Very clean and friendly staff and good breakfast

The suite was very nice and cozy will be returning back with my family .

My husband uses a wheelchair. I specifically booked an accessible room. We check in and a bathtub is there. No accessible shower. I ask the desk for a wheelchair room. At first he says the hotel has none and when I question him he responds: I didn’t design this hotel. 😳 I press for a room and there is one shower room in the entire hotel and it is booked. I go out and purchase a shower chair as we are there 3 nights. Not recommended for mobility challenged.

The best room I ever stay beautiful and comfortable I didn’t even want to leave that place I wanted to stay longer cause of how nice was everything, breakfast and friendly staff everyone was real nice

It was so busy in the lobby during the breakfast that we had to hold our food on our knees for while and then finally got little space in the computer/printer area . But the food was good .

The location was perfect for walking after a long ride - little traffic and tree-lined streets. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.

We come here at least once a year in the summer time. We love this hotel. It’s wonderful especially the friendly workers and cleanliness. Laurie was very on top of stocking the breakfast, so yummy! Wish the sink and shower had better water pressure.

It was clean, the staff was friendly. There is a manager hosting hour with freshly baked cookies. The staff were friendly. The indoor pool was murky and cold. The hot tub was also murky.

Breakfast was blah... I only ate once and the eggs were so stiff. The hard-boiled eggs were ok. Would have preferred options like bacon and sausage. The ice machine on my floor wasn't working so I had to go to the second floor which was a bit annoying. The AC in the room wouldn't come on at night with the thermostat so I had to open my window. My fridge door was broken also. I had to keep lifting the door to close it properly.

This is a clean location. Parking is easy. Check-in is easy. We didn't try the breakfast but the eating area looked very clean and well stocked. We used the mircowave, the coffee maker, and the refrigerator. All of these worked as expected. This Comfort Suites is located on a very busy street. The noise from the vehicles continued through most of the night. We used the air conditioner all night. It provided some measure of "white noise" to soften the traffic noise. The television service has the usual CATV channels; nothing special, no premium channels. We were glad we had out tablets with to use instead of watching the TV.

Got cancelled from another hotel, they were wonderful to accommodate. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work, they got me a new one, quiet and friendly and had a hot tub!!!

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Pool was amazing too. Very affordable and comfortable.

The pool was very cold. I didn't like that it wasn't a pet friendly hotel. I couldn't have amazing service dog with me. The one thing that really made me the maddest was...the darn TV was in Spanish. A lot of the channels were speaking Spanish & all the channels read in Spanish. I'm sorry, but this is the USA we speak English & therefore I expect when I go somewhere & pay for that service, I expect everything to be in ENGLISH & no narrating the tv show as it plays out. That was terrible.

The only negative was that the frig in our room was very noisy for some reason and we were near the vector so heard a lot of people coming and going. The staff were terrific! See above comments. Also, I wish the hot tub water would have been hotter.

Room was better then my last! Breakfast eggs are really bad, sausage is also really bad, small improvements in breakfast would make a big difference as impact goes.

Room was great - clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. The pool and hot tub were cloudy. You couldn't see your feet, which made the water feel not clean. The breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage bisquits and gravy - were tasteless and cold. Took it back to my room to warm it in the microwave, but it didn't help the lack of taste.

You can't beat the all-around quality of the room for the price. The breakfast was, at best, edible, but it's complimentary.

Breakfast was the same every day which is fine. it was hot and full surprisingly for how busy it was. the attendant was always moving and even saw the assistant manager cleaning. the location was easy to find and the entire facility was clean. inside and out. I was greeted right away and treated like their favorite guest! maybe change the sausage to bacon once in awhile but again it was tasty, no complaints.

The bathroom floor smelt like urine, the breakfast was not so good for eggs, hash browns and sausages. The Belgian waffles, yogurt and bagels were great! The staff is friendly.

No It was a view to an industrial area. We arrived and I pulled out the pull out bed. And it was filthy and dingy and also the mattress was too. Was also broken at the end and unsleepable. He had to move rooms. The next room I pulled out the pullout couch. It's very uncomfortable and there is no way you can get a Good Night's sleep on it at all. So it shouldn't be advertised that you can use it to sleep because you will not. The second room the mattress looked OK and it wasn't dingy. But it wasn't made and I needed to go make it with the linen in the closet. Unfortunately, there was make up all over the pillow case of the pillow that I was making my bed with and the other one was dingy. And dirty also. Went down to the desk and they were helpful and inbaraced already had some pretty big issues. Also, we had to run the faucet in the bathroom. Over 20 minutes it was cold that whole time. And finally, it became warm so we could wash our hands. But it never really got hot enough to kill the germs. The staff was nice and I thought everything would be o k but these things were not. I'm sure it's very busy friendly. But we were there for a soccer tournament and needed to sleep. And the bed that I was on was unsleepable. Even used 4 pillows and also grab some extra comforters to try to make it sleep and it still get me up all night long. We had very long drives to there and home. And it's never good to drive when you're super sleepy. Never have a hard time sleeping.

We stay here every year in the winter great location, easy access to everything around their Leavenworth and etc.. The staff is always fantastic in the rooms are spacious, which is great.

Staff were friendly, the manager was amazing, clean, yummy food, best coffee, kid friendly. They even have free tampons in the swimming pool bathroom which I thought was awesome. They even called and check on use because we were a couple hours late from check in and wanted to make sure we were safe or needed anything!!!!! Love this place

Sofa bed was horrible, the sofa was very old and mattress was falling off the springs. The water from the shower was squirting outside of the tub therefore there was water all over the bathroom. The original beds were soft and breakfast was good. Customer service was great overall.

