Unfortunately we had a room that wasn't supposed to be available. There were some maintenance issues. The lady at the front apologized and offered a discount. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the pool. I would try them again if I was in the area.

It was in a decent location and is easy to get to. Room was needing some real TLC. We booked a double bed, non-smoking. The beds were small, I'm assuming full size and it was hard for 2 adults to fit in one bed. The pillows were square, like a couch cushion which was a little odd and not very comfortable. Beds were loud and squeaky anytime you moved and also not very comfortable. The sink faucet had no handle so you had to push it weirdly to get the water on. The bedding had burn holes and stains. After being in the room for a short while, I kept smelling something weird and noticed the bed skirting had something dumped down the side of it. Maybe food of some sort or bodily fluids (which I've been telling myself it wasn't for my own sanity), so we asked to be moved to another room. The staff was super nice and helpful. They moved us to the back building which was a little better, but same cleaning / amenity issues. The bed skirting in the new room had burn holes and a squeaky bed, as well as the tv screen was broken so there were lines all down the screen. The air was cold but it was humid and sticky in the room. Very basic amenities, but It did have a hair dryer which was a plus. Im not usually one to leave a bad review but we were very uncomfortable the entire stay. I can deal with outdated furniture etc, but basic cleanliness was lacking so bad it made it hard to stay. Staff was wonderful though!

This is the worse Baymont I've ever stayed at. First the front desk clerk tried to make me pay for what I already paid for. Then the pictures on the site are nothing like the room. The room had a hot tub that didn't work. WORSE EVER!!!

I HATE the beds that this chain has chosen to use. WAY too tall! They're ok if you're an Amazon, but very challenging for my 5'4" framework. I'm either going to have to bring a step stool w/ me to stay w/ your chain or switch to another chain.

Rooms, there was 4 of them, all REEKED of cigarette smoke, no handsoap, staff would only give us 2 towels, and mid-repair status on walls. our bathtub had cigarette burns on it and the drapes/bedding were filthy. I literally had to check for bed bugs. The gym is used for storage and inoperable and staff informed me the health department closed the pool. ZERO refund or any attempt from management to make it right. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was so clean and comfortable and nice. The people were super nice there and I was tucked away from the Main Street in the back building and it was so quiet those days and nights. I cannot think of anything.

While Mandy was extremely nice god bless her..I have stayed at other Wyndham properties that were much nicer ? . Owners should have Committed to a full renovation not bits and pieces. No workout room available.

Everything was immaculate, staff was totally awesome & very helpful even with finding a business for my flat tire I had on the way there. Will def stay there again in my busy travels. Thank you sir for your helpful advice!

If you're a fan of dining out, the location is perfect, as it’s situated in the heart of everything. Overall, the hotel’s central placement makes it convenient to access most of the attractions I was interested in visiting.

The black lady that worked at front desk, has awful customer service when it comes to dealing with customer support. The room I booked was not available, so they tried to give me a smoking room. That wasn't good for my allergies. So then in turn gave me a king sized room with a broken Lock on front door. She told me just to put the top latch on, and I would be alright. Which is so unsafe with people walking around the hotel smoking marijuana, like it's a party place. Not again 😕

Bed was comfortable. Its a 100.00 a room, not the Hilton. Rooms are clean, bed is very comfortable.

Good location, service was poor. Hotel was not great. Dried blue nail polish or paint in sink, bathroom floor was dirty. Towel bars was pulled out of wall and hanging.

i was initially given a room that was not cleaned out and smelt like smoke. After complaining, it was changed.

Room / sheets / towels clean, but bedspread had multiple holes that looked like burns. Mattress had large butt shaped dent in one side where apparently very large person had slept before. Shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower practically empty at use, body soap bottle had just enough for single use. Bathroom walls and 1 wall in room had drywall repairs but not sanded or repainted.

Bed were uncomfortable, only had 2 small bed rooms at the time so not sure about the others.

The first room had a non-functioning TV. The second room had no heat. I told the manager and nothing was done. I told them next day and finally the controls were replaced. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

My stay was brief yet very enjoyable, clean, comfortable, and safe.

Was extremely disappointed. Roaches in my room. I reported it to front desk agent but response was nothing. She just stared. Will not return

On website it showed one. I reserved a king room. Upon arrival I was told there wasn’t an elevator (ever) at the hotel. The girl at desk called her manager and worked it out for me to be able to stay in a king room bottom floor, that was already going to be occupied later. I really appreciated what they did for me! Thank you.

Only complaint was our room was next to busy highway and noisy at times. Everything else was great.

The front desk rep was very rude from the time i walked in to check in , the room was dirty there was piss in the bathroom floor , i found someone's dirty bra beside the bed , the night stand was dirty had some type of liquid or gel on it

upon checkout day, we extended another day. i charged my card for the extra night the lady at the desk who said she also worked at another hotel, swiped..she was having issues.later that day we saw not only was my card charged, but my husbands as well..we went in, the MGR told us it would roll off by the following day. next day same charge was there. we waited for him to drop the employee off, and when he go back we told him. He was so rude, as if it was our fault they double charged..and it was two different amounts! That was verjy weird. He basically was upset and said he didn't see it, we showed him both charges. He talked to us explaining what could have happened and was angry and talking as if he was upset we even brought it up again!! he said duspute it. Why would we if we are from out of town and standing right there.i said refund the extra charge. why should we wait and dispute when tgey made an error..after a long back and forth he did. he should have refunded the entire stay honestly fri-sun. His customer service was horrible and i am complaining to the Bbb as well.It would have been a better experience if not for him. or the prostitute getting in fights with two men next door to us..WILD PLACE to stay!!

This is my second staycation with this hotel. I will continue to use Wyndham hotels.

It was a decent stay. The price is perfect for what you get. First walking in the staff had a bit of an attitude and when I walked into my room it had a bad smell but other than that , the stay was pretty alright.
