Staff are so friendly

This is our go to place when in the Venice area while our house is being built. Love the two rooms so you can spread out a bit. Simple but solid free breakfast. Publix and a couple restaurants near by. For the rate, you can’t beat it!

Property was very loud. No amenities in the bathroom. The shower did not drain properly.

Very helpful and friendly front desk team. While it is not fancy, it’s very comfortable and they have thought about things to make the visit pleasant. Highly recommend and good value.

Clean , quiet and super convenient to airport ! Check in Not till 3:00 pm . Rooms were not ready at check in . Bring food with you or prepare to door dash!

Bugs in the pool the freezer part of the fridge was so iced up it took 2 days for my fridge to defrost and be usable. The 24hr coffee was not hot at night and maybe there would be cream stocked at night maybe not. Same breakfast everyday for 5 mornings. Next time I'll book a hotel that offers options for meals and cleans the pool. The housekeeping staff was very very friendly. Best part of my stay.

The breakfast staff, and resulting food, were among the best that I've ever had at a hotel. Ourstanding in all regards, especially the gentleman who was constantly checking to see if the food was available, and who visited with guests, to make us feel welcome. Congrads to a great kitchen staff as well. Thanks. Best we had on a two week trip.

I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Venice, FL, Great location, professional staff, always very clean, great breakfast. Room furnishings are very nice, the room feels like home away from home.

Was unable to stay here because they couldnt process any of my credit cards. They were swiping cards. Not sure if were skimming or scamming but called my bank and there was no reason my cards wouldnt go through except for a problem with their system. Had to find another hotel because didnt trust them! Card worjed at another hotel with no trouble at all!

The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived the check in process was easy and the staff was great. The gentleman running the breakfast was fantastic and was top notch.

It was a nice quiet stay. Staff was very nice. Room was clean slept great. Every thing was good but the breakfast. They have “fried” eggs it was gross and the sausage is a huge no go. Bring back the scrambled eggs and bacon. I would stay here agin. Just won’t eat breakfast there.

There was only 1 chair in the room (desk chair) so if 2 patrons, one had to sit on bed. Very clean bedding & room. Liked coffee pot in room

Room (#308) was neat and clean, but noise from the ice machine next door was annoying. Do not like that curtains can not be closed to black out room. Breakfast was well tended and everything was hot and quite good. Enjoyable.

The breakfast was very good. Great cereal bar. Bananas. Oranges, and apples along with bagels and yogurt.

Easy to access from the highway

Clean facility, felt newer / fresher, nice staff. Breakfasts were better than other hotels but can we please get rid of the plastic utensils and paper plates and coffee cups, really cheapens the experience.

I booked a room with a roll in shower yet the hotel knew at the time that the appropriate room was already booked and never told me. Manager (3/18 a.m.) at the front desk rather impolitely said we our franchise and not responsible for what Marriott corporate does. Other front desk staff were very nice and try to be accommodating.

Bed was great. Smokey/stale smell in the VENTS. I left the AC fan on for 24 hrs which helped a little. Older hotel with a facelift. Worst breakfast ever but great coffee. Problem with hot water which closed the hot water availability on the day I left. Checkin staff excellent. Bare bones room amenities- nothing extra at all.

Got checked in early which we appreciated - the room (324) was clean and quiet, breakfast was plentiful and fresh, great variety. Only problem was controlling the water temperature in the shower/bathtub but forgot to mention it at check out. Location was great, close enough to the entertainment venue we visited.

The front desk clerk on elderly lady I think her name was. Claire was awesome. She helped us out so much very pleasant pleasant people.

Checked into best western and they are roach infested they had one room left and we had a great experience everyone was so nice and accommodating will definitely stay here again housekeeping was great! We have stayed at multiple fairfields and have had amazing experiences with them! This one was great and convenient close to multiple food options and gas stations

Front desk staff was extremely kind. Hotel was fairly quiet considering its location and looked to be at full capacity. Room was clean, breakfast had plenty of options and was replenished as needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

I usually do not rave about the breakfast, although the attendants deserve recognition. Both Ann and Gary were very attentive and managed the busy scene very well. All items were constantly replenished while small customers were also helped. One waffle maker was sticking and Ann, took effort to monitor, remove, and assist others with using the other maker. I feel this was their daily efforts so I hope they get recognized as it enhanced our staying experience. Thank you.

Room was superb; however, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Pillows were too soft and flat; and, I could feel the bar from the bed frame through the mattress.

Front desk associates were friendly. Room was spotless! Breakfast was great, many choices each morning.

The breakfast chef prepared eggs without cheese just for my wife who is allergic to milk. This went above and beyond.

Convenient location to downtown Venice, many beaches, home communities for house hunting and shops and restaurants. The hotels was spotless with friendly service for our fours stays. Sure we will be back again.

Improve hot water for shower. I ran the water for several minutes in the morning and it was still not hot.

During this trip to the same hotel everyone we met (front desk, breakfast area) were very pleasant and helpful. The only issues we experienced were that we had to let the shower and sink hot water run for at least 20 minutes to get at least warm. Also there was nothing posted to indicate that the rooms would only be refreshed with new towels every 3 days. We asked the person at the reception desk for new towels and face cloths which he provided and we were then informed as to the policy which is not disclosed anywhere.

The kitchen staff was one of the most kind and attentive people I have ever met.

I stayed there after a long 10 hr travel day from California. Arrived around 1am. Bed was very comfy and clean. AC was nice and cold. Employees were friendly. Free parking. The only thing I could see was my door lock latch was lose ☹️ that can be fixed. Didn’t use the pool or free breakfast since I had to drive home. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. It’s. Marriott chain hotel. Best mattresses.

We've stayed here twice in the last few weeks for the birth of our grandson. Claire was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. Great service, great breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms every time. Thank you for wonderful service and a friendly staff.

No hot water they say let run after 45minuts still cold. House cleaning doesn't clean toilets or tubs or sinks. Staf at front desk is great

They gave me a room next to the elevator and that's all I could hear every time the elevator worked I could hear it in my room.

Fairfield by Marriott exceeded our expectations. Our 2 -night stay was very reasonably priced, included a hot/cold breakfast buffet, was super-comfortable, (great bed!), really clean and maintained, and was conveniently located near restaurants and a Wawa. There was easy access to I-75. And the staff was friendly and cared about doing a great job for their customers. Parking was abundant and safe. We even were given an upgrade. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my husband’s go-to when he’s working in Venice. It’s clean, comfortable and a convenient location.

This is the perfect little hide away just off the beaten path but so convenient to anywhere.

The only thing was we didn't have someone come by with fresh towels and clean a bit. Other than that everything was well kept and staff was nice

Only reason why I give this 4 stars was because our last night there was no water in the building, which led to not being able to have a breakfast in the morning or using bathrooms. Would have been nice to receive some type of discount or a complimentary stay to use at a later time. It was a good place to stay with lots of places to eat nearby.

Hotel is at most 15 minutes from everything. Enjoyed exploring Venice using the hotel as home base.

When I got to the room, there was hair in the sink. The fan in the room seemed to run always at either a low or high speed, unless you turned the heating system off. The air blowing was cold. They took hand towels away without replacing them. The breakfast was good, nothing exceptional.

Mostly good. I’ve machine broken on fourth floor. No biggie. Walked to 3rd floor. Really bad ants in our room and they quickly moved us to another room and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Breakfast was simple but hot and good.
