Room had a good layout and was very clean. There was not a restaurant as stated on the website but several nice restaurants close by and convenience store next door. Bar was minimal

Convenient stop on way to Galveston. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate. Needed extra towels and washcloths. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk. No one ever showed. Bar staff saw me and another gentleman waiting but didn’t call anyone or assist.

The room was clean but the 6th floor smelt weird so we had to be moved down. Breakfast was simple but consistent. And the staff seemed preoccupied but helpful when you got their attention. The location was great! It’s right next to Main Event and not far from dining and the movie theater. We walked to all three.

Everything was fine. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel lost power overnight and we were trying to leave to make our flight around 6:30 am there were no emergency lights on. The light fixtures were there but they weren't lit. We used our flash lights to get down the stairs. The lobby looked like they were renovating but this is a safety issue.

Checkin was quick. Nick was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar was not stocked. No tequila, bourbon, or beer. 1 wine offering. They don't accept cash. Although there was a television in the room there was no broadcast other than Marriott advert. The bartender advised this was hotel wide. Eggs and sausage at breakfast were at best tepid. The guy at checkout seemed completely uninterested. My Marriott number was not included, it is 629574148. It would be nice if you could credit my stay. I travel to Houston regularly; Springhill acted like I don't have options. To be honest, my stay was underwhelming. I may stay at another Marriott property, almost definitely, but it won't be this one.

They can do a lot better. Front desk employees that don’t greet customers. Many dirty spots and noisy at night.

This was a very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. It was disappointing we didn’t have cable the 4 days we were there, but I knew it wasn’t the hotels fault. Would come back here to stay if in the area.

We were disappointed in the amenities, especially having no TV services our entire stay. The stay had several reasons that were mostly dishonest....rain storm, new cable company, problem with equipment, etc. They said the manager knew the problem but nothing else was done. Also, no snacks in the snack bar and limited bar beverages. I will not return.

This hotel is BARELY a 3 star, probably due to the Marriott Branding. It’s certainly not worth $225+ per night. The front desk staff are not professional, young men seemed bothered to check us in and answer questions. Once we checked into our room it reeked of sewer. It was the shower and vanity sink. It smelled awful for our entire 2 night stay. I complained to the same guy with curly hair about the awful smell, nothing could be done and there was no follow up the next day. (Terrible service) The towels are worn out and there are no towels for the pool outside. Hand soap in the room crumbles as soon as you open it, leaving no soap to wash your hands. The mattresses are like box springs with a thin mat for comfort. The ice machine was broken on our floor. This hotel was NOT worth the price. Had I been able to get a refund I would have stayed somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nothing else , just didn't care in any way . So l had only a tea for breakfast since l absolutely can have no fod with even the smalest amount of gluten . Many other hotels have at least one or two gf options.

Hotel advertised happy hour with specials on beer and wine. We went to imbibe and they said they didn’t have any beer or wine, just three bottles of angry orchard and a little Hennessy. Exhaust fans didn’t work in the bathroom. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel. The staff was super nice.

We were given the wrong room (two beds instead of a king). The clerk told us he could do nothing about it because it was booked through Expedia, a third party, and we had to contact Expedia. Our air conditioner started rattling terribly, but we were told maintenance had to deal with it but weren’t there. A very terrible experience with the front desk staff.

This was the perfect spot for our family! Right by NASA and lots of restaurants and things to do near by! It was clean, and the staff were friendly. My kids liked that the elevators had astronauts on them. The rooms were spacious and the free breakfast was excellent!

We had a great experience, clean, huge room, excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, great fitness room. Only 7 minutes from NASA and close to lots of restaurants. The only down side was that there was only one small trash can in the whole room, and we were apparently next to a smoker room, because the smell was very strong. Overall a great experience, very family friendly. Would absolutely stay there again.

The phone didn’t work in room. The phone by elevator had no handle it was missing. They held 400 out of my account til check out I was worried they were going to make me pay for the phone that was already broken. They only clean the rooms every other day. We had to go and ask for clean towels

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the entire property was spotlessly clean, the parking was convenient and ample, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location. Front desk staff very helpful. We were a party of 6 and had a total of 3 towels for 2-night stay. Spoke to housekeeper. Did not empty trash or provide fresh towels until asked second time at end of second day. Which isn’t the end of the world but some clean towels off the cart literally in front of our door would have been outstanding. Breakfast was okay. Kids had a great time at the pool which is open fairly late, also nice. We had a great online rate so we got what we paid for and didn’t cause a scene or anything.

If the hotel staff were not professional, helpful, and had the room, we would have been out of luck. Not the first time it has happened and I was the fifth Expedia guest of the day it happened to. You usually cannot change because the booking is on Expedia’s side. Even when it’s an error. Handling an issues: Expedia will put in minimal effort and defer and deflect…leaving you to fight through your credit card company…even if the merchant failed to complete the transaction. Again, not the first time but will be the last for hotel and car packages. Not sure what happened with Expedia…I have been a customer for year. So disappointed.

Good location near by freeway for easy access to NASA and Kemah walk. Gas station next door for quick grab n go snacks or drinks. Overall quiet area. Hotel has nice amenities, room was clean and perfect for our needs. However, staff at front and breakfast need a bit of help. Front staff at arrival wasn’t very welcoming. He was not rude but definitely not what you expect when u first arrive. He was young so maybe good training and a smile will help. Breakfast food was good but never enough. By 7 am there was no array of food (no bacon, no eggs). There were no replacements if one thing was gone.

The room was dated and could use some updating. The AC unit was rattling and making a noise when it would turn on.

The place just had a bad smell, even outside the property. Our room and another one of our friends had a bad odor, we had to keep the windows open for a while. The weekend we visited there were a bunch of baseball families. There wasn't enough food at breakfast. Once they left, it was okay.

The breakfast ran out of coffee and pastry and nobody refill it. Also, there’s no trash can in the toilet room which is not convenient. The room is not cleaned daily, nobody told us until we asked and was told it’s cleaned every other day. The location is good if you want to visit space center.

Called to ask staff to ask neighbors to quiet down a party at 10pm. The music was loud. May people coming and going and there was running down the hall and the door kept slamming. Staff told me that “I told them when they told me they were having a party it wouldn’t be loud.” Today’s employee had ear buds in and didn’t respond to any questions I asked.

We loved our stay. It was clean and for the most part, quiet. But the staff was very unfriendly. EVERYONE of them. No hello, no have a nice day. NOT even a smile! Please people if you’re in the service industry, at least fake a smile!

We’ve enjoyed staying at this property over the years, but it is starting to show wear and tear. Overall, it is a great property that just needs a little TLC.

Not, “we will get you into another room”. No. It was, come get a plunger. We went out to eat then came back. When we got back around 9pm, the front lobby was full of people, playing music and doing who knows what. We felt very out of place. In the am, we came down for breakfast at 7:30 and the dining area was packed with no seating. We checked out and the am front desk worker was slightly sympathetic to the toilet situation. He said, “yeah they should have offered you another room”. No discount, no comp. No, just “sorry about that. Hope to see you back”.

I reserved an assessable room. They gave me a normal room after waiting for 40 mins.

I booked 2 queen beds room but I stayed 1king bed room.

Perfect for an overnight stay to leave on our cruise. 30 min drive to the cruise port, light traffic.

Breakfast was good. It was a standard hotel breakfast. Efficient and worth it if you have a family with young kids. My teenage son loved the waffles and yogurt. I enjoyed the coffee and the variety of creamer. I was so happy to see oat milk! Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to log into our apps from hotel tv and clear out information from all apps with link (loved that). It was an excellent stay.
