I like how much of a moron the front door man was. I paid for the Hostel and showed up at midnight and although i had a paid recipt, he would not let me in for 30 minutes. 100% his fault I didnt like the fact that there was no airflow or windows or ventalation in the rooms, just a hot steemy stick and mess of 8 people crammed in a room.

The rooms were clean and welcoming. I was in a room of 6pax and everyone was respectful to each other. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. N/A

The location is steps away from restaurants, bars and bus stops. Their staffs are friendly. Perhaps kindly remind people bathrooms are shared.

Good people working there and staying there. No lockers, door lock only if you have $10 cash to leave for the key deposit. Rickety bunk beds and cramped rooms. This place needs a complete overhaul!

The house room was too small with everything stacked up. There are only three bathrooms for the whole building, and a long wait. The nearby bars made too much noise at night. The facilities were old and worn out.

The price was only good if you needed a bed only to stay 1-2 nights, but not good for other facilities. The house room was too small with everything stacked up. There are only three bathrooms for the whole building, and a long wait. The nearby bars made too much noise at night. The facilities were old and worn out.

Hostile and dangerously unprofessional management staff. I had to call the police after an aggressive confrontation with the manager that made me feel extremely unsafe. Apparently, someone from the staff made a mistake while extending my stay. I followed the instructions given to me by this person and on the second day when I was ready to move to the room assigned by the latter, I calmly approached the manager to confirm. Manager immediately became unnecessarily defensive insisting that I had only paid for a cheaper room and as I try to respond, he refused to let me properly explain the situation and instructions given to me by the other member. This happened even though I had the receipt and the person who originally checked me in confirmed that my reservation was exactly as I described. Instead of apologizing for his mistake and likely out of frustration, management reacted with hostility, cancelled my reservation, and demanded that I leave the building immediately without an explanation. He became even more aggressive rushing me out giving me little time to properly pack my belongings with dignity, humiliating me in front of other guests, and taking my luggage nearly outside without my permission even though I never resisted leaving. What shocked me the most was his threatening behavior. At one point he told me, “You will see today,” while trying to provoke me into re-entering the building likely to escalate the situation even further. I chose to walk away because his behavior appeared completely out of control. All this happened after I did nothing to this person. Cops were called in the scene to try to calm this manager down and safely get my refund and other belongings left at the hostel. If you value professionalism, respect, dignity and personal safety I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There is simply no excuse for such a violent and unjustified overreaction.
