Only thing needed was maybe a mini fridge
- 3/5
Hotel was clean -ice machine wasn’t working but was able to get ice in another floor.
- 3/5
Those who helped us were very helpful. It seemed like others didnt want to work. They had attitudes. I've never been to a hilton or any hotel where I have to request a refrigerator. We requested one and got it the next day of our stay.
- 5/5
I liked the gym, and room. I liked that my name was on the TV screen saying welcome Edward. No fridge in the room

While we did have a few hiccups this weekend, I must say that the professionalism that was displayed by the staff is greatly appreciated. From Sammy helping us at check-in, another man who helped us with our vehicle at check-in, to the engineer trying to fix the A/C unit, I was thoroughly impressed. They have earned my business anytime I find myself in the DC area! Whether for leisure or business. Their generosity was greatly appreciated! I recommend that if you are in DC, you stay here. Close to shops, good food, and the monuments. Lyft/Uber costs are very reasonable for the area. The A/C in my unit stopped working, the television didn't get any channels, but I see this as an anomaly and not something that regularly occurs. I was compensated for these hiccups and moved to a new room. It would not deter me from staying here again. Actually, the professionalism displayed has made this facility my go-to when I'm in the DC area.

The room could’ve been cleaner there was a ring around the toilet. But other than that it was good. We enjoyed the pool area and the gym. The hotel is very big and spacious. The only issue we really had was housekeeping. We stayed on the ninth floor whoever the housekeeper was on the floor of the morning of us leaving was very rude. We’re still sleeping. She doesn’t even knock on the door announcing who she is. She just uses the key and try to enter the door. This was around9:30 AM you can hear her doing the same thing to the people in the room next to us. You can hear them yelling at her that they weren’t ready for housekeeping either. then 15 minutes before checkout we’re getting ready to leave. She comes and tries to entrr the room again with the key didn’t knock again, telling us to hurry up she was extremely rude to the point. My sister ended up, forgetting her jacket hanging in the closet because she was trying to rush us out the room.

It was a great stay. Toilet did stop working all of sudden the last night there. But other than that, I’d return.

Very disappointed. Loud music, talking, and noisy AC made it impossible to sleep both nights. Front desk didn’t acknowledge the complaint at checkout. Hidden charges and very expensive parking were also frustrating. Would not stay again.

$25.00 fee is not appropriate. Four oaks should be given higher marks the team is courteous and a delight!

- 5/5
I am not a fan of being charged $25 upon check-in with use it or lose it stipulations however; I plan to return on my next outing in DC.
- 5/5
From the moment we checked into the moment we checked out everyone was lovely professional kind and the hotel was immaculate. Very clean and we loved all of the amenities especially the lovely staff at the stores in the lobby. I even enjoyed how accessible the parking garage was to get in and out of every single day. I will definitely be making this my go to hotel when I revisit the area. Special thanks and shout out to Arthur who made my check-in process very smooth. He was amazing.
- 5/5
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, from the time I check in the staff was very polite and friendly. The room was cleaned the property was cleaned, we ate the restaurant the food was good the staff/ waiter was very nice...the only problem i had was parking $65 and the room incidentally fee was $100.00 I usually pay $50 at every other hilton hotel i stayed at. But other than that the hotel itself and staff were very nice.

The hotel was nice, very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the a/c in the room worked really well. My only complaint is that you can very easily hear neighbors, definitely recommend a sound machine for sleeping (which they offer for free if you need).
- 5/5
Updated decently but still worn out. Think airport hotel…

We had a leak in the bathroom. The entire room was flooded. The staff did help us get a new room.

What stood out the most was his (forgot to take his name) willingness to go the extra mile—he answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed about the hotel’s amenities. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Outstanding customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you for such a pleasant and memorable first impression!

Breakfast was fresh and delicious
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, we enjoyed the resturants and the service. The staff was friendly, helpful and accomdating.
- 2/5
AC was so loud I had to wear earplugs and I feel like I got scammed by the resort fee. I stayed only 1 night and was not expecting a 15% up charge on a "resort fee". I wasn't planning to get breakfast but was told that the resort fee could be put forward to a breakfast. I originally thought maybe breakfast wouldn't reach the full $25 so I'd lose a little money, but when I got the bill for breakfast buffet I saw it was $40. I probably ate $8 worth of food. Now I feel doubly cheated. This was essentially a 20% increase in the price I expected to pay. I don't think I'll ever stay at a Hilton again after this experience. Hidden resort fees should be illegal and I hope one day there is a class action law suit against hotels that utilize them.

