The room was nice and cold. The beds were very comfortable!!

First thing was there was no human in the lobby, I had to talk to a Kiosk. Se could not answer a question. We asked for extra towels and she said they were in a locker in the entry...nothing there, then she said we would have towels in the morning......no towels ever made it to us. I couldn't take a shower in the morning cause the shower was at a trickle! Days Inn.....never again! Wyndham used to mean good and now it's name is associated with cheap run down hotels.

I picked this place because it said it had breakfast however there was no breakfast, a small pack of donuts, and coffee is all. No juice, no cereal, nothing like other hotels saying breakfast. It was a disappointment.

The room was nice. Bed comfortable Several things. No front desk personnel. All communication is done through a kiosk. I had to replace my room key card twice. The toilet was made for small. Really shallow and low to the floor. It was raining and my floor would get wet from water coming up from underneath the floor.

I think it would be better if there was someone in the lobby to check in.

Every thing was acceptable. No issues.

Clock had buzzing noise and I had to unplug it. TV remote control didn't work. The shower valve was bad and I couldn't adjust temperature (it was supper hot and couldn't get it cooler) Room had a bad cat urine smell (my daughter had the room next door and also had the smell and she says it was more like ammonia smell) No breakfast No one at front counter (kiosk for check in and check out)
- 1/5
I had problem after problem! First, there are no employees at the front desk. You talk to a kiosk which has slow internet and the check in process took about 20 mins. I stayed for 2 nights and the on the first night I was asked to change rooms 10 mins after unpacking all of my stuff because of a sewer problem. No big deal, things happen. On the 2nd night, I was charged more for a smaller room. I requested a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The hot water didnt work so i had to take a room temp shower, the hair dryer didnt work, the internet didnt work, the pool was closed for "maintenance", the TV didnt work. I ended up going to a different hotel because I couldn't work without internet. I checked out at 4:30 and they only refunded me for half, even though I was there for a few hours and had nothing but problems! Do not stay here

The location to my event was exceptional. The room was cozy and clean. There wasn’t any breakfast as advertised. There were granola bars, a coffee maker without pots, and an empty refrigerator. It stated breakfast needed at 11. There wasn’t anything nor any remnants of breakfast at 9:45am.

No staff just a kiosk with a lady from India remotely checking you in. The place has no security and is in a sketchy neighborhood with people wandering the streets yelling at themselves. They could walk in and access your room at any time.

This was a great experience, located near 45, within driving distance to the mall and restaurants, quiet and rooms are very clean!

The cleaning lady and the older gentleman that works there. Not a live person for check in. Was unable to reach staff by their phone. Unable to have extra towels or blankets. I was told by the younger man that worked there we couldn’t have extra due to the tariffs that are in place and people stealing. Not everyone in my group liked it cooler in the room like I did to sleep. This young man was not friendly. I felt racially profiled by him. If he has a problem with the tariffs then he should take that up with the president not me. I have never been refused extra linen at a hotel. I went and purchased towels and 2 blankets for everyone to be comfortable. The washing machines and product machines were terrible to work. It took 6 dollars to dry one load of clothes. This place is very cheap.

The room was very clean, the coffee pot area had coffee, but no sugar, and cream there. Had to go to the front for that. The air works great!
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
The rooms were really clean. The bed was super comfortable! The A/C is one of the older units you would see back in the day, but it does a great job of cooling the room. My only gripe was that it wouldn’t stay on continuously ( even when it wasn’t set on auto), so when it would cut off, you could hear all of the nearby traffic. Overall, it was a good stay. Just adjust your expectations.
- 3/5
It was really clean. The Bathroom was small. There was no elevator. My heat didn't work, and there was no cart to transport our belongings.

