’t let us check in early said they were cleaning but the rooms weren’t even clean stayed two days no one came and cleaned the room or brought clean towels nothing it was a horrible experience. The people up stairs were super loud all night like they were jumping it was just a horrible experience which is sad
- 5/5
We do prefer the way breakfast was handled a year ago better. I appreciated the increase in choices, but one of the reasons we always have stayed here is for the grab and go hot breakfast. The front desk staff is always top-notch, but this year, Maria made our stay even better than usual. She was sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fun. We wish her a very happy birthday this upcoming week. She is a great asset to your company!
- 4/5
The staff were kind, polite, and professional, and the spaces were clean and cared for. Lighting in the room was dim, so be careful if you have vision problems. The mattress and pillows were a little lumpy (but not painfully so!), so be cautious if you have spinal problems. The "continental" breakfast includes hot options if you use hot water for oatmeal and microwave your own frozen burrito back in the room. Overall, the facilities aren't new and shiny, but they are clearly maintained. It was in reasonable condition for the price.
- 4/5
Staff was awesome and super helpful. They were having problems with the computers, Maria (I think that was her name) was lovely and very helpful! Someone give that lady a raise!
- 1/5
Room was clean but breakfast doesn’t exist it’s. Snack grab and go breakfast. Weird people all around. Wouldn’t eat the food
- 2/5
Creaking from the floor above woke me up throughout the night. Bed uncomfortable. Cracks in sink. Dents in mini fridge. Smelled strange.
- 3/5
Needs a facelift but staff are amazing
- 1/5
The pictures on the internet do not match what the actually rooms are. Charged $100 deposit. Got to the room it smelt like musty stale cigarettes. The sheets had holes in it. Also a huge stain on the sheets. The room wasn’t very clean (bathroom, sinks) Parking was very tight.
- 1/5
They charged twince we alredy paid through expedia
- 4/5
The hotel was decent enough. We were in the area you had to get buzzed into the building, so I didnt like that.
- 1/5
This property stinks
- 5/5
Very friendly check in. Our room was clean, comfortable and climate controlled. Really appreciated the blackout curtains and late checkout.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 3/5
Dated but clean
- 2/5
There was a sandwich left in the refrigerator from the previous person, the sheets had a blood spot on them, and the shower bar was not mounted properly so the curtain would stay closed. The buildings run down and not in the greatest condition.
- 4/5
Not gonna lie, when driving up the outside was less than stellar. We happened to be staying one night for a concert and $250 for a room was exorbitant for a room. But to my surprise the room was spacious and clean. The pool, which we had to ourselves was pleasant and clean. And the staff was kind and engaging. Not sure what the front desk woman’s name was but she was great.
- 2/5
This place needs to be leveled and rebuilt. It does not meet traditional Red Lion standards. The lobby is cramped and tired, with a plexiglass shield surrounding the receptionist such that a customer cannot conduct a dialog with the receptionist without yelling. The staircase leading to the rooms, the hallway containing entrances to the rooms, and my room itself reminded me of a well-used college dormitory setting. The hairdryer in my room had been ripped away from its mounting on the bathroom wall and was missing. The towels were worn and had no texture. The bed was fine, but that was the only redeeming feature of this place.
- 3/5
No Hot tub No Sauna No Pool Not worth the money I spent. If I would've know beforehand, I would've made reservations somewhere else. Staff were friendly.
- 1/5
Our bed is broken and they won’t help. It’s litterally broken in half
- 3/5
The beds were pretty hard, the property could use some attention, but the rooms were clean, it was a great place to stay of you're going to the Cascade Amphitheater. They won't let you check in early, so keep that in mind. Parking was hectic and limited.
- 4/5
The desk staff seemed very nice and thorough to the point of being slow. There was quite a back when I arrived at the front desk to check in, approximately six people deep, and I stood in line for for about 30 minute.
- 3/5
one lady doing checkins was amazingly fast and knowledgeable. however there was an older man also doing checkins that was extremely slow... she was processing 3 guests to each 1 of his. when it was our turn. we got him. he seemed frazzled and confused. stared at the screen without clicking his mouse. it was painfully slow. once that horrendous process was done we found a nice cool room. clean. good layout. didnt get to enjoy any hotel amenities as we left immediately for the concert and returned late. headed out next morning. i do recommend this hotel if youre in the area. its just a gamble as to how long your checkin experience will be.
- 3/5
Staff was great! Property was just fine for the price, but it noisy. Everyone in the stairs or hallway or next room sounded like they were basically inside my room. It’s a cheap-ish option with a breakfast that ends before checkout.
- 3/5
The manager was very accommodating he let me have the late check out and was able to use the pool due to the inconvenience. I checked in for the front desk for the clerk to tell me that the pool is closed due to the fact that a dog was let in the pool.I called the front desk in the evening asking to be compensated for the fact that pool is closed. The evening desk clerk informed me that it was not close that the incident with the dog was several days ago. a lot of miscommunication between employees. You have to have a reservation to use the pool because people vandalized and misuse the pool. When we were able to use Liverpool it was very cold and somebody had turned off the heater. I came to Vancouver to visit my sister that was in state from Texas I only stayed there because they had a pool available. Identify out there was so much miscommunication about the pool closure by the end of the night I was very frustrated. A little too expensive for the amenities that were available and not only was the pool closed but the hot tub was not available and covered with plywood. what's on it was not available due to some kind of a fire they didn't notify anybody that made reservations about these inconveniences.
