If your just looking for a bed that's not outdoors I guess this place is okay but absolutely not a place to stay if looking for a good hotel experience. They advertise fully equipped kitchens which was one of the reasons I booked due to us staying a week and wanting to cook but to our surprise the room didn't have ANYTHING to cook with like not a pan, spoon or plate which totally defeated the purpose! When we asked them at the desk they told us we had to supply everything like who bring cookware on vacation? Then the room was filty and furniture was rundown, there were more ppl slumming and living in the rooms than regular customers which made it look seedy. They bare wanted to provide linens when we asked after being there 4 days talking about they don't do regular housekeeping like we cant get anything clean after 4 days? They offer washer and dryer but they're very expensive might as well goto a laundromat. The toilet kept not being able to flush due to chain coming off and my husband had to keep taking the top off the tank and fixing it smh The staff was not helpful at all as they live there and are at the desk as needed. Overall I would not return and do not recommended this property

There was a water main break and the sink exploded while I was gone and I got back and the sink was dirty and the next day, I checked in for another stay and because I didn't clean it up for something I wasn't responsible for which it was time for me to check out and the manager was catching an attitude and banned me from the hotel

Yes it was cool

I arrive to the establishment after booking on hotels.com. I left the front desk woman know that “I booked a room with hotels.com” she says “I don’t have any more rooms available. I told her I booked with hotels.com again. She said sorry and that was all. Remind you I’ve been charged already for the room that was said available. Now I’m trying to get reimbursed for a room I never could go to. And the hotel is denying the interaction that I’m sure is on camera. Avoid this establishment by any means

Needs renovation

The staff was extremely helpful and polite, check-in was very easy,they were also able to let me check in early. No problems during my stay. It was great

Room 119 everything worked effectively. You must bring your own pots and pans. The room was clean. Staff was Awesome 😎. A discount was offered to stay an extra day. There are LOTS of stores nearby. You think it they are all there Walmart, Ross, Dollar Tree Pizza Hut are a few select stores I shopped at.

I stayed here several times for work related travel. It is a good basic place to stay on a budget. There were some small deficiencies, but if you just need a place to shower and sleep without blowing your budget - it'll do nicely.

The kitchen was dirty. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Every time I left the room the key card would not let me back in. Pillows on the bed looked like couch throw pillows. Room had roaches.

Nothing in the kitchen no coffee pot nothing. Smelled horrible of weed. Pillow case had blood stains. Tub had hairs everywhere

The front desk Stephen has excellent customer service, he definitely knows how to keep a smile on your face

I stayed 3 nights. No bed bugs. Hot water, HVAC, TV worked. Clean room, but I had to request clean towels. Staff friendly and helpful. The HVAC was a bit loud, but otherwise it was very quite location.

The room was clean, but there are not cups or pans or anything for cooking on their stove, and it was loud at night a few times. Would not recommend.

Filthy the bed had bugs on it glad I ask to see the room before checking in carpet was dirty in halls noisy cabinets was missing doors this place is awful

My family stayed there. According to my family it was okay the rooms need some updating, but they were clean, the staff was friendly.

Bed was not clean, bathroom was not very clean. Bed was not comfortable, it had my back hurting. Just old and outdated. I will never stay there again!

Please do not stay here

We didnt even stay here i ended up getting my money back because, when checking in the room i had pealed back the bed covers as i do in any hotel, and the beding was never changed. It had fecal matter, fresh wet pee sains as well as pubic hair

The owner’s were amazing

I was given the wrong room from what I booked. I was going to just keep the king bed and not say anything until I noticed springs were broken on one side and it was sunk in. The desk clerk just told me we don’t have any other rooms. My stay was for two nights I ended up running to the Walmart across the street to get Clorox wipes to clean the toilet seat just to use it. The bathtub had hair as well as the floor The bathroom wall had paint missing, mold on wood they attempted to fix it with. There was roaches in the card on the door with pricing for the rooms. In the bathroom i killed two and one on the wall. There was food on the walls. The worst part was the roach feces all over the closet walls and cabinets. They have it listed as renovated my room clearly wasn’t.

The Staff was really helpful in making my stay nice. the manager he was nice I think his name was David [ tall white guy with glasses. when He knew I was having problems, he jump right on it . Thank you

Nothing at the present time

Would not recommend. Looks nothing like the photos posted. Ceiling tile in the hallway had water dripping on it so long it had grown black mold and was ready to burst, there were bugs on the floor, room was filthy, toilet ran all night, sink gurgled when water was being run in another room...the list goes on. Avoid at all cost.