This was right by the hospital. Which is good when you have to be there early. The staff were excellent. I was a little surprised with the virtual check in.
- 5/5
Could do better on their continental breakfast
- 4/5
My stay was great! The room was big and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was hot. My only complaint is that here’s not a person at the front desk. There’s a virtual kiosk for check in and check out. I don’t know that I would have felt comfortable getting to the hotel late or if I needed something because there’s not an actual person overseeing things. That said, the kiosk was fine. The check in lady and check out man made it simple enough. I think it took a little longer than it normally is in-person but it was all fine. Otherwise my stay was excellent. I liked that they sent a text in the morning asking what time I was planning to leave and can even pay a small fee to extend check out. I will stay there again.
- 2/5
* Continental breakfast that was advertised was only pre-packages granola bars and pre-packaged mini donuts. * Virtual check-in only, which was extremely loud and my contact email stayed on the screen where others could see it. * Low toilet - the seat was only 1 foot off the ground which is very challenging to get up from. * Air conditioning inconsistent, we couldn’t get the A/C fan to stay on, which is important in Houston * No in-person assistance whatsoever * No hot water for shower
- 5/5
The room was non-smoking and I could tell that it was. Thank you so much!
- 5/5
Very good service
- 3/5
The room was in really good condition. However, I did not see a single staff member of the entire time I was there.
- 5/5
Easy check in, clean room, convenient location. Would stay here again
- 3/5
Hot water was almost non existent didnt feel good to take a shower with almost completely cold water. No staff to answer the phone to fix the issue. Room was clean and nice
- 1/5
I was really disappointed with our stay here, especially considering the price. The bed sheets were in very poor condition—rough and didn't feel fresh at all. To make matters worse, the "continental breakfast" was extremely underwhelming and poor quality. It definitely didn't feel like a value-for-money experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they improve their standards.
- 5/5
Staff is courteous and nice , clean room
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the staff was amazing. After checking in after a long unexpected day four hours away from home. The staff accommodated my needs providing a first floor room and gave me water and snacks. The manager was amazing.
- 1/5
Check in was done on line as recommended. Then the attendant was by remote, interacting on a screen. He asked for the same check in information again. What's the point. Very impersonal and frustrating. They should go back to live attendants asap and fix their online check in service so it actually works.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was on computer based but he approached us kind. The room is great for 4 people. We love the LED mirror
- 3/5
Only cake! That
- 2/5
The lobby was staffed by a remote worker. The room was clean. The bed was large. It was cheap. There was only granola bars and donuts for breakfast. The pool was warm.

Great location! No elevators for upstairs, but there were only two floors. Room was very clean and the motel location was in a quiet area.
- 5/5
Check out was simple, we were told to just leave the key in the room.
- 1/5
"Breakfast" was non existent, so weird checking in with no human contact, and checking out with a text felt, disconnected.
- 3/5
It was fine
- 1/5
Very low quality compared to what was advertised, pool shutdown breakfast options limited. Pricing was too high for what the amenities were could have stayed in much nicer place for the cost.