- 4/5
It was a great location to the cascade amphitheater and a great place for us to crash after the concert.
- 5/5
Older hotel, the rooms have been remodeled comfy, clean and great AC...hallways smelled a little funky but the room didn't! Great place for a short stay
- 1/5
The beds are rock hard, showers were filthy, and towels all had holes in them, as well as being child sized. If you’re thinking of staying here. DONT. The room we booked was described as handicapped, which it was not. Also there is no ramp to get into the office. So good luck with that. And to top it all off, they charged my card an extra 90$ after I left, (I paid in full when we arrived) I call to see why, and they told me they had no idea why. Still waiting for a return call. That I’ll probably never get.
- 3/5
Stayed here for 1 night with husband & kiddo. Wasn’t at all what I was expecting… very old & pool was closed. The sheets had some stains on them. 1 night was a long enough stay for me.
- 3/5
Toilet was in the way of closing the bathroom door. Unfurnished kitchen.
- 5/5
Reasonable rates. Parking lot is cramped. If you’re traveling with a trailer, I wouldn’t recommend pulling into their parking lot.
- 5/5
Great for my road trip stop. The lady at the desk was very welcoming when I checked in and the man was super sweet when I checked out!
- 5/5
Tom was amazing. Slept very well
- 2/5
While the property was clean, we could tell the owners are not investing
- 3/5
Quality was not what it was represented to be online. Like, maybe they used a Snapchat filter.
- 4/5
1. This is my second stay. I stayed at the same hotel one year prior and the pool and spa were out of order. The same was true on m most recent visit. I think they should remove pool and spa from the listing because they obviously don't have plans to reopen them. 2. I reserved a room with a kitchen because I was there for several days and I didn't want to eat out all the time. The kitchen was fine, but they did not stock the kitchen with any of the tings required to make it useful. No dishes, silverware, pots or pans. It was definitely not what I was expecting.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
Comfortable room at a good price.
- 1/5
this was a HORRIFIC stay. whoever was staying upstairs was romping, stomping, and running around at ALL hours of the day and night. from 6pm-6am it was nonstop. sounded like they were also dragging and moving furniture around and slamming it against the floor. We begged to chnage rooms and they wouldn't accommodate, just said they would call and tell the people to be quiet. (which never happened by the way). it was so unbearable one of our family members went and slept in the parking lot in our car. only AFTER we began our checkout process did they say "how terrible" the people upstairs were and how theyd been "causing nothing but trouble". and then informed us they were going to try and kick them out. okay? weve been telling you this for two days and you did nothing, and also forced us to stay in the room? i dont know the laws for motels and such things but their should be QUIET HOURS enforced after 11pm. you guys could care less about the comfort of your guests and thats going to keep us from ever returning.
- 2/5
Thick plastic mattress cover made bed extremely uncomfortable. Especially when the fitted sheet kept popping off. Bed was really hard.
- 3/5
The staff was EXCELLENT and very helpful, the building and landscaping was from another century and not up to Red Lion standards. This hotel looked and felt like we were in 1975. Shower was a joke as almost no water came out of faucet and ceiling had mold growing on it. Sheets were threadbare and had holes in them. Towels were no better. The only saving grace of this stay was Claudia, head housekeeper who was remarkably helpful and warm. All the staff did their best but facilities were lacking.
- 2/5
Bathroom door was too large for opening and it was really hard to close. Also, poor insultation. We heard the dog next door barking and kids above us ran around til late and then started again very early in the morning.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, grab and go breakfast had lots of choices, including vegan, GF and keto. Good strong coffee in the lobby, small snacks yogurt and fruit. Check in was quick and again very friendly and helpful front staff!
- 5/5
It was nice and quiet and I the gentleman in the front desk is a great guy you need anything just ask him. He can make you some good food!!!
- 4/5
Staff was pleasant and helpful
- 2/5
The only good thing about this place was the location.
- 2/5
Two staff members when we entering and one of them on her personal cell phone whille we waited and the people started piling up. Then the water pressure was terrible in the shower and sink. Then we go to front office to ask if someone found something we lost and they weren't very helpful.
- 4/5
I like the hotel because it’s not that expensive.
- 2/5
Second: The booking, though not received, was made good. Booked a king bed accessible. None available, subbed a two bed Queens accessible. Third: Step in tub. Accessible to whom? Both beds were covered by a "dust cover" when we walked in. Under that, the very thin blanket and sheet set. There were holes in the dust covers. One of the blankets had two approximately one inch burn holes. We had to use both blankets and top sheets to be warm enough to sleep. One small cake of soap for 2 people. Fourth: I don't expect to stay at another Red Lion. Fifth: Very disappointed with Hotels.com for failing to ensure the booking had been confirmed before telling me that it had been.
- 5/5
friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds
- 4/5
