It is clean but very sparce and old. It has a fridge and microwave, and TV, with internet. Hasn't been painted or updated for years. 5 tiny soaps and a shampoo. No Kleenex or napkins. It was ok but not what you would expect in a modern space. There is no turn lane into the property from one direction, to legally turn you approach from the west not east side, awkward. Food Access all within 5 miles that was good.

Quiet and room was comfortable. There was a guy that greeted us in the parking lot. He had a broom in hand. We thought he was a worker but not sure. After we checked in he met us outside was very creepy and told us we could have stayed for free in a room that the door was opened. Not sure if it was his room or not. But it creeped us out as we were two women on our own. If we had seen him when we came back from our event, we would have left and asked for a refund. Very inappropriate if he does work for you.

Totally misrepresented on Expedia. Property is in horrible condition. We were willing to accept that the second queen was really only a double, but after one night and seeing more disrepair and filth at every turn, we had expedia cancel and refund the next night so we could go to an acceptable accommodation. Moldy and disintegrated caulk, moldy shower curtain, damaged doors, stained toilet, dead spiders and spider webs. Place needs completely renovated. We did not ask for a different room because it was obvious the whole property was in need of repair.

So, I bought a night at this place for 130 and I even think 60 would have been paying far too much. I thought the reviews looked pretty good so I went ahead and booked it. Check in was fast and easy, then I get to the room. There were stains on the comforter which wasn’t a great start, the room just looked scary. The kicker was when we got in bed and I pulled the sheets back to find multiple dead ants sharing the space with us, paid $130 to sleep in my car. Worst pet was no one was there after we had checked in or checked out so I couldn’t even try to get my money back

Needed to visit family & the room assisted with that.

Required a $100 deposit up front for a room that was worth less than a $100. Website states that it’s a hotel but don’t be fooled, it’s a rundown motel with lower standards than your average motel. From a cleanliness standpoint the room smelled like mildew and body odor, the pillows and sheets had stains on them, the towels were also stained and had hair embedded in them, there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, a build up of water and hair behind the sink, and the fridge wasn’t clean. From a comfort standpoint the bed was very stiff making it difficult to get comfortable, we woke up the next morning sore and tired. This place has potential due to its location but something needs to be done to raise the standards.

First of all the lady at the front desk says we don't have a valid reservation and there were no rooms available. She was absolutely zero help after that. Not even interested in suggesting another place. On top of all this when we booked it said we could pay when we arrived but that didn't stop them from charging our card 1 week before we got there and then telling me there was no reservation made by hotels.com. Hotel was a throwback; probably built in the late 40s or early 50s. Mostly empty and my wife said it reminded her of the Bates Motel in the movie. The office seemed distrustful and required my wife and I to both produce driver''s licenses which they made a copy of with the statement "you cannot be too careful in the motel business these days." Room had ancient stove and refrigerator in the room with absolutely no utensils for cooking. Cabinet which held the 25" picture tube TV was homemade plywood from the 1950's. Adjoining room occupants, which might have been the owners, we're very noisy until 9:00-9:30.

Charming, small, and a blast from the past. This is one of those places that I'll say "I don't want it to become popular". The lady that handled the desk was super nice and understanding about things, she told me exactly what I needed to do when I was speaking to her about my situation. The room was pretty dang big, and had plenty of storage space for at least a week's stay. Small fridge and a small microwave were set up and the shower had great water pressure. The commode was in an awkward spot but it was manageable. Slight damage to the wall in one hard to see spot (I saw it but my family never saw it) but nothing that had me worried the wall was leaking or going to fall through. The beds were very nice! I've stayed at hotels that charged 3x more and had less comfy beds/pillows. Pleasant surprise. I hope they stay in business for a long time.

The room was surprisingly better than expected- the only thing is it took a long time for the showers to get hot water...the bed felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring mattress only-it was really hard. we aren't picky people so please understand that we don't over criticize. we had to move the cabinet that held the tv in order to see it from where the bed was. and it was a old tube tv. other than that the staff was really nice- it was quiet- close to shopping- and it was inexpensive. we won't chose that hotel again because of the bed alone. we left a day early because of that reason alone.