- 3/5
The doorman was really nice, and Arthur at the front desk made check-in a breeze. My only issue was with the restaurants. The service was extremely slow, and the food was burnt on several occasions. However, the best person was a younger bartender, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. He was conversational and attentive, so I kept coming back to his bar during my time there.
- 5/5
Bed so comfortable, room was comfortable, and staff super helpful.

Great stay. Nice hotel.
- 4/5
The room was immaculate, and the staff were great. Our only disappointment was that, due to the low number of guests during the holiday season, the hotel did not offer the advertised brunch. The offering on the tv was poor, some of the channels, ex Netflix, were not actually available and we were forced to watch the "regular" programming, which was filled with commercials.

Nice clean room and impressive lobby. Great places to eat inside, and convenient location. Just beware of hidden/extra fees. The room was reasonably priced but add in $58 per day for parking and $25 per day for 'entertainment/food', and it adds up. And the room didn't have a minifridge, which is pretty standard.

- 3/5
Staff was nice but the hotel rooms need a serious remodel, also what is up with this destination fee that forces me to spend my money at the hotel restaurant each day.
- 5/5
Clean and good staff, very noisy area though. Lots of police and ambulance sirens. They lacked transparency with the deposit, online it said $57 for a two night stay and at the desk they request $200.

- 5/5
Great staff! Our first time visiting DC and everyone was eager to help navigate and give insider information. The room was very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
We recently had to stay at the hotel for my wife's birthday. The receptionist, Arthur was very, very helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and even had to upgrade our stay because there were no rooms left to accommodate us. Just because of that we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back for another staycation

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

Room was fine. Drip coffee was $6.50.
- 4/5
Location is good but a little far from the Metro we had to uber everyehere. The hallways to the rooms are dark grey, almost black, kind of scary looking, not friendly. The breakfast restaurant was way understaffed, we could never have a breakfast there even if there were plenty empty tables there was a very long line waiting . Hostess and waitress did not communicate and did not know when to seat people. So we had to leave each morning without esting breakfast in that place. (When we looked at the menu while waiting a simple basic egg breakfadt was priced $25 )

Everything perfect

- 4/5
Great location, but a little slim on amenities. Coffee, tea not refreshed, sales pitches in the early morning, ugh. A musty odor in the room, but was able to crack window
- 4/5
It would've been excellent if there was an Hot Tub for the people that just wanted to relax, but everything else was good, I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff and clean facility
- 4/5
Nice hotel, close to lots of things, walkable, clean, nice room. My only complaint is that there was someone fixing the sink (?) when I checked into my room, which severely scared me. It was almost 6 pm by the time I checked in, I’m not sure why a maintenance guy was in my room.
- 3/5
The hotel was nice, but getting into the parking deck and getting out was frustrating. Out shower was filling up with water while showering because even though we had the shower on the water from the spout was coming out as well. Otherwise it’s in a good location of walking distance to Adam Morgan.
- 5/5
Great hotel, COMFORTABLE BEDS, nice staff, clean, no complaints other than there is no microwave or small fridge in the king bed room.. not sure if other rooms have those amenities but the average room does not which was surprising. You don’t have to park at the hotel, if it’s a quick trip (less than a day) I would park across the street at the $15 for 10 hours or 30 max (24 hours) and save yourself some money as hotel parking is $54 for the night.
- 5/5
Attractive, comfortable, and accessible hotel, restaurants, and snack shop. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Location, location, location! Close to everything.
- 5/5
I have no complaints. All great!
- 4/5
We were very disappointed that the breakfast buffet was not available during our stay. The wait was rather long to get served so we left.
- 5/5
I will revisit this location again.
- 4/5
Likes-clean, safe area, walkable. Dislikes-lack of parking for guests, so I had to park off-site. The prices for dining/snacks in the hotel were high. Interesting that a high-end hotel didn't have fridges in the rooms. Some of the waitstaff were fairly indifferent. Although most of the staff were excellent. Slow elevators and no obvious walking to upper floor options. Room prices were a bit higher than the hotels in the area, but this hotel seems better than the others in the area. Last year I stayed at the hotel directly across the street, and their air conditioning wasn't working for the 4 straight days I stayed. All I got from them was a "sorry about that". I plan on staying at the Hilton again next year, but I need to figure out the parking.
- 4/5
hotel.com horrible service.

The hotel is a true gem in the best part of D.C. I stayed for only one night and have nothing but great things to say about my experience.