the granola bars, yogurt and drinks.
- 1/5
Our room smelled like cat urine, REALLY REALLY badly. When I complained to the employee on the screen she said she would mention it to the manager. The manager came with frebreeze. They never checked back in. On top of that smell, the AC smelled like mold and the bathroom had molded spots too. We killed a cockroach that ran across the desk my kid was eating at. The light outside the window flashed on and off all night like a strobe. They made a face the next day when we asked them to fix it. The pool was too cold to swim in, so we couldn’t even do that. The breakfast was just a granola bar and yogurt. I wouldn’t stay there again, it wasn’t even that affordable to justify the uncomfortable stay.
- 5/5
Great stay, super clean room, thanks.
- 3/5
Visited for the pool. Was never able to find it.
- 4/5
Justin on the kiosk helped out on the checkin and extended check out. The only thing I didnt appreciate was when I was in the shower and someone banged on my door. I didnt answer because obvious reasons and they used a key to open the door. I had the extra inside lock on the door thank god so they couldnt open all the way. I had the room for 3 nights and this happened on the 2nd day. I figured it was housekeeping but it did annoy and scared me.They dont have an elevator for the second floor.
- 3/5
It’s OK
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly. But there no good food options in walking distance. You can hear all the noise outside the room and a lot of little black bugs. It was okay for one night.
- 5/5
Nice property
- 4/5
It is in a safe location and plenty of parking .
- 5/5
Great place to visit
- 2/5
Asked for a king bed and got a Queen. Old shower curtains. Breakfast items are activist yogurt, oj, coffee and granola bars - that’s it! Requires a cash deposit and had to wait for them to check the room out to receive the 100.00 cash deposit back and the same for the people checking in after us. Very dated. There was a cricket in our room that kept us awake. Under the bed. We selected this place for a 3 day stay to be close to the hospital for surgery. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere but we were already there. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
They were very nice at check in. It is a motel type stay, but the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. No odd smells nor stains. Everything clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend a stay here. I did not check out the pool area.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
The room was very quiet.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean. The shower was my only issue. The tub was very skinny and the towels were small and thin.
- 2/5
Property was okay. Staff was nice. Room was okay had to put 100$ cash deposit that I was unaware of really inconvenient. Breakfast was very limited granola bar and white packaged donuts. Staff was nice. Stayed only one night but Wont be staying again.
- 5/5
The room was very big and had so much space for everything I needed. I really loved the little kitchen type area and all the counter space and mirrors for getting ready when needed. The bed was really comfortable and I am a very picky sleeper when it comes to beds. Easy check in and out. Very quiet area and no trouble.
- 1/5
Toilet didn't flush, shower didn't work
- 5/5
The property was fine
- 4/5
Stayed on ground level. It was nice to have outside access for luggage transfer. Also enjoyed the ceiling fan. Very nice for hot humid days and nights.
- 4/5
Property was dated. Loose towel holders, older carpet and tiles, etc. Staff and check in were great. Property was clean. Good value for money.
- 5/5
Everything was as it was supposed to be
- 1/5
I have no idea what the rooms look like, they close their lobby at 11:00 PM, our travel was delayed and we arrived after that. No staff on call, I tried calling the front desk 3 times. I had to find an alternate hotel for the first night. I planned to stay for the next night to finish out our booking, but found out that they had cancelled our reservation. Since they cancelled, I expected a refund, but I am still fighting with Expedia because they claim that they cannot reach hotel staff to authorize the refund.
- 5/5
I was excited to use the indoor pool, but it didn't look as welcoming as I anticipated. Maybe some updates and some fresh paint would brighten it up
- 4/5
Poor breakfast
- 4/5
Basic good room. Good location.
- 1/5
Although the property is conveniently located, the bathrooms are pretty gross and the air conditioners don’t work well
- 3/5
It didn't feel clean.
- 4/5
Our stay was good. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But I rented the room their because it had a pool. But they had closed the pool the night before. This was false advertisement. My granddaughter was looking forward to swimming. Should have given a partial refund.
- 3/5
Also ppl coming in all times during the night. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault but it was hard to get sleep.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Only things was water pressure in shower was low and the water was warm never really got hot
- 4/5
This was a spring break trip for my son, mom and myself. Overall we were pleased with the room.
- 3/5
The room is okay. I wish breakfast is better if we pay over $ 100 per night.
- 3/5
Roaches and area was dark in the back with flickering lights in the hallway felt unsafe for a female.
- 1/5
Got to site at 5 pm check in was 3 pm was in able to check in until 8pm no compensation for the complete inconvenience
- 3/5
Rooms where good , public exterior and interior was rough and dato
- 4/5
Nice quiet, comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast choices were adequate, but more limited than I expected just coming from a Motel 6 which is also Wyndham.
- 2/5
The night shift personal was very rude. The irons were not up date. I ask for 2 different irons before getting one that worked properly. I purchased this room because the advertisement mentioned it had a jacuzzi in the room. But, when I got in the room the jacuzzi didn't work. When I brought it to their attention, they had told me that they had ask all the third party affiliates not to advertise they had one because the jacuzzi's were not working. But, they advertised this at their front desk.
- 5/5
My boyfriend and I were going on a day cruise from Kemah and decided to stay the night. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a jetted tub which was very nice except the water wouldn't stay in, had to plug it with a wash cloth. We slept in and missed breakfast but went for a swim in the heated pool and it was nice. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend it if you're in the area 🙂
- 5/5
Needed a hotel room close to the hospital since we were coming from out of town. It was right next door and the staff was very nice. Room was amazing. Will definitely book there for our next trip.
- 4/5
Convenient location, great staff!
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, nice linens, towels, good room temperature, clean room, helpful courteous staff Tub bottom stained, just warm shower temperature. Plenty of electrical outlets. Opening microwave door turns magnetron on for a few seconds which is a radiation hazard. Supplied appliances that I used were functional.
- 5/5
Very clean and simple efficient hotel. No frills but I dont need anything other than clean and quiet. You get both here.
- 4/5
Easy late booking and check in
- 5/5

