    When we arrived, the room was noticeably dusty, and the sheets, duvet, and mattress protector all had multiple stains. We immediately requested fresh bedding, and while the staff responded promptly, the replacement sheets also had stains on them. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they informed us that housekeeping had already left for the evening but would return the next day to clean the room and provide new bedding. The following day, we left the room around 11:00 a.m. expecting the issue to be addressed. However, when we returned later that day, the room had not been cleaned and no new bedding had been provided. The next morning, we had to contact the front desk again and request that our room be prioritized. In addition, the shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor each time the shower was used. We had to repeatedly request extra towels throughout our stay just to keep the floor dry and safe. While I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the maintenance issues, and the lack of follow-through on housekeeping requests were disappointing. Clean bedding, a clean room, and properly functioning facilities are basic expectations for any hotel stay. I hope management addresses these concerns.

    I had an issue with the room I reserved, and the hotel didn't have any more suites available during my stay. However, they quickly did their best to accommodate me. They were so kind as not to charge me for the trouble and to refund my reservation. However, it's the booking site I'm having trouble with. They keep giving excuse after excuse as to WHY they have not refunded me. They went as far as to assign an agent to my case, but she only told me her work schedule and has yet to do anything more. I won't be using booking.com in the future, nor recommending them.

    The lobby is welcoming and nicely designed. Our room was spacious with a generously sized bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The shower was also very pleasant to use. Overall, the room felt cozy and inviting. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the White House, but unfortunately, the entire area around it is fenced off, so you don’t get a clear view. The hotel has a pleasant scent, and the cleaning staff clearly take great care to maintain cleanliness throughout the property. The price was quite a surprise. On Booking.com, the listed price included all taxes, but at the hotel, we were charged an additional fee for reasons that were never clearly explained. The staff advised us to contact Booking.com to resolve the matter. This has never happened to us before. Additionally, the hotel charges a damage fee per night, so be prepared to budget more than just the accommodation cost.

    Great location One out of three elevators worked for the 3 days I was there. The fitness center looked and felt like it had never been cleaned and two of four treadmills didn’t work. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly and I asked them to check it when I went out for the evening, they said they’d send someone right up and never did so I got to deal with that when I got back later that night and then all they did was switch the filter which did nothing. The shower didn’t drain properly and started to overflow into the bathroom after all of five minutes. To turn off one of the lamps in my room I had to unscrew the lightbulb. I would not stay in this place again. It’s trying to be a boutique but was poorly executed

    The hotel is situated in a prime location, offering excellent access to attractive tourist sites. The service and reception staff are very friendly. The room was incredibly cozy, featuring exemplary decor. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant serves wonderful food. The valet service was impeccable!     This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The premium room with a queen and king bed gave plenty of space. The shower was great! All of the staff were extremely friendly. The only downside was that only one of the three elevators were working.Luckily we were in the third floor so steps weren’t too bad if we didn’t want to wait.

    The location is excellent; quiet and safe. 10 min by car to anywhere. We walked to a nearby café for breakfast. The hotel is well kept, clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful; especially Amin. We had a very comfortable King suite. It is pet friendly and our dog felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here and will be back next time in in DC.

    Our stay was perfect. The room we had was huge compared to other Hilton hotels. Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance. The staff was so friendly and amazing. It was our first time visiting DC and Brett made us feel very welcomed!

    I enjoyed my stay here, the staff at check in was really wonderful. The location is pretty quiet, I would have prefer an area with more stores like CVS around. I didn't like not having soap in the room- but I was able to get one from the front desk. I prefer have the disposable one time use soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. instead of the big bottles. It feels safer to use than the ones that everyone uses. The elevator makes the place look old and so does the bathroom. There is room for improvement but I enjoyed my stay overall.

    First night I arrived I found a condom wrapper stuffed inside the cushion of the furniture! Carpet needed vacuuming with hair all over. Shower had hair inside.     The location and hotel staff were wonderful. The rooms were nice but you have to be mindful of a lot of neighborhood traffic and fire trucks at all times of day & night. Also the hotel was clean but the walls were showing wear and tear, as well as missing paint. The worst part of the hotel was the daily restaurant breakfast. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre. If it wasn't for Janae I would not have continued to eat there. She was wonderful. Maya at the front desk was a delight as well.

    The room was ok but very dark. It looks towards another building too close so you can see outside if it is sunny or rainy. The was also only one cleaning in a whole week. Reception and bar service was very good but restaurant staff is not friendly. Not sure I will stay back again.

    The room was quite well maintained, clean and big. The property looked like new but no, I think Hilton remodeled it so one of the elevators is so old. For some reason they’ve never provided us the proper number of towels. And the towels were very uncomfortable every night. Old, thin and rough feeling towels. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

    Front desk staff attendant was very rude and annoyed at our requests for our car from the valet parking. It was $76 per night and we felt like it was a bother to them to get and park our car. They did not have a manager’s reception as advertised on Expedia either which was a big disappointment to us, I booked this hotel over other because of the managers reception. Very underwhelming with the stay.

    Overall it was ok. There is no parking here and valet was $76 a night, luckily there were a couple of PMIs1-2 blocks away that we used for about $35 a night. The hotel room did not seem super clean when we arrived but they do have daily housekeeping. The front staff were very nice. There are three elevators but only two ever worked it seemed and one was so old and badly needed repairs. The hotel wasn’t impressive or anything to write home about but it did the job, I guess.

    My one complaint is the elevators. One was out of service, the service elevator was seldom available and the wait for the remaining elevator was long. In addition ALL elevators were out of service when we were leaving on Sunday.

    The canopy was a great stay. It was a comfortable walking distance from the national mall (though might be a bit too much if you have difficulty walking). Tons of great food around. The room was huge and had a fridge in it. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back

    The hotel staff at the property were exceptional. From the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping, we were well attended to and appreciated the outstanding care and service. We will definitely stay here in the future.

    Fantastic hotel. Very clean and great looking. Staff was excellent. The food was very good and key to evenings after long days touring. Lively at night but family friendly which worked well for our family. Highly recommended. We will always stay here when in DC.