Clean, well appointed hotel, conveniently located . Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Even gave us bottled water and a snack pack for the road, which was thoughtful and unexpected!
- 5/5
I was there for 2 nights for James Taylor concert nearby. Perfect location 10 minutes from Cascades Amphitheater.
- 3/5
The check-in process was very slow. The worker was nice when we got to the front, it just took forever. The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty.
- 2/5
The room and hallways smelled really bad! Like animal piss...
- 3/5
The propery
- 5/5
The staff was great, Room was clean and spacious, amenities were nice, breakfast went until 10 a.m. so many close before I'm ready!
- 4/5
There’s one woman in the front lobby that has no idea what she’s doing and is very confused aside from that. It’s a perfectly comfortable stay. It’s very outdated and decrepit, but it’s very clean.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing
- 2/5
Then I was given keys to a room that was occupied and I walked in on them, They where cool about it and I went back and they switched me to another room, which was fine. The women who checked me in was nice and brand new, The manager she had there did not know how to reverse my payment back to me, so she had to call and wake up some other Managerial person. Room was fine, some lingering odor in the hallways. This place has potenial, It looks remodeled on the outside, Mid 1980's on the inside. I have never complained like this before but I love Red Lions and hope they can bring the place to resemble a typical Red Lion. The poor staff needed to be mentored properly at the front desk, The trainee even mentioned that her manager is lacking in answers for some basic questions. P.S. Bring your instant coffee singles if you want a good cup in the morning or there is a Starbucks across the street in Safeway!!!
- 5/5
my stay at the red lion was great from the moment I walked in the door, the front desk clerk went above and beyond to make sure we received a good price for the room, she was great. I also meant the owner of the hotel and he also was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean they also have a great breakfast bag they offer as well as fresh coffee. They made sure to let us know if there was anything we needed to not hesitate to ask ... Everyone was very polite during our 2 night stay, I would recommend The Red Lion Inn to anyone it was a great stay. This will be the Hotel I stay at every time I come to vancouver to visit... Thank You
- 4/5
At first sight, we were a little worried about safety as there appear to be transients staying here. Property is very old. A lot of room windows need replacing. There are some updating but needs more. Our room was nice and clean. The front staff were accommodating and welcoming.
- 4/5
Room windows were cloudy. Hard to see out.
- 5/5
I mean, it’s Vancouver….. I didn’t realize it was icky
- 4/5
Buen lugar. Limpio
- 5/5
Very nice and very clean.Hallway to our room wasent very impressive, but the room was definetly a pleasant surprise!
- 4/5
It was very quiet
- 3/5
On a good note, my room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the room rate was fairly reasonable, and it’s close to I-5.
- 2/5
Area where hotel was located was sketchy as can be. Pool was not working but to be honest even if it was open I would probably be afraid to use it because it was in a building separate from the hotel. Wouldn’t want to get mugged in a swimsuit. Furniture in room was old and refrigerator in our room had dents that looked like it was shot with a BB gun. Room and hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Then breakfast was terrible! Little ones muffins and microwave breakfast sandwich/burritos.
- 5/5
Nice location
- 1/5
The hallway wreaked of vomit and pee. It was advertised that they had a pool, the spa was closed but when we went to use the pool it was locked. They said the indoor pool was closed for the season which was not disclosed anywhere. The pillows were terrible and the mattress was a joke.
- 2/5
Everything was pretty poor and the mattresses were so hard, none of us got any sleep. Other than the rooms being a good size, everything needs to be cleaned and revamped. Seemed pretty ghetto all around and we tried three different places to eat around the hotel and all were nasty… we were warned about this during check in. It was incredibly noisy, and it should state that it’s literally right next to the freeway. We will not be staying here again.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. The exterior is tired and worn. Room was clean but tired appearance as well
- 5/5
The balcony view was stunning. If you are wanting a room overlooking the ocean, this is the place for you. The highlight of our stay was looking at our balcony at night. The beach was lighted which casted a glow over the ocean waves! Absolutely breathtaking!
- 1/5
Upon arrival check in was greeted by ladies who could not seem to operate a computer and took forever for the process to go through, not very friendly. Get to my room found hair in the shower and floor. Walls between rooms were paper thin so both nights I got less then 4 hours sleep because of screaming/running kids. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
Good size room, I had zero issues. Only one entrance from road, making for some possible fiascos if one had parked under overhang for office visit.
- 5/5
Was nice. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut scetchy people and broken Down car in back parking lot. Was expecting a lot more being a red lion we will Skip on way Home stay elsewhere
- 2/5
I didn't realize how downhill Red lion would be. No room service, pool wasnt working, front desk lady gave me a whole lecture on why she needed to put us on the bottom floor because our kids would be too loud and cause other guests to call the front desk and she did not want to be bothered. I also got a 5 min lecture on noy smoking in the room, I don't even smoke. We didn't get anything extra like towels, soap, shampoo. The vreakfast was in a brown paper bag lile back in Covid days, also the pool was not in service.

