Check-in was fast, hotel was very clean! Was impressed with the patio/grilling area by the pool. Would stay here again!

My room had broken shades, but otherwise was fine. However, the two shade system was missing the blackout shade and the sheer shade did not have a pully to open or close it. So it was pretty bright in the a.m. and see-through when backlit

Beautiful, nice, clean property. The rooms were clean (I had a hair in the drain in the shower) but everything else was a go.

The television wasn’t working in the first room, and then we switched rooms. The beds were horrible and need replacing. I immediately knew when I walked in the lobby that the cleanliness was not good. The rug in front of the registration wasn’t clean.

The property is very clean. The location is convenient, the staff are very friendly and pleasant. The staff greets you as soon as you enter the facility. The bed was not comfortable feels pretty hard, also the room was very dry which triggered my allergies to react. I had to take an allergy pill everyday to keep them at bay.

Clean room and spacious rooms. Pullout bed was a little uncomfortable, but it worked well for our family. Shower head was the best!

Hotel was clean and had a full refrigerator, microwave and sink. Its great for traveling with family. There's a Kroger and shopping across the street from the hotel. Will book again.

The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, but all the flower beds or “green areas” are covered with large river rocks, which are difficult for pets to walk on. There is essentially no grassy area. Also, the outdoor trash cans were full both days of our stay.

The room was clean and fresh, but the shower door had some mildew at the bottom. The TV was impressive, but the wifi password should be written on the key envelope. The free breakfast was pretty much the garbage that most unhealthy Americans eat, unfortunately. Hilton tried to put a fresh and healthy spin on some items, like "cage free" eggs ( hens still eat GMO feed and get antibiotics). It was no more than a 3 star hotel as Expedia judged it. Replace all that crap with ORGANIC and grass-fed and finished meats, fruits, breads, cereals, beverages, and non-GMO coffee flavorings and I will stay at a Hilton next time.

My family stays at this hotel everytime we're in Warner Robins. Always super clean, great staff, great selection of breakfast and coffee. Rooms have everything you could need and great location to shopping. Extremely great value! Will return everytime!

It looked clean, but something was causing my asthma and my husband's COPD to flair up. We were unable to sleep due to coughing. So we checked out this morning at 7 am.

Staff was courteous. But room key machine was broken. I had to be walked to my room and let in each time I left the room. Made it inconvenient when I had to make 2 trips from the car, then leave for dinner. Finally received my room key late in the evening. Room was fine but carpet was dirty - pets allowed.

I was there 4 days before my room was cleaned. I had to mentioned it to the front desk clerk and some how it became my fault. I have stayed at your facility on many occasions when I come back home to visit Family. This was the worst experience I’ve had.

When checking in I had to talk to the manager because they gave me a room with one bed. When I paid for a two bedroom with sofa bed option. Then the front desk said that is what we have an available, even said that is upgrade room 1 bed funny. Wasted lot of my time.

Small town, not much else in the area. I was visiting family, otherwise, nothing else to do in Warner Robins. The hotel and the room were excellent

Breakfast was a bit lacking. It was not bad, and better than some others I’ve had recently, but things dried out quickly from being left in warmers too long.

The breakfast food items were not good. Who offers yogurt in a pump. The egg patties were over cooked from the microwave. Everything is processed to heat and serve. I paid 4.99 for choboni yogurt in the lobby frig.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was clean and beautiful and the staff were the best! 10/10 experience for sure!

Top notch, with all the amenities in the room. Full size Refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. Staff was so helpful and courteous! Ill stay there again for sure.

Hotel felt dirty. Way overpriced! The pool had no water. The front desk staff was nice, probably the best thing during the stay. When packing up to leave, I took a load of stuff down to my car. I was gone for maybe 5 minutes and when I returned to my room to get the rest of me things two members of housekeeping was in my room going through my stuff! I reported this to hotel management and they just defended the housekeepers and did absolutely nothing. Horrible!!! I am not one to normally complain but that was a bit much! Do not recommend!!

Room was big, spacious, & comfy The 1st room, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the 2nd room the bathroom sink faucet just pulled completely off.