Towels in the room had makeup the room was dark and outdated. I do not recommend, I left early due to the conditions.
- 2/5
1st the towel I grabbed out of the shower was dirty. 2 the sofa was stained and dirty 3 the rug and floor were stained and dirty Just coming from a Homewood suite stay 2 days before was shocking to see the difference. Both being Hilton properties you would expect the same level and standard. The washington Hilton was 2x’s the price and only for one night!! Terrible experience. I can say staff was friendly and listened to my complaint.

Had an awesome visit overall. The hotel had plenty of restaurant options on site. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Staff overall was lovely and helpful.
- 4/5
The rooms could have been cleaner, but over all it was very comfortable. I wish there had Berman a fridge in the suite. Beds and pillows great!

There wasn't a mini fridge in the room and there was extra $25 a night fee for parking on top of the $53 a night parking

Staff is great! We will definitely stay here again.

I regularly stay here for business travel, but this was my first time for pleasure. Staff is terrific. Dining options are great and the newer rooms in particular are wonderful.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful.

The staff was amazing and attentive. The room was not great. One of the beds smelled like body odor and there was a vent panel that was supposed to be locked, but was not and my 3 year old opened it.

Awesome stay. Clean room. Loved the pooo and food credit!
- 3/5
I booked a room that “sleeps 3” because I wanted a bit more space but it was a regular room.
- 5/5
It was a very nice place and cozy as well! I highly recommend it to anyone!
- 4/5
The rooms were small for the price, no room for toiletries in the bathroom, beds are very soft, ceiling in the restaurant needs to be repaired, needs some upgrades. But it was within walking distance to where we wanted to go. Asked to pre-pay parking and received a parking card/pass and yet still paid when we left. Parking costs are ridiculously high. All in all a pleasant hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Limited amenities at this over-priced hotel. It lacked a fridge and a microwave; I suggest you think twice before staying here. Parking is $56 per day, there's also a $100 mandatory fee that is added at check in. This hotel was a disappointment and not worth their over-priced fees.
- 3/5
There are no refrigerators in the room. The food was very expensive. People yelling in the halls that woke us up two times in the middle of the night.
- 5/5
Nice hotel , comfy beds good location
- 4/5
The bell desk (by the revolving door) is staffed with FANTASTIC people who are kind and very helpful. However, when I had an issue with a lost package I’d had delivered from Amazon (never got it), the ‘Guest Relations’ people (or whatever it’s called) were not great. I ended up speaking with multiple folks and one of them promised to look into things for me, took my number and said he’d call back. Still waiting for that call… GREAT gym and bartenders in the bar are fun.

Beautiful hotel! Great location!
- 3/5
Rooms didn't have microwaves or refrigerators, which was extremely inconvenient, especially for the price. Front desk folks were nice, but some folks in the in hotel store were not. I was charged incorrectly for multiple different items (parking when I didn't have a vehicle and food at the wrong price). They also charged extra mandatory $25 per day fees for nothing (supposedly for food they have that you may or may not eat and a Lyft bicycle voucher for each day). When I asked staff how to use the Lyft voucher, they didn't know. It was overpriced but supposedly in a good area for restaurants. The cleaning staff was nice.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel, however, they need to upgrade their rooms. There was no USB ports inside the room. I've never had that problem before, so I didn't bring my plug. Come to find out that I needed one
- 5/5
Hilton hotels always delivery good service and comfort. my only complaint is the stiff parking fees of $56 . had to park outside for $30 the night
- 5/5
The room service, and cleanliness
- 3/5
The breakfast is not free but is really good.
- 3/5
The property was nice, but we had a problem with the room being really warm. Plus, there was no refrigerator in the room! There was an event at the hotel and parking was horrendous!
- 4/5
A nice hotel overall with nice rooms, nice lobby and restaurants, helpful and friendly staff, in a nice area. The downsides were the elevators were quite slow and we found a partially-eaten dog bone on the floor of our room.
- 5/5
Good location and maintained property. They should have complementary breakfast
- 5/5
Good restaurant choices
- 5/5
I did not like the parking garage. There were no spots readily available. I had to search for a while before someone left and a spot opened up.
- 2/5
Room was smaller than expected or mainstream room in a similar hotel brand. Lobby/amenity and staff were great.
- 5/5
This is a large hotel, catering very large events. Our stay was during one of these. There were many guests, but our stay was smooth.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Good food for the additional amount.

I had an amazing time at the Washington Hilton...I enjoyed my room and I really enjoyed the crab corn chowder I had at the hotel restaurant...I could have took a container of that home....Now the best part was... the gym and the trainers as well as...THE ROOF TOP POOL!!!!! OMG THE ROOF TOP POOL WAS HEAVEN....I love to swim and got a couple of laps in. My stay was peaceful and wonderful!

Overall it is a great hotel.