We had just arrived and checked in late staff knew ahead of time we would be late check in. Not even in our room for 30 minutes and we’re getting a phone call that someone complained we were being to loud screaming and stomping which was actually the people across from us I did not even want to argue so I apologized to the front desk even though when arriving there was a group of people in the lobby being loud. Went to the gym here and there was only 3 pieces of equipment which was unsatisfying. There breakfast was good though

Room was clean and well appointed. Lots of room and a comfy couch and work desk.

I reserved a room with a King sized bed, but was given a room with a queen. We were too tired to care when we arrived, but it made for an uncomfortable night not having the space to move without bumping into each other.

The room was just as pictured, with the beds and the separate area for the sofa-bed couch and armchair. Very comfortable space for our family of 5, two adults, and 3 young children under 12 yrs. The kids especially really liked the breakfast downstairs. The pool was a little colder than I'd hoped, but our kids didn't mind. The hot tub was nice :) Overall, a very pleasant experience at an excellent price, we would stay here again.

We really appreciated the accommodations here. Staff was friendly and we liked the complimentary water bottles and evening soup being offered. Room was nice and spacious. Pool and hot tub were clean as well. Walking distance to Arby’s and a Dutch bros was plus too.

Everything worked perfect, the room was big for everyone, the gave us snaks from 6-8, we had to leave by 6am and breakfast was already ready.

The room was wonderful, we didn't hear our neighbors at all which was a plus, ( they didn't have to hear us either). The staff were fri ndly and the hotel was very clean and well taken care of.

Clean room, easy check in, everything needed was available and working. The only issue was refrigerator that was running very noisy all the time, non stop.

Their staff, when we checked in, were friendly. The amenities are good. They provide a complimentary breakfast in the morning and also offer soup, chips, and cookies in the afternoon. Their rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean. The swimming pool is a nice size. They were out of towels, but once the front desk was notified, they restocked within a few minutes. We met different staff members at the front desk the following day, and they were also friendly.

I would say overall our short stay was great! Room was exceptionally clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service. The only thing I would say is lacking was the breakfast. I would have gf and df options available by request. Oh and would probably add some good pico de gaillo to cover up the nasty taste of the eggs. I’ve seen other hotels do that and it works great. lol

The breakfast is always super good! The staff are always so helpful and friendly! The rooms are cozy! We stay here everytime my daughter has a dentist appointment cause we live 2 hours away. No complaints

Very clean and Laurie in the breakfast area was so friendly and made us feel at home. When we arrived in the evening we were treated to Chilli or Chicken noodle soup. Plus cookies at the front desk. We will definitely be coming back to this fine Hotel.

The bed didn't hurt my back like most places. We cancelled our next day stay at Red Lion to stay at Comfort Suites. I like that the A\C in the room actually cooled the room, and didn't humidify the room. Had a double queen room, we liked the room layout. Only thing I don't like is the water pressure and shower head, and how hard it is to simply wash soap off of myself. Definitely need a different shower head or a hand sprayer. Will most likely stay here when I come back to Wenatchee.

I didn't walk outside at night; I felt the neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but that is not the hotel's fault. Overall, good value for the money and we will stay again.

Breakfast was excellent. Of course in Wenatchee, you’re going to have the option of biscuits and gravy for breakfast! I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The property room and staff were fine. My issue was Comfort Suites was having an issue with Expedia. They repeatedly contacted me to reach out to Expedia and ultimately forced me to engage by locking us out of our room. Not cool Comfort Suites. Any issue between Expedia and Comfort Suites is not a me issue. Not sure if this is Comfort Suite policy to harass patrons in this way, but I will not be staying with them again.

Need to have other options of breakfast. It's the same thing over and over again. IF you stay 3 days or more, you will get tired of the same breakfast everyday. Needs to be improve the breakfast options. Thank you.

We were traveling with two toddlers to Wenatchee for a funeral. We had specifically chosen this hotel, partly because it said they would have a crib for no extra charge. When we made the reservation, we specifically mention that we would need a crib. And when we called one day ahead of time, we said again that we would need a crib and were told we would have one. when we got there, there was no crib in the room and when we asked about it, we were told they didn’t have any. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, they just said it was first come first serve And that was that.

The bed was so very comfortable and the rooms and beddings were spotless.

Place was nice enough, booked a king plus pull out to sleep 3. The pull out was so disgusting and falling apart it couldn’t be used. Very disappointing and made it difficult to actually sleep the 3 people there. Asked the front desk about it and they said they were aware some were in bad shape but couldn’t do anything about it.

The sofa bed is horrible (very old) and springs poking through but when the sofa is open to a bed, you can't get past it to access that washroom!!!!! There was only one sheet for that sofabed - we couldn't use it as a bed. Too dangerous to try to get to the bathroom at night. So disappointed!!!!

I liked how this property had everything we needed for our stay.

They gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival, which I thought was very nice. They asked if we needed anything or if there were any special instructions to make the stay more comfortable. Anyone knows how forgetful and stressful one can be traveling with family no matter how much fun it will be. The stay was great and the staff were super friendly.

Everything was wonderful, from staff to the warm soup served all day in the lobby. Clean, comfortable and spacious hotel. The lobby didn’t fit all the guests for breakfast but then again, hotel was at full capacity.

The staff at the Comfort Suites is really friendly and helpful - including front desk and hospitality (kitchen/housekeeping). Bonus - we were there for a swim meet and warmups started before breakfast hours. Staff had breakfast, including hot items, set up early so that swimmers could eat before their 6:15am warmups. Great customer service!!