Rooms was filthy, we had 2 switch 3 times . First look like a tornado went through it . Second ac didn’t work , cigs butts all over the place , blood on sheets , 3 stains everywhere.

We traveled 13 hours to just be judged since we are a younger couple. Our first room had literally blood stains on the wall, lady didn’t believe us. Didn’t tell us our room was going to be conjoined, didn’t even ask if that’s okay with us! Second room she let us look at was horrid as well. The door to the bathroom looked like a scene from the shining. Stains on the ceiling along with cracks. Also, no signage outside to tell us it was that hotel.

Quiet and next to a lot of adminities

Decent hotel its run down. Only 1 ice machine works. They have bugs. Staff is friendly. I have seen or been told about 3 different prices for the room. The room door has a price for nightly, weekly and monthly, yet the manager said it was a higher price and the 3rd party site i booked from. This hotel is way to run down and just not the best place to have a rate as high as they charge. What they want for a night is ridiculous for a room with cockroachs, spider, a tv that was replaced with a broken one thats volume doesn't work wont turn off and has a line down the front. All fixtures need to be replaced. There is a dent on the shower floor so it feels like ill fall through. The outlets are very dangerous. I told my kids never to touch them, they aren't safe.

Was there on business

Floor was dirty, bed was dirty, I had to ask for clean sheets, hotel reeked of weed and old carpet smells . I couldn’t sleep here and booked another hotel. I would recommend the Fairfield around the corner . Great hotel and nice aesthetic.

Conveniently located to the Air force base and Walmart

The kitchen hot top is disgusting our towels and rags had yellow stains there were chips and change in the cracks on the bed and the night stand and my toddler was getting a hold of it

It was traumatizing

I hope all the worn out walls and the holes in the walls were just for getting it fixed up. It was quite dirty and there was nothing to get water or any complimentary gifts of anything. The only offer was a vending machine. The room was cheap and the staff were kind which is the only good thing.

Affordable yes, but that's it. This place is as sketchy as they come. Room was supposed to be ready at 5, didn't get to go in until 9pm. The staff are friendly sure but the room was a mess. Roaches all over the kitchen area. The beds are the equivalent of sleeping on plywood and the carpet was moist and smelled of mildew. I wouldn't recommend this to a single person.

Comfortable bed in a good location for my business trip. There were some maintenance issues visible, but nothing that interfered with my use of the facility or my comfort.

Very run down.

It felt like there was a lot of traffic, partying and drinks. They changed us to another room but the one they gave us initially had a used condom in the bed and there are a lot of cockroaches in the rooms. The staff is awesome and we loved the grills you can use. There was a lot of people lingering in the foyer and in the entrance.

We never come back Crock & mice is around the room

The room was disgusting! There was rust everywhere and the paint chipping all over the place. The place had so many roaches as well. It’s as if they don’t bother to clean the hotel at all. I will NEVER go back there again.

Good trip

Night auditor was rude and obnoxious but the day time desk was very polite and courteous. The room wasn't bad but the hallway smelled and had a weird tunneling illusion as you walked down it.

The property is and safe environment. The tenant are very nice and respectful. It's clean and sanitize correctly.

The overall hotel was nasty. It smelted really bad and had roaches. As well as people hanging around the hotel all night and I didn’t feel safe.

I had to sleep in my car due too lake of service

The staff up front were rude. They knock on ur door every morning asking do u need anything like damn let people sleep. I had to take my dog with me which helps my son with his panic attacks and they complained the whole time they are not pet friendly. No breakfast. We tooks showers and i thought we was gonna fall threw the shower...floor under shower was so weak. Roaches omg...nasty stove didnt work...it was horrible

First room upon check in had roaches. I was changed to a second room that had roaches as well. I then asked for a refund

Was a decent hotel center only thing I found to be an issue was the smell of smoke from cigarettes other than that no complaints

Poor conditions and lots of repairs going on. Staff not always available at desk. Forgotten towels on occasion. Poor shower.

It was dirty, some towels was dingy brown, no telephone, iron and night lamp was broke, also no basic network channels except for ABC, it was horrible, I can't believe you guys advertise for such a dump

This hotel will charge a deposit that is due before you check-in. I left and went to another hotel because with the deposit my total bill almost doubled. The price was comparable to an upscale hotel.

First off a 150.00 deposit fee why when I paid online, then rooms are in bad shape need repairs and upkeep bad and cheap if your on the run