Have stayed here a few times based on convenience and ease of access when traveling to Seattle. Nice large rooms which many hotel chains would market at 'suites' - sitting areas and full kitchens are a definite plus. Decor and style are stale late-70's to early-80's but clean. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures have been updated and bedding and linens were fine. Not great but fine.

It was a bit disappointing. I thought it was a different hotel that I knew and it was not. It is an older place with slow wi-fi and old tube tv. I referred friends to this place before I checked in. When my friends arrived and saw the older condition of the place and the small simple room and old tv. They refused their room and were given a much better room. It had a little better tv and lots more space.

Had the worst hotel stay in 35 years. Room smelled of mold, crawling bugs in room, springs on bed hurt our backs, no house keeping service, wi-fi was SLOW, ice maching was broken. Wish I could give it a zero star! Paid over $82 for the night. You couldn't get us to stay there again even if it was free! Stay away from this MOTEL!

I really like this place, the owners are great! We have stayed here twice now, the first time it was by chance because our original hotel wouldn't accommodate us and they were kind enough to make a way to accommodate our family. The second our kitchette didn't work and I told them, they were very kind and upgraded our room. I would stay here again as well as recommend to others.

I was Thankful to get a room on such short notice. It was very spacious; we arrived later than anticipated. The lady at front office was Very accommodating especially at 3 a.m. And again at 6 a.m for extra coffee! It's not fancy but accommodating!

For the money I was charged, I would have been better staying in a Motel 6.

The room is supposed to be non-smoking but we were welcomed with a strong smell of smoke in the room. The bed sheets were not changed, obviously someone just checked out and the housekeeper did not changed the linen. We slept in dirty sheets for the 1st 2 nights of our stay eventhough we notified the hotel staff about it. Housekeeping staff didn't make any good job either - did not clean the bathroom as expected. We had to buy and put Bounce fabric sheets all over the room to make it smelling fresh at least as we are very disgusted with the smell of the room every time we go back to our suite from outing. The housekeeping staff also left our room unlocked and we felt unsafe for all our stuff in the room.

What we expected for the price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel has seen better days, but it was comfortable, clean, and close to everything we needed in town. Will stay again.

Motel was easy to find, but some of neighbor rooms were noisy in early morning of our checkout day. Food places were NOT close by; had to travel several miles for breakfast.hobby time

If the above is not enough, imagine when you checked in and you ask for a handicap room, you are being assigned to the back of the motel where it faces an abandoned field with grasses growing 4 feet tall and with no fences, it is setting perfect for being jumped by strangers in the dark at night. Then a few days in, one morning, you just use your toilet as usual, it all of a sudden flooded like the amazon river at high tide non-stop! You franatically called the front desk to send someone in your room to help, you were told there was no one there to help you, and you were told why don't you help yourself by turning off the water value. By that time, the water had now flooded from the bathroom into your bedroom and kitchen. Then 15 minutes, the front desk clerk blatantly handed you a bucket and the mop and asked you to do the "do it yourself" dance. How ridiculous is this???? I asked the clerk what she planned to remedy the situation. She said nothing. I asked her where is the hotel owner, and I wanted to talk to her. She said she was out-of-town and could not be reached by phone calls. Horrifying experience!!!!

I went there as a place to stay after seeing a concert (since I lived out of town) Is this a brand new room with the most fancy accommodations at your fingertips? No. But that isn't a fair judgement when you make a purchase of a very fair rate for a good located older Inn. It had an old feeling to it, which I find just fine... and everything was clean and quiet. PERFECT! They set us up with a room in the back which had stairs and also a small patio. It was cool although we didn't really get a chance to take advantage of it seeing we weren't staying in the room much. I think it was a GREAT place for the price we paid and very well located since we went to a Clark county fair concert. Id say an update is getting a little better TVs, nothing fancy just something a little bit better than what they have. I don't have a really bad complaint at all. Thumbs up!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room had a nice kitchenett. I would suggest replacing the coffee pot with a new one or, giving the current one a really good inside cleaning.