Room was small …. Refrigerator (although a full size) was stuffed behind the entrance door and we couldn’t fully open door. No grass anywhere to be found except out by road( not a great idea for a pet friendly hotel!)

The staff was super nice

Carpeting in rooms was grossly filthy and unsanitary. Had to move from first room because had allergic reaction to dont know what, possibly cat dander but also could have been just the dirt and dust. The next room was cleaner but carpet soiled, stained and equally disgusting. Cannot believe they rent out these rooms. This place should NOT be part of the Home2 Suites family.

We loved the biscuits and bacon at a previous stay. Please make that available. It makes the extra $ worth it. When the breakfast is substandard then I don’t want to pay more.

Always a great stay. Everytime we're in Warner Robins we stay at this hotel. Its like having a little apartment while we're here! Wonderful atmosphere and a great location. Will stay again as long as the quality and cleanliness is upkept.

Hate to be petty here but this H2H seemed particularly outdated. The staff was excellent, I didn’t require much service just enough to lay my head. The refrigerator was crazy noisy though. I tried shifting it around and balancing it but to no avail.

The facility has been a great stay each time for me. I wish that they had grill cheese sandwiches like Warner Robins GA does but otherwise everyone employee was welcoming and helpful

After being tired from a long day of travel, the woman checking us in was very upbeat and nice. She took time to say hello to my son who has special needs and is very shy. Many hotel check in experiences make it seem like your just a number. She made the experience personal and real. Facilities were very clean and the breakfast was amazing!

The hotel was nice and close to near dining options. The room was clean, quiet and safe. No issue durning this stay.

The facility is very well kept up, it looks great. The rooms are really nice and the breakfast is good. Housekeeping is lacking. We stayed 4 days and though we requested housekeeping everyday we only received it 2 out of 4 days. We were having to go down to get clean towels at 10 at night when we returned for the day. We have always stayed there even through Covid but the housekeeping issues is going to make us look for a new place to stay. Every visit it’s the same story…..

We are traveling with dogs and their stay was great. The room was clean, smelled good, and comfortable. We left without breakfast because 5 guys burgers was so close, we ordered more than we needed but it was good! We all sleep all night

Home 2 Suites are always a great choice for travel. This property is near many great restaurants within walking distance and many shops and stores within a mile.

In good condition currently. Very cheap fixtures. Food left in our fridge. Which made me question how clean the room actually was. Vomit or something definitely questionable outside someone’s door in the hallway neighboring our room. Other than that the hotel seemed in good shape.

The handicap suite was perfect for my mother, and it was extremely clean. The only drawback that I had was that the pillows were too soft. I would have preferred firm pillows.

The areas around the hotel, has a lot of loitering teenagers, they would run when the police drive up, kind of unnerving.

bar of soap in bathroom. With Covid recently ending very disturbed there was no Soap. When informed front desk they didn’t seem to care. Also hallway freezing. Person on duty when we Checked in had a Lot of Trouble with check in and kept apologizing even though we prepaid. She needed training. Didn’t offer Water and we are Hilton Honers members. Breakfast nice and clean. Bed Comfortable. Good area With lots of restaurants nearby.

From checkin to check out the staff at this very clean Hotel was excellent. The two girls that took care of housekeeping on our floor were very thorough and pleasant. The ladies at breakfast were so efficient and the choices were great. All the staff was helpful and friendly. The place is clean and great to stay at. This is our second visit and will be our place to stay whenever we are in Warner Robins.

This place is VERY CLEAN!!!! I mean Clean! As I approached the entrance smell so fresh…the entire place smelled so clean and fresh. The room was so clean. No moldy smell. I slept comfortably. The young lady at the front was very welcoming and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Home2Suites Warner Robins. My husband and I were in town to help our son and his family move into a new home as their previous house burned down and coming back to great customer service and a comfortable bed each night after an exhausting day of moving, painting, and all around renovations in the GA heat was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will most likely stay here again next visit. Loved having full size refrigerator in the room to hold drinks and food.