The staff were really nice and helpful! Hotel itself is older and outdated. It was clean but heater knobs were broken so a little tricky yo get heat going. Breakfast needs heated up in your own room and we ended up blowing the breaker and losing power heating up all our breakfast but again staff was fast to act and get it back on!

I was meeting a colleague at this hotel who was showing up late at night. Though they were not on the reservation they went to the front desk to ask what room I was staying in, not only did the front desk tell the what room...they gave them a room key so they could get into my room! Luckily, I was expecting them (just not expecting them to come walking in announced at 1a) and was dressed and awake! Horrible security practices! Breakfast of frozen burritos, brown bananas and expired milk was also subpar. Walls to surrounding rooms are paper thin and casual conversations can easily be overheard. The entertainment of watching prostitutes coming and going, guys peeing in the alley behind the cars and watching the gas station clerk smoke meth behind his store was better than the actual entertainment offered in the rooms!

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, especially Thomas the manager. He helped us get out of a situation from a different hotel. That was horrible.

From the outside and 1st impression this place is very run down, not inviting, and does not particularly look safe. The room was clean but the people next to me were very noisy and I was asked for cigarettes multiple times. Do Not Recommend.

Got in after a long day of travel, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was tasty. Loved my stay here.

I’ll start out positive: the staff is fantastic. Friendly, and as helpful as they can be. The hotel itself was not in great condition. We knew it would be fancy at all. We only needed a good nights sleep before being on the road again. Impossible with all the noise from the heater- whine, thump, rattle. Then we could hear the other hotel guests as the base of the bed is metal and when even hit lightly makes a resounding -doooonnnnggg. Tired and cranky now with miles still ahead.

Hotel is getting run down. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower heads barely sprayed any water. When we went to leave there was a homeless man slumped against our exit door doing drugs. We went to the front desk to check out and tell them about the issue but no one was there. The whole office was abandoned.

There wasn't much room to park this one person had multiple cars constantly taking up parking spaces with for sale signs written all over them and this truck kept parking behind cars instead of in a space

The desk staff were very nice. The property was rundown, our first room had no heat. Did not see any other staff on the property until we left. 3 days with no new towels or linens. Desk didnt have any. Part of the rooms looked like low income of immigrants were being housed, beer cans laying around and people drinking at tables outside. Guys staring and one man let me know he was an alcoholic. Red lion really has gone down from what I expected.

TV didn't work, no remote control, noisy, could hear the neighbors running around and jumping. Hotel had an odor, and coffee was horrible. Pet area was full of dog poop. Broken down cars in the parking lot, took up spaces.