- 5/5
All good
- 1/5
Room did not look like the pictures and the floors were very dirty.
- 5/5
The staff is friendly. Quiet place. Clean room. This was a good place to stay for one night. Thank you!
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
The room was clean. Staff is friendly. The breakfast could use some help. Not many choice options and the yogurt was expired. We decided to go to McDonalds for breakfast since it was mostly packaged donuts and honey buns or cereal (afraid to try the milk as not sure if fresh/expired). Other than that, not a bad place to stay.
- 5/5
Kudos, Extended Stay!🤗
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Really attentive staff. Kudos, Nick, Annabel, David.
- 5/5
Nice time
- 3/5
I was expecting more of a hotel type of building. But this is like a Motel 6. Rooms facing the parking lot. Also, don't be fooledby the "jetted tub" claim. Its not a separate jacuzzi in the room. It's literally just the (not particularly big) bathtub.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Room was good. I would go back.
- 1/5
Was definitely not was pictured. When you book nonsmoking they put you in smoking
- 4/5
This place is nice not fancy. Upgrades to room are okay but details need to be attended to.
- 2/5
I felt like I was being scammed. The desk asked for $XXX cash only deposit. I did not stay there.
- 2/5
Lite breakfast at best. Sewer odor in bathroom (went away when drain was covered. We got what we paid for...
- 3/5
Lamps did not work in the room, ac barely cooled the room. No elevators Need more items on breakfast menu.
- 4/5
..
- 2/5
The fourth was clean the beds and all the bad things that have a bad smell of wet and breakfast is just coffee and juice and cookies I think it lacks more presence to breakfast.
- 1/5
Ac wasnt working it would turn off at night. Room smelled like smoking and I had my little girls with me. Its very outdated and pictures were different in expedia.
- 3/5
The breakfast options were very limited. The pool was out of order. No elevator to get to second floor with heavy suitcases.
- 5/5
Front end help was super friendly and informative and made me feel very welcome. Will be back for sure
- 4/5
Rooms are in good condition, clean, and specious.
- 2/5
The side door to come inside to our room was not working, we had to call front desk to let us in our room. Breakfast was old, not fresh. We found dead bugs by the bed. The only plus was the lady who worked the front desk in the morning, who was very helpful and nice.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, relaxing and a sense of feeling safe
- 4/5
It is clean and secured. Check-in and check-out are simple. 5 mins drive to NaSa is convenient
- 4/5
Staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay.
- 1/5
Roaches
- 3/5
Liked the poolside I didn’t like that the toilet get stopped up and they had us to come get the plumber
- 2/5
The room had a bad odor as did the hallway. The elevator was out of order. The bathroom and vanity were too small to be functional.
- 4/5
Very decent hotel, clean and good price. Not great but does enough for a quick night away from the city.
- 3/5
The location wasn’t bad. Room was definitely dated. Remote to tv didn’t work. Ac didn’t really cool the room off.
- 4/5
Lights on all night outside shining into the room. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One small thing we didn't like was that the toilet is really low. Very inconvenient for my hubby.
- 4/5
In close proximity to my dentist
- 5/5
The staff was excellant and rooms where clean. It was also very quiet.
- 3/5
They need to change the carpeting ,the second you enter you’re hit with a old carpeting misty smell. If you’re 6 feet tall or your waist line is more than 20 inches toilet seat is not for you
- 5/5
Everything was nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the pool closing at 10. Wishing it was open till midnight. Breakfast menu needs some kind of bread/croissant/bagel options.
- 1/5
If i could give this hotel a 0 rating I would... Has a moldy smell, shower leaked all night long, iron didnt work, they didnt have a phone in the room. If I needed service I had to walk down to the office. AC tured off all day and night to were I had to get up and turn back on.
- 5/5
Got a nice upgrade to a King room. Very comfortable.
- 3/5
Bed was way to firm for us but managed to sleep fairly well. Wouldn't have been able to do 2 nights in a row though. Furnishing were in good shape and had been replaced in recent years.
- 5/5
This property is a perfect location for anyone having an appointment at the Physicians’ hospital next-door. It was very safe and easy parking. There is a Pappasito’s a few blocks away and a target store. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Everything about hotel was good. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
The front desk told me that someone else had a reservation in my name. Then ask me who was with me and if they made a reservation. I said i was with my 12 yr old daughter. When i asked what the name was the lady told me i was asking too much. She then told me i would need to get $100 cash for a room deposit because of my child even thought the room was already paid for. The ATM was $5 so i had to drive to a Chase bank. At check out to get my $100 back i had to wait to have someone go and check my room before i could get my money. THIS WAS A DAYS INN! The kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave were on the side of the bed! Dont waste your time or money. Spend $20 more and be happy without the hassle!

Great place to stay in for family
- 3/5
Motel and road under construction. We weren’t prepared. Windows taped off. Not very appealing since we weren’t informed beforehand. First room smelled like pot. Had to change rooms. Would have left but already paid for
- 5/5
Everything was good

Awesome

Needed to be near Hospital, this Days Inn was a great location, very nice room, comfy bed. Suma checked me in, she was so nice and helpful, check in was quick.

Renovated. Clean. Great value.
